Abstract

This study aims to identify the need for an easy-to-implement academic information system in elementary schools so that its use can be optimal for school development. This research is a survey research and interviews conducted with school principals and elementary school teachers in Sumedang District, data were collected through questionnaires and in-depth interviews. One of the applications of management information systems in elementary schools is through an academic system to create elementary schools that are able to provide quality academic services to their stakeholders. However, the application of information systems with the design of academic information systems has not been fully implemented in elementary schools. With this research, it is hoped that it will bring up a recommendation for an elementary school academic information system which can later be used as the basis or basis for designing an academic application that can be used by elementary schools to provide quality services for all stakeholders.

Abstract

This Classroom Action Research aims to improve learning outcomes and activities of class VIII A students in PPKn lessons on legislative material through the application of debate model learning. The results of the pre- study obtained an average value of 55.87, complete 2 people or 5% The results of the research that have been carried out, in the first cycle obtained an average value of 75.06 categorized as “Good” completed 22 people or 55% After reflection, the acquisition of the average value in the second cycle increased, to 86.34 categorized as “Very Good” completed 38 people or 95%. The increase in the average value from the pretest to the first cycle ranges from 19.19 The increase in the percentage of achievement of the KKM value from pretest to cycle 1 ranged from 50% It can be concluded that the application of the debate learning model is effectively used in the learning process of PPKn on legislative matterial because can significantly increase activities, and student learning outcomes. Abstract

This study aims to reveal the efforts and results that have been achieved by Lampang Subang Integrated Private Vocational Schools in improving the quality of learning to meet national education standards (SNP), so that they become private schools with the status of national standard schools (SSN). This research is a survey research with a quantitative approach. The study was conducted at the Integrated Vocational School of Lampang Subang, West Java. The results showed that the level of achievement of the program that had been compiled in the RPS of Lampang Integrated Vocational School had reached 90% with the main target being the achievement of the UAN level and graduation that had been carried out by teachers both in the preparation of RPPs and teaching materials had reached 85%, Management developed by Integrated Vocational Schools Long-time contributed significant value, especially in program planning and implementation, while the supervision and leadership of the Principal has been running well, so the value obtained is quite significant, while other components that are quite prominent are PBM and content standards that get good enough grades , so that it can be developed further

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Iklim Sekolah dan Motivasi Kerja Guru terhadap Kinerja Mengajar Guru SMK di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain survei yang menggunakan angket sebagai alat pengumpul data. Berdasarkan analisis data, ditemukan bahwa iklim sekolah memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja mengajar Guru SMK di Kota Bandung dengan kategori sangat rendah (sebesar 14,74%). Selain itu, motivasi kerja juga memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja mengajar Guru SMK di Kota Bandung dengan kategori sangat rendah (sebesar 12,46%). Secara simultan, iklim sekolah dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja mengajar guru SMK di Kota Bandung dengan kategori rendah (sebesar 27,1%). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah tingkat kinerja mengajar guru SMK di Kota Bandung dipengaruhi oleh variabel iklim sekolah dan motivasi kerja sebesar 27,1% secara simultan. Sedangkan 72,9% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. This study aims to determine how much influence of School Climate and Work Motivation To Teaching Performance of Vocational Teachers In Bandung City. This study used quantitative research methods to design a survey using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Based on data analysis, it was found that the school climate provide a positive and significant effect on the teaching performance of vocational teacher in Bandung with very low category (14,74%). In addition, work motivation also provide a positive and significant effect on the teaching performance of vocational teacher in Bandung with very low category (12,46%). Simultaneously, the school climate and work motivation to teaching performance of vocational teacher in Bandung effect with low category (27,1%). The conclusion of this study is teaching performance of vocational teacher in Bandung influenced by the school climate and work motivation about 27,1% simultaneously. While 72,9% are influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ingin mengetahu dan mengungkapkan gambaran aktual mengenai akredriasi sekolah terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan se-Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini penting dilakukan karena Proses peningkatan mutu pendidikan dapat di lakukan salah satunya dengan akreditasi sekoah. Akreditasi sekolah ini merupakan proses penilaian kelayakan sekolah dalam menyelenggarakan kegatan pendidikan. Adapaun tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah (1) bagaimana gambaran akreditasi sekolah pada Sekolah Menengah Keuntan se-kota Bandung, (2) Bagaimana gambaran penngkatan mutu pendidikan pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuman se-Kota Bandung, (3) Bagaimana pengamh antara akreditasi sekolah dengan peningkatan mutu pendidikan pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuman se-K ota Bandung Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisis deskrptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket tertutup yang disebarkan kepada Ketua Program Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan baik negeri maupun swasta yang telah terkareditasi di lingkungan Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung.

Abstract

Sebuah organisasi pendidikan seharusnya selalu melakukan pengembangan pengembangan strategi yang disesuaikan dengan tuntutan dan kebutuhan lingkungan agar mampu bertahan dan bersaing dengan organisasi pendidikan yang lainnya. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut, agar bisa mencapai daya saing global di dunia pendidikan, selayaknya setiap organisasi pendidikan harus selalu melakukan contiously improvement di dalam berbagai komponen manajemen pendidikan sehingga mampu memenuhi keinginan stakeholder yang dijadikan patokan atau standar dalam rangka mencapai daya saing secara global.
