Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, customer values on customer satisfaction. The population in this study is the savings deposits of retail customers BRI Yogyakarta Branch Office Mlati for 5 years with a balance above Rp 100.000.000.- sampling technique used was accidental sampling method of selecting samples taken from members of the population are chosen by chance fit a particular purpose , The technique of collecting data using questionnaires. The analysis is an inferential analysis path analysis. From the results of the study concluded that: The test results show that Quality of Service positive and significant effect on the Customer Satisfaction although positive and significant effect, but this value is still low. Good service, and as expected foster a sense of satisfaction and confidence of consumers in enjoying the products or services it uses. The test results show that the Customer Value effect on Customer Satisfaction). It means to have a positive and significant influence but this result is lower when compared to the variable quality of service. If more and more customers look sacrifice or service benefits exceed the costs incurred to acquire a service, the higher their perceptions of the value of the service, since they get more than expected, which in turn will produce greater satisfaction.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the relationship between work discipline, employee competence, motivation and employee performance with information technology variables as a moderating variable in employees of the Faculty of Education and Psycology, Yogyakarta State University. By knowing the magnitude of the influence of the variables studied, it is hoped that we can provide good recommendations to provide strategies for increasing employee loyalty to the organization. The method in this research uses the census method. This research is quantitative research, the sample in this research is 98 employees who work at the Faculty of Education and Psycology, Yogyakarta State University. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire. The results of this research are, Work discipline has no effect on employee performance, Employee competency has an effect on employee performance, Work motivation has no effect on employee performance, Information technology is able to be a moderating variable between work discipline and employee performance, Information technology is able to be a moderating variable between competence employees on employee performance, information technology is not able to be a moderating variable between work motivation and employee performance.

Abstract

This research attempts to prove the influence of company size, capital structure and investment decisions on company value in food and beverage entities on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2019-2021. This research uses the dependent variable of company value, while the independent variables are company size, capital structure and investment decisions. The population is 33 food and beverage entity on the 2019-2021 BEI. The documentation approach is employed by the data collecting methodology. Purposive sampling was used to select the sample. There were 16 entities in the research sample, totaling 48 observations. Multiple linear analysis approaches were employed as the data analysis method. To determine the Best Linear Unbias Estimate (BLUE) data, the data was evaluated using the traditional assumption test prior to the regression. Considering the outcomes of the hypothesis test, it shows that company size and capital structure have an insignificant negative effect on company value, while investment decisions have an insignificant positive effect on company value.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to examine customer satisfaction with the services provided at PT. WOM FINANCE KLATEN which influences customer decisions in taking credit or financing from the company. In this study, the researcher only limited the variables Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy and the dependent variable was customer financing decisions at PT. WOM Finance Klaten. Data analysis per variable and analysis of the influence of variables from each answer obtained from the questionnaire answers which consist of the dependent variable. The sampling in this study used a random sampling technique, meaning a random sampling technique involving the company's customers themselves. Data were analyzed using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression, Hypothesis Testing, Determination Coefficient and with the help of SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software. Hypothesis results show that the questionnaire results for each variable are declared valid, reliable and interrelated.

Abstract

Toys are objects or tools designed for the purpose of entertainment, learning, or recreational activities. Technological advances and the wide flow of information via the internet have shaped the lifestyle of Generation Z. They are used to communicating using gadgets, getting information from various sources via the internet, playing games, and even shopping using smartphones, a device that is always in their hands. Pocket money plays a key role in shaping the financial independence of children and teenagers. Pocket money can impact access to technology, including devices and internet connections. This article will examine the influence of the amount of pocket money on students' game choices, with a focus on traditional and modern games. The type of research carried out is quantitative research, where the researcher uses a causality design to test the relationship between variable X as the independent variable, namely the amount of pocket money, and variable Y as the dependent variable, namely the choice of game. The amount of pocket money has a significance value of 0.017. This value is smaller than 0.05 (0.017 < 0.05). The hypothesis stating that there is a relationship between the amount of pocket money and the choice of game is accepted. This means that pocket money influences the choice of games, both traditional and modern.

Abstract

To substantiate the performance of Ma Chung University educators, evidence is required, this study aims to ascertain and examine the impact of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of educators employed at Ma Chung University. The study population consisted of a total of 85 personnel who were educators at Ma Chung University. The sample size in this study consisted of 46 educational personnel who were distributed throughout multiple regions. Utilising multiple linear regression for data analysis approaches. The findings indicated that both work discipline and work motivation variables had a beneficial but statistically negligible impact on the performance of employees at Ma Chung University. Partial tests have shown that work discipline has a positive but minor impact on the performance of employees at Ma Chung University. On the other hand, work motivation has a favourable and large impact on the performance of these employees.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of profitability, leverage, public ownership, institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and company status on the disclosure of the financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. The population of the data in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2020 with a total of 179 companies. The sample in this study were 118 companies with a total of 354 companies observed. Sample selection was done by purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables of profitability, public ownership, institutional ownership, and company status have a positive effect on financial statement disclosure, while leverage and managerial ownership have no effect on financial statement disclosure.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of content marketing, affiliate marketing and live streaming variables on Barenbliss purchasing decisions in Yogyakarta City. This study type is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. This research data is primary data taken through a questionnaire with 187 respondents using a technique of purposive sampling, which was then analyzed using the multiple linear regression method and hypothesis testing using SPSS 26 software. The research results obtained reveal that content marketing has a partial and significant impact on purchasing decisions, affiliate marketing has a partial and significant impact on purchasing decisions, and live streaming has a partial and significant impact on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Sharia Brand Image and Facilities on consumer decisions to use BMT Beringharjo Ponorogo financial services mediated by variable trust. The results showed that the Islamic Brand Image variable has a positive influence on the decision making of members to choose BMT Beringharjo financial institutions. It can be concluded that the better the Islamic Brand Image carried out by BMT Beringharjo, the more confident members choose BMT Beringharjo as their financial institution. The facility variable has a positive influence on the decision making of members choosing BMT Beringharjo financial institutions so that H2 is accepted. This happens because the facilities offered by BMT Beringharjo are in accordance with the needs of members and avoid ribawi elements. Trust variables can mediate between Sharia Brand Image on the decision of members to choose financial institutions because Sharia Brand Image has a significant positive effect, this is because the better the Sharia Brand Image owned by BMT Beringharjo, the higher the member's trust in the financial institution. 4. Trust variables can mediate between facilities and decision making of members choosing financial institutions at BMT Beringharjo. This is because BMT serves its members honestly, transparently and reliably in meeting member needs.

Abstract

This study aims to influence the financial literacy of housewives on family financial management behaviour with moderating variables of education and employment. Using primary data sources with quantitative research types, with research subjects of housewives in Ngargosari Village totalling 69 people. The sampling technique with non-probability sampling is purposive sampling, using a questionnaire or questionnaire. For data analysis techniques using SEM and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). With the results of the study, the financial literacy of housewives has a significant effect on family financial management behaviour in Ngargosari Village. financial literacy of housewives with  a moderate of education level has a significant effect on family financial management behaviour in Ngargosari Village, Kulon Progo. Financial literacy of housewives with a moderate of employment level has no significant effect on family financial management behaviour in Ngargosari Village, Kulon Progo.
