Abstract

This study aims to describe the rationale for the importance of rehabilitation of drug addicts using islamic religious education and the islamic religious education model used for the rehabilitation of drug addicts in pondok pesantren Tetirah Dzikir Sleman Yogyakarta. This research uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study. The results showed that: (1) The rationale for the importance of rehabilitation of drug addicts using Islamic religious education, includes: juridical, religious, and psychological reasons; (2) The Islamic Religious Education Model in the rehabilitation of drug addicts is carried out in three stages: first, pre-education, second, Islamic education, includes guidance for prayer, fasting, dzikir, qiyamul lail, repentance bathing, religious lectures, learning akidah morals, fiqh, reading and writing the al-qur’an, and the third is post-recovery education. The author argues that in addition to treatment and / or treatment through medical rehabilitation, the healing process for drug addicts can be supported through a religious approach organized independently by the community. The author recommend several things: first, there needs to be moral support from parents to patients, so that the healing process is optimal. Second, the local government must fully support (especially financially) the activities at the pesantren. Third, the community must accept back clients who recover as part of the community.

Abstract

Self-development programs are a must in schools in the form of extracurricular activities and counseling. This aims to explore and develop students' interest in talents to grow according to their talents. This study is a qualitative study to describe the implementation of self-development programs at SMP Negeri 3 Peterongan Jombang. This research is a type of field research using descriptive analytic. The results showed that the implementation of the self-development program at SMP Negeri 3 Peterongan Jombang was carried out by: First the extracurricular program, which was carried out in three stages, namely (1) the planning stage by evaluating the extracurricular program of the previous year and producing recommendations for the current year. (2) The grouping stage, where before the activity is carried out students are grouped based on their interests and talents. (3) The implementation stage, namely extracurricular activities carried out on Saturdays and Sundays accompanied by the supervisor and the person in charge in this case is student time. Second, the guidance and counseling program conducted by BK teachers refers to needs based on research or student talent interest surveys. Abstract

This article discusses the traditional Aswaja practices that implemented in Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Matholi'ul Huda Kedung Jepara as a means of preventing radicalism. There are two issues that will be discussed in this article, namely the forms of the Aswaja tradition that took place in MA Matholi'ul Huda Kedung Jepara and the habituation of the Aswaja tradition within the MA Matholi'ul Huda Jepara. This study was conducted using a qualitative approach with a case study method. The data in this study were collected using participatory observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The data were then analyzed descriptively qualitatively through three stages, namely presentation, reduction and verification. From the results of this analysis, it is known that the traditions that are accustomed to in MA Matholi'ul Huda Kedung Jepara are khatmil quran, tahlilan, istigtsah, pilgrimage to the grave, and tawassul. Khatmil Qur'an and Tahlilan habituated once a week. While Istighatsah, grave pilgrimage, and tawassul are carried out at the beginning of the school year, before the semester exams, and the National Examination. This traditional habituation is a form of learning so that students have a caring attitude towards tradition and respect for the scholars who have started the tradition. This attitude of caring and respect will in turn be both an antidote and an antidote to the "poison" of radicalism.

Abstract

Murâbahah, salam and istishnâ' is a type of buying and selling that is currently known conceptually can be an option in the products of Islamic financial institutions. DSN-MUI as an institution that has authority in Islamic economic and finance fatwas has formulated a fatwa on these three types of buying and selling, where in the fatwa there are hadiths ahkam muamalah as the legal basis. This paper aims to analyze the hadiths ahkam muamalah in the fatwa DSN-MUI about murâbahah, salam and istishnâ' through the study of existence (takhrij hadith) and substance (study of meaning) hadith. Based on the analysis conducted, hadith ahkam muamalah in the fatwa DSN-MUI on murâbahah, salam and istishnâ', broadly explains the principle of sharia agreement (ar-ridha, al-ibâhah, al-mashlahah), blessings in the sale and purchase of cashless (classed as hadith dhaif in the category of hadith majhul), prohibition of delaying the payment of debts for the able, legality of buying and selling salam dan legality of advances in the sale and purchase (classed as hadith dhaif in the category of hadith mursal).

Abstract

This paper examines the thoughts of a famous Muslim figure named Ibn al-Taymīyah. As an individual who lives in an era of heterogeneous society and full of political upheaval, the figure born in al-Harrān has ideas that are arguably unique and different from his predecessors. By examining relevant literature sources, the writer finds that Ibn al-Taymīyah's ideas differ from the majority of pre-existing thoughts. For him, a leader must have the skills, skills and a sense of justice in leading the country. In addition, he is also known as a patriot who has dedicated himself to the interests of the nation and state. Apart from being an intellectual as well as a patriot with a spirit of state solidarity, Ibn al-Taymīyah was also known as one who had such a strong Sufistic conception. This concept emphasizes that the motivation to defend the nation and state must be balanced with zuhud and sincerity that humans are part of a human entity that cannot be separated from the theological aspect.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the internalization of religious values ​​through extracurricular activities of Islamic spirituality at SMPN 47 Surabaya. This research is a descriptive qualitative case study type. The results showed that the process of internalizing religious values ​​through extracurricular activities of Islamic spirituality includes the values ​​of faith, sharia, and morals using exemplary methods, habituation, supervision, advice and punishment. The activities include: giving examples of Muslim dress, getting students used to praying in the Duha and Asr congregations, getting students to perform Friday prayers, pondok romadhon, zakat fitrah / maal, commemoration of the Prophet Muhammad SAW's birthday, and istighosah. The internalization process goes through three stages, namely value transformation, value transaction, and value transinternalization. The internalization process is supported by harmonious cooperation with fellow teachers, most students come from religious families and the availability of infrastructure needed by students. To be more effective, the authors recommend several things: First, there must be synergy between teachers and parents so that efforts to internalize Islamic religious values ​​are sustainable in the family environment. Second, there needs to be periodic evaluation, so that the advantages and disadvantages can be identified precisely.

Abstract

The quality assurance and development of an educational institution depends on the quality of the headmaster as an educational leader. Therefore, the headmaster are required to be more creative, innovative and dynamic in line with changes in society that are increasingly fast and open. This study aims to analyze the role of principal leadership in supporting quality assurance at SMA YP 17 Surabaya. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. From the results of the study it can be concluded that in supporting quality assurance, the leadership of the head of SMA YP 17 Surabaya is supported by the character of strong responsibility, courage in making decisions, and participation in implementing policies. The headmaster has made several important efforts in supporting the quality assurance of the institution by developing the curriculum, human resources, infrastructure and increasing community participation. In managerial terms, the development of the quality of the institution is supported by good coordination with the academic community and the existence of togetherness in curriculum management and learning. In order for quality assurance to be more effective, the headmaster must periodically evaluate every program that has been implemented. The aim is to measure the level of success and find out the deficiencies of the program being implemented. Furthermore, the headmaster needs to conduct more massive socialization of the institution to the community. This is an effort to increase community participation in efforts to develop the quality of schools in the future.

Abstract

This Digital Report Card Application training assistance seeks to provide assistance toteachers in the environment MI Miftahul Jinan, in order to be able to follow governmentdemands and the speed of technology flows to make it easier to access student value data and stored digitally and the speed of technology flow to make it easier to access student valuedata and stored digitally and the speed of technology flow to make it easier to access student value data and stored digitally and neatly both in the institution itself and at the Ministry of Religion, Digital Report Card Application training his is done by the lecture method, varies with discussion and question and answer, demonstrations and assignments, with the aim that the participant understand and able to do digital report cars applications optimally. The results showe that the pre-test average score was 60.6, and the post-test value show that the average is 72,5. It can be concluded that there is an increase of 11.9. an N-Gain was obtained of 0.3 in the moderate/sufficent category. Based on the results of the table above, it shows that the majority of training particants experienced an inrease in their test results.

Abstract

Memorizing the Qur'an is ideally applied to children from an early age, so that they are accustomed to using the time to do activities that are beneficial for their lives and future. However, the ability to memorize the Qur'an in early childhood is decreasing in quality and quantity. This is caused by several factors, one of which is an inappropriate and unattractive method for students. Therefore, the mushafahah method can be an alternative solution that is suitable and easy to implement. The purpose of this study was to find out empirical data on the application of the Musyafahah method and to analyze how much the result of the application of the Musyafahah method to facilitate early childhood memorizing short letters in group B in TK Dharma Wanita Persatuan Ngingas Waru Sidoarjo. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the mushafahah method can make it easier for early childhood to memorize short letters well and fluently, especially in the TK B Dharma Wanita Persatuan Ngingas Waru Sidoarjo group. In addition, the mushafahah method can provide experience for students to be able to communicate directly with the teacher, children are also more enthusiastic and more interested in memorizing.

Abstract

This research stems from the author's observations as a teacher at SMPN 2 Waru Sidoarjo, who often finds bullying by students. From these activities, the authors conducted a study that aims to find out what forms of bullying acts and strategies for Islamic Religious Education Teacher teachers in dealing with bullying behavior in students. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. This study found that the forms of bullying carried out by children such as pushing their friends' bodies, mocking, insulting their families, kicking, hitting, pushing their heads, and so on. There are three strategies used by Islamic Religious Education teachers in dealing with bullying behavior: first, the lecture strategy, providing direction and advice to students. Second, the punishment strategy is given by memorizing short verses, cleaning the classroom, and other punishments that are negotiated with the school and parents. The author recommends several things: first, guidance to students must be carried out continuously, whether at school, at home or in the community. Second, communicate intensely with the guardians of students. This activity is carried out to inform parents of student activities properly. Third, teachers must prioritize exemplary. Because learning in class will be meaningful if it is supported by good examples. Fourth, schools must make standard rules that become laws to combat student bullying.
