Abstract

This study aims to formulate a development strategy for the Climate Village of Eka Jaya Village and Tanjung Sari Village in Jambi City using SWOT analysis. The instrument used to compile the company's strategic elements is the SWOT matrix. This matrix effectively describes how external opportunities and threats faced by the company can be aligned with its strengths and limitations. This matrix can provide four sets of potential strategy possibilities. The research findings indicate that the development approach for the Climate Village in Eka Jaya Village and Tanjung Sari Village shows significant potential. The main strengths of Eka Jaya are community dedication, local government involvement, and collaboration with the commercial sector. The main constraints are financial constraints and regulatory restrictions. The main opportunities are external funding and environmental laws, while the main risks are environmental degradation and climate change. In Tanjung Sari, the main strengths are ongoing commitment and stakeholder collaboration, while the main problems are financial constraints and political fluctuations. The main opportunities are external funding and program credibility, while the main risks are environmental degradation and climate change. The strategy includes enhancing strengths and opportunities while addressing weaknesses and threats.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of brand image, halal label, social media influencers, and product quality on customer loyalty of Somethinc products in the Banyumas region. The method used was quantitative, with a sample of 100 respondents selected through a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously and partially there was a significant influence between the variables of brand image, product quality, and social media influencers on customer loyalty of Somethinc products in the Banyumas region.

Abstract

This study aims to measure employee performance and identify factors that influence employee performance. The methods used in this study are the human resource scorecard (HRSC) and the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method. By integrating HR, strategy, goals, vision, and mission, 3 (three) strategic targets for the financial perspective were obtained; 3 (three) strategic targets for the customer perspective; 4 (four) strategic targets for the internal business process perspective; and 3 (three) strategic targets for the learning and growth perspective. The assessment system with the results was categorized into Traffic Light Systems. 13 strategic targets based on measurable scores from each perspective obtained 8 (eight) KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) categorized as green, 4 (four) KPIs categorized as yellow, and 1 (one) KPI categorized as red. Thus, it can be concluded that it is important to measure performance by involving human resources in an effort to achieve company goals.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' communication skills by using the Two Stay Two Stray cooperative learning model in grade IV of SD Negeri 121/I Muara Singoan. The research data was obtained by conducting classroom action research (CAR) consisting of two cycles, where the data taken were in the form of research data through observation, interviews and documentation. The data in this study were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results of this study prove that the use of the Two Stay Two Stray cooperative learning model can improve students' communication skills in grade IV of SD Negeri 121/I Muara Singoan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the population of predatory insects in rice cultivation in Senaning and Lubuk Ruso Villages, Batanghari Regency. Data collection was carried out 4 (four) times, namely when the rice plants were 7 and 21 days after planting (vegetative phase), and when the rice plants were 56 and 70 days after planting (generative phase) using yellow tray traps, pitfall traps, direct observation and swing nets. In each rice field, 10 sample plots were made with a size of 2 m x 2 m each, which were placed randomly. In each sample plot, 1 (one) yellow tray trap and 2 (two) pitfall traps were placed, then the traps were left for 24 hours in the field. The results showed that the total types of predatory insects in rice crops in Senaning Village consisted of 9 species and 126 individuals, while in Lubuk Ruso Village it consisted of 13 species and 95 individuals. The population of predatory insects is higher in rice cultivation with low pesticide application frequency, close planting distance and rice varieties with more tillers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to help solve problems related to factors that influence reduced income or sales achievement using the SOAR and QSPM methods. The purpose of using the SOAR and QSPM matrices is to find valid and practical results for the problems faced by the owner of the Thrift shop Labersa Pekanbaru. The method used in this study is qualitative where researchers obtain research results through distributing questionnaires with primary data types, namely direct interviews with the owner and related parties, while the method in the research data uses the SOAR and QSPM methods as a reference in concluding the results of the questionnaire. The results of the study found that the results of the validity and reliability tests said valid and reliable, then the results of the IE and SOAR matrix analysis quadrants were obtained in quadrant V with the aim that the store in that phase must maintain the market and develop products. The final results of the SOAR and QSPM tests obtained AS and TAS 6.758 are the highest results by providing pre-order services for branded goods according to customer demand and exclusive shopping fields.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the correlation between motivation, work discipline, and work environment and their impact on employee performance in the sewing division of CV Nusantara Garment Surabaya. Data collection methodology employed in-depth interview techniques and distribution of research instruments via Likert-scale ordinal questionnaires, engaging 40 respondents within the specified work unit. This study employs saturated sampling technique as a sample selection procedure, with data processing utilizing Partial Least Square (PLS) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) methodologies. Research findings reveal a significant and positively correlated relationship between motivation, work discipline, and workplace environmental characteristics impacting employee performance at the stitching division of CV Nusantara Garment Surabaya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of population size on economic growth through education level and workforce in Jambi Province during the period 2010-2022. This study uses path analysis. The results of this study conclude that there is a direct influence between population size, education level, and workforce on economic growth in Jambi Province during the period 2010-2022. This study also found that the education level variable is able to moderate the influence of population size on economic growth, but the workforce variable is not able to moderate the influence of population size on economic growth in Jambi Province during the period 2010-2022.
