Abstract

This research examines the challenges faced by notaries in the digital age and the significance of the principle of caution in creating authentic deeds. The digital transformation has significantly altered the notary profession, introducing new risks such as identity fraud. The principle of caution has become increasingly crucial to ensure the integrity and validity of deeds. This study analyzes various forms of caution that notaries should adopt and their impact on the quality of authentic deeds. Findings indicate that adapting to digital technology and a deep understanding of the principle of caution are key for notaries to navigate the challenges of the modern era.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of financial rewards, work environment, job market considerations, and artificial intelligence knowledge on accounting students' interest in choosing a public accounting career. Sampling using a convenience purpose sampling technique obtained 105 respondents. The research results show that the variables of financial rewards and labor market considerations show a significant positive influence. Students' knowledge of artificial intelligence provides significant positive results, meaning that the higher their knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI), the greater their interest in a career as a public accountant. Meanwhile, work environment variables have no effect on students' interest in pursuing a career as a public accountant, this happens because students do not prioritize risks or things gained in the work environment.

Abstract

E-commerce introduces the e-wallet payment transaction system as an innovation that offers convenience and security for consumers in purchasing goods and services online. This research explores the influence of trust in social environments in fostering the intention of students in Central Java, Indonesia, to use e-wallets, utilizing technology theories such as the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). A quantitative study was conducted through an online survey among students. Purposive sampling was employed as the sampling technique, and data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach within Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The study found that the factors of trust and social influence significantly impact the intention to use e-wallets, with trust even playing a supportive role in fostering this intention alongside other factors. These findings will assist service providers in enhancing e-wallet services with new innovations tailored to user needs.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the largest palm oil-producing countries in the world, significantly contributing to global palm oil needs. The use of palm oil as fuel is generally achieved through the biodiesel manufacturing process; however, this process remains costly and thus less economical. Additionally, the primary obstacle in using crude palm oil (CPO) is its high viscosity, which can cause blockages in the fuel injector channels of diesel engines. Therefore, modifications are necessary to enhance the characteristics of CPO so that it can be used directly as diesel engine fuel. This can be achieved through heating and the addition of 2-EHN additives. This study aimed to optimize the characteristics of CPO using Response Surface Methodology (RSM) to determine the optimal combination of temperature and 2-EHN concentration. The optimal point was identified at a temperature of 50°C and a 2-EHN concentration of 2%. The results of the CPO characteristic test showed a viscosity of 4.45 CSt, a density of 0.884 g/ml, a cetane number of 56.9, and a calorific value of 9314 kcal/kg

Abstract

This research aims to find out what influences arise from the development of the Indonesian Capital City. The method used in this research is literature review research which involves reviewing and critically evaluating existing literature sources. Literature reviews contain descriptions of theories, findings and other research materials obtained from reference materials to serve as a basis for research. The results of the research show that with the development of the Archipelago Capital City, there are various influences that will be experienced in the future, starting from the influence of cultural differences, disrupting the ecosystem of living things that previously existed in the Archipelago Capital environment, as well as a reduction in oxygen. due to development around forest areas in the Indonesian Capital City.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of taxpayer awareness, taxpayer knowledge, tax sanctions and tax amnesty on tax socialization and motor vehicle taxpayer compliance in Kupang City. This research is included in the quantitative research category. The research results show that taxpayer responses to tax amnesty, tax sanctions, taxpayer awareness, and taxpayer compliance with four-wheeled motorized vehicles are positive. Factors that have a major influence on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance are: tax amnesty, tax knowledge, tax sanctions, and taxpayer awareness. The influence of taxpayer awareness, tax knowledge, and tax sanctions on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance can be mitigated by tax socialization. However, the effect of the tax amnesty on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance cannot be mitigated by tax socialization.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the type and amount of B3 waste, identify B3 waste management based on Government Regulation Number 22 of 2021, as well as the SWOT strategy for B3 waste management in the Jambi City hotel industry. The research method is a mixed method. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of open interviews using questionnaires, documentation and literature studies. This research used two types of informants, namely 5 experts and 36 hotel staff, with a questionnaire as the data collection instrument. The results of this research are the type of B3 waste in hotels, namely used oil with the highest amount, namely 0.786 tonnes, and the smallest amount, namely used cloth, amounting to 0.009 tonnes. The research results also found that the hotels that produced the most B3 waste were 5-star hotels, amounting to 0.752 tons. The stages of B3 waste management implemented in the hotel industry are the reduction stage and the storage stage. In the SWOT diagram, it is in quadrant II, namely a combination of strategies between strengths and threats (ST strategy), namely central government regulations, administrative sanctions for hotels, reducing the use of B3 waste in hotels, preparing TPS for B3 waste not mixed with other waste, the government working together. with third parties for B3 waste management, inviting the public to protect the environment.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of discounts, promotions and service quality on purchasing decisions using the Alfagift application in Muara Bulian. The analysis used is quantitative analysis using validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). The research results show that simultaneously there is a significant influence between the discount, promotion and service quality variables on online purchasing decisions using the Alfagift application, but partially only the discount variable does not have a significant influence on online purchasing decisions using the Alfagift application in Muara Bulian.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the improvement in mathematics learning outcomes of class This type of research is PTK which is carried out in two cycles. The subjects in this research were 31 students in class XI MIPA at R.A Kartini Private High School, Tebing Tinggi City. The instruments in this research consisted of tests and observation sheets. The results of data analysis in cycle I obtained an average class percentage of 74.51% and experienced an increase in cycle II, namely obtaining an average class percentage of 85.80%. And the results of the classical completeness analysis in cycle I got a percentage of 70.97%, namely there were 22 students who had reached the KKM, then classical completeness in cycle II got a percentage of 87.09%, namely there were 27 students who had reached the KKM. From this data, it can be seen that there was an increase in diagnostic tests, cycle I tests, and cycle II tests. The observation results indicate that the learning process using the Two Stay Two Stray type cooperative learning model is classified in the good category with a score of 3.31. Based on these data, the indicators for this research have been fulfilled. It was concluded that the application of the Two Stay Two Stray type cooperative learning model could improve the mathematics learning outcomes of class XI MIPA students at R.A Kartini Private High School, Tebing Tinggi City.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether the #BeautyHasNoGender campaign message on the @Dearmebeauty Dear Me Beauty Instagram account influences brand image. Explanatory quantitative research with survey data as a data collection method. The population in this study was 400 followers of the Instagram account @Dearmebeauty and was analyzed using simple linear regression. Hypothesis results show that the #BeautyHasNoGender campaign message dimensions influence brand image with a contribution of 48.1%.
