Abstract

Development of small scale agro industrial is strategic effort. Through agroindustry there will be constructed the increasing value-added. The aim of this study was to design model strategic alliance for small scale ‘tahu’ agroindustry. Data analysis methods for small scale ‘tahu’ agro industrial strategic alliance developments were: system analysis by need analysis, problem formulation and system identification; system structuration by interpretative structural modeling (ISM); internal and external factor by SWOT analysis; institutional performance analysis. The result of system structuration shows that key components in the objective element are capital access.

Abstract

This research was aimed to determine the use of production factors optimal coffee beans and labor in the coffee powder agroindustry. The results showed that each additional raw material for coffee beans by 10% will increase the production of powder coffee by 4.09%, while the addition of labor will increase the production of powder coffee by 4.14%. The use of coffee bean raw material production factors can be added up to an optimal limit of 28,876.35 kg/quarter or there is an increase of 23.68% in the actual use. In one month the optimal limit is the amount of raw material used to be 9,625.45 kg or 385.02 kg per day. The use of labor can be added up to an optimal limit of 114 working people (HOK) or an increase of 25.30% of the actual use of labor. Calculated in working hours, the optimal use of working hours is 17,100 working hours per quarter or 5,700 working hours per month. Within one workday the limit for the optimal use of work is 228 hours with the number of workers being ± 38 people. The optimum amount of production is 27,354.32/quarter, an increase of 5,165.02 kg (23.28%) of actual production. The optimum profit increased by Rp 335,257,566.67 or 23.68% of the actual profit.

Abstract

The aims of this research are to analyze performance and role of agricultural sector and subsector in economic development of Blora regency. This research used secondary data. The analysis method are descriptive and Klassen Typology Approach. The results of this research shows that performance of the agricultural sector in Blora regency during the 2005-2009 views that agricultural sector gives the largest average contribution (53.99%) among other economic sectors, but the growth rate ranks seventh among nine economic sectors in Blora regency with anaverage growth rate of 4.26%.

Abstract

Income is one of the factors that influence Island women to carry out a survival strategy. Not only that, there are still other factors that influence. These factors are collected in household asset capital, each of which is interrelated and there is also a factor that is most dominating among others. This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that influence the survival strategy in Gedugan Village, Giligenting Island and analyze the relationship between the factors that influence the survival strategy of island women. The method used is quantitative analysis by distributing questionnaires (Likert scale), observation and interviews. The sampling method used was random sampling with Slovin. The variables used in this study are financial capital, social capital, natural capital, physical capital and human capital, while the analytical method used is factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the most dominant and most influential factor on the survival strategy of Pulau Perempuan was financial capital.
