<![CDATA[In recent times, sexual abuse of children in Indonesia has been increasing, not only among adolescents, but also among young children who have been targeted by sexual offenders. With the high number of incidents of sexual harassment, the government issued a law as a preventive measure to reduce the level of sexual violence against children, namely Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection. The purpose of this study was to see "The Effect of Using Video Animation Media on Increasing Knowledge of Prevention of Sexual Harassment in Early Childhood at Aisyiyah Kindergarten, Bukittinggi City". <![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the preparation of HOTS-based questions in state junior high school 3 Jambi City and its supporting and inhibiting factors. This study uses data collection methods with observation, interviews and documents. This study uses a qualitative analysis technique method that focuses on describing an event and events that have occurred at the time the research was conducted. The results of this study indicate that the preparation of HOTS learning is carried out starting when designing learning activities in lesson plans, during the implementation of learning in class through preliminary activities, core activities, and closing, and also implemented through assignments and Daily Assessments (DA), Mid Semester Assessments (MSA). and Final Semester Assessment (FSA). Supporting factors from the central government through LPMP, City Government/ Jambi City Education Office, MGMP Rayon and MGMP Kota, Education Unit/ Principal. The inhibiting factors for teachers at state junior high school 3 Jambi City are difficulties in determining the stimulus, students are not used to it, lack of references.]]>

<![CDATA[Preeclampsia is a complication in pregnancy which is a hypertensive disorder of pregnancy and develops after the 20th week of pregnancy accompanied by proteinuria as well as being a major cause of maternal and fetal morbidity and mortality in various countries. Apart from preeclampsia, in recent years COVID-19 has also been a contributing cause of maternal morbidity and mortality. COVID-19 is a virus that attacks the respiratory system. This study used a literature review study design. The search for research articles was sourced from the Pubmed electronic database, and the Wiley Online Library with a publication limit of the last 10 years. Search for articles using keywords, namely preeclampsia and COVID-19. The results of a review of the three journals that have been carried out show that when viewed in general and at a glance, preeclampsia and COVID-19 are two different complications, but when viewed from a clinical perspective, preeclampsia and COVID-19 have unique similarities. COVID-19 infection during pregnancy can lead to conditions such as preeclampsia. COVID-19 can cause symptoms that are very similar to preeclampsia, but the symptoms of preeclampsia caused by COVID-19 can disappear completely quickly and these symptoms come on suddenly. If preeclampsia is true, delivery is the way out.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to know how brand image, price and social inequality impact buying hijab scarves. The problem was focused on people who had never bought hijab straw scarves. Data is collected by disseminating questionnaires through Google forms. The study employed a quantitative method with the number of samples was 125 people. The study was conducted using IBM SPSS data processing software (statistical product and service solution) version 25.0 of the data analysis explains that the relationship between variable brand image, price and social challenges to buying hijab buttinscarves is both positive and significant.]]>

<![CDATA[The problem of nutrition which is currently the main focus and challenge for the Indonesian people is stunting.Stunting is a condition of malnutrition in toddlers which can cause growth failure so that the toddler does not grow and develop with its portion and low cognitive abilities. In general, the cause of stunting is usually due to lack of child nutrition for a long time, inadequate parenting from the time in the womb until the first 100 days of birth. Indonesia ranks fifth with a 36.4% percentage of stunting after India, China, Nigeria and Pakistan. With government policies, it has an influence on reducing stunting rates. However, the reduction in stunting rates in Indonesia is still far from the target. In 2012, the Indonesian government joined a nutrition improvement movement called the First 1000 Days of Life (HPK) Movement. The main focus of the movement is the first 1000 days of life for toddlers with the aim of improving the lives of Indonesian children in the future.Health promotion is closely related to the media because by using the media we can provide more interesting and easily understood information. The use of media can be in the form of audiovisual and non-audiovisual media. The use of this media is also seen from being received or captured by someone through the five senses. This research was conducted using the literature review method. Articles that are used as benchmarks are articles that are relevant within the last 3 years, using Indonesian or English, original research articles, and are available as free full text that can be accessed from Google Schoolar by using the keyword program 1000 Days of First Life (HPK), promotion media.]]>

<![CDATA[Achievement Motivation can be developed from scratch and cannot be done by itself. Categories that affect Achievement Motivation are those that are influenced by many factors related to other people and students themselves. Learning style is one of the factors that can influence Achievement Motivation. Based on learning style preferences there are visual, auditory and kinesthetic learning styles. In addition to learning styles, it also influences Achievement Motivation. The purpose of this research is to see the relationship between learning style and achievement motivation of elementary school students. The analytical method used is literature study, reviewing or examining various documents published by academics or other researchers related to the subject. The results of the analysis of several previous studies show that learning styles greatly influence Achievement Motivation on academic achievement, so that various strategies are taken to optimize learning styles. while for the most dominant learning style is the visual learning style compared to the auditory learning style.]]>

<![CDATA[Seloko is a way of life in Jambi culture. This culture is passed down from the previous generation to the next generation through speech. This culture is a long process that is obtained from the learning of the environment. Seloko is a reflection of the life of a growing community and is combined with oral art. Seloko is often conveyed in sentences using metaphorical language as well as comparative figures of speech or parables so that not everyone can fully grasp its meaning. The use of words that are difficult for ordinary people to understand is a challenge in itself to preserve this culture so that it continues to live in the latest generation, which of course has limitations in understanding the languages used and interpreting these teachings. With the existing limitations related to human resources, it is feared that this wealth will become extinct if there is no effort to archive or preserve it in other media. Efforts to disseminate information regarding the existence and wealth of this tradition should be carried out by various parties. This project is aimed at revitalizing Jambi Malay traditional seloko as an effort to internationalize oral literature. Apart from translating, this activity is focused on analyzing the methods used and the constraints they face. The theory used is the translation method theory according to Newmark (1998). Methods of data collection in the form of documentation and interviews. The results of the activity show that, in the process of translating this seloko, the difficulties faced by the writer in translating oral literature are more to the technical constraints namely: 1. Difficulty finding the right coherence of words. 2. Difficulty making appropriate rhymes.]]>

Evaluation is done by comparing financial records manually and using an application system. Accounting applications in financial reports play an important role and are very helpful in facilitating the company's operational activities. <![CDATA[Rapid changes in global culture demand that people grow to adapt to science which is now unable to stand up partially. So the transdisciplinary approach is present as an effort to solve current problems. In managing an organization, it is necessary to apply modern management principles that pay attention to organizational culture. There are dynamics within an organization in building organizational culture as a guideline and principle for every individual in an organization in carrying out their respective duties and obligations to achieve organizational goals. This study uses the literature study method which aims to find out the discussion about transdisciplinary organizational culture. The data analysis technique used in this research is content analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) a transdisciplinary approach is needed in organizational culture that runs in the era of globalization, (2) transdisciplinary implementation in organizational culture implies a process of multidisciplinary integration that is used to discuss issues or deal with global problems in the sustainability of organizational culture. (3) The implementation of transdisciplinary implies the existence of "cooperative" work or synergy between the people involved in it. The synergy in the transdisciplinary concept is intended to achieve organizational goals.]]>

<![CDATA[The goal of this study is to find structural models (paths) of the relationships between variables that researchers have studied using a survey approach that incorporates theory, empirical evidence, facts, and existing facts. Field research was used for the study. with 100 UKM Jambi City owners serving as respondents. Payment gateaways and the utilization of fintech peer-to-peer lending were found to have a significant impact on revenue growth in this study. Due to the mediation of increased revenue, payment gateaways and the utilization of fintech peer-to-peer lending did not, however, have a significant impact on financial performance. Thus, it can be concluded that UKM's financial performance with fully mediated venture capital is affected by payment gateaway and the use of fintech peer-to-peer lending.]]>
