Abstract

Accountability of Population Administration Services in Tamalanrea District, Makassar City aims to find out how Accountability of population administration is in the Tamalanrea sub-district office, Makassar city. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used consist of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that the accountability of population administration at the Tamalanrea sub-district office in Makassar city in its implementation can be assessed based on each indicator, namely Legitimacy for policy makers, The existence of adequate moral quality, Sensitivity, Openness, Optimum utilization of resources and Efforts to increase efficiency and effectiveness therefore it is necessary to make improvements for the implementation of population administration services in Tamalanrea District, Makassar City.

Abstract

In essence, public service is the provision of services to the community for the needs of the community both in quality and quantity in the life of the country or government system. Service is the essential main task of the apparatus, as servants of the state and society. This research aims to research how e-service is implemented in population administration services at the Bone Regency Population and Civil Registration Service and the factors inhibiting e-service services in population administration services at the Bone Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. This type of research is qualitative using a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used consists of data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the implementation of e-service in the Bone Population Administration Service at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Bone Regency has been running in accordance with the provisions of Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 7 of 2019 but has not been completely running well, human resources and facilities are inadequate, socialization What is being done to the public is not on target and they do not understand the Adminduk's online services as seen from the sending of documents that are not appropriate. This research can be a reference for research on the Implementation of E-Service in Population Administration Services using qualitative methods.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse: 1) The effect of Organizational Citzenship Behaviour, on the performance of employees of the Transmigration Service of West Sulawesi Province. 2) The effect of quality of work life, on the performance of employees of the Transmigration Service of West Sulawesi Province. 3) The influence of Motivation on employees of the Transmigration Service of West Sulawesi Province. This research uses quantitative methods. The research was conducted at the Transmigration Office of West Sulawesi Province. This study distributed questionnaires to 60 respondents. The method used is quantitative method by testing the hypothesis, namely Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test, and Coefficient of Determination. The results showed that Organizational Citzenship Behaviour had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Transmigration Service of West Sulawesi Province, on the second variable Quality of work life had a positive and significant effect on the performance variables of employees of the Transmigration Service of West Sulawesi Province, on the third variable motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Transmigration Service of West Sulawesi Province. In the simultaneous test, the variables of Organizational Citzenship Behaviour, Quality of work life, and motivation, have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Transmigration Service of West Sulawesi Province. while the Determination test has a contribution to employee performance of 61.3%, while the rest is influenced by other variables not included in the study.

Abstract

Performance is the result of a process that is referred to and measured over a certain period of time based on previously established provisions or agreements. Furthermore, the institution will gain many benefits from the good performance of civil servants because it can optimize the function of services provided to the community. This research aims to examine the performance of civil servants at the Makassar Tourism Polytechnic with a focus on educational institutions under the auspices of the Ministry of Tourism, namely the Makassar Tourism Polytechnic. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman model analysis consisting of data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that Allowance-Based Performance at the Makassar Tourism Polytechnic has been implemented in accordance with the regulations of the creative economy ministry of tourism. Then, if we look at the supporting factors, the government's policy in providing civil servant performance allowances has been included in the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Regulations. The inhibiting factor in this allowance-based performance is the lack of awareness of some employees regarding their mastery of computer technology as well as the lack of awareness of employees in understanding the importance of being on time at work. This research can be used as a reference and knowledge about civil servant allowance-based performance using qualitative research methods.

Abstract

This research explores trends and innovations in digital marketing in Indonesia through a qualitative approach. Along with the rapid development of technology and increasing use of the internet, the marketing landscape in Indonesia has experienced significant changes. This study aims to identify emerging new practices and understand how companies in Indonesia are adopting the latest digital marketing strategies. Through in-depth interviews with digital marketing experts and practitioners, this research reveals various innovative approaches used to increase customer engagement and optimize business performance. The findings show that the use of social media, interactive content, and data analytics are key in today's digital marketing strategies. In addition, personalization and enhanced customer experience are the main focus to win market competition. This study also highlights the challenges companies face in implementing digital strategies, such as limited resources and the need for rapid adaptation to technological changes. By understanding these trends and innovations, companies can develop more effective strategies to achieve competitive advantage in the Indonesian digital market.

Abstract

Leadership style is very important in an organization or agency. Because the leadership style possessed by each leader is able to influence employee performance and the effectiveness of achieving organizational goals. This research aims to find out how the democratic leadership style of the Ganra village head in Soppeng Regency is implemented. To achieve this goal, researchers used a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. In this research, data analysis techniques are used which consist of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the implementation of the democratic leadership style of the Ganra village head is implemented well, seen from the leader's success in implementing democratic leadership by means of deliberation in making decisions. Appreciating the potential of subordinates, looks at how the village head is able to organize subordinates according to their respective abilities, gives appreciation to the performance carried out by employees and provides opportunities for employees to take part in various training to increase employee competency. Collaborating with his subordinates, we can see how the village head is able to establish good relationships by being actively involved in implementing the work program. This research can be used as a reference and knowledge about the application of a democratic leadership style using qualitative research methods.

Abstract

Ombudsman supervision is a representation of supervision carried out by the community or civil society groups. The way the Ombudsman works is also similar to the way civil society works, free of charge, and various other conveniences. This research aims to examine how the Public Service Oversight Policy is implemented in the Office of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia, South Sulawesi Representative. This type of research is qualitative using a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used consists of data collection, data display, data condensation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that researchers can categorize the implementation of public service supervision policies in the Indonesian ombudsman office representing South Sulawesi as good and have experienced improvement. As for why researchers say the implementation of public service supervision policies at the Indonesian ombudsman office representing South Sulawesi is in the good category because the communication, disposition and bureaucratic structure indicators have been running well according to the objectives and have experienced improvement.

Abstract

The high poverty rate and decreasing number of MSMEs in the 2017-2022 period in North Kolaka triggered coaching activities to encourage increased MSME capabilities by the North Kolaka government. The main overview of this research is to examine increasing the capabilities of MSMEs through a development program in North Kolaka which involves various sectors of the Regional Government, Central Government, BUMN/BUMD, and the community. Various findings from interviews, observations and documentation studies were reviewed and analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach with an interactive model. This research shows an increase in the capabilities of MSMEs in North Kolaka through a coaching program which is realized in several activities in the form of stimulus assistance, business equipment assistance, entrepreneurship assistance, education and digital innovation-based training. This program significantly increases the capabilities of MSME players, both in terms of finance, knowledge, skills and innovation. Increasing MSME capabilities helps create better business management, in the aspects of financial stability, brand creation, packaging, product diversification and digital marketing, and innovation capabilities by utilizing RBA features to prepare business plans based on the OSS RBA application. Apart from that, this activity involving MSMEs opens up space for communication, discussion and interaction between MSME actors, the government and the private sector which can improve the social capabilities of MSME actors in North Kolaka, especially in establishing cooperation and forming mutual benefits. business network. Increasing the capabilities of MSMEs in the Region will have a significant impact on sustainable local economic growth

Abstract

The study explores the critical role of civil service human resource management policies in shaping the productivity of government organizations in Indonesia. In recent years, the effectiveness of these policies has garnered attention as governments strive to enhance efficiency and performance. The research aims to understand the direct and indirect impacts of these management policies on organizational productivity within the public sector. Using a qualitative research approach, the study involves in-depth interviews with key stakeholders, including policymakers, HR managers, and civil servants, to gather insights into the implementation process, challenges faced, and outcomes observed. Data were analyzed through thematic analysis to identify patterns and draw meaningful conclusions. The findings reveal that while the implementation of HR management policies has led to some improvements in organizational productivity, significant challenges remain, particularly in areas such as policy consistency, employee motivation, and resource allocation. These issues often stem from gaps in communication and a lack of tailored approaches to different organizational contexts. The study highlights the need for continuous evaluation and adaptation of HR policies to better align with the dynamic needs of government organizations, ensuring sustainable productivity gains. The research contributes to the broader discourse on public sector management by providing practical recommendations for enhancing the effectiveness of HR policies in the Indonesian civil service.

Abstract

Development is planned change, has goals with sustainable programs, and is related to the time dimension. The aim of this research is to reveal the economic allocation patterns and power of mountain farming women as main and additional breadwinners in rural development. The approach used in this research is a naturalistic qualitative approach with proportional sampling. Data collection using in-depth interviews and observations. The research results show that the economic allocation pattern of female mountain farmers is a work pattern for mountain farmers who are productive not only as additional providers, but also as main breadwinners and have an important contribution to rural development. This pattern of economic allocation for women farmers continues to rely on rural cultural values and the awareness of women farmers to contribute economically to their families and the wider community for rural development. The pattern of power allocation of mountain farming women in the domestic realm and wider society, with the real economic contributions they have made, has an effect on the tendency to be perceived as equal to men, in every development role.
