Abstract

The distribution of positive Covid-19 cases in Indonesia issued by DKI Jakarta was 3.097 people or45.82%, West Java was 747 people or 11.05%, and Est Java 590 people or 8,73%. Information by PB IDIthere were 24 doctors who died as of April 16, 2020 due to positive Covid-19, 8 from West Java. Problemin Gunung Jati Cirebon Hospital, APD from Health Office of West Java Province is not enough. If eachregion wants to quickly inventory fulfillment, you need a distribution strategy in a fast travel time. Thisstudy discusses the distribution of the network and determines the distribution center of Covid-19 medicallogistical assistance in West Java so that the travelling time for distribution is fast. This study includes thedistribution network design, logistics clustering, and point of distribution center every cluster. The methodused Selective Distribution Channel approach for distribution networks design, K-Means method forclustering, and Gravity Location Model for point placement of distribution center. Based on the result ofthe discussion that can be drawn the conclusion of getting a fast travel time, a distribution networks can bemade with 4 logistics klasters. Cluster 1 in Kasokandel Majalengka, Cluster 2 in Wanaherang GunungPutri, Cluster 3 in Cipendeuy Padalarang, Cluster 4 in Sukamulya Ciamis. The total efficiency of traveltime in cluster 1 is 11.02 hours/week, in cluster 3 is 2.57 hours/week, in cluster 4 os 24.23 hours/week, andin cluster 2 it is not recommended to make distribution center, so distribution on cluster 2 directly fromLanud Halim Perdana Kusumah.

Blockchain has several features that guarantee security and consistency in transaction and data storage.Blockchain has been applied in various fields. The application of blockchain is popular in the financialsector in the form of cryptocurrency. In the political field, the option of implementing blockchain has alsobeen initiated, especially for e-voting process. The idea developed through various researches. Thisresearch tried to propose an initial simulation of blockchain implementation in the presidential election inIndonesia.

Abstract

An adoption of technology always produces two reactions, namely acceptance or rejection. Senayan librarymanagement system is a library management system that is able to organize, organize, provide services,that finally producing an information that can help managers and library members. This study aims todetermine the extent to which technology in information services at the ‘ABC’ Library is received and toexamine the relationship of factors that influence the acceptance and use of these technologies by using theTAM (Technology Acceptance Model). Assessment is generated from primary data in the form ofquestionnaires distributed to 379 respondents. The veripative statistical analysis method in this study usesSEM (Structural Equation Model) with the software used is Amos 24. Based on the results of the research,PEOU has a positive effect on PU because the P value (0.013) <0.05, PEOU has no positive effect onBITU because P value (0.660)> 0.05, PU has a positive effect on BITU because P value (0.000) <0.05, andBITU has a positive effect on AU because the value of P (0.003) <0.05.

Abstract

In building a system, it was needed a quality guarantee. A system could be stated wellqualified, if it met the user needs. The quality could be measured from various points of views.One point of views to measure the software quality was focusing on user satisfaction (userbased). To know the quality of a system, it was needed a quality analysis of its system. Therewas a lack of service when online warehouse administration system used to manage thewarehouse material inventory in PT. PLN (Persero) Duri Rayon was used. This research aimedat finding proposed improvements for increasing the service quality percentage of onlinewarehouse administration system based on ISO/IEC 9126 standard. The methods of collectingthe data were using interview and questionnaire to know user complaints to the user. MaturityModel and Delay approaches were used to process the data. In testing the reliability level,online warehouse administration system was on the first level (the system was computerized,but it was not standardized yet). In testing the delay, all the delays in input were on goodcategory and it could be understandable. Based on the levels of maturity and delay, the testshowed that there was a need to improve and maintenance the online warehouse administration system to increase the performance of system service quality for users, so that the existence ofrepairs and maintenance systems can increase 26% to 41% the percentage of the quality of aninformation technology system.

Abstract

Transportation costs are one of the largest cost components in distribution activities.Transportation costs can be reduced by improving distribution routes. The aims of this articleare to minimize transportation costs by determining vehicle assignments and routing forheterogeneous vehicles. The constrains that considered are the number and capacity of thevehicle, fuel consumption, service time at the company and at customers plant. Totaltransportation costs are considered as vehicle fixed costs, fuel costs, and material handling costs.CVRPTW is applied to the problem of assigning and determining vehicle routes of plasticcomponent companies that supply plastic components for various manufacturing companies inthe Greater Jakarta area. CVRPTW can reduce transportation costs in the company while stillmeet all applicable constraints. CVRPTW reduced the number of vehicles used from theprevious 6 vehicles to 5 vehicles. Total transportation costs for all shipping routes are Rp.4,563,620. This cost is lower than the company costs of Rp. 4,694,100, this routing problemreduces transportation costs by 8% of the initial cost.

Abstract

Disaster is a very damaging and unpredictable event when it happens, threatening the facilities of computersystems and the environment, such as telecommunications systems and data storage. According to theNational Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) Indonesia is very vulnerable to disasters because of thegeographical characteristics. Indonesia current position is between three active plates and a ring of fire.Indonesia's reputation as a disaster-prone country is also noted in the report of The Atlas of the HumanPlanet 2017. The data shows that the threat of natural disasters has doubled in the last 40 years, in line withthe population growth. Diskominfo West Java is an agency that is tasked with carrying out regionalgovernment affairs in West Java in the field of communication and information technology based on theprinciples of autonomy, deconcentrating and co-administration. Diskomifo has a data center that is usefulfor the benefit of the information itself and the Regional Work Unit (SKPD) of the West Java provincialgovernment. A data center must be designed as best as possible to avoid disruption due to disasters,disturbances or errors that can cause damage to the data center itself, therefore it must be avoided orminimized from the impact of the risks that occur and guarantee the availability of the organization'sbusiness continuity if interference or disaster is occurred. In this study, an analysis was carried out relatedto the assessment of risk occurrence, to determine the level of the threats. In addition, in this document abusiness impact analysis is also carried out to determine the priorities of the information system owned bythe organization, so that the organization can prioritize which information system is in the top prioritywhen disruptions occurred.

Abstract

Until now, the government is very difficult to get data that is valid, accurate, reliable, and easily accessible.Often there are differences in data, between ministries, government agencies, state-owned companies,private companies, or others. This has become a constraint for leader in decision making. At the end of2018, the Government plans to establish a Presidential Regulation concerning the One Data Indonesia, butuntil now (2019) has not yet. One of the critical success factors for this initiative is human resources (HR),namely Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) who have functional positions as Pranata Komputer (PK). PK has taskand function of planning and managing information technology in the government. This research aims toanalyze PK activities related to data management based on DAMA-DMBOK 2. The methods used aredocument collection, assessment, analysis of DAMA-DMBOK 2 activities and current activities, andmapping of PK activities and data management, which focus on three knowledge (data governance, dataquality management, and metadata). The output is the mapping of PK activities based on DAMA-DMBOK2. The results of research can be used as a reference for evaluating and improving regulations related toPranata Komputer activities that support the implementation of data governance in government.

Abstract

Promotion is one type of communication that is often used by marketers, as one element of the promotionalmix. The promotion process carried out by CV Fikri Karya Gemilang is a traditional promotion model,with direct visits without other alteratives. The promotion system still does not provide optimalperformance for the company's revenue. Based on data from the company, there is a decrease in jobs thatare not in accordance with the company's target and unreachable regional segmentation. This study usesthe PIECES method by analyzing the company's promotion system. This research proposes a websitedesign using the waterfall model and usability testing on the website with a total score of 0.72 whichmeans good, and the application of online media as an internet-based promotion media. This study alsolooked at the effect of the adoption of a traditional promotion system and the adoption of an internet-basedproposed promotion system using paired sample t-tests. Based on the PIECES analysis, it is found thatthere is a level of customer satisfaction with the application of a manual promotion system that is less thanoptimal, and the application of the proposed promotion system provides an increase in consumersatisfaction. Based on paired sample t-test, it can be concluded that the Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.0000015means that there is a significant difference between the application of the traditional promotion system andthe internet-based proposal promotion system.

Abstract

Supplier selection is an important activity in collaborative processes between companies. Manufacturingcompanies must pay attention to all aspects of the supplier and not only look at the aspects inherent to theproduct, but other important aspects such as organizational management aspects. Capability, reputation,and supplier ethics must be considered to maintain consistency of collaboration. Good organizationalmanagement of the supplier company will create a reliable system and have an impact on increasing thecompetitiveness of the manufacturing company or the supplier itself. One of the supplier selectiontechniques that can be used to produce a good solution is the Fuzzy Analytical Network Process (F-ANP)method. This method can produce better quality solutions, where the level of subjectivity and inaccuraciesthat occur can be minimized compared to the usual ANP method. In this study, a manufacturing companythat prioritizes organizational management as an important aspect of supplier collaboration is the researchobject. From the results, a more comprehensive and better supplier priority selection is obtained byconsidering the organizational management criteria.

Abstract

Batik Kraton SME is one of the industries in Pekalongan that has been producing batik for 20 years. TheSME has never conducted supply chain measurements before, even though the industry has been aroundfor a long time. Quick-change in customer behavior become the obstacle for the industry. Supply chainperformance measurement will be carried out to determine whether the industry is superior or not inmanaging their supply chain and what improvements must be conducted in order to compete in the market.Performance measurement will involve supply chain processes and indicator metrics. The methods used inthis research are SCOR 12.0 Model and Analytical Hierarchy Process which for make to order type ofproduction process. The results of the supply chain performance measurement show an average score of69.39 which is included in the average or medium category. Each performance score of the core processesfor plan, source, make, deliver, return, and enable are 87.05; 94.25; 68.13; 79.79; 75.47; 11.66. It isacknowledged that the highest score of process performance is “source” and the lowest score is “enable”.These indicators inform that the supply chain process at Batik Kraton SME still needs improvement inseveral sectors.
