Abstract

The objectives of this study are: First, To determine the influence of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction of PT Juragan Wifi Indonesia. Second, To determine the influence of Price on customer satisfaction of PT Juragan Wifi Indonesia. This research is conducted on 100 customers of PT. Juragan Wifi Indonesia that spread across Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi. Data is collected using a questionnaire with 5 point of likert scale, namely by reaching consumers by distributing the questionnaires which are then processed using the SPSS program. The results shows that service quality, and price provided by PT Juragan Wifi are valid and able to meet consumer expectations. Consumers of PT Juragan Wifi also have high level of satisfaction. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, and price has a positive effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Career Development and Work Discipline on the work of Programming employees at PT. X. The subject of this research is PT. X, which is one of the private TV stations in Indonesia and located in Jakarta. The population of this study was 116 people, and the sampling method used was saturated sampling, so the number of samples in this study was also 116 people. This research used the multiple linear regression analysis method in analyzing research data. The results showed that Career Development and Work Discipline had a significant positive effect on work, either separately or simultaneously. This implies that if there is an increase of career development and/or employees’ work discipline, the job satisfaction felt by employees will also increases.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on firm value, with institutional ownership and managerial ownership as moderating variables in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2014-2019 period. The data used for the research sample is in the form of annual reports from manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2014-2019 period. The method used for the sampling process is the purposive sampling technique, while the model used in this study is panel data with a random-effects model approach. The results of this study indicate that CSR does not have a significant effect on firm value. Institutional ownership as a moderating variable cannot moderate the relationship between CSR and firm value. Meanwhile, managerial ownership is shown to moderate the relationship between CSR and firm value but has a weakening effect.

Abstract

ABSTRACT MELATI WIDIANTIKA, 2021; The Effect of Return Perception, Motivation, Financial Literacy and Income on Investment Interest of Bachelor Degree Students, Class of 2016 and 2017 at State University of Jakarta, 2021. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial literacy, motivation, return perception, and income on investment interest in FE UNJ students, to analyze financial literacy, motivation, perceived return, and income on investment interest in 2016 and 2017 undergraduate students in FE UNJ. The research model used in this study uses descriptive analysis. This research was conducted on 754 students registered as active on bachelor degree students, class of 2016 and 2017 in FE UNJ Study Program, using probability sampling techniques. The data collection technique used a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 261 respondents. The results of SPSS show that there is a significant influence on the perception of return, motivation, financial literacy, and income on investment interest. The results of SPSS showed a significant influence of motivation on investment interest, but on the other hand, the result showing that insignificant between return perception, financial literacy, and income on investment interest. The implications of this research are practical implications and theoretical implications. Practical implications regarding investment interest research are expected to help students, lecturers, faculties, and universities, in providing investment information, providing easy access to information and communication through cooperative relationships between faculty and securities companies, stock exchanges, and interested parties. and similar activities. The theoretical implication of the results of this study is to provide information in the development of knowledge in the fields of financial management, monetary economics, financial literacy, and sharia investment management. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence between cafe atmosphere and customer satisfaction, food quality and customer satisfaction, cafe atmosphere and customer loyalty, food quality and customer loyalty and between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty of Masalalu Café Rawa Domba Jakarta customers. Researcher used questionnaire form to collect data and the sample of this research is 200 respondents. For cultivate and analyze the data, researcher used SPSS version 26 and Lisrel version 8.8. The results of this research show there is a positive and significant influence between cafe atmosphere and customer satisfaction. Food quality also has a positive and significant to customer satisfaction. But cafe atmosphere and food quality have no significant influence to customer loyalty. Even though, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence to customer loyalty. Keywords: cafe atmosphere, food quality, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, Masalalu Café.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are: To analyze and find out 1) The description of work stress, work-life balance, and employee job satisfaction of PT Taspen (Persero) Indonesia, 2) The influence of work stress on employee job satisfaction of PT Taspen (Persero) Indonesia, 3) The influence of work-life balance on employee job satisfaction of PT Taspen (Persero) Indonesia, 4) The research model of work stress and work-life balance in predicting employee job satisfaction of PT Taspen (Persero) Indonesia. This research was conducted on 199 employees of PT Taspen (Persero) Indonesia. Data collection techniques used interview and survey methods by distributing questionnaires which are then processed using the SPSS 21 program. This research used descriptive and causal analysis. The results of regression indicate that there is a negative and significant effect between work stress on employee job satisfaction, there is a positive and significant effect between work-life balance on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Work Engagement and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment to the employees of PT. Karya Sakti Sejahtera, which is a company engaged in the construction sector in Indonesia. The population of this study was 103 people, and the sampling method used was saturated sampling, so the number of samples in this study was also 103 people. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis methods in analyzing research data. The results showed that both Work Engagement and Job Satisfaction had a significant positive effect on Organizational Commitment, both partially and simultaneously. This implies that the higher the employee's job involvement and job satisfaction, the higher the employee's organizational commitment to the company.

The population of this study was 101 people, and the sampling method used was saturated sampling, so the number of samples in this study was also 101 people. Abstract

This study aims to determine changes in market reactions on the rights offering based on the purpose of investment and debt repayments. This research indicator uses abnormal return and trading volume activity. The research observation period was carried out 5 days before and 5 days after the effective date with the object of research being all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period. The samples collected were 42 companies using the purposive sampling technique. Testing the data using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test and paired sample T-test. The test results show that the rights issue for investment purposes has differences in abnormal returns and trading volume activity around the effective date. Meanwhile, there were no differences in abnormal returns and trading volume activity around the effective date for restructuring purposes. From these results, investors are recommended to look at the purpose of using company funds to improve the quality of investment decision-making.

Abstract

This study examines the factors that influence customer satisfaction and visiting intentions at a local industrial coffee shop. This study uses six measured variables: service quality, food quality, variety of menu, café atmosphere, customer satisfaction and revisit intention. The data collection method used a survey with an instrument in the form of a online questionnaire. Respondents are those who live in DKI Jakarta and have made purchases and visits to local coffee shop with industrial concepts. A total of 246 respondents were involved, the data were analyzed using SPSS 26 and SEM from AMOS software version 26 to manage and analyze data. The results of this study based on the hypothesis indicate that the hypothesis of service quality on revisit intention is accepted and significant, service quality on customer satisfaction is accepted and significant, food quality on revisit intention is accepted and significant, food quality on customer satisfaction is accepted and significant, customer satisfaction on revisit intention is accepted. and significant, variety of menu on customer satisfaction is accepted and significant, variety of menu on revisit intention is accepted and significant, café atmosphere on customer satisfaction is accepted and significant, café atmosphere on revisit intention is accepted and significant.
