ABSTRAK Penelitian ini merupakan upaya untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat kota Padangsidimpuan tentang jurusan Ilmu Al-Qur’an dan Tafsir Fakultas syariah dan Ilmu Hukum IAIN Padangsidimpuan. Adapun pertanyaan yang ingin dijawab penulis adalah 1. Bagaimana persepsi masyarakat kota padangsidimpuan tentang Program Studi Ilmu Al-Qur’an dan Tafsir Fakultas Syariah dan Ilmu Hukum IAIN Padangsidimpuan. 2. Faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi masyarakat untuk/tidak memilih Program Studi Ilmu Al-Qur’an dan Tafsir Fakultas Syariah dan Ilmu Hukum IAIN Padangsidimpuan.Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, mengingat bahwa obyek yang diteliti adalah keadaan alamiah tentang persepsi sebuah masyarakat, model penelitian ini merupakan metode paling baik guna memperoleh dan mengumpulkan data asli untuk mendeskripsikan keadaan populasi dan untuk mendapatkan data dengan menggunakan metode wawancara dan kuisioner/angket. Data yang terkumpul kemudian disusun dan dianalisis dengan reduksi data, penyusunan data dan mengambil kesimpulan.Berdasarkan temuan lapangan dapat diketahui bahwa persepsi masyarakat kota Padangsidimpuan tentang Jurusan Ilmu Al-Qur’an dan Tafsir sebagai berikut : 1. Pendidikan itu penting bagi seorang anak agar bisa bersaing dengan jaman yang semakin modern, menjadi orang berhasil, berilmu dan ternama dalam masyarakat yang akan menjadi kebanggaan. Selain itu masyarakat juga berkeinginan untuk menyekolahkan anaknya ke jurusan Ilmu Al-Qur’an dan Tafsir untuk mendapatkan ilmu agama terkhusus al-Qur’an dan Tafsir. Oleh sebab itu masyarakat harus memberikan dukungan yang positif dalam rangka untuk mencapai masa depan yang cemerlang. 2. Faktor masyarakat kota Padangsidimpuan tidak memilih jurusan Ilmu al-Qur’an dan Tafsir diantaranya (a) ketidak tahuan masyarakat adanya prodi Ilmu al-Qur’an dan Tafsir. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh bahwa informasi dan sosialisasi dibutuhkan untuk mendukung pengetahuan masyarakat Kota Padangsidimpuan tentang Program studi Ilmu Al-Qur’an dan Tafsir sehingga bisa menjadi program studi yang sangat diminati oleh masyarakat kota Padangsidimpuan khususnya. (b) Minat dan bakat anak. Sebahagian besar masyarakat kota padangsidimpuan mengatakan tidak memaksakan anaknya untuk mengambil suatu jurusan, dengan kata lain tidak menyarankan untuk program studi Ilmu Al-Qur’an dan Tafsir. Namun melihat dahulu kemana bakat, minat, atau kemampuan yang dimiliki anak agar nanti tidak menyesal ataupun berhenti di tengah jalan. (c) Faktor pekerjaan. Pekerjaan sangat dipengaruhi oleh tingkat pendidikan yang di miliki. Dalam memilih program studi di perguruan tinggi, perlu sekali diperhatikan bahwa program studi yang dipilih betul-betul mempersiapkan mahasiswa untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan yang tepat dan melatih kemampuan yang sungguh-sungguh dibutuhkan dalam masyarakat. Abstrak This research is an attempt to find out the perception of the people of Padangsidimpuan city about the Department of Al-Qur'an and Tafsir of the Faculty of Sharia and the Law of IAIN Padangsidimpuan. The question that the writer wants to answer is 1. What is the perception of the city community about the Al-Qur'an Science Study Program and the Interpretation of the Faculty of Sharia and IAIN Law in Padangsidimpuan. 2. What factors influence the community to / do not choose the Al-Qur'an Science Study Program and the Interpretation of the Faculty of Sharia and IAIN Padangsidimpuan Law.This research is a descriptive qualitative research type, considering that the object under study is a natural state of perceptions of a society, this research model is the best method to obtain and collect original data to describe the state of the population and to obtain data using interviews and questionnaires / questionnaires . The collected data is then compiled and analyzed by data reduction, compiling data and drawing conclusions.Based on the findings of the field it can be seen that the perception of the people of Padangsidimpuan city about the Department of Al-Qur'an and Tafsir are as follows: 1. Education is important for a child to be able to compete with an increasingly modern era, become successful, knowledgeable and famous in a society that will be pride. In addition, the community also wants to send their children to the Department of Al-Qur'an and Interpretation to get religious knowledge, especially the Qur'an and Interpretation. Therefore the community must provide positive support in order to achieve a brilliant future. 2. Factors in the city of Padangsidimpuan do not choose majors in Al-Qur'an and Interpretation, including (a) public ignorance of study programs in Qur'an and Interpretation. Based on the data obtained that information and socialization is needed to support the knowledge of the City of Padangsidimpuan people about the study program of Al-Qur'an and Interpretation so that it can be a study program that is in great demand by the people of Padangsidimpuan city in particular. (b) Children's interest and talent. Most of the people in the city of Padjadjaran said they did not force their children to take a department, in other words did not recommend for the study program of Al-Qur'an and Interpretation. But first see where the talents, interests, or abilities of the child so that later will not regret or stop in the middle of the road. (c) Job factors. The work is very much influenced by the level of education they have. In choosing a study program in a college, it is important to note that the chosen study program really prepares students to get the right job and practice skills that are truly needed in society.

Haqqul Yaqin Tarekat Naqsabandiyah is one of the tarekat that developed in Simpang Empat Pasaman Barat, in spreading sufistism, it uses remembering Methode (dzikir)as a form of ritual and its teaching. The purpose of ritual activities is to get grace, mercy, pleasure and get the assistance in the world and hereafter, also get the special excess ( such as, magic and treatment), then also hopefulness to achieve closeness with Allah as the ultimate goal. If it is considered, Haqqul Yaqin Tarekat naqsabandiyah has similarity with tarekat muktabarah, it can see based on the theory, basic teaching and also doing the syariat based on Al-Qur’an and Sunnah also Qaul Ulama. However, in some case haqqul Yaqin Tarekat Naqsabandiyah is different with Muktabarah tarekat, such as, it’s about the acceptance of new students, wirid, training, tawajjuh and tends to spritual welfare and individual’s supernatural power.

Saat ini media sosial sudah banyak dikenal oleh masyarakat Indonesia, termasuk di Tapanuli Selatan. Media sosial yang sedang ramai diperbincangkan, yang sedang ngetren saat ini adalah aplikasi tik-tok yang di dalamnya terdapat video-video yang sesuai dengan kontennya menari dengan iringan musik, dan berbagai konten nyanyian, konten program studi, dan juga berbagai konten lainnya. konten kreatif. Kecanduan tiktok membuat penggunanya lupa akan kewajibannya, lupa akan tanggung jawabnya dan akhirnya berakhir dengan perceraian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perceraian yang disebabkan oleh aplikasi tiktok untuk digunakan sebagai tindakan kebaikan bagi pengguna aktif. Sasaran dari penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Tabasel. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dan observasi. Kemudian dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif analitis. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir bahwa masyarakat Tapanuli Selatan sebagian besar menjadi faktor keretakan rumah tangga dan perceraian yang dipengaruhi oleh aplikasi Tik Tok. Penggunaan aplikasi Tik Tok yang tidak bijak melahirkan kebiasaan-kebiasaan buruk baru seperti kemerosotan moral, pengikisan kesantunan, melalaikan kewajiban dan tidak memiliki rasa tanggung jawab.

This study is an attempt to find out the perceptions of parents about higher education for girls in the village of Simatorkis, Kec. Dolok Kab. Padanglawas North. The question the author wants to pursue is the perception of parents in providing higher education opportunities to their daughters. After systematic research, it can be seen that parents' perceptions of higher education for their daughters are as follows: Higher education is important for girls to be able to compete with an increasingly modern era, to be successful people, knowledgeable and well-known in society that will become proud. Factors that hinder higher education for girls in Simatorkis village are social culture, economic conditions, psychological factors. Reasons and considerations of parents providing opportunities for higher education for their children is the desire to change their destiny, and awareness of parents who think that higher education is important for boys and girls without having to make a difference

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebiasaan masyarakat Mandailing Natal tentang keberangkatan pengantin wanita ke rumah pengantin pria, dalam hal ini keberangkatan pengantin pria dan wanita selalu memakai baju haji. Penelitian ini juga untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi masyarakat Mandailing Natal tentang keberangkatan calon pengantin yang memakai baju haji menurut syariat Islam. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian lapangan, yang menggunakan beberapa model pengumpulan data, antara lain observasi, wawancara mendalam dan metode dokumentasi. Melihat dari beberapa persepsi Masyarakat Mandailing Natal tentang pakaian haji yang dikenakan oleh kedua mempelai hanya sebagai doa untuk kebaikan kedua mempelai dalam rumah tangga, salah satu persepsi yang diungkapkan oleh masyarakat Mandailing Natal, yaitu: 1) Pakaian haji adalah sebagai salat, agar pengantin baru ini mendapat rezeki untuk datang ke baitullah (Mekah) untuk menunaikan ibadah haji; 2) Pakaian haji dijadikan sebagai doa sebagai upaya keluarga sakinah mawaddah warohmah; 3) Jubah putih yang dikenakan oleh mempelai wanita adalah sebagai kesucian, kebersihan dan kesucian; dan 4) Busana haji merupakan lambang persatuan ummat Islam. Persepsi-persepsi tersebut untuk membangun kemaslahatan bagi masyarakat Mandailing Natal dan tidak melanggar syariat Islam sama sekali, tidak juga mengikis adat-istiadat pengantin di Mandailing, tetapi untuk memajukan nilai-nilai Islam di masyarakat itu sendiri.

This research is motivated by the determination of public transportation fares, hereinafter referred to as city transportation, the application of tariffs during the Covid 19 Pandemic is still carried out by means of deliberation between ORGANDA and car owners, which in the implementation of leasing between car drivers and passengers, there are often inconsistencies with regulations. The main problem in this study is how to apply public transport fares during the Covid 19 Pandemic in Padangsidimpuan City and how to review muamalah fiqh on the application of public transport fares during the Covid 19 pandemic. This study uses a field research method and is sourced from primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the application of the tariff carried out in the field by the driver was not in accordance with the tariff determination set by ORGANDA and the owner. Very often there is an increase in fares made by drivers to passengers for various reasons, such as the lack of passengers, and the absence of small change. So that not a few people feel uncomfortable with this behavior. According to the muamalah fiqh review of public transportation fares during the Covid 19 Pandemic in Padangsidimpuan City, it can be seen from the terms of ijarah, namely about the pleasure between the tenant and the renter, and there is no element of coercion from either of them. The decisions that have been made are not in accordance with the implementation carried out by the driver.

Buying and selling is exchanging maal (goods or property) with maal which is carried out in acertain way. Or exchange goods of value with the like in a legal way. In buying and selling, the seller must be honest, based on the desire that for others to get the goodness and happiness he wants.In the problem of buying and selling in tanjung marulak, where some rubber farmers sell rubber latex which is amixture of sand, wood, leaves into the rubber sap and this can damage the quality of the rubber sap.The main point of the problem in this study, the author is interested in triying to examine more deeply about how the practice of buying and selling rubber sap in Tanjung Marulak hamlet, Huta Godang Village, Kec. Sungai Kanan Kab.Labuhan Batu Selatan and how to review the compilation of syariah economic law on the sale and purchase of rubber latex in the hamlet of Tanjung Marulak.This study uses the field research method (field research) and is sourced from primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation.And the results of the research that the practice of buying and selling rubber sap in tanjung marulak hamlet, huta godang village, kec sungai kanan kab. Labuhan batu selatan in the sale and purchase thereis a fraud comittied by the seller, this fraud has become a habit for some of the farmers, they mix rubber sap with sand, wood, leaves so that there are parties who feel disadvantaged, namely Tokesap, because mixing rubber sap can damage its quality and if sold the factory the price is cheaper and sometimes Toke dosen’t sell sap wich has a mixture of sand, wood,leaves. The sale and purchase of the latex when viewed from the perspective of the compilation of sharia economic law, the terms and conditions are valid, and in article 76 it has been explained in the section that “the goods being traded must be known by the buyer” but in the object of the sale and purchase there are parties who don’t know the object, this can be resulting in the loss of one of the parties, in buying and selling the perpetrator must know the principle of like and equal. Love the freedom of transactions.

Munâsabât al-Qur’an menurut al-Biqâ’i adalah ilmu untuk mengetahui alasan-alasan urutan dari bagian-bagian al-Qur’an. Urgensi munâsabât al-Qur’an menurut al-Biqâ’i yaitu laksana hubungan antara ilmu balaghah dengan ilmu nahwu”. Kemudian dalam menentukan munâsabât; terkait ayat: 1) memperhatikan terlebih dahulu tujuan umum dari satu surat. 2) melihat unsur-unsur yang terlibat dalam menggolongkan tujuan umum tersebut, dengan memperhatikan dari kedekatan dan unsur-unsur tersebut. 3) mengaitkan ayat-ayat tentang hukum dengan ayat lain sehingga terpenuhi syarat balaghah (kesempurnaan uraian). Terkait surat: 1) memperhatikan terlebih dahulu tujuan umum dari satu surat. 2) melihat unsur-unsur yang terlibat dalam menggolongkan tujuan umum tersebut, dengan memperhatikan dari kedekatan dan unsur-unsur tersebut. 3) mengaitkan ayat-ayat tentang hukum dengan ayat lain sehingga terpenuhi syarat balaghah (kesempurnaan uraian). Terkait ayat yang satu tema: 1) memperhatikan terlebih dahulu tujuan umum dari satu surat. 2) melihat unsur-unsur yang terlibat dalam menggolongkan tujuan umum tersebut, dengan memperhatikan dari kedekatan dan unsur-unsur tersebut. 3) mengaitkan ayat-ayat tentang hukum dengan ayat lain sehingga terpenuhi syarat balaghah (kesempurnaan uraian).

The market manipulation of stock transactions in the capital market is done by the conspiracy of several parties who engineered the balance of the selling offer and the buying demand of shares to influence the movement of stock transactions, in order to create a false or misleading image in the capital market, so that investors mistakenly take investment decisions, and the manipulators benefit . Market manipulation in stock transactions in capital markets is a practice that is prohibited in Articles 91 and 92 of Law No. 8 of 1995 on Capital Markets. Market manipulation is also prohibited in Islamic law, because it is categorized as bale an-najsy (false demand) and ihtikar (false supply), as affirmed in Article 5 paragraph 2 Fatwa DSN-MUI No. 40 / DSN-MUI / X / 2003.
