Abstract

Perkembangan pesat di era globalisasi atau era modernisasi dalam bidang sains, politik,, dan teknologi. Berbagai definisi pemikiran yang kontra dari dunia Barat maupun yang pro. Pertumbuhan yang cepat dan hilangnya hubungan antara kekuatan netika tradisional dan norma agama, merupakan akibat dari masalah lain dan perang brutal pada periode ini. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menambah khazanah intelektual muslim Indonesia, kususnya mengenai karya ilmuwan tentang pendidikan profesi guru terutama guru pendidikan agama islam yang sesungguhnya. Didalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian fisiologis dimana prosedur dalam pemecahan masalah yang akan diselidiki nanti dilakukan secara rasional melalui sebuah penalaran yang terarah dan perenungan yang mendasar dan mendalam tentang hakikat sesuatu. Hasil dari penelitian ini nantinya dengan adanya revitalisasi profesi guru, maka akan menumbuhkan dan memaksimalkan peran pendidik sebagai orang tua kedua, dimana hubungan emosional keduanya sangat dibutuhkan dalam proses pembelajaran. Pendidik juga harus mampu membentuk kepribadian peserta didik agar memiliki pola perilaku akhlakul karimah. Kesimpulan penelitian ini bahwa perlu adanya kerjasama antar semua elemen pendidikan untuk memajukan kualitas pendidikan bangsa. Karena kemajuan pendidikan suatu bangsa merupakan cerminan dari kesejahteraan masyrakatnya dan itu dimulai dari kualitas pendidik dan juga genrasi muda bangsa. Abstract

Profitabilitas merupakan aspek penting dalam perkembangan perbankan syariah. Tingkat profitabilitas yang tinggi akan membuat perbankan syariah mampu berkembang lebih cepat. Dalam meningkatkan profitablitiasnya, perbankan syariah dituntut agar dapat mengelola biaya operasionalnya secara efisien, pencadangan modal yang optimal, dan penyaluran pembiayaan yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji apakah penerapan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) mampu memoderasi pengelolaan biaya operasional, pencadangan modal dan penyaluran pembiayaan terhadap profitabilitas perbankan syariah. Secara metodologis, penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian eksplanatori. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode teknik purposive samplingdengan jumlah data yang tersaring sebanyak 10 bank syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan karakteristik bank yang terdiri dari BOPO, CAR, dan FDR sebagai variabel independen, menggunakan good corporate governance (GCG) sebagai variabel moderasidan menggunakan ROA sebagai varibel dependen. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dengan Pooled Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa BOPO berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap ROA, CAR berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap ROA, FDR berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap ROA, Good Corporate Governance(GCG)berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap ROA. Selanjutnya Good Corporate Governance(GCG) mampu memoderasi variabel BOPO terhadap ROA, dan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) mampu memoderasi variabel CAR terhadap ROA.Namun demikian,Good Corporate Governance (GCG) tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan FDR terhadap profitabilitas perbankan syariah.

Abstract

The existence of an everywhare internet connection, the use of the smartphone, and social media, the community with easy access and receive information, social media as mass information media has two sides of the impact of different.Because of the convenience of social media in presenting information to the user, be as a trigger easy it is the community in obtaining news or information.Information have diverse namely uncertainty, character , Knowledge, Ambiguity,Ridanden, Indetermination, and The System that Relies, to addressing that religious institutions as facilitator in the formation of moral made priority in information filter that is not true with the use of studies that derived from the teachings of every religion. Religion it becomes a necessity that must be met, religion began to be perceived as something that gives value and meaning in life, then religion becomes institutionalized in society be religious as one of the institutions of social. Therefore, the religious institutions have to earn the trust of the public in a democracy such as political freedom, honesty, public approval, competition and legitmasi. Preventing exposure of information lie in self, family, society and nation state with the way the back hold firmly the teachings of each religion, the stronger we hold fast to the teachings of the religion, the more we afraid of doing “the hoax “ itself because the information is a lie it is not justified in the teachings of every religion. Writing methods with the methods of interpretation using a thematic approach. The method of study used in the search data is a literature study (library research) as well as interviews with respondents who related. Abstract

Many efforts have been made by the government to develop and organize people's markets through the revitalization of the people's market, but some of the conditions of the people's market after the revitalization are not as expected. The purpose of this study is to analyze the extent of market conditions, the responses of traders and consumers and their impact on the socio-economics of traders and the existence of the market after the implementation of market revitalization at the Mandalika Market, Mataram City. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. The data collection process was carried out by means of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. While the data validity technique used is triangulation of data sources. The results of the study concluded that the physical condition of the market after the revitalization showed a better improvement even though some market facilities were still incomplete and not in accordance with the requirements, while the management, economic and social revitalization had not been carried out optimally. Traders and consumers responded positively to the market conditions resulting from the revitalization, but some traders responded negatively to the shape and size of the shop which was too small. The social impact of market revitalization on traders has both positive and negative impacts. The positive impact, namely the relationship and interaction between fellow traders in the Mandalika Market is getting better, while the negative impact with traders selling private markets triggers business competition. The resulting economic impact has a negative impact on the decline in the income of market traders, the decreasing number of traders causes the government's income from market levies to also decrease, so that it has the potential to decrease the existence of the market.

Abstract

The development of the digital world provides opportunities for students to communicate directly with foreigners from various parts of the world. This study focuses on analyzing the application of ethical manners by students of Islamic universityy in Indonesia in English conversations through synchronous social media with foreign speakers. The aim is to determine the form of application of courtesy ethics in conversations in English with foreign speakers by Islamic university students. The results of this study are expected to be a recomendation for educators and students themselves in improving education and the application of ethical manners in English as international language. Given that Islamic University students are one of the well-educated ambassadors of the Islamic community in the international world. The subjects of this study involved 30 students of the Syarif Hidayatullah Islamic University Jakarta. Students have conversations with foreign speakers using the Ome TV and Zoom Meeting application which is carried out naturally. Qualitative descriptive research method is used to obtain data in this study. This study finds several patterns of ethical application of courtesy by students which are discussed in terms of ethical principles in speaking basically based on six maxim of politeness by Leech. The results of this study also provide ethical recommendations for English conversation to Islamic university students as social media users. In addition, it is also hoped that it will become a reference for teachers to always provide language education that has ethical values ​​of politeness that can be accepted by all communities worldwide.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan upaya untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar SKI melalui strategi pembelajaran berbasis cooperative script pada siswa kelas XI Agama MAN 1 Nganjuk. Pertanyaan yang ingin dijawab melalui penelitian ini adalah Apakah metode pembelajaran cooperative script dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar SKI materi Bangsa Arab Pra Islam siswa kelas XI Agama MAN 1 Nganjuk Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022?. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran SKI materi Bangsa Arab Pra Islam melalui metode Cooperative Script pada siswa kelas XI Agama MAN 1 Nganjuk Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Tekhnik pengumpulan data ini menggunakan metode observasi, metode dokumentasi, dan metode tes. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Agama MAN 1 Nganjuk sebanyak 32 siswa. Dari hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata siswa kelas XI Agama pada pra siklus 65,16, siklus I 69,84, siklus II 82,03, dan siklus III 93,12. Sedangkan untuk presentase kelulusan pada pra siklus 31,25%, siklus I 62,5%, siklus II 84,4%, dan di siklus III 96,8%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa metode pembelajaran cooperative script dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar SKI siswa kelas XI Agama MAN 1 Nganjuk. Abstract

Since the government imposed a school closure policy due to the Covid-19 pandemic, online learning has become one of the most effective mitigation measures to reduce the spread of the virus for students. The aims of this study are to examine depthly how the application of online learning by history subject teachers in achieving student competence at SMAN 1 Kertosono, Nganjuk Regency. The results showed that first, the application of online learning at SMAN 1 Kertosono Nganjuk by history subject teachers using a combination of online and offline learning, each teacher preparing learning administration, due to encouragement from the school management to be supervised or collected periodically. To achieve the basic competencies of history subjects in both online and offline learning, innovative learning methods and communicative learning media are used, such as making videos. Assessment of student learning outcomes used the e-report application that has been provided by school management, for historical subjects the assessment of student learning outcomes covers the fields of knowledge and attitudes. While the obstacles in online learning include the preparation of teaching materials that take up a lot of time, the limitations of teachers in mastering technology to support online learning and the limitations of communication between teachers and students.

Abstract

The world community has entered the era of industry 4.0 and has had an impact on human dependence on the use of information and communication technology, in Indonesia based on the survey results show that the Indonesian people are dependent on the use of technology, especially those aged 18-40 years, they spend an average of time using internet with various devices up to 8 hours 36 minutes, but another fact shows that the Indonesian people, including school age, do not yet have digital literacy skills. Therefore, this study aims to examine strategies for increasing digital literacy in mathematics learning at State Senior High School 1 Tanjunganom Nganjuk. The results of this study indicate that first, digital literacy in mathematics learning at State Senior High School 1 Tanjunganom can improve and improve the mathematics learning process, and also to support government programs and school programs in developing digital literacy movements in the digital era, as well as to improve digital literacy skills by use existing facilities and infrastructure. Second, the Literacy Improvement Strategies used include; Strengthening character and responsibility in the use of digital media as a means of learning Mathematics, by strengthening character and responsibility, providing an understanding of the importance of digital literacy in mathematics learning, habituation of the use and utilization of digital media for the learning process, preparing learning links, and using applications -inside application learning.

Abstract

Currently humans have entered the era of society 5.0 where humans become subjects (users) and technology as objects, as users, humans can manage the use of technology so that technology has a positive impact on themselves and other humans. National Education Act by the national education system No. 20 of 2003 that one of the objectives of the national education is the formation of a smart man and character. Students are required to have character in dealing with changes and developments of the times, as we are currently facing the era of society 5.0. Educators have a central role in shaping the character of students. Under the bill operationally educator role in shaping the character of learners can be understood from the role of educators in the education of learners that as peengajar, mentor, coach and facilitator.

Abstract

Several national education problems such as low HDI, limited facilities and infrastructure, national education, and the problem of teaching staff require national education stakeholders to immediately formulate a strategy to minimize the problem of national education, one of which is to strengthen educators, this is based on the dominance of the role and the function of educators in national education. Efforts to encourage educators include; (i) Competency Development for Educators, an educator to have pedagogic, personality, social and professional competencies. The competence of educator has a major contribution to ensuring a quality process in institutions at all levels of education, and (ii) improving the institutionalization of educators and teaching staff in producing more competitive educators. Institutional forms of educators include associations, cooperatives, MGMP and so on. The main elements of education are teachers, students, and the education system. These three things are interdependent, but the teacher's factor seems to be the most decisive in the success of education.
