Abstract

Transportasi kereta api di Jabodetabek merupakan transportasi yang banyak diminati oleh masyarakat akan tetapi masih terdapat beberapa masalah dalam berbagai aspek pelayanan terutama pada simpul-simpul stasiun transit seperti stasiun Manggarai. Stasiun transit Manggarai adalah adalah stasiun transit yang menampung sekitar 1.054 perjalanan per hari. Stasiun Manggarai salah satu stasiun yang sangat ramai namun dalam proses pelayanannya masih terdapat beberapa masalah maka dari itu penulis melakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan KRL di Stasiun Manggarai dengan menggunakan metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Dari hasil analisis CSI didapatkan hasil sebesar 0,725 atau 72,5% atau diinterpretasikan “Cause for Concern” artnya ada beberapa yang harus menjadi perhatian untuk meningkatkan pelayanan di Stasiun Manggarai. Dan berdasarkan hasil analisis IPA terdapat 4 aspek pelayanan yang perlu ditingkatkan yaitu Kecepatan Pemberian Informasi Terkait Operasi, Kemudahan Transit Antar Jalur kereta, Keamanan Transit Antar Jalur Kereta, dan Ketepatan Waktu Kedatangan dan Keberangkatan. Kata kunci: Importance Performance Analysis, Customer Satisfaction Index, KRL, Kepuasan Pelanggan, Stasiun Manggarai

Abstract

Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Badung merupakan instansi pemerintah yang melayani fasilitas kesehatan publik, untuk meningkatkan pelayanan khususnya di bidang radio terapi, RSUD Badung akan memasang Alat Linac yang menggunakan tenaga nuklir.Alat ini  merupakan alat untuk terapi kanker tanpa melakukan pembedahan dan memerlukan ruangan khusus. Ruangan khusus tersebut terbuat dari beton mutu K 500 density 2,35 ton/ m3 dengan dinding Primer tebalnya 2,5 meter, dinding sekunder 1,5 meter, dak atap 3,5 meter dan beton tidak boleh retak. Tujuan penelitian adalah: Untuk mengetahui karakteristik beton tidak retak, dan juga untuk mengetahui langkah yang diambil dalam mengantisipasi keretakan beton pada ruang linac tersebut. Lokasi penelitian di 3 batching plan dan 1 di lokasi pembangunan Ruang Linac Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Badung. Metode penelitian dengan mengumpulkan data primer yang didapat langsung di lapangan dan data sekunder di dapat dari vendor baik suplayer maupun laboratorium. Hasil penelitian ini adalah untuk memenuhi persyaratan beton mutu tinggi K-500 density 2,35 ton/m³ digunakan material lokal baik agregat halus maupun agregat kasar yang diambil  dari Grogak Singaraja, material ini dihasilkan dari pemecahan batu kali sehingga berat jenis materialnya tinggi, keausan kecil, penyerapan  kecil, kuat tekan nya tinggi serta kandungan lumpurnya dibawah 1 %.Untuk menurunkan suhu beton awal sampai 4℃ digunakan air dengan dicampur es balok. Pengendalikan dan pengawasan sumber daya manusia saat pengecoran harus benar diperhattikan, mengingat faktor tenaga kerja akan mempengaruhi kwalitas beton, dan melakukan curing dengan merendam beton setelah 3 jam pengecoran (saat beton mulai mengeras).

Abstract

In the current electricity development project, the understanding of OSH does not seem to be fully implemented. One indication that the knowledge of OSH has not been fully implemented is that workers are still unaware of the hazards associated with their work. Based on these issues, the question is whether intrinsic factors (motivation) and extrinsic factors (hygiene) influence job satisfaction and worker performance in achieving zero accidents. This research will focus on how the measurement model can influence the OHS maturity level and what design strategies will be used to improve the OHS maturity level performance. This research aims to obtain a measurement model that can influence the OHS Maturity Level and provide a design strategy used to improve the OHS Maturity Level. The author uses quantitative methods and collects data from 516 PT PLN (Persero) UIP Nusa Tenggara Working Partners correspondents. Data testing methods include the measurement model test, structural equation model test, model accuracy test (goodness of fit), and hypothesis test. The results showed that job satisfaction variables, directly and indirectly, affect K3 Maturity Level performance. Therefore, a programme design is needed to maintain the K3 Maturity Level performance results and increase the value of the current K3 Maturity Level performance results. Policy-based programmes and communication-based programmes are the programme designs. These two programs aim to maintain and improve the value of the OHS Maturity Level performance. Keywords:hygiene factors, motivational factors, job satisfaction, OHS maturity level performance

Abstract

Movement generation modelling estimates the amount of movement generated from the origin zone and attracted to the destination zone. The research aims to distribute the movement of passengers and vehicles for Ferries in North Maluku Province using the Detroit method in 7 movement distribution zones (Bastiong, Sidangoli, Rum, Sofifi, Batang Dua, Makian, and Moti). To find the distribution of ferries, the Geometric Method is used, where the value of r (growth ratio) is used as the growth factor (E) and the calculation of the distribution of movements uses the Detroit Method. The largest distribution of passengers is in the origin zone, namely Bastiong (movement 204577), in the destination zone, namely Sidangoli (movement 190621). The smallest distribution of passengers is in the origin zone, namely Batang Dua (movement 297), in the destination zone, namely Batang Dua (movement of 415). The largest distribution of vehicles is in the origin zone, namely Bastiong (movement 74828), and in the destination zone, namely Sofifi (movement 72057) and the distribution the smallest vehicle in the origin zone is Batang Dua (movement 97), and in the destination zone is Batang Dua (movement 101).

Abstract

A cable tray project is one of the joint ventures that PT. Swadaya Graha and PT. Triraya have finished. Workplace mishaps are unavoidable when working on a project. There were multiple work accidents on the cable tray construction project from February 2023 to May 2023, according to the work accident report of PT. Swadaya Graha. One of these workplace mishaps leaves a victim with minor wounds and burns. In order to encourage employees to stay vigilant and exercise caution whenever working on a project, this research was done to reduce the likelihood of workplace accidents and to learn about the possible risks associated with working on a cable tray project. Using the methods of Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) and Hazard and Operability (HAZOP), this study located potential danger sources in the cable tray project work. This investigation produced 35 potential hazard findings, including 5 dominant potential hazards (hazards with the highest level value) and several recommendations for corrective measures that could benefit the company, such as adhering to the SOP that has been established. Keywords: Work Accidents, Potential Hazards, Cable Tray, HAZOP, HIRA

Abstract

Workload can be defined as the difference between a worker's ability and job demands. Based on observations that have been made, it is known that madukismo sugar companies get an increasing demand value in each season of production, so this causes an increase in the number of working hours that apply to the company, which has the potential to increase their mental work. This study investigated the mechanical mental workload of workers at Madukismo Sugar Company using the NASA-TLX method, a multidimensional assessment tool. The NASA-TLX method is a multidimensional assessment method that can measure the overall mental workload to determine the mental workload felt by each worker. The results indicate a very high mental workload in some operators and suggest the need for operational adjustments. The recommendations are additional manpower and improved ergonomic levels to reduce stress and increase productivity. Keywords: Mental Workload, NASA-TLX, Job Demands

Abstract

Undang-Undang Nomor 3 Tahun 2022 tentang Ibu Kota Negara telah disahkan sebagai landasan hukum Ibu Kota baru yang sedang dibangun. Nama Ibu Kota baru tersebut adalah “Nusantara”. Konsep Ibu Kota Nusantara ini terkait dengan smart city. Smart city  merupakan konsep kota cerdas dengan pembangunannya berbasis teknologi digital. Menurut Pidato Presiden Joko Widodo  dalam G 20 di Bali, salah satu konsep smart city yang diterapkan adalah penggunaaan energi listrik dalam transportasi. Penerapan energi listrik pada transportasi menjadi salah satu teknologi yang diterapkan pada saat pembangunan berkelanjutan Ibukota Nusantara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk implemantasi dari pidato presiden terkait penerapan energi listrik di Ibukota Nusantara, sehingga pembangunan Ibukota Nusantara akan terus berkelanjutan. Salah satu solusi tersebut adalah pembuatan model kebijakan strategis smart transportation hub dengan teori graf dan Minimum Spanning Tree. Model kebijakan startegis yang didapatkan adalah dengan menentukan jalur optimal hub antara satu lokasi ke lokasi berikutnya, jumlah kebutuhan hub dan jalur terpendek hub tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi terhadap pembangunan berkelanjutan Ibu Kota Nusantara ke depannya.

Abstract

The increasing population has an impact on limited land, especially boarding houses for students. The room size for residential boarding houses is limited so that supporting facilities such as tables and chairs are readjusted. Lesehan tables are often used as furniture options for most student boarding houses, due to their simple shape and affordable prices. However, this is not supported by the ability of the lesehan table to accommodate the ergonomic needs of the user's sitting, which if it lasts long and repetitive will result in musculoskeletal disorder. Therefore, the design of ergonomic lesehan chairs is needed for student productivity and health. The research method used is a mix method starting with direct observation of boarding houses around Bandung, literacy studies related to ergonomics, anthropometry and sitting on the floor. The design method is UCD where the user's problems are solved by prioritizing their needs. The results obtained with this design can reduce pain in several parts of the body, can support student learning productivity and to minimize musculoskeletal disorder.

Abstract

PT BCD is one of the large pharmaceutical companies in Bandung, West Java which plays the role of main distributor. PT BCD is facing a problem related to its company logistics. The problem in question is in the form of customer complaints that reflect a bad image for the company, especially regarding on-time delivery. Many of these complaints came from outlets in the central rayon area consisting of RS A, RS B, RS C, Pharmacy D, Pharmacy E, Pharmacy F, PBF G, PBF H, and PBF I. In an effort to overcome this problem, the management plans to launch a program called same-day delivery service so it is necessary to carry out research that integrates the saving matrix method to determine the most optimal distribution route for pharmaceutical products so that the distance traveled in delivery is the shortest as well as carrying out mathematical considerations regarding fleet investment decisions based on which offers are available. Provides the greatest savings using the total cost of ownership (TCO) net present value method approach. From the results of the analysis of the two integrated methods, a picture of the decision in the form of the most optimal route based on the saving matrix analysis is obtained, namely PT BCD – RS A – RS B – PBF G – PBF H – PBF I – Apotek F – RS C – Apotek E – Apotek D – PT BCD with the decision to procure a fleet in the form of purchasing an L300 type box car. Keywords: Logistic, Net Present Value, Same Day Delivery, Saving Matrix

Abstract

PT BSB is a company engaged in construction specialising in steel fabrication. There are various projects carried out at the company, namely bridges, steel structures, buildings, towers, and others. The research was conducted to analyse the quality of results in the painting process at PT BSB using statistical quality control (SQC) and failure mode effect analysis (FMEA) methods. Data collection is done by collecting primary and secondary data used in this study. The four types of painting defects obtained from the research results are Sagging/Runs, Orange Peel, Pin Hole and Seeds/Dirt. Based on the FMEA method, the level of defects can be determined based on the cumulative percentage value produced, where the highest defect value is 1750 Sagging/Runs defects. One of the factors causing the defect is the uneven spraying of paint, causing a layer of paint that is too thick, resulting in excessive accumulation of paint in certain parts that flow vertically and unevenly. From this research, it can be concluded that the company must use the SQC method to determine the causes of defects in the painting process and analyse improvements that must be prioritised. Keywords: Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA), Painting Process Analysis, Statistical Quality Control (SQC)
