Abstract

AbstrakPerkembangan teknologi saat ini semakin pesat sehingga media pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam proses belajar mengajar harus mengikuti perkembangan tersebut. Menggunakan multimedia pembelajaran interaktif menjadi salah satu upaya yang bisa dilakukan. Namun berdasar pada hasil wawancara guru Bahasa Inggris, penggunaan multimedia masih jarang digunakan dalam pembelajaran teks monolog Bahasa Inggris di SMP. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan produk multimedia pembelajaran teks monolog Wikitext khususnya teks deskriptif yang layak dan efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran teks deskriptif di SMP Kota Sorong. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Research Development dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yaitu Analyse, Design, Develop, implement dan Evaluate. Kelas VIII SMP Islam Guppi Kota Sorong menjadi tempat Uji Keefektifan Multimedia ini. Hasil Validasi ahli menunjukkan bahwa multimedia Wikitext telah Valid dengan hasil rata-rata 3.85 dalam kategori sangat valid sehingga produk ini layak digunakan. Untuk mengetahui keefektifan produk, uji coba dilakukan di kelas VIII SMP Islam Guppi menggunakan Multimedia Wikitext dengan LCD Proyektor, perbandingan hasil Pre-test dan post-test peserta didik yang memperoleh nilai 60 meningkat dri 10% menjadi 44 % dengan nilai rata-rata 64.5 dalam satu kali uji coba. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Penggunaan Multimedia WikiText efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran teks deskriptif karena telah berhasil meningkatkan skor perolehan peserta didik.AbstractNowadays, Technology improves massively in hence learning media used in teaching and learning processes should go along with it. Using interactive learning multimedia becomes one of the efforts to do. Meanwhile based on the interview result with English teachers, iit has not been a trend especially in teaching English monolog text, descriptive text, in Junior High School. Based on that reason, the recent research aimed to develop multimedia called Wikitext in learning English Descriptive Text that is appropriate and effective to use in teaching descriptive text in Junior High School Kota Sorong. Research and Development design was conducted through ADDIE design (Analyse, Design, Develop, Implement Evaluate). The place to try the product's effectiveness was SMP Islam GUPPI Kota Sorong. The validity test result has shown that the material and the multimedia has been appropriate with 3.85 average as a result in a very valid category. To know the effectiveness of the product, the multimedia Wikitext has been implemented in teaching descriptive text at class VIII SMP Islam GUPPI using an LCD projector. The Pre-test and post-test results revealed that students got to score 60 rises from 10% to 44 % in once implementation. It concluded that the use of multimedia Wikitext was effective in teaching the descriptive text.

Abstract

AbstrakPengembangan pembelajaran dengan melibatkan teknologi menjadi salah satu dampak pesatnya perkembangan teknologi. Blended learning menjadi salah satu opsi yang dapat diadaptasi, namun upaya pengembangan pembelajaran menggunakan blended learning masih belum masif. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengembangkan salah satu model desain pembelajaran menggunakan metode penelitian Design and Development (DnD). Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu model GALE yang dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan pembelajaran menggunakan strategi blended learning. Model GALE merupakan turunan yang dikembangkan dari model instruksional ADDIE, memiliki empat tahapan yaitu Goal Analysis, Activity Plan, Learning Resources Development, dan Evaluate and Reflection. Dalam penerapannya, blended ini dilakukan di mata kuliah penelitian dan pengembangan teknologi pendidikan pada semester tujuh di program studi teknologi pendidikan. Sekaligus smemanfaatkan fasilitas learning management system yang dimiliki oleh UPI yaitu spot.upi.edu. Hasil dari pengembangan pembelajaran ini dapat menunjang pembelajaran sesuai dengan kebutuhan blended learning yang telah dikembangkan. Selain itu, penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan best practice pengembangan blended learning, selain juga menyajikan model GALE sebagai alternatif model pengembangannya. AbstractThe development of instruction involving technology is one of the effects of the technology rapid development. Blended learning strategy is an option that can be adapted for instructions. However, efforts to develop instruction using blended learning are still not massive enough. This study tries to develop one of the learning design models using the Design and Development (DnD) research method. The results of this study are GALE models that can be used to develop learning using the blended learning strategy. The GALE model is a derivative developed from the ADDIE instructional model. It has four stages, start with the Goal Analysis, Activity Plan, Learning Resources Development, and Evaluate and Reflection. In its implementation, this instructional design model for blended learning strategy is carried out in the research and development of educational technology courses in the seventh semester in Educational Technology program. While at the same time utilizing the Learning Management System (LMS) facility owned by UPI, namely spot.upi.edu. The results of developing this instructional design model can support learning appropriately match to the blended learning needs that have been developed. In addition, this research is expected to be able to provide best practice for the development and implementation of blended learning strategy, and also to presenting the GALE model as an alternative development model.

Abstract

AbstrakBISINDO adalah bahasa isyarat yang berpedoman pada ekspresi, gerakan tangan, posisi  tubuh,  kontak  mata  yang  dikembangkan  oleh  individu tuli. Laboratorium Pendidikan Khusus Universitas Lambung Mangkurat dengan bekerja sama dengan GERKATIN (Gerakan Kesejahteraan Tuli Indonesia) Kalimantan Selatan mangadakan pelatihan BISINDO, namun belum ada evaluasi terhadap pelatihan tersebut sehingga belum diketahui sejauh mana dampak pelatihan terhadap perkembangan komunikasi mahasiswa tuli. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui evaluasi pelatihan BISINDO di Program Studi Pendidikan Khusus Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Lambung Mangkurat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Subjek penelitian meliputi koordinator program studi Pendidikan Khusus, koordinator pelatihan BISINDO, instruktur BISINDO sebanyak 2 orang dan perserta pelatihan BISINDO sebanyak 20 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelatihan BISINDO dapat menjadi wadah dalam mempelajari bahasa isyarat dan meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi antara mahasiswa tuli dan mahasiswa dengar untuk meminimalisir hambatan dalam komunikasi dan mempermudah mahasiswa tuli dalam perkuliahan, pelatihan BISINDO telah melakukan modifikasi media dan strategi pembelajaran yang berbasis visual melalui video yang disertai teks, dan pelatihan BISINDO dapat membangun kesadaran mahasiswa dengar yang nantinya diharapkan akan berdampak positif baik dalam proses perkuliahan dan ketika berada di masyarakat luas. AbstractBISINDO is a sign language that is guided by expressions, hand movements, body position, eye contact developed by deaf. Special Education Laboratory, University of Lambung Mangkurat in collaboration with GERKATIN (Indonesian Deaf Welfare Movement) South Kalimantan held BISINDO training, but there was no evaluation of the training so it is unknown how far the impact of the training on the development of deaf student communication. This study aims to determine the evaluation of BISINDO training in the Special Education Study Program, Faculty of Teachers Training and Education, University of Lambung Mangkurat. This research used quantitative descriptive approach and an evaluation model of CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Research subjects included the coordinator of the Special Education Study Program, BISINDO training coordinator, BISINDO instructors for 2 people and BISINDO training participants for 20 people. Data collection techniques used observation, documentation, and tests. The results showed BISINDO training could be a forum for learning sign language and improving communication skills between Deaf students and Hearing students to minimize barriers to communication and facilitate Deaf students in lectures, BISINDO training had modified media and learning strategies based on visuals through video accompanied texts, and BISINDO training can build awareness of Hearing students which will hopefully have a positive impact both in the lecture process and when in the wider community.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas Vlog  Experiental Learning dalam meningkatkan keterampilan literasi peserta didik dan kemampuan siswa dalam menganalisis teknik fermentasi tempe produk bioteknologi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain one grup series. Hasil peneletian menunjukan bahwa Vlog  Experiental Learning ini memberikan hasil yang positif yaitu dapat meningkatkan keterampilan literasi digital peserta didik, sumber literasi digital bagi peserta didik, dapat menjadi wadah publikasi proses experiental yang langsung dialami oleh siswa selama proses belajar melalui sebuah Vlog  atau video kepada dunia luar, dapat menjadi wadah publikasi proses experiental yang langsung dialami oleh siswa selama proses belajar melalui sebuah Vlog  atau video kepada dunia luar, dapat mengantarkan peserta didik mengenal dunia era digital yaitu revolusi industri 4.0. Setelah menerapkan  model Vlog  Experiental Learning dalam pembelajaran didapat out put hasil pembelajaran siswa meningkat dari perolehan pretest 38,71% ditemukan peningkatan pada saat post test 90% pada tes akhir. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan Vlog  Experiental Learning dapat menciptakan  pembelajaran yang berkualitas. AbstractThis study aims to determine the effectiveness of Vlog  Experiental Learning in improving students 'literacy skills and students' abilities in analyzing tempe fermentation techniques of biotechnology products. This research method uses a quasi-experimental method with one group series design. The results of the study show that this Experimental Learning Vlog  provides positive results that can improve students' digital literacy skills, the source of digital literacy for students, can be a place for publication of experiential processes that are directly experienced by students during the learning process through a Vlog  or video to the outside world , can be a place for publication of experiential processes that are directly experienced by students during the learning process through a Vlog  or video to the outside world, can deliver learners to know the world of the digital era, namely the industrial revolution 4.0. After applying the Vlog  Experiental Learning model in learning, the output of student learning outcomes was increased from the achievement of 38.71% pretest found an increase at the time of the post test 90% on the final test. This proves that the application of Experimental Learning Vlog  can create quality learning.

Abstract

Hyperactive behavior shown by subjects such as legs and arms move when sitting (can not bi silent), disturbing others, did not follow instructions, leaving the seat, throw objects or stationery,excessive talking, spitting, and can not wait for their trun. Hyperactive behavior is very disturbing teaching and learning, others, and the subject itself. Therefore, needs tobe a form of diversion toreduce his hyperactive behavior. The study aims to determine the effect of coloring pictures of animals to reduce hyperactive behavior of children with hearing impairment. AG is one of the seven-years-old deaf child who is now sitting in class one in SLB BC YPNI Pameungpeuk Kab Bandung. For this study we used an experimental method with a single subject research, with A-B-A. The results of measurements using incident recording system, the baseline-1 as much  91,50%. Then the intervention condition (B) the frecuency of hyperactive behavior amounted to 70,75%. Besides the frecuency of hyperactive behavior in baseline conditions-2 to obtain the results as much as 61,75%, which means there is good progress on the subjects hyperactivebehavior decreases. Thus it can be concluded that the coloring pictures of animals have effect reduces hyperactive behavior AG.Perilaku hiperaktif yang ditunjukan oleh subjek seperti kaki dan tangan bergerak saat duduk (tidak bisa diam), mengganggu orang lain, tidak mengikuti instruksi, meninggalkan tempat duduk, melempar benda atau alat tulis, berbicara berlebihan, meludah, dan tidak sabar menunggu giliran. Perilaku hiperaktif tersebut sangat mengganggu proses belajar mengajar, orang lain, dan diri subjek itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mewarnai gambar binatang untuk mengurangi perilaku hiperaktif anak tunarungu. AG adalah satu anak tunarungu yang berusia 7 tahun yang kini duduk di kelas satu di SLB BC YPNI Pameugpeuk. Untuk penelitian ini maka digunakan metode eksperimen dengan pendekatan SSR dan desain penelitian A-B-A. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pengamatan, frekuensi perilaku hiperaktif pada baseline-1 sebanyak 91.5% Kondisi intervensi, frekuensi sebesar 70.75%. Kemudian kondisi baseline-2 sebanyak 61,75% ini menunjukan bahwa perilaku hiperkatif mengalami penurunan atau positif. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan mewarnai gambar binatang memberikan pengaruh pada penurunan setiap aspek perilaku hiperaktif pada AG.

Abstract

AbstrakMawaris merupakan salah satu materi yang cukup sulit bagi siswa. Kesulitan siswa ini yang menjadikan alasan bagi peneliti guna melakukan penelitian dengan tujuan mengetahui adanya peningkatan prestasi belajar PAI materi mawaris menggunakan media pembelajaran audiovisual Sparkol Videoscribe. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dengan 2 siklus yang didahului dengan kegiatan pra siklus guna mengetahui situasi dan kondisi siswa sebelum adanya penelitian. Langka-langkah penelitian tersebut dimulai dari langkah perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni pengamatan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasilnya, media pembelajaran audiovisual Sparkol Videoscribe dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa kelas XII MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 3 Pati, hal ini dapat dibuktikan adanya peningkatan siswa dalam memperhatikan penjelasan guru, ketertarikan dalam materi pelajaran, dan keaktifan siswa di kelas. Termasuk peningkatan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa yang menjadi tujuan utama penelitian ini. Jumlah siswa yang berpartisipasi sebanyak 36 siswa. Indikator keberhasilan yang ditentukan yakni 67. Dari pra siklus sebanyak 11 siswa atau ketuntasan 30% terjadi peningkatan pada siklus 1 menjadi sejumlah 27 siswa atau sebesar 75% kemudian membaik lagi pada siklus 2 menjadi 35 siswa atau sebesar 97%. Secara keseluruhan, nilai siswa membaik dan mencapai batas minimal keberhasilan yang ditentukan. AbstractMawaris is one of the materials that is quite difficult for students. The difficulty of these students is what makes the reason for researchers to conduct research with the aim of knowing an increase in learning achievement of Islamic Religious Education material using the audiovisual learning media Sparkol Videoscribe.. This type of research is classroom action research conducted with 2 cycles preceded by pre-cycle activities in order to determine the situation and condition of students before the research. The research steps started from the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The data collection methods are observation, interviews, and documentation. As a result, Sparkol Videoscribe learning media can improve student achievement in class XII MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 3 Pati, this can be proven by an increase in students' attention to teacher explanations, interest in subject matter, and student activity in class. Increasing the average student learning outcomes which are the main objective of this study. The number of participants was 36 students. The determined indicator of success is 67. From pre-cycle as many as 11 students or 30% completeness there was an increase in cycle 1 to a number of 27 students or by 75% then increased again in cycle 2 to 35 students or by 97%. Overall, student grades increase and reach the limits of the specified success indicators.

Abstract

This study was based-backs SCTV findings regarding the phenomenal figure of Mrs. Een Sukaesih as inspirational women in the learning of the children and the community built around that by SCTV was awarded the Special Awards category of education, dedication to the community and humanity. With the assistance of assistance by the department (laboratory) facilities design by PLS embodies the children's learning and community development are packed with smart home albarokah name, and has five program activity centers. The formulation of the research problem: (1) whether the exploration results in Rumpin Albarokah there is a vision, mission, goals, objectives and programs and their conformity with the realization? (2) whether the results of the analysis are Rumpin Albarokah delegation, leadership and familiarization program implementation strategy? (3) How do find / labsite PLS models prove effective in enhancing the competence of students on community empowerment through Andragogy approach? Qualitative research approach with data collection techniques interview, observation and document and using processing techniques and data analysis with data reduction, data display and verification. This study places in Rumpin Albarokah Sumedang, West Java. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan menggunakan dan menerapkan Teknik Modeling Simbolis pada siswa kelas IX.D. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Hasil penelitian menujukan, Siklus I dari hasil pengolahan angket, terdapat rata-rata 54.68, ditemukan ada 36 siswa kelas IX.D yang Kurang dan cukup dalam Tugas Perkembangan Landasan Religius, ini berarti menunjukkan hampir 54% siswa, kurang adanya Tugas Perkembangan Landasan Religius masih berdasarkan pujian, mengerjakan karena perintah bukan kesadaran sendiri, melaksanakan ibadah yang wajib saja. Hasil Siklus 2, angket Tugas Perkembangan Landasan Religius Siklus 2, rata-ratanya adalah 86,05 sebanyak 38 orang siswa sudah dapat sangat baik,baik. Hal tersebut berarti terjadi perubahan yang signifikan pada siklus 2 yaitu 100 % tingkat perubahan prilakunya di antaranya dalam Tugas Perkembangan Landasan Religius, adanya Tugas Perkembangan Landasan Religius sudah berdasarkan kedasaran individu, tidak berdasarkan pujian mengerjakan karena perintah menjadi kesadaran sendiri, melaksanakan ibadah ritual tidak hanya yang wajib ditaati yang sunah pun dilakukan. Dengan demikian penggunaan Layanan Informasi secara empiris telah terbukti dapat  meningkatkan pemahaman siswa dalam Pembiasaan Tugas Perkembangan Landasan Hidup Religius di kelas IX.D SMPN 34 Bandung tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. AsbtractThis study aims to determine the ability to use and implement Symbolic Modeling Techniques in class IX.D. The research method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR). The results of the study aimed, Cycle I from the results of questionnaire processing, there were an average of 54.68, found that there were 36 grade IX.D students who were lacking and sufficient in the Task for Development of Religious Platforms, this meant that it showed almost 54% of students, the lack of a Task for Development of Religious Platforms was still based on praise, work because the command is not self-awareness, carrying out compulsory worship only. The results of Cycle 2, questionnaire Development of Religious Platform Cycle 2, the average is 86.05 as many as 38 students have been very good, good. This means that there is a significant change in cycle 2 that is 100% the level of change in behavior including those in the Development of Religious Foundations, the Development of Religious Foundations has been based on individual bases, not based on the praise of working because the order becomes one's own awareness, carrying out ritual worship not only the ones that the Sunnah must also be obeyed. Thus the use of Information Services empirically has been proven to be able to increase students' understanding in the Habit of the Development of Religious Life Platform in class IX.D SMPN 34 Bandung in 2018/2019 Academic year.

AbstrakKualitas pelayanan yang di berikan guru di SD Negeri Kecamatan Cijeruk Kabupaten Bogor belum maksimal, motivasi kerja yang belum optimal dan iklim organisasi yang kurang kondusif menyebabkan produktivitas kerja guru rendah. Kualitas SDM menjadi kunci keberhasilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali hubungan antara motivasi kerja dan iklim organisasi dengan produktivitas kerja guru. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SD Negeri se-Kecamatan Cijeruk Kabupaten Bogor pada Maret tahun 2016. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 117 guru dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 90 guru dengan menggunakan teknik proporsional random sampling. Pengumpulan data untuk setiap variabel yang diteliti menggunakan angket dengan skala likert. Teknik analisis menggunakan korelasi parsial dan korelasi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif antara motivasi kerja dengan produktivitas kerja guru (koefisien korelasi ry1 = 0,59 dan koefisien determinasi r2y1= 0,35), terdapat hubungan positif antara iklim organisasi dengan produktivitas kerja guru (koefisien korelasi ry2 = 0,62 dan koefisien determinasi r2y2= 0,38) serta terdapat hubungan positif dan sangat signifikan antara motivasi kerja dan iklim organisasi secara bersama-sama dengan produktivitas kerja guru (koefisien korelasi ry12 = 0,56 dan koefisien determinasi r2y12= 0,31). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa produktivitas kerja guru dapat ditingkatkan melalui motivasi kerja dan iklim organisasi baik secara parsial maupun bersama-sama. AbstractThe quality of services provided by teachers in SD Negeri Cijeruk Sub-district, Bogor Regency is not yet optimal, work motivation is not yet optimal and the organizational climate is not conducive causing low teacher work productivity. HR quality is the key to success. This study aims to explore the relationship between work motivation and organizational climate with teacher work productivity. The study was conducted at public elementary schools in Cijeruk Sub-district, Bogor Regency in March 2016. The study population was 117 teachers and the sample was 90 teachers using proportional random sampling technique. Data collection for each variable studied using a Likert scale questionnaire. The analysis technique uses partial correlation and multiple correlation. The results showed a positive relationship between work motivation and teacher work productivity (correlation coefficient ry1 = 0.59 and determination coefficient r2y1 = 0.35), there was a positive relationship between organizational climate and teacher work productivity (correlation coefficient ry2 = 0.62 and coefficient of determination r2y2 = 0.38) and there is a positive and very significant relationship between work motivation and organizational climate together with teacher work productivity (correlation coefficient ry12 = 0.56 and determination coefficient r2y12 = 0.31). Thus it can be concluded that teacher work productivity can be increased through work motivation and organizational climate both partially and together.
