This study aims to find out the description of the application of card sort method in improving student’s learning motivation on social science subjects seen from the process of implementation in teaching and learning activities that is at the beginning of learning, in the core activities of learning and at the end of the learning process.This research is descriptive qualitative research. The instrument of this study is the researcher himself. Data collection techniques used includes (1) participant observation (2) interviews and (3) achievement test (4) study documents.The result of the research shows that the application of card sort learning’s model could increase the students' learning motivation. It can be seen from the following aspects below: (1) The students become more competent in their social, interaction, cooperation and courage in expressing their opinions (2) The students more enjoy the learning process. This is seen from the number of students who are actively asked to friends and teachers (3) the application of card sort method can make students become more independent in understanding the learning materials submitted by teachers. An aspect which is need to note that in using card sort method for learning process, it needs material arranged systematically, complete, and detail so that the indicators of the aim can be achieved.

This study aims to determine the increase of science learning outcomes about magnetic force through STAD Type Comparative learning model in the students of VA SDN 010 Bayur North Samarinda class. The number of students in this study was 32 people consisting of 17 men and 15 women.This classroom action research was conducted in three cycles following Arikunto flow which was implemented in SD Negeri 010 Bayur second semester of learning year 2016/2017 with total students 32 people. Research begins in January 2017 to February 2017. The research consists of: the ability to cooperate, communicate, student activeness and mastery of concepts. This study uses STAD method is considered the simplest and most direct of the cooperative learning approach by using small groups of 4-5 students in a heterogeneous way, thus creating an atmosphere that encourages students to need each other, dialogue between groups so it is easier to learn among students, Maintain true opinions and tolerance.In understanding the magnet by the students of VA class SD Negeri 010 Bayur Samarinda Utara with the criterion of learning mastery is 70. In cycle I with the average value obtained is 76.85 (percentage mastery 87.09%), to cycle II to become 87 , 28 (percentage of completeness 100%) with very good criteria. Similarly cycle II to cycle III has increased to 97.28 (percentage mastery 100%) very good criteria. Cycle I activity of student and researcher is enough, second cycle activity of student and researcher is good, cycle III student activity is good and research activity is very good. It can be concluded that this research is planning and evaluation of magnetic style learning model of STAD Co-operative Model where increasingly active teacher to increase student's learning interest increase student's learning outcomes.

AbstractMathematics learning should emphasize in-depth understanding of concepts, not just learning by memorization. So it is necessary effort enough to improve learning outcomes, especially learning outcomes on the cognitive aspect. The purpose of this study is to develop and use the rubric of assessment of mathematics learning outcomes for the cognitive aspects of flat wake material using Boom's Taxonomy of Educational Objectives. Learning model used is model of cooperative learning type think pair share and type two stay two stray. Research method by using quasi experiment. Development of rubric of learning result of mathematics on cognitive aspect by applying indicator on Bloom theory that is: Knowledge, Comprehension, Application, Analysis, Synthesis & Evaluation. Television is a mass media that has the ability to access information quickly and reach audiences in infinite numbers from children to adults. Television with a variety of channels with various events that aired has been able to attract the audience, and make the audience interested because it is presented with an attractive appearance and settings tailored to the needs of the audience. Based on this study was prepared with the aim to determine the effect that can be caused by animated impressions Adit Sopo Jarwo. Adit Sopo Jarwo is a work of the nation that deserves an appreciation so it is necessary to get special attention whether the show that aired has a positive impact on the audience, especially the children who generally love to watch cartoons. The method used is qualitative to determine how to find, collect, process and analyze data of research result. Based on the result of the research, it is concluded that the character education value of Adit Sopo Jarwo show is that children begin to learn to be a small realist who eagerly learns and controls the world objectively. Children observe objects and some people more closely, memorize and memorize strengthen , Learning to hang out with peers, developing conscience, moral understanding, and values, developing the necessary concepts daily and liking pictorial stories.

Writing skills is one of the skills in language that needs to be developed and improved as a means of written communication. Writing should be done effectively and efficiently as writing is a productive and expressive activity. Improving writing skills needs to be done not only by using various approaches, strategies, and learning models, but also using appropriate and appropriate media. In this case, the teacher as a facilitator plays an important role to be able to choose the learning media in accordance with the learning ability of writing poetry. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is planned in 2 cycles. Each cycle is held in 3 meetings and carried out in accordance with the learning objectives to be achieved that is achieve learning mastery and by using media based on Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The type of this research is classroom action research and that will be the subject of research is the students of class III B SDN 005 Awang Long Samarinda with the number of students as many as 28 people. Data obtained through observation during the learning process takes place with the test at the end of the cycle, activity and motivation of students during the learning process takes place. The results of the data show the average value of student learning outcomes to the cycle. From the baseline value (initial condition value) obtained through the final test of observation done without the students is subjected to the action that is the average value of class 60, 53. From the average value of the initial condition increased in cycle I is 65.00. From cycle I to cycle II there is an increase in the activity and motivation of students, the value of learning results obtained from 65.00 to 79.10. The results showed that the use of media based on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) can improve the learning achievement of Bahasa Indonesia teaching materials to write poetry students of class III B SDN 005 Awang Long Samarinda.

This study aims to produce a decent media used in learning mathematics in SD Negeri 005 Samarinda Ulu. This type of research is a development research. The research method adopted in the 4D (Four-D Model) development model consists of four stages: define, design and development. While the dissemination stage (disseminate) is not done.In this study, the respondents were 2 experts, materials experts and media experts, 2 teachers of homeroom teacher, 15 students of small classes and 32 large class students (fourth grade students). Data collection techniques in the form of documentation, questionnaires, interviews and test results learning.Based on the results of research, it is shown that the developed learning media suitable for use in learning mathematics. This can be seen from the result of validation by the lecturer of media experts equal to 85.26% and material experts of 87.37% entered in the criteria is very feasible. This is indicated by the increase in student learning activities expressed in the percentage and data value of learning outcomes of knowledge second class posttest obtained the value of individual and classical completeness of 100% meaning that is complete for small classes while the class of 100% means complete, then the media developed is effective To improve understanding of mathematical concepts for fourth grade elementary school students.

The purpose of the research is to improve students' science learning achievement of fifth grade student in SDIT Cordova Samarinda. This research is a Classroom Action Research which conducted in the fifth grade elementary school of SDIT Cordova Samarinda’s students as the subject. This action research conducted in three cycles which executed on September until October 2012. The data was collected through observations, interviews, final scores and documentation. Data analyzing with qualitative data analysis model by Miles and Huberman. The steps of data analysis are data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/ verification. In addition also performed a quantitative data analysis using Paired Sample t-Test tested the significance level of improvement of learning achievement before and after using Mind Mapping method. The results of this research show the application of Mind Mapping method can improve the learning process and learning achievement. Furthermore there is a significant improvement of students achievement. However, there are some students who don’t like Mind Mapping method, so that we suggest teachers should combine the various methods and techniques to maximize the learning process and learning outcomes.

The purpose of this research is (1) to know whether there are differences of learning outcomes between students who get learning with Contextual Teaching Learning model Video Tutorial sub theme of Uniqueness of My Place of Study with learning outcomes that received learning by lecturing method, (2) Contextual Teaching Learning model Helpful Video Tutorials sub theme The uniqueness of the area where you can produce individual completeness and classical learning, and (3) how the students' motivation to the Contextual Teaching Learning model Video tutorial sub theme of the uniqueness of the area where you left me. The population is the students of SD Negeri Pandean Lamper 01. Samples taken using cluster random sampling technique, obtained class IV A experimental class and IV B control class. Data collection methods used include test methods and observation methods.

This research was conducted in SD N Ngesrep 01, by examining the fourth grade children in the 2nd half 2016/2017 school year totaling 30 children. This research is a quantitative research. This study was conducted to determine the effect of non-teaching model example non example of media-assisted gaser the description writing skills of students. Data description writing skills of children are analyzed using observational methods. The data was then analyzed by statistical analysis methods. The result showed that there was the influence of the learning model example non example of media-assisted gaser the description writing skills of students. On learning model example non example media-assisted gaser media experience influence on description writing skills of fourth grade students who initially low into the high category.

The use of pop-up book media-assisted learning model throwing snowball can help teachers in teaching learning material IPS Heritage temple in Indonesia.
