Abstract

Air yang ada di dalam lapisan tanah atau pada batuan bis akita sebut dengan air tanah. Semua air tanah terletak di dalam akuifer, yang mengisi celah-celah dan pori-pori batuan di bawah permukaan air tanah. Akuifer merupakan lapisan geologi yang terisi air, sebagai penyimpan dan penyalur air dalam jumlah yang memadai, dan mereka memiliki bentuk dan kedalaman yang berbeda ketika genangan air terbentuk di dalam tanah. Kecepatan aliran air tanah bervariasi bergantung pada jenis tanahnya. Daerah penelitian berada di Kecamatan Dlanggu Kabupaten Mojokerto Provinsi Jawa Timur. Sebagian besar Kecamatan Dlanggu adalah lahan pertanian, oleh sebab itu daerah tersebut tergolong ke dalam daerah pertanian. Memiliki luas wilayah 3.539 km2 yang terdiri dari 2.575 km2 atau 73% adalah lahan pertanian. Daerah ini mempunyai potensi besar untuk pengembangan pertanian dan industri. Dengan begitu, penelitian ini akan bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis akuifer air tanah di daerah tersebut. Dimana Peta Wilayah Kabupaten Mojokerto ini akan didigitasi dengan menggunakan software QGIS. Berdasarkan overlay peta, dapat diartikan bahwa kondisi air tanah di daerah Kecamatan Dlanggu Kabupaten Mojokerto ditunjukkan oleh warna biru muda atau akuifer produktif dengan penyebaran luas, yang menunjukkan bahwa di daerah tersebut memiliki potensi sumber air tanah yang dapat digunakan untuk berbagai kebutuhan, terutama untuk kegiatan domestik dan pertanian.

Abstract

Vocational High Schools (VHS) were established to prepare students to work in specific fields. VHS previously used various learning models, but in recent years, they have focused on The Teaching Factory Learning Model. Some VHS that used other learning models previously produced VHS graduate results that did not meet expectations, contributing to a high unemployment rate in Indonesia. This research aims to assess the implementation of The Teaching Factory Learning Model in VHS in Indonesia. It uses a qualitative research approach with a literature study method. The results of this research are: (1) The Teaching Factory Learning Model is the primary choice of learning model implemented by VHS in Indonesia, (2) Vocational Education in Indonesia recognizes three types of TeFa implementation, including (a) VHS providing space for industrial partners, ( b) VHS working with industrial partners to build a shared space outside their location, and (c) VHS conducting learning at the industrial partner's location. The Indonesian government has issued various regulations and revitalized the Teaching Factory to support the successful implementation of this learning model in VHS.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan penduduk di Vietnam yang cukup tinggi membutuhkan modernisasi infrastruktur dan manajemen transportasi. Hal ini selaras dengan tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan ke-delapan dan sebelas yakni pengembangan infrastruktur dalam mendukung kota dan permukiman yang inklusif berkelanjutan. Kereta api menjadi transportasi massal yang berkelanjutan terhadap pertumbuhan penduduk di perkotaan. Negara Vietnam konsisten dan berintegritas dalam membangun jalur kereta api cepat sampai ke China. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji modernisasi infrastruktur dan manajemen transportasi kereta api di Vietnam. Jenis bahasan dibatasi pada perkembangan infrastruktur dan manajemen transportasi yang dilakukan dengan metode studi literatur. Hasil studi literatur menunjukkan Vietnam berkolaborasi dengan China, Jepang, dan Prancis dalam pengembangan transportasi kereta api. Modernisasi infrastruktur dan manajemen transportasi dilakukan dengan pengembangan kereta api cepat (The North-South High-Speed Railway) dan pengembangan kereta api perkotaan (Urban Railway) di Hanoi dan Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC). The North-South High-Speed Railway masih dalam tahap perencanaan. Jalur kereta cepat sepanjang lebih dari 1.500 kilometer yang direncanakan mulai diimplementasikan pada 2026– 2027. Kemudian, Vietnam mengembangkan dua jalur kereta api perkotaan (Urban Railway) yaitu jalur Hanoi dan HCMC. Untuk line 2A (Lin– Ha Dong) dan 3 (Nhon– Ha Noi) di Hanoi, kemudian line 1 (Ben Thanh– Suoi) di HCMC.

Abstract

Abstract: When it comes to consistently giving clients value and quality, the construction industry is essential. But the industry has been having problems with quality, which has resulted in subpar work, dangerous setups, and overspending. Establishing a Quality Management System (QMS) is important for solving these issues. The QMS offers an organized method for controlling the quality of processes and products, providing client satisfaction, adhering to legal requirements, and minimizing loss and rework. Good quality management system (QMS) implementation requires doing things like Company assessment, preliminary planning, awareness-raising, Progressive enhancement, measurement and control, auditing, specialist instruction, control of records, and distribution. Through data analysis from questionnaires and interviews with builders/contractors, consultants, and customers/building occupants, as well as an examination of small-scale building contractors' quality management practices and their effects on cost-effectiveness, organizational effectiveness, and customer satisfaction, the purpose of the research is to highlight the importance of quality management during the minimal building development the undertaker's executing stage.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul ajar dengan pendekatan diferensiasi yang terintegrasi dengan sosio emosional pada mata pelajaran Projek Kreatif dan Kewirausahaan (PKK) di SMK DPIB, serta mengukur tingkat kelayakan modul ajar. Pendekatan diferensiasi mencakup konten, proses, dan produk. Sementara integrasi sosio emosional mencangkup kesadaran diri, pengelolaan diri, kesadaran sosio, keterampilan sosio, dan pengambilan keputusan yang bertanggung jawab. Menggunakan metode ADDIE, penelitian ini melalui lima tahapan utama: (1) analisis: hasil analisis wawancaran guru mata pelajaran dan peserta didik dengan teknk purposive sampling dan cluster random sampling menunjukkan kebutuhan peserta didik yang mengintegrasikan sosio emosional; (2) perancangan; merancang komponen modul ajar, penyusunan kerangka modul ajar, dan perancangan instrumen penelitian; (3) pengembangan: melalui dua putaran/siklus menggunakan metode delphi modul ajar dinilai sangat layak oleh ahli materi (aspek kelayakan isi 96%, aspek kelayakan penyajian 96,3%, aspek kelayakan kebahasaan 94,8%, aspek kelayakan kontekstual 97%) dan ahli ilmu pendidikan (97%); (4) penerapan: observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran oleh dua observer menunjukkan peningkatan dari pertemuan pertama 93,91% hingga pertemuan ketiga 98,1%; (5) evaluasi:  hasil kelayakan mengenai kepraktisan dan keefektifan dinilai sangat layak oleh guru mata Pelajaran PKK produktif (95%) dan mengenai kemenarikan, kemudahan, dan kesesuaian diferensiasi dan sosio emosional dalam pelaksanaan dinilai layak oleh peserta didik (98,1%).

Abstract

The effectiveness of a Whistleblowing System (WBS) is crucial for ensuring transparency and accountability in government institutions. This study evaluates the success of the WBS in Bolmong Governance using an extended Information System Success Model (ISSM), incorporating elements from the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Trust as key determinants of User Satisfaction. The study examines the relationships between System Quality (SQ), Information Quality (IQ), and Service Quality (ServQ) as independent variables, while Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) and Perceived Usefulness (PU) function as mediating variables, ultimately influencing Trust (T) and User Satisfaction (US).A quantitative research approach was employed, with 100 participants selected through purposive sampling. Data was collected using a structured Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) in SmartPLS 3.0. The findings confirm that Information Quality, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Trust significantly influence User Satisfaction, while Service Quality does not exhibit a significant impact. These results validate the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) by demonstrating that PEOU and PU play crucial roles in system adoption and satisfaction.The study highlights the importance of ensuring data accuracy, usability, and trust in the successful implementation of WBS. Policymakers and system developers should focus on enhancing information quality and building trust to improve adoption and effectiveness. Future research should explore additional external factors, such as organizational support and regulatory compliance, to further refine the WBS success model.
