In the past decade, the general method for measuring the performance of research and scientific publications in a Study Program at a Higher Education is by the Rough Value (Nilai Kasar, NK) calculated per three years. This value is derived from the accreditation instrument. In fact, the calculation of the performance of research and scientific publications with NK cannot represent an annual performance. Therefore, this paper presents a new method for calculating research and scientific publications performance with an index (IP-PS and IPub-PS), which is calculated annually. An example of quality measurement practice in the Automotive Diploma Program of Universitas Muhammadiyah Magelang. As a result, calculations with IP-PS and IPub-PS are more likely to present real conditions per year than using NK.

National character and civilization building cannot be separated from the education institution. As a place for producing intellectuals, educationinstitutions might be regarded as the ?second homes? in which students study to develop their competencies. They are the places in which the collaboration from the students? parents is needed in order to create a good learning atmosphere. So far the Hindu education institutions receive lack of this kind of collaboration. As a solution, it is necessary to provide more space for the students? parents to contribute to the Hindu higher educationimprovement. Such a place is necessary for a good communication as in a particular situation students? parents should be involved in improving the quality of the education and avoiding opposition.

Education is a very important thing in Indonesia. It is the main concern of this nation, because education will determine the direction of progress of a nation. Education is a conscious and planned guidance from educators on the physical and spiritual development of students towards the formation of humans who have the main knowledge and personality. In the process of education, science must be owned by educators and taught to students so that it will be able to be absorbed and developed more optimally. To find out the success or failure of the guidance received by students, it is necessary to conduct an evaluation to find out the development of knowledge taught by the teacher. In teaching, successful evaluation determines the steps that can be taken by students and teachers in knowing the development and improving the quality of education in the future. Currently technological advances have a direct impact on the world of education where e-learning-based teaching becomes an option that can support and teach students in developing materials and abilities in the field of technology. Moodle is one of the evaluation programs that use technological progress to facilitate and teach students to get to know more about technological progress.

Education is a process of humanizing humans to be able to actualize themselves in life, where good education is education that does not only prepare students for a profession or position, but to solve the problems it faces in daily life. Improving the quality of education is directed at improving the quality of Indonesian human beings through training, thinking, sports, and sports in order to have competitiveness in facing global challenges. Increasing the relevance of education is intended to produce graduates who are in accordance with the demands of the needs of Indonesia's natural resource potential. Muhammadiyah University of Magelang (UMMagelang) with Study Program Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education (PGMI) has a vision "To become a superior and nationally Islamic study program in 2024 the development of Islamic science in the field of teacher professional education (MI/SD)". In order to realize the performance and improvement of PGMI Study Program lecturers based on 17 quality objectives set out in the appendix of the study program vision, in this article only the criteria for research and service are delivered, the PGMI UMMagelang study program refers to the UMMagelang research roadmap. In the last 3 years, lecturers of PGMI were involved in 28 Research and Service Titles. LP3M UMMagelang Internal Funding: 8 Title University Vision Revitalization Program (PRVI) and 9 University Partnership Program (PKU) titles. External Funding for DRPM Kemenristekdikti: 2 titles of Higher Education Leading Basic Research (PDUPT), 1 title of Grant DIPA Kopertais Wilayah X Central Java, 1 title Grant of Magelang regency, 1 title Community Partnership Program (PKM), 1 title Village Partner Development Program (PPDM)

One of the important components which determine the quality of education is the quality of instructional process. A qualified instructional process is characterized by the involvement of all instructional aspects, namely; human resources, material, media, and also the environment where the instructional process takes place, (Mukhid, 2007). All of those instructional aspects need to be accommodated by an appropriate method in order to make them effective. An instructional method that is proved effective in improving the instructional process is Project-Based Learning (PBL). This method of teaching and learning would facilitate the students with the instructional process that accommodate the students? creativity and potentials. PBL provides authentic challenges and choices of processes in accomplishing the task. The teacher guides the students as a facilitator while the students do the project using their individual initiative. Moreover, individual initiative which is different in every student then empowers the team work to get the expected goal (Liegel, 2004). Finally, the instructional syllabus should first be constructed to implement PBL effectively that could accommodate all of its advantages. This article would elaborates the application of EFL syllabus that is made based on PBL method. The syllabus was applied in Applied English Class of Religious Education Department, IHDN Denpasar. The findings highlight both benefits and shortcomings of this type of syllabus and also emphasize the importance of Project-Based Syllabus in improving the quality of instructional process.

Local wisdom is the values that will be strongly attached to society because of this value through a long travel time, as long as the existence of that society. Local wisdom is a way of life for the people. Trust and respect for the meaning of local wisdom is a seriousness. One of them tumpek uduh / pengatag, as the media is also a reminder that people can understand that character education should be given early on. Seeing the culture of society that is very respectful of local wisdom values, then this local wisdom is a facility and a bridge both to realize the value of character education in learners and the wider community. Synchronization between local wisdom and character education values is required. So that the quality of character education is good with the media of local wisdom.

Technological developments have positive and negative impact on teenagers in particular. The most common negative impact of technology is cyber bullying. In globalization era and technological development, nowadays computer can produce multifunctional internet. All good and evil behavior can be done on social media. Before the development of the internet, cyber bullying actor committed their crimes in the real world. Cyber bullying actor can hurt and make many individuals uncomfortable in their lives. The crime is called bullying. Nowadays, the bullying can be done through any other media indirectly such as social media and it called cyber bullying. According to the Hinduja and Patching Cyber-Bullying researcher, the behavior is described as intentional action by sending electronic text (e-mail), or recording images that are usually uploaded to social media (youtube). The contents uploaded such as mocking, harassing, threatening, harassing, or insulting.

Without exception the teaching profession who daily deal with the nation's future children with a variety of characteristics of each are not the same. Teachers are an important component in the learning process. In improving the quality of learning, the teacher role and serves as a demonstrator, the class manager, mediator and facilitator, and evaluator. Professional teachers is important because those who have professional skills in various capacities as an educator. Teachers with keprofesionalitasnya it will be able to improve the learning process so as to improve the quality of learning.
