Abstract

This study aims to identify the needs of high school students for entrepreneurial career guidance to support the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. A descriptive quantitative approach with a survey model was employed, involving 30 randomly selected students from a high school in Sidrap Regency. The survey questionnaire was validated by experts and distributed online via Google Forms. The validity and reliability tests indicated that all items in both questionnaires were valid for use. Data analysis utilized the general percentage formula for Respondent Achievement Level (RAL). As shown in Table 1, students indicated a preference for E-Modules (90%), followed by projects or simulations (82%), and social media (70%). According to Table 2, students were interested in content such as success stories of young entrepreneurs (92%), the importance of entrepreneurial spirit (86%), and key entrepreneurial concepts (86%). These findings provide guidance for counseling teachers to develop E-Module products that include young entrepreneur success stories, the importance of entrepreneurship, key entrepreneurial concepts, and utilize social media support as well as project or simulation-based evaluations in entrepreneurial career guidance.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of social interaction in the development of students at Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Insan. Healthy social interaction can shape character, enhance cultural diversity understanding, and provide vital adaptability skills in a social environment. However, preliminary studies have shown a lack of adequate group counseling services and insufficient student understanding of the concept of Group Guidance Counseling. The purpose of this research is to identify existing issues and provide constructive solutions to enhance the students' social interaction facilities by developing a Group Guidance Counseling program that involves collaboration with BK (Guidance and Counseling) teachers and students at Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Insan. The research methodology employed is qualitative research with a field study approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research findings reveal that group counseling services have not been given priority in this school. BK teachers have a limited understanding of group counseling concepts, and the existing programs are still general. This situation creates a gap in students' social interaction skills. In conclusion, the role of BK teachers needs to be strengthened, and group counseling services need to be improved as an integral part of students' social interaction development. It is expected that this will contribute positively to improving students' social interactions, helping them overcome difficulties, and building healthier social relationships at Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Insan.

Abstract

Living life in an Islamic boarding school is not an easy thing for teenagers. The difficulties experienced by teenagers at Islamic boarding schools are certainly very different from the difficulties experienced by teenagers outside Islamic boarding schools. During the observations, the author found several cases where there were santri (Islamic Boarding School Students) who had run away from the Islamic boarding school with the aim of being expelled, but the students still continued to live in the Islamic boarding school. Another fact, is that there are students who violate the regulations in Islamic boarding schools with the same goal, namely to get them expelled from the Islamic boarding school, but in fact the students still remain in the Islamic boarding school. The aim of this research is to examine in more depth the role of peer support in growing the Adversity Quotient in Santri. As well as knowing the role of peers for students at the Raudhatus Salaam Islamic boarding school. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method using a phenomenological approach with case studies. The author's data collection method uses interview techniques, documentation and also field observation. The subjects in this study were 5 students who had low Adversity Quotien experience, namely, CPR, RARK, H, INAF, and RF. The results of the research show that the Adversity Quotient description of the students at the Raudhatus Salaam Islamic boarding school is fairly good. This shows that the students are able to control themselves when they have problems. Meanwhile, regarding the role of peer support in growing the Adversity Quotient in this research, it has an important role. The factors that support students to remain in Islamic boarding schools in this research are the support of friends and the environment. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are friend problems and also financial problems.

Abstract

This research aims to collect previous research which focuses on group counseling and student anxiety in facing exams. Student anxiety when facing exams is a complex problem. Apart from the problem of student anxiety at school, other problems can also concern the environment around students. Regarding this problem, it is necessary to implement group counseling by guidance and counseling teachers to avoid cases of student anxiety when facing exams. Generally, student anxiety in facing exams occurs due to two factors, namely internal and external factors. Where internal factors come from the student, while external factors come from outside the student, such as the family environment, society and the student's relationships. This research aims to review several research articles examining the effectiveness of group counseling to reduce student anxiety when taking exams. The method used in this research is a literature review indexed by Sinta. Which aims to collect, analyze and seek general views about the effectiveness of group counseling in reducing students' anxiety when facing exams at school. The research results showed that the seven articles analyzed with a focus on discussing group counseling gave positive results and revealed that group counseling using various approaches was effective in reducing students' anxiety when facing exams. It is hoped that the results of this research can be utilized by guidance and counseling teachers and future researchers.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation stages of individual counseling using a behavioral approach for perpetrators of sexual violence at the UPTD PKS Insan Berguna, Lampung Province Social Service. Children involved in sexual violence need a more advanced approach, such as through guidance and counseling that focuses on recovery. Individual counseling is effective because it involves direct interaction between the counselor and the client, allowing the counselor to pay more in-depth attention to the problems faced by the client. The method used in this research is a field research method. Data collection techniques in this research used observation, interviews and documentation. The results obtained in this research show that individual counseling with a behavioral approach has an effect on changing clients' good behavior. The main focus of this research is to describe the behavior patterns of these children, as well as the changes that occur in the rehabilitation process carried out at that place. Researchers also try to explain how a counseling process based on a behavioral approach can help these children identify and change their behavior patterns to be more positive. And clients are starting to realize the impact of their bad habits and are actively working to change them. After attending this counseling, the three clients realized their mistakes and will now try to change for the better. Individual counseling with a behavioral approach shows effectiveness in dealing with behavioral problems, but also emphasizes that self-awareness is an important first step in efforts to improve lifestyle. Furthermore, the behavioral changes achieved by clients during the counseling process provide hope that this kind of intervention can contribute to a sustainable improvement in their quality of life.

Abstract

This study explored the implementation of moral education in enhancing self-efficacy, moral development, and social intelligence among Muslim adolescents, along with its theoretical implications. Using a comprehensive literature review method, data sources included journals, books, and academic publications related to moral education and youth development. Data were collected through the identification, selection, and critical analysis of relevant literature. The findings indicate that moral education, emphasizing values such as honesty, justice, and responsibility, significantly enhances students' self-efficacy. Structured programs involving personal reflection, group discussions, and community service projects help students develop self-confidence, moral awareness, and ethical decision-making skills. A supportive environment and positive reinforcement also play crucial roles in promoting positive social interactions and social skills like empathy and cooperation. These findings support theories of moral development and Bandura's self-efficacy theory, highlighting the importance of direct experience, positive reinforcement, and social interaction in the development of social and moral skills. Structured moral education provides a strong foundation for students' personal and social development, preparing them to become ethical, confident, and adaptable individuals in society.
