Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the impact of individual and environmental factors on the entrepreneurial behavior of farmers in the Ngargosari sub-district. Additionally, it aims to assess the influence of entrepreneurial behavior on the business performance of farmers, as well as the impact of environmental factors on their business performance. The research employed a quantitative approach utilizing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0 software as the analytical instrument. This study employed purposive sampling, encompassing a cohort of 63 respondents who are farmers residing in Ngargosari Village. The findings indicated that both individual variables and environemental factors has a significant effect on entrepreneurial behavior. Nevertheless, there is no empirical evidence to support the notion that entrepreneurial conduct has a substantial impact on business performance. The study revealed that environmental factors have a significant impact on the business performance of farmers in Ngargosari

Abstract

The study was conducted on a sample of 120 employees of 500 medical staff at Wates Regional General Hospital, Yogyakarta. The purpose of the research is to identify factors that influence their performance. Samples are done using random stratified. Data analysis method using Multi Linear Regression. Research results show that the working environment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior have a positive influence on employee performance. A unique finding is that work stress has a positive impact on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui tenant mall, promosi mall, dan dan loyalitas konsumen dengan variabel kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel moderasi pada konsumen Lippo Plaza Jogja. Dengan mengetahui besarnya pengaruh variabel-variabel yang diteliti diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi yang baik untuk memberikan strategi meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen terhadap perusahaan. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode data primer. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 112 konsumen Lippo Plaza Jogja. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah, tenant mall secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Lippo Plaza Jogja, promosi mall berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kepuasan konsumen, tenant mall berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada loyalitas konsumen, promosi mall berpengaruh namun tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen Lippo Plaza Jogja, kepuasan konsumen be pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada loyalitas konsumen, tenant Mall terhadap loyalitas konsumen melalui kepuasan konsumen Lippo Plaza Jogja terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan. promosi mall terhadap loyalitas konsumen melalui kepuasan konsumen Lippo Plaza Jogja terdapat pengaruh namun tidak signifikan.

Abstract

This study dissects the relationship and impact caused by implementation of transformational leadership, work environment, compensation, and work motivation on employee engagement at the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) of Yogyakarta City. Employee engagement is crucial for enhancing organizational productivity and effectiveness, especially in strategic government agencies like BNN. The study applies quantitative approach with by survey method with the helps of 59 employees of BNN Kota Yogyakarta to fill in the questionnaires that assessed transformational leadership, the work environment, compensation, work motivation, and employee engagement. The analysis was conducted through multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that transformational leadership, compensation, and work motivation have a positive and significant impact on employee engagement, whereas the work environment does not show a significant effect. Transformational leadership was identified as the most influential factor. These results emphasize the critical role of strong leadership, equitable compensation, and high motivation in enhancing employee engagement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memotivasi pelaku bisnis mikro di bidang kuliner dalam mendaftarkan sertifikasi halal. Sebagai negara dengan populasi Muslim terbesar, sertifikasi halal memiliki peran penting di Indonesia untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen. Namun, pendaftaran sertifikasi halal sering kali dianggap rumit dan mahal bagi pelaku usaha mikro. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif untuk mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor motivasi utama, termasuk religiusitas, keuntungan ekonomi, dan strategi pemasaran, serta tantangan yang dihadapi dalam proses sertifikasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kepada sampel pelaku bisnis mikro dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif, korelasi, dan uji reliabilitas Cronbach’s Alpha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor biaya dan motivasi pribadi merupakan variabel signifikan yang memengaruhi keputusan pendaftaran. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan untuk pengembangan kebijakan dan program yang mendukung pelaku bisnis mikro dalam sertifikasi halal.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the influence of bureaucratic organizational transformation, the use of information technology, and professionalism on employee performance which has an impact on work performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Bangka Belitung Province. The method was quantitative with a questionnaire distributed to 114 respondents, data processing with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of the study showed: The transformation of bureaucratic organization, information technology and professionalism affects employee performance partially and simultaneously. Organizational transformation of bureaucracy and professionalism has an effect on work performance while the use of information technology has no effect on work performance; employee performance affects work performance; bureaucratic organizational transformation, the use of information technology, professionalism and employee performance affect work performance; Bureaucratic organizational transformation and the use of information technology through employee performance mediation have an effect on work performance while professionalism through employee performance mediation has no effect on work performance

Di era digital sekarang, perkembangan teknologi yang selalu berinovasi dan berkembang pesat yang menjadi pemicu pertumbuhan usaha online dan startup di Indonesia, khususnya di sektor layanan transportasi. Ide pembuatan start up pada sektor layanan tiket online sebagai fokus perencanaan TiketAja yang didorong oleh berbagai faktor utama di era serba digital dan kemajuan teknologi yang pesat. Yang dimana tren pertumbuhan industri pariwisata di Indonesia, yang terus meningkatkan pasca pandemi COVID-19. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memudahkan kebutuhan dengan menyediakan platform pemesanan tiket yang komprehensif dan mudah digunakan, baik dalam segi transportasi, hotel, maupun wisata. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan objek penelitian difokuskan pada calon pengguna potensial serta pakar dalam industri yang relevan. esimpulannya, TiketAja memiliki peluang besar untuk berkembang di industri tiket online dengan syarat dapat beradaptasi dengan perubahan tren dan kebutuhan pelanggan. Abstract

Accumulation of tax receivables presents an ongoing challenge for revenue management authorities. Therefore, efficient tax receivable management at a manageable level is a crucial factor in improving local government performance and optimizing regional tax revenue. This study aims to determine the performance of PBB-P2 receivable management in Yogyakarta City and compare it with other tourist cities from 2021 to 2023. The data were obtained from public information disclosures and the financial accountability reports of the Regional Budget (APBD) from Yogyakarta City, Bandung City, Malang City, and Denpasar City. The study employs a quantitative descriptive analysis method. The findings reveal that Yogyakarta City has the highest PBB-P2 revenue ratio per square kilometer and ranks first in PBB-P2 receivable management performance, with an average ratio of receivable growth to current-year PBB-P2 revenue of 12.07%. This indicates that efforts to increase tax revenue have been significantly greater than the accumulation of receivables. Bandung City, Malang City, and Denpasar City follow with respective ratios of 13.87%, 22.37%, and 25.7%. Despite Yogyakarta City demonstrating the highest performance, the declining trend from 2021 to 2023 underscores the need for further evaluation by the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Yogyakarta City to enhance the efficiency of tax receivable management.
