Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghitung dampak alih fungsi lahan pertanian ke sektor non pertanian khususnya terhadap ketersediaan beras di kabupaten Klaten. Data sekunder penggabungan  dari periode  dari 1998 - 2007 pada 26 daerah di kabupaten  Klaten.  Model penelitian  menggunakan  analisa perkembangan dan perbedaan dari penghasilan jaring untuk jumlah konsumsi (NPKt). Hasil dari penelitian adalah laju pertumbuhan  mencapai ,53% dan 47% per tahun. Nilai Konversi rendah adalah nilai positif dari perbedaan penghasilan dengan jumlah konsumsi (NPKt) di kabupaten Klaten.

Abstract

Analisis Potensi dan Strategi Pengembangan Jamu  Instan di  Kabupaten karanganyar. Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  memetakan agroindustri  pedesaan jamu  instan  yang  ada  di  Kabupaten Karanganyar,  mengidentifikasi  peringkat  (potensi)  agroindustri  pedesaan  jamu  instan  di  Kabupaten Karanganyar, merumuskan strategi pengembangan strategi pengembangan agroindusti pedesaan jamu instan dan  mengidentifikasi peta  rantai  usaha  agroindustri pedesaan jamu instan di  Kabupaten Karanganyar. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif analitis, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik  survey  dan  FGD.  Alat  analisis  yang  digunakan  antara  lain:  analisis  Metode  Perbandingan Eksponensial,  Metode  Borda,  SWOT  dan  Value  Chain  map.  Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan  bahwa agroindustri  jamu  instan  tersebar  di  kecamatan  Jatipuro,  Jenawi,  Jumantono,  Karanganyar,  Kerjo, Mojogedang dan Tawangmangu. Agroindustri jamu instan merupakan agroindustri unggulan peringkat kedua.  Strategi  pengembangan  jamu  instan  antara  lain:  Peningkatan  kemampuan  produsen  dalam diversifikasi  produk  jamu  instan  dengan  harga  yang  terjangkau  pasar,  Peningkatan  akses  pasar  bagi diversifikasi  produk  jamu  instan,  Peningkatan  akses  permodalan  melalui  akses  lembaga  pembiayaan, Pengembangan  diversifikasi  produk  dengan  tetap  menjaga  kualitas  produk,  Peningkatan  kemampuan produsen dalam akses bahan baku yang berkualitas dengan harga yang terjangkau, Peningkatan kualitas produk dengan bahan baku lokal, Perkuatan permodalan terutama dalam hal pengadaan bahan baku, dan Pengembangan kemitraan usaha dalam hal pengadaan bahan baku. Pelaku usaha dalam agroindustri jamu instan antara lain petani empon-empon dan pedagang pasar sebagai pemasok bahan baku, produsen sebagai pengolahnya dan pemasarnya adalah pedagang jamu.

Abstract

The objective of this research were to calculate the rate of the agriculture land conversion and the impacts of the agriculture land conversion to rice availability in Klaten Regency. This research used secondary data (pool data) in periode of 1998-2007 twenty six districts. The models used in this research were growth analysis and difference of net production to total consumption (NPKt). The result of this research show that the growth rate of the low land and up land area in Klaten regency were -0,53% and 0,47% per year. Low land conversion was show positive value of the difference of net production to total consumption (NPKt) in Klaten Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi sektor pertanian termasuk sektor perekonomian lainnya di Kabupaten Boyolali menjadi 4 kelompok: sektor Prima, sektor Berkembang, sektor Potensial dan sektor Terbelakang sebagai dasar untuk mengembangkan sektor pertanian di Kabupaten Boyolali. Metode dasar yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analitik dengan menggunakan data sekunder berupa data Produk Domestik Regional Bruto Kabupaten Boyolali dan Propinsi Jawa Tengah Tahun 2004-8. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis Tipologi Klassen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di Kabupaten Boyolali terdapat dua sektor Prima yaitu sektor Konstruksi dan Bangunan serta sektor Jasa-Jasa. Sektor Berkembang meliputi sektor Pertambangan dan Penggalian serta sektor Listrik, Gas dan Air Bersih. Sektor potensial meliputi sektor Pertanian, Industri Pengolahan dan sektor Perdagangan, Hotel dan Restoran. Sektor pertanian belum merupakan sektor prima sehingga diperlukan berbagai upaya dan strategi pengembangan untuk meningkatkan kinerja sektor pertanian.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate a strategy for developing red chili agribusiness that can be applied in Sleman Regency. The study was conducted in Kalasan District since it has the highest red chili production in Sleman Regency. The method used in this research was Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Based on the results of the study there were 5 aspects of strength, 5 aspects of weakness, 5 aspects of opportunity, and 5 aspects of threats. All internal and external aspects form the basis for making alternative strategies. The position of grand strategy matrix is quadrant I. There were 5 alternative strategies that are generated and included in the AHP hierarchy structure. Of the 5 alternative strategies, the 05 strategy was chosen with a priority weight value of 0.357, namely the strategy with the development of a chili auction market using digital technology.

Abstract

his study aims to determine the financial performance of the plantation companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, judging from the liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, the ratio of activity and profitability ratios. The basic method used is descriptive analysis method, with the financial ratio analysis as a method of data analysis in this study. Determination of the research sample is determined by purposive sampling consisting of PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk, PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk, PT Tunas New Lampung Tbk, and PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk.

Abstract

Environmental education provides opportunities to instill character education for adolescents in globalization era. However, positive effects of environmental education on character building are rarely studied. This study aimed at analyzing the effect of environmental education on character building of school members. This study used descriptive qualitative method with purposive sampling technique. SJHS 1 Wajak and SJHS 1 Gondanglegi, Malang-East Java were selected as research locations as they were Adiwiyata schools. The data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results showed that environmental education had affected student character building. Various activities and existing regulations affect student characters, such as honest, self-confidence, responsibility, discipline, caring for fellow human beings, caring about nature, courage, religion, and creativity. Habituation and modeling are strategies used in constructing characters. Therefore, environmental education is recommended to be implemented in various schools as an effort to improve the character of school members.

Abstract

Sold in the market is the key to the primary purpose of business making and development of products, which can be done with improved packaging, as with packaging that attract potential customers in turn will have an impact on the purchase decision of the product concerned. This service activities has the objective to increase the market share of processed products of beans through improved packaging, primarily on design and welding technology label packaging. The results of the banking activities is known that the welding design and packaging is done on two targets SMEs were able to improve the image of the products that have an impact on increasing the added value and the market share of products in the market.

Abstract

Agroindustry plays an important role in increasing the added value of agricultural products which are perishable and have short shelf life. The added value is obtained from the processing process which raises costs and forms new prices along with greater profits. This study aims to analyze the profits, business efficiency, and added value of Gethuk and Balung Kethek in the Gethuk Semar Industry. The basic method of this research is descriptive method. The respondents were determined using non-probability sampling methods, purposive sampling technique, and key informants. Added value analysis was done by Hayami method and the business efficiency was analyzed using the R / C ratio and the B / C ratio. The results of the analysis show that the processing of cassava into Gethuk and Balung Kethek is profitable, efficient, and has added value. Gethuk provides benefits, business efficiency, and higher added value than Balung Kethek. Based on the results of this study, it is advised to optimize the use of cost inputs. The cost of cooking oil in Balung Kethek is too immense. The Gethuk Semar Industry may use high-atioxidant cooking oil that can be used several times in the production process.
