In general, in Indonesia, autism is not yet known clearly by everyone because not everyone has the ability to detect the symptoms of this disorder. This study aims to determine how the quality of services in our child's therapy center and what is actually expected by the customer or parents who have children with autism, and what has been perceived by customers to the quality of services received. The number of samples contained in this study are as many as 23 respondents of customers in our Child Autism Therapy Center, with a purposive random sampling technique. The research instruments were arranged in the form of questionnaires / questionnaires using the Likert's scale. The results revealed that with dk - | and the level of error set is 545 and compared with the price of F table, it turns out that F count is greater than t table (17,891 »3.49). there is a strong and significant relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction with our Child Autism Therapy Center, this shows that the quality of services has a considerable contribution to customer satisfaction, which then becomes one of the important factors in the marketing of service companies, thus expected the managers of service companies can always pay attention to the quality of services they provide to customers. So that there is evidence of compatibility between expectations that are perceived by the customer and the real services they obtain.

Pada umumnya SMK belum bisa mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan dana BOS yang diberikan oleh pemerintah. Selama ini, dana BOS SMK banyak digunakan untuk membeli bahan habis pakai dan sasaran lain yang dirasa mudah dalam pertanggungjawabannya (Baedhowi, dkk, 2017). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hasil implementasi sistem Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan dana BOS SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Analisis kualitatif digunakan untuk menggali informasi lapangan tentang berbagai permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam pemanfaatan dana BOS di SMK. Analisis kuantitatif yang digunakan adalah menggunakan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tiga prioritas utama pemanfaatan dana BOS SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi Malang berdasarkan sistem AHP yang diisi oleh tim manajemen BOS adalah untuk membiayai pengembangan sekolah rujukan, peningkatan mutu proses pembelajaran dan pengelolaan satuan pendidikan.

The aims of this research are to determine: 1) the influence of teacher’s pedagogic competence toward the learning achievement of students of poor family of Class X and XI in SMA Negeri 1 Surakarta, 2) the influence of peer group environment toward the learning achievement of students of poor family of Class X and XI in SMA Negeri 1 Surakarta, and 3) the simultaneous influence of the teacher’s pedagogic competence and peer group environment toward the learning achievement of students of poor family of Class X and XI in SMA Negeri 1 Surakarta. This research is a quantitative research. The population of the research was the poor students of Class X and XI in SMA Negeri 1 Surakarta in the academic year of 2017/2018. The sampling technique used was Census Sampling. The number of samples was 105 respondents. The data collection methods used were interview, questionnaire, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The result of the research shows that the equity of the multiple regression is Y= 24.760 + 0.605 X1 + 0.905 X2. The regression coefficient is positive which means that the teacher’s pedagogic competence is positively and significantly influential toward the learning achievement of the students of poor family and peer group environment is positively and significantly influential toward the learning achievement of the students of poor family. It means that the better the teacher’s pedagogic competence is, the higher the students’ learning achievement will be and the higher the influence of peer group environment is, the higher the students’ learning achievement will be. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that: 1) the teacher’s pedagogic competence is positively and significantly influential toward the learning achievement of the students of poor family which is shown by the probability value of <0.05 (0.000<0.05), 2) peer group environment is positively and significantly influential toward the learning achievement of the students of poor family which is shown by the probability value of <0.05 (0.000<0.05), 3) teacher’s pedagogic competence and peer group 2 environment simultaneously is positively and significantly influential toward the learning achievement of the students of poor family which is shown by the probability value of <0.05 (0.000<0.05) and R square value of 58.9%. It is shown that 58.9% of the learning achievement of the students of poor family is influenced by the teacher’s pedagogic competence and peer group environment, while the rest which is 41.1% is influenced by other factors not mentioned in this research

This research aims to determine the effect of teacher creativity on the learning motivation. This research is a descriptive quantitative with the pupulation is student from SMKN in Sukoharjo regency. The number of sample was 343 student. Sampling technique this research collected the data questionnaire, the data analyzed simple linier regression analysis. The results revealed that teacher creativity has a positive and significant impact which shown from the T value (7,229) is greater than the T table (2,251). The result of R square show that teacher creativity affects 13,3% of student learning motivation, while the rest is affected by others factors.

There are still many junior high schools that have not been able to optimize the use of BOS funds, including Pangkur 1 Public Middle School, Kec. Pangkur, Ngawi. The main problem faced by SMP Negeri 1 Pangkur Ngawi is that they have not been able to set a priority scale in using the BOS funds for the 10 targets that have been determined in Permendikbud Number 3 of 2019. So the targets are made only to make it easier to make accountability reports not on school needs.The solution offered through this community service activity is to hold training on determining the priority scale for the use of BOS funds using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) system. AHP is a decision support model developed by Thomas L. Saaty. AHP is used to make a sequence of alternative decisions and choose the best for the decision maker. So far, many schools have not been able to determine the alternative target sequence for the BOS funds to be obtained, so that the use of BOS is not optimal. Optimization of the determination of the alternative sequence of BOS targets can be carried out using the AHP system. This activity was aimed at providing training for the elementary school BOS management team so they could use the AHP system to optimize the use of BOS funds.

The purposes of this study were to: 1) determine the relationship between self-management and social support with burnout levels during the Covid-19 period in FKIP students at Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta; 2) knowing the relationship between self-management and burnout levels during the Covid-19 period in FKIP students at Sebelas Maret University Surakarta; 3) find out the relationship between social support and burnout levels during the Covid-19 period for FKIP students at Sebelas Maret University Surakarta. This research is a quantitative research. The population of this study was FKIP UNS students class 2018-2019 who had attended online lectures during the Covid-19 period with a total sample of 361. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with the type of simple random sampling. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) there was a significant relationship between self-management and social support with burnout as evidenced by the value of Fcount > Ftable, namely 7,123 > 3,020; 2) there is a significant relationship between self-management and burnout as evidenced by the value of tcount > ttable, namely -2,624 > 1,966; 3) there is a significant relationship between social support and burnout as evidenced by tcount > ttable, namely -2,719 > 1,966,

Latar belakang pendidikan tidak mempengaruhi tingkat literasi ekonomi mahasiswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikan regresi pada angka lebih dari 0,05 sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa jenjang pendidikan menengah atas memiliki peran yang minimal dalam membentuk literasi ekonomi seseorang. Selain itu nilai uji t juga menunjukkan tingkat kecerdasan literasi ekonomi antara mahasiswa dengan latar belakang sma dan smk cenderung sama. Latar belakang pendidikan mahasiswa juga tidak mempengaruhi tingkat pengetahuan Ekonomi Mikro. Nilai signifikansi regresi lebih tinggi dari standar 0,05 yang telah ditetapkan sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa masa pendidikan sekolah tidak mempengaruhi tingkat kecerdasan Ekonomi Mikro seseorang.Latar belakang pendidikan mahasiswa mempengaruhi tingkat pengetahuan Ekonomi Makro yang ditunjukkan pada nilai signifikansi regresi yang berada pada angka kurang dari 0,05. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendidikan pada masa sebelum perkuliahan memberikan pengaruh dalam membangun pola pikir pengetahuan Ekonomi Makro seseorang.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Financial Literacy, Market Orientation, and Entrepreneurship Orientation on the Marketing Performance of Egg Roll Waluh SMEs in Cepu District, Blora Regency. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample, with a sample of 100 respondents from SMEs Egg Roll. The data analysis used descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, and saw the coefficient of determination. The results obtained showed that 1) There was a positive and significant influence between financial literacy on the marketing performance of Egg Roll Waluh SMEs in Cepu District, Blora Regency. (2) There is a positive and significant influence between market orientation on the marketing performance of Egg Roll Waluh SMEs in Cepu District, Blora Regency. (3) There is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial orientation on the marketing performance of Egg Roll Waluh SMEs in Cepu District, Blora Regency. (4) There is a positive and significant influence between financial literacy, market orientation, and entrepreneurial orientation on the marketing performance of Egg Roll Waluh SMEs in Cepu District, Blora Regency.

The aims of this study is to determine the effect of economic education in the family, financial literacy and lifestyle on the consumptive behavior of students at Sebelas Maret University Surakarta. The determination of research method is descriptive quantitative with research subjects totaling 395 respondents. The sampling technique is done by probability sampling. Data was collected by means of a questionnaire. The results show that; (1) economic education in the family, financial literacy and lifestyle have a significant effect on the consumptive behavior of students at Sebelas Maret University Surakarta as evidenced by the results of the f test is 49,068 > 2.63. (2) economic education in the family has a negative and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of students at Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta, as evidenced by the results of the t test is -3.144 > 1.966. (3) financial literacy has a negative and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of students at Sebelas Maret University Surakarta, as evidenced by the results of the t test is -2.202 > 1.966. (4) lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of students at Sebelas Maret University Surakarta, as evidenced by the results of the t test is 11.224 > 1.966.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa di SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi Bisnis melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournaments Affifah N. A., Soetarno Joyoatmojo, Jonet Ariyanto N. BISE: Jurnal Pendidikan Bisnis dan Ekonomi Vol.5 No. 1 (TGT berbantu media Teka-Teki Silang (TTS). Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan sebanyak dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu: (1) perencanaan tindakan; (2) pelaksanaan tindakan; (3) Pengamatan atau Observasi; dan (4) Refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas X Pemasaran 1 SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta dengan jumlah 33 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kegiatan: (a) wawancara, (b) observasi dan (c) dokumentasi. Validitas data dengan triangulasi sumber data, triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi waktu. Teknik analisis data dengan analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournament (TGT) berbantu media teka-teki silang (TTS) dapat meningkatkan keaktifan belajar peserta didik dari pra siklus ke siklus I dan dari siklus I ke siklus II. Hal ini terbukti pada saat pra siklus, persentase keaktifan peserta didik sebesar 30,30%. Pada siklus I saat diterapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe teams games tournaments berbantu media teka-teki silang (TTS) keaktifan peserta didik meningkat dengan tingkat pencapaian sebesar 75,76%. Kemudian pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan ketercapaian persentase keaktifan siswa sebesar 93,94%. Kesimpulan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe teams games tournament (TGT) berbantu media teka-teki silang (TTS) dapat meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa kelas X Pemasaran 1 SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta pada mata pelajaran ekonomi bisnis tahun pelajaran 2018/2019.
