Implementation of neighborhood health center aims to reduce infant mortalityis accompanied by efforts to reduce the birth rate. For that selected priority programs such asmaternal and child welfare (MCH), family planning, nutrition improvement, immunization andprevention of diarrhea. IHC closely related with active community participation (participationmothers). Factors that influence the participation of mothers in the neighborhood health center activities include knowledge, attitude, affordability of health centers, social, economic, and health workers and cadres factors neighborhood health center.Methods this study uses an analytical methode with cross sectional approach. Total population 95 with a sample of 55 mothers, the samples were taken by simple random sampling. Data were collected by questionnaire and observation, then analyzed using statistical test Regrisi Binary Logistic with significance level of 0.05. The results showed that, the results of statistical tests Binary logistic regression showed knowledge factor (p = 0.000 <α = 0.05), showing the attitude factor (p = 0.002> α = 0.05) where health care affordability factor indicates (p = 0.003 <α = 0.05),and socioeconomic factors demonstrated (p = 0.010 <α = 0.05) and the factor of health workers and cadres posyandu (p = 0.355> α = 0.05). Based on these results it can be concluded that the knowledge factor, the affordability of the health service and social economy that affect the mother's participation in growth monitoring sessions.

Sago tree (Metroxilon sp.) Is native to Southeast Asia. The method used in this research is to use descriptive method with case study and free interview (free interview) field in processing sago and sago tree species which in though. Village community Malawor District Makbon Sorong regency has long consumed sago from natural forests and some sago already planted by ancestors hereditary. When rice and yams run out, people consume sago as a substitute. Most people still manage sago using traditional method for that which become problem point of this research is how kind of sago, process of traditional and semi traditional (scar machine) along with economical value of processed sago which can by community of Kampung Malawor District of Makbon Regency Sorong

E-learning as one of the benefits of the internet is very supportive for teaching and learning process. Therefore, the mastery ability of e-learning teacher become the key word in e-learning activity in education. The use of computers for the e-learning process using moodle and geogebra in learning mathematics plays an important role as a medium to create effective and efficient learning for teachers in SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Godean, SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Godean, SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Minggir, SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Minggir, SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Mlati. The existence of e-learning will facilitate teachers and students in receiving mathematics lessons and also enhance the quality of teaching and learning. The accompaniment of the implementation of IbM training using e-learning using moodle combined with geogebra was conducted at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Godean and resulted in e-learning learning media. The mentoring also resulted in an understanding with the principal that the training could be continued for other subjects.

Education and the economy are still a major problem in our country. The low level of community education causes the economy is still low. Cerme village of Lamongan regency is one example of civilization which also has problems both. This devotion focuses on the efforts to assist local msayarakt how to improve their reading ethos, internet recognize and how to do business or buying and selling transactions online or E-Commerce. Besides this dedication is done for one month. This form of advisory activities is the establishment of a reading park, internet installation and online business training or E-Commerce. With internet facilities that have been installed by UMSurabaya team hope after community training can access the latest knowledge and business with the help of internet. While for school children they can use the reading park and can access knowledge through the internet as well.

SDN Sudimoro 1 Bululawang subdistrict has not done extracurricular activities of dance art, from some guardians initiative to involve his children to follow the dance and dance arts in the local dance studio. At the time of art performances, the school finds it difficult to find a dance coach because of the lack of coaches, locations that are too far from the citizens and lack of material about children's dance. Based on the condition of SDN Sudimoro 1, it is very important to be held about dance training for elementary school students, especially low grade. This devotional activity is held five days, the first day of delivery of basic ant dance material, second day until the five participants perform the practice of motion variety of ant dance along with the floor pattern. The purpose of the workshop is to improve students' ability in maximizing the use of ant dance as a suitable learning in dance, developing and creating cultural art learning materials, especially dance art related to the concept, and improving students ability and skill.

Cattle farming in Indonesia is still concerned with livestock productivity and has not maximized the utilization of cow dung waste (teletong) of economic value. The waste of cow dung (teletong) produced should no longer be a burden of business costs but a result of having high economic value and if possible equivalent to the economic value of the main product (meat). The purpose of this research is to study the utilization of cow dung into organic fertilizer that support the business of fattening beef cattle. The method used in this research is descriptive method with data collection method of observation and interviews of livestock farmer group and supported by literature study. Based on the results of observations and interviews obtained the results that members of Livestock Farmers Group Jaya already utilize and manage the waste of cow dung into organic fertilizer with economic value to sell to members for agricultural land fertilizer rice, watermelon and cantaloupe. The reason for the use of cow dung as fertilizer is usually because the goods are easy to obtain, relatively cheap and give better results.

Devotion to the community is one form of implementation of Tri Darma Higher Education, especially those who care about the social life of the community around the campus. The training followed by Karang Taruna Garuda Muda Pulo Wonokromo Surabaya will be expected to pass the knowledge and skills to others one of them training activities to make or design backdrop spirituality of Islam.

Lack of adequate nutrition intake not only affects the disruption of growth and development of children but can further impact on increased risk of morbidity and mortality of children. In 2016, the number of children under five in Slarang Village is 1056 toddlers and 63 (5.96%) of them are malnourished. One of the efforts to overcome the problem is through the role of health cadres. But with the number of Poyandu 11 Posyandu and 55 health cadres, the role of cadres in promotive efforts is still lacking. Observations conducted at 4 posyandu showed that the cadres were only responsible for recording and weighing. Based on the interviews, the cadres found that children's nutrition knowledge is still lacking, they can not counsel properly and there is no cadre handbook.Community service activities have been implemented with the results have been compiled pocket book nutrition cadres. The number of participants was 19 cadres, the cadre's knowledge about children's nutrition had increased from 61,8 average to 93,7 and had been monitored activity to see the cadre skill in giving nutrition counseling of children through visit to 6 posyandu where 11 cadres conducted skill evaluation nutritional counseling of children with a checklist of more than 70.

Challenges related to health development, particularly in the field, hygiene and sanitation are still great need to be undertaken integrated interventions through a Total Community Based Sanitation approach or commonly known as STBM. According to the PHBS survey that has been done by Puskesmas Sewon II in 2014 in Sorowajan result 21.71% of citizens who have maintained healthy healthy behavior according to indicator 10 indicator PHBS so that still in low category. Community service is done STBM approach implemented in the working area of Puskesmas Sewon II that is in Sorowajan hamlet, Panggungharjo village, Sewon district, Bantul district, DI Yogyakarta. The purpose of this empowerment activity is to raise awareness in the five pillars of STBM. The method used is to model the modified STBM trigger. After carrying out community empowerment in the implementation of 5 pillars of STBM After carrying out community empowerment in application of 5 pillars of STBM to help accelerate Sorowajan area become hamlet that qualified STBM. The results of the survey after the launch activities of 5 pillars STBM trigger as much as 97.28% with a 75.57% increase. These results show the STBM triggering model is able to increase the poverty of PHBS in Sorowajan village.

The purpose of this devotion is to optimize character building for students and teachers in SDN Karanguko 02 Kec Pagelaran kab. Poor. The benefit of this dedication is to improve the character of the elementary school according to the practice of practice in the extracurricular activities of the Boy Scouts, increasing the ability of partners to overcome the problems in handling the moral decline and social attitude of children in school and community. Increase partner knowledge that through extracurricular activities scout familiarize children in good behavior and good character. The methods undertaken in this program of devotion are through field visits and socialization, rigging training in scouts, morse password skills training, and mentoring activities and research reports konslutasi. The result of the program has shown that the partner has good response, active in the discussion and questioning, the partner is able to analyze the learning problem. The research result shows: first the training material in scouting activity containing character values, such as those in SDN Karangsuko 02 the material prioritizes to form the character of discipline and responsible.
