Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test, analyze and explain the impact of digital marketing and service quality on purchasing decisions. This independent research variable is digital marketing and service quality. While the dependent variable in this study is the purchase decision. This type of research uses quantitative research methods. The sample for this study was determined based on a minimum sample size of 10 times the number of measurement items used in the study. The analytical method used is linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that digital marketing variables have no significant effect on purchasing decisions. The service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research examines how the study of the implementation of pre-and post-operative patient safety in hospitals. The research used by researchers is a Systematic Literature Review with data obtained from journals and research articles from 2013-2023. The data source platforms used in this study are Google Scholar and PubMed. In this study, it is known that patient safety is an important health problem worldwide, and patient accidents in the operating room can cause serious problems. This miscommunication situation is a potential threat to patient safety because issues can easily go unnoticed by the rest of the team. Hospitals must provide a useful framework of requirements and safety protocols to address these challenges. One standard that can be used is the surgical safety checklist designed by WHO. The use of this list, in research, can increase safety procedurally, when surgery is performed, and after the action is given. Not only that, but hospitals must also provide formal instructions through various activities such as seminars, workshops, to conferences needed to increase awareness regarding patient safety before and after surgery.

Abstract

Geprek Bakar Tuku Sambal is one of the culinary delights in the city of Jambi, which sells a food menu that is in great demand by the people in the city of Jambi. This research aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of Digital Marketing and Promotion variables on purchasing decisions of Geprek Bakar Tuku Sambal, besides it is also to find out the most dominant variable in making purchasing decisions for Geprek Bakar Tuku Sambal. This research is comparative causal research with a quantitative approach. The variables in this study are Digital Marketing, Promotion, and Purchasing Decisions. The population of this research is regular customers of Geprek Bakar Tuku Sambal, with 69 respondents. The results of the study indicate that the partial influence of Digital Marketing and Promotion of each variable has a positive and significant effect on the decision, while simultaneously all variables X1 and X2 have a positive and significant effect on the buying decision of Geprek Bakar Tuku Sambal. The results of the analysis show that the value Adjusted R Square of 0.719 means that the variable Digital Marketing and Promotion 71.9% influences the purchasing decision of Geprek Bakar Tuku Sambal by 28.1% is influenced by other variables that were not examined in this study.

Abstract

Acid mine drainage can be generated by coal stockpile piles, especially if the sulfur content is high which can have an impact on environmental health. The impact of coal stockpile runoff water pollution can be overcome by treating wastewater using phytoremediation. The author conducted a phytoremediation experiment using Echinodorus palaefolius plants with samples of coal stockpile runoff taken from the inlet of KPL C PT Bukit Asam Tbk Unit Dermaga Kertapati in June - August 2022, the experiment was carried out using three different treatments, namely 600gr, 700gr and 900gr which were observed for 7 days with parameters of pH, TSS, temperature and plant morphology. The results of the study showed that the pH parameter in the sample of 600 grams of plants, neutral pH was reached on the 4th day with a value of 6.03, in the sample of plants, 700 grams of neutral pH was reached on the 3rd day with a value of 6.11, on the treatment of plant samples. 900 gr neutral pH was reached on day 2 with a value of 6.10. On the TSS parameter, in all plant sample treatments, on day 2 the TSS value has reached the environmental quality standard value of 200 mg/l and the TSS value is decreasing day by day with the highest removal efficiency value obtained at 89.0% of the sample treatment. 900 gr plants on the 7th day. In the temperature parameter, the temperature value in the sample is relatively constant with temperatures ranging from 27.4°C - 31°C, which means it is still in normal conditions according to the required environmental quality standards. In the morphology of the Echinodorus palaefolius plant for 7 days, the plant underwent physical changes with some leaves withering and drying but there were also new shoots that appeared on the plant, but in general the water jasmine plant was able to survive and grow in the coal stockpile runoff water samples.

Abstract

The influence of work motivation and Islamic business ethics on the quality of employee service at Bank Syariah Mandiri Muara Bulian, Journal, Islamic Economics/Banking and Sharia Financial Institutions, The establishment of services based on relationships with customer satisfaction is the key to retaining customers and includes providing benefits financial and social as well as structural ties with customers. A service must decide how much relationship-based service it should perform to each market segment and customer, from casual, relative, responsible, proactive to full partnership. Administrative information contains so many meanings, has various functions, raises so many expectations. The method used in this study is a survey method, which was carried out at Bank Syariah Mandiri Muara Bulian using a probability sampling technique with a total sample of 52 employees. The hypothesis in the study 1) there is an influence between work motivation on the quality of employee service of 0.7553. 2) there is an influence between Islamic business ethics on employee service quality of 0.535. 3) there is an influence between work motivation and Islamic business ethics on the quality of employee service of 0.945. Hypothesis testing uses path analysis with a significant level of a = 0.05. Based on the findings of this study, the better the work motivation and Islamic business ethics, the better the quality of employee service.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand the effect of understanding tax rates, tax sanctions as well as partial tax justice on student perceptions of tax evasion. This study applies the slovin calculation of 183 respondents. The research analysis system used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are that understanding tax rates partially has a positive and significant impact on students' perceptions of tax evasion, tax sanctions partially have a negative and insignificant impact on students' perceptions of tax evasion, and tax justice partially has a positive and significant impact on students' perceptions of tax evasion. tax evasion, and tax justice simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on student perceptions of tax evasion, and tax sanctions simultaneously have no positive and insignificant impact on student perceptions of tax evasion.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Human Resource Development on employee performance at PT, Bubuhan Multi Sejahtera Sungai Buluh Kabupaten Batang Hari Quantitative descriptive research method, data collection method using a questionnaire with a sample of 35 respondents and data analysis tool using a Likert scale. The results of the research show that Employee Education and Training in PT. Bubuhan Multi Sejahtera Sungai Buluh Kabupaten Batang Hari on employee performance, namely: partially the Education variable (X1) has no effect on employee performance with a t count of 0.821 <t table of 1.60389, for variables Training variable (X2) in PT. Bubuhan Multi Sejatera Sungai Buluh has an influence on employee performance t value 1.747> t table 1.60389. Abstract

This study examines how the literature review regarding the implementation of patient health goals in hospitals. The research used in this research is a qualitative research which is described descriptively. Various sources were processed in this study such as books, research results, journals, and research articles. The results of this study are patient safety is a variable for measuring and evaluating the quality of hospital services that have an impact on health services. One of the safety services in this hospital is the application of patient safety goals which starts with the accuracy of patient identification. This is because patient identification errors at the beginning of the service will continue to the next service error. Patient Safety Goals encourage specific improvements in patient safety including the Hospital Patient Safety Goal Standards. All of this must be done considering the complexity of hospital operations, of course, has the potential for errors. Furthermore, patient safety will have an impact on the patient's medical condition and increase health costs.

Abstract

The Theory of Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) states that market risk (beta) can generate risk premium for investors. So investors only need to invest in a market portfolio or portfolio based on market capitalization weighting. Smart Beta portfolio is an index-based investment strategy that seeks to obtain superior risk-adjusted returns through transparent techniques and rules-based criteria based on specific factors or attributes that generate investment returns. Combining the Fama French Five Model, Variables Tracking Error and Active Share, this study proposes a Smart Beta model that will be selected from Issuers on the LQ 45 Index to 20 Issuers and compare which Return is better between IDX High Dividend Return 20 and Return from Issuer smart Beta portfolio results.

Abstract

Self-care in adult hypertensive patients from previous studies, it was found that only some of the variables related to self-care management were found. Comprehensive self-care has not been found from previous studies so that the limitations in accessing and studying self-care management in adult hypertensive patients are not fully comprehensive. Conduct a literature review to determine the factors of self-care management by adult hypertensive patients. A literature search was conducted through the search engine databases PubMed, ScienceDirect and Google Scholar and obtained 371 research articles and then checked the menu completeness of the research articles with a total of 238 articles. After that, a separation of criteria and a critical review stage was carried out using the Joanna Bringgs Institute (JBI) format with a total of 5 articles that were reviewed in the literature. Self-care has variables which include smoking cessation, reducing body weight if overweight, hypertension diet, regular exercise, reducing alcohol consumption, and managing stress, as well as increasing medication adherence. Factors influencing self-care include gender, age, marital status, duration of hypertension, knowledge, self-efficacy, social support and economic status. Self-care of hypertension in adulthood can be influenced by various factors, so it is suggested that future researchers can implement innovative intervention strategies needed to control related factors.
