Abstract

Total quality managent is a proces of continuously improvement done by a school in getting shool quality. Manager has important role in cloing, implementry TMQ in the school. The head master need to understand TMQ as a philosophy, method, techniqve and strategy of managent to improve school quality because the way of school organization work is always assessed by communites howdays TMQ in education aspect plees the students as cliens so that students idea must be included in every strategy dieision making school organization. Besides,the head master is not the main mass in improving the quality, but every one given responsibility is a manager and having a right to take a decision in every their responsibility

Abstract

Education is often measured by changes in external human being, physical and matrial which is to increase the satisfaction of human needs. Therefore, today's educational products trying to make an intelligent and skillful human being, but do not have a soul awareness and a sense of other human beings. This was caused the implementation of education contrary to to the pragmatic measures that have been contaminated by Western ideas of education. In the context of Islam, the function of education will not be achieved when education being offered only human being capable of creating a master of science and technology. Therefore, education should be oriented to the worldly and eternity so that education can create a generation of quality that has IMTAQ and master science and technology.

Abstract

The teacher certification is an official program to improve teacher’s quality as well as his/her social status. There are two ways of certification of teacher in working, namely by portfolio assessment and by professional education assessment. But the certification actually runs on seniority, not professionally. It results that many certified teachers will be soon retired. The fact shows that the certified teachers are not always professional ones and in turn does not always improve the educational quality. Therefore the certification should be professionally practiced so the certified teachers verily improve the educational quality.

Abstract

On the principle of marriage in Islam is monogamy. But in reality, due to various reasons, polygamy is still carried out. Polygamy in Islam is not an duty, but a choice. A husband permitted have polygamy should meet the requirements specified, one of which is having the ability to give a living. Requirement is also contained in UU No. 1 of 1974 Article 5 Paragraph (1) letter b. Then how to balance the law which is usually used judges court of religion, especially about the terms of the ability of the husband to give a living, for deciding the case of polygamy has been in accordance with Islamic law or not? This study wants to answer, the standard of whether the Court of Religion used to measure the ability of the husband in giving a living?

Abstract

Pakistan is an Islamic country that became independent on August 14, 1947. Since independence, there is a difference of opinion among the Muslims of Pakistan, which consists of a group of secular, moderate Islamists and how Islam should be the application of the relation between religion and state in Pakistan, causing the prolonged political turmoil when Pakistan's quest for identity in line with the will of the people and its leaders. Pakistan's political crisis that was later endlessly inspiring female politicians and thinkers of Pakistan, Benazir Bhutto which is to take part in politics. Political conditions of Pakistan that full of intrigue brought on a dilemma to the meaning of the condition of Islam in Pakistan as an Islamic state.

Abstract

Madzhab is familiar terminology in islamic law. It is indicated as group of mindset in Islamic law. Basically, madzhab is arisen from mujtahid’s thinking. It is a result of ijtihad, which is done by Mujtahid in digging Islamic law from it’s original sourches, qur’an and sunnah. Then, the results of the ijtihad are arranged in many books (kitab), which are used as reference by Mujatahid’s followers in their life. So, through long process, the result of ijtihad become –as if- the only reference in Islamic law.

Abstract

Development of science and technology in all fields exert influence either directly or indirectly, to the quality of the teaching learning to be achieved, therefore, efforts should be done to improve the quality of learning in the case which has remained low. Generally poor quality of learning can be seen from both sides which is from the side and from the side of the result. Multimedia learning is a component that can be used in supporting the learning process. It is firmly based on the perception that learning will take place with good, effective, and fun if supported by a learning medium to attract interest and attention of students. Using computer-based multimedia can make students better remember the material being learned. Therefore highly effective multimedia and become a powerful tool in teaching and education. The use of multimedia software in teaching and learning process will increase efficiency, enhance motivation, facilitating active learning, facilitate the experimental study, consistent with the study based on the student, and the drive to learn better.

Abstract

Al-Ghazali owned the big contribution in order to develop good educator profile and as according to syari'at Islam. This Matter was seen from How Imam al-Ghazali gave the congeniality, condition, civil obligation and duty which was in line with demand or Islam teaching, both for educator. So that operationally, its concept can be applicated and made as a reference alternative for a educator now, especially in scope of Islam education itself, but has to use the new approach form and also needed a completion which is in line with the growth and epoch progress.

Abstract

Islamic education is a effort to change behavior of the students in their life, living society, and toward nature around them with the way of education and teaching and along with the good mother of moral which bases on the values of Islam. As a aim of education in Islam which is for making moslem human be healthy and strong body along with having excellent skills, making a good morality, developing the perspicacity, making personality be the whole of soul, body, and mind. The relevance in the contex of now about the purpose of Islamic education, comes from developing potention of innate taught which based on good morality, that afterwards makes related to the cultural and societal values agree with the environment. This conception aims to create the generation characterizes Qur’ani in the dimension of modernity that based on technology and science.

Abstract

Increasing of the rate of poverty, unemployment and imbalance of economy are the problem urgely to be handled. The competent human resources is a indicator of success of progressive country. A little of enterpreneur in a region, draws a low power to compete. To make a progress of good to compete, the joining teachers to be more active in giving motivation to be enterpeneur for their students. The scholars after graduating needed to be more inovative and creative in the matter of developing theirself, so that it can be relied on being created the job vacancy in order to the growing of economy in region will be developed and the rate of poverty will be decreased.
