Abstract

The purpose of this research was to describe the implementation process in Kotayasa Village, Sumbang District, Banyumas Regency. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, to broadly describe a problem in research conducted based on the answers to the problem. The data collection techniques used in this study are: interviews, observation and documentation. To test the validity of the data, researchers used a source triangulation technique, namely by checking the data that had been obtained through several sources. From the research results it can be seen that the implementation of the Family Hope program is in accordance with existing rules and policies. For the various actors currently involved, starting from PKH assistants at the sub-district level and at the village level, good communication and coordination have been established. The factor that has been a problem in implementing the Family Hope program is to improve the quality of human resources to increase the level of education

Abstract

The rise of cases of sexual violence against children, the government of Nagan Raya Regency is here to help minimize the disaster through the realization of the Bangga Kencana program. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation steps of the program in the field by referring to the Van Horn & Van Meter theory. The method used is a qualitative research method by collecting data through observation, documentation and the results of interviews with the government and the people of Nagan Raya Regency. The results of this study concluded that the implementation of Bangga Kencana through the formation of BKR, PIKR and GenRe groups was carried out by following the guidelines and directions from BKKBN although there were still some obstacles during the implementation of activities with cadre groups who were being fostered to become role models for other communities regarding the importance of awareness of understanding family functioning and sensitivity to protection against sexual violence experienced by children

Abstract

Integrity in public institutions is an important thing that needs attention in achieving bureaucratic reform. Indonesia has established a policy of developing integrity zones (ZI) in government agencies to improve the implementation of excellent public services, free of corruption, collusion, and nepotism. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of ZI development in Indonesian Central Government Agencies. The evaluation is carried out to see changes and the impact of policy implementation comprehensively. This study used qualitative methods through in-dept interviews and study documents. The study results concluded that the implementation of ZI Development policies in Indonesian Central Government Agencies had been quite good to regard ZI development as a series of implementations of Indonesian bureaucratic reform. New values have been formed in work units with ZI predicate WBK/WBBM. The Public Service Index for Central Government Agencies increases yearly, above the national index value. However, several obstacles are encountered, including awareness and understanding of the meaning/essence still needs to be optimized, and the number of PANRB Ministry human resources as supervisors and evaluators considering a large number of work units of the Indonesian government agencies.

Abstract

This research is to analyze the potential of local taxes and their achievement targets in Serang Regency. The research approach used is quantitative. Data collection techniques with documentation studies using secondary data from various documents from several agencies. The analysis technique used is projection analysis with reference to macroeconomic indicators, the weight prediction of obstacles and opportunities refers to the IFAS-EFAS matrix. The results of the study show that first, the determination of tax potential and targets must be carried out scientifically referring to the juridical basis and economic indicators which refer to both national and regional economic growth and the weight of the obstacles faced in tax management based on expert judgment.

Abstract

Village Tourism is currently a prima donna destination to release fatigue and find a new atmosphere in traveling. Especially with the covid-19 pandemic, the level of tourist visits to tourist villages has increased dramatically. Wargasara Tourism Village on Tunda Island is a tourist village in Serang Regency which has maritime potential. Wargasara Tourism Village on Tunda Island has great potential to be developed but experiences obstacles related to infrastructure facilities, understanding of tourism by the community, weak local government support. To overcome these obstacles, an analysis of opportunities and interventions in the development of Wargasara tourism village with marine potential is needed. The research method used is qualitative with literature review (using references to springer, science direct and scopus articles) and in-depth interviews with objective informants. This research provides another picture of the opportunities and interventions for the development of tourist villages with marine potential from the study of public administration using the dimensions of governance, namely institutions, values and processes. Improving and strengthening the governance of Wargasara tourism village is expected to answer the challenges faced in maximizing the potential of marine tourism in Serang Regency.

Abstract

Public sector innovation is currently a big political and administrative agenda and is stealing attention from developed democratic countries, and following it to a number of other developing countries. In the context of Indonesia as a developing country, the Government is committed to continuing to support public service innovation through a series of existing rules and regulations. West Java is included in the top five highly innovative provincial government versions of the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. Of the 27 regencies/cities in West Java, it seems that Bekasi City is the only region that has succeeded in developing its government innovations in a good and superior manner. It was recorded that from 2018 to 2021, the Regional Government of Bekasi City through the Investment Service and One-Stop Integrated Services received an award as a public service provider in the "Prime Service" category. This good achievement is known because the Regional Government of Bekasi City has succeeded in building and developing a Public Service Mall in the area effectively. Thus, this study aims to analyze the practice of local government innovation in Bekasi City, especially how the Public Service Mall in the City organizes its innovations. The results of this study indicate that the existence of the Bekasi City Public Service Mall is able to make its citizens more satisfied and trust the Regional Government. The Bekasi City Government, through its DPMPTSP, has won awards in the category of innovative public services several times. Indeed, this award is an encouraging bonus from efforts to provide public services that are able to bring benefit to its citizens. So that the people of Bekasi City become more prosperous because every need and interest in their lives can be properly taken care of by the Government.

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the organizational communication approach in waste management at the final disposal site of UPTD Ciangir, Tasikmalaya City. The theory used in this study is based on the opinion of experts relevant to the research problem, where the communication approach is measured in terms of internal communication and external communication. This research method uses qualitative methods with the aim of uncovering the communication barriers related to waste management at the UPTD final disposal site in Ciangir, Tasikmalaya City. The research informants were government officials, and employees of UPTD TPA Ciangir and Tasikmalaya City Environmental Department. Data analysis techniques are performed through data reduction, data display, verification, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of this study, it appears that the communication carried out by UPTD TPA Ciangir Tasikmalaya City with an internal communication approach is going well, while for the external communication it is still not effective, therefore it requires yet another communication strategy that can solve waste management problems at TPA Ciangir Tasikmalaya City.

Abstract

The impact of the novel coronavirus has been severe, and while crises are impossible to predict, they must be anticipated and planned for in business. However, less is known about the preparedness of emerging markets, particularly in the hospitality industry in Nigeria. Therefore this study seeks to situate the service quality debate within the emerging hotel service arena by exploring service quality and business outcomes in selected hotels within the Ogun East senatorial district, Ogun State, Nigeria. The study adopted the survey research design, which is cross-sectional. A convenience sampling technique was adopted in arriving at the respondents. A total of 232 copies of a questionnaire were received from the customers of twenty hotels in six major towns within the Ogun East senatorial district -Ijebu-Ode, Ago-Iwoye, Ijebu-Igbo, Sagamu, Ilishan-Remo, and Iperu-Remo representing 89.3% response rate. The regression analysis was carried out to test the effect of service quality on business outcomes. The main findings of the empirical study show that there is strong support for service quality to improve business outcomes in hotels. Specifically, service quality significantly impacted both competitiveness and brand recognition, the study's two measures of business outcomes. However, taken individually, the study found that tangibility as a factor showed little impact on outcomes but a strong impact on brand recognition. Similarly, service assurance significantly affected business competitiveness but only mildly impacted brand recognition. The distinct effects of service quality and business outcomes post-pandemic in Nigeria were highlighted. It also provided hotel stakeholders and owner-managers with insights on the need to enshrine service quality management in the corporate policies to reduce customer dissatisfaction and poor business outcomes. It is also essential for hotel operators to stay abreast of the current and future needs of an ever-evolving industry and to meet the demands of guests who are becoming more sophisticated. Innovation and originality are essential to the hotel industry's outcome. This is one of the first studies to provide empirical evidence of the relationship between service quality and business outcomes post-pandemic in Nigeria. The results provide new insights into this relationship and may clarify divergent results found in the literature from other climes

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkonfirmasi bagaimana pengelolaan uang desa mempengaruhi peningkatan pendidikan di Desa Sukomulyo di kecamatan Mojowarno, Kabupaten Jombang. Penelitian dilakukan di desa Sukomulyo, Kecamatan Mojowarno, Kabupaten Jombang. Prosedur penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan prosedur deskriptif. Objek penyelidikan adalah empat dusun di Desa Sukomulyo, Kecamatan Mojowarno. Metode pengumpulan informasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lapangan. Teknik analisis informasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian kualitatif meliputi transkrip wawancara, analisis reduksi informasi, dan analisis.interpretasi informasi Hasil riset menampilkan jika program dana desa di Desa Sukomulyo ialah kenaikan pembangunan infrastruktur, pengembangan serta revisi warga sanggup dikatakan sudah tercapai. Keterlibatan pemerintah desa dalam menunjang kenaikan kualitas pembelajaran di Desa Sukomulyo sudah dicoba baik dari segi akses pembelajaran fasilitas serta prasarana pembelajaran Keterlibatan pemerintah desa dalam mendukung kualitas pendidikan di Desa Sukomulyo dalam akses pembelajaran terwujud seluruhnya perihal ini dibuktikan dengan terselenggaranya serta dibangunnya fasilitas serta prasarana pembelajaran dengan menyelenggarakan PAUD, TK/TPA serta TBM yang menampilkan terdapatnya keterlibatan pemerintah desa. pemerintah desa dalam tingkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dari segi fasilitas serta prasarana sudah dilaksanakan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of the My Pertamina application using a combined method between TAM (Theory Acceptance Model) and TRA (Theory of Reasoned Action). My Pertamina application is a mobile application developed by Pertamina which is used to provide non-cash fuel oil payment services. The TAM and TRA methods are used as the theoretical framework in this study to understand the factors that influence the acceptance and use of the My Pertamina application by users. TAM acceptance theory focuses on factors that influence users' attitudes toward technology adoption, while TRA addresses factors that influence users' intention to use a system. This research uses a quantitative approach by surveying users of the My Pertamina application. The data collected included users' perceptions of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, benefits obtained, perceived subjective norms, and attitudes toward using the application. Data analysis was conducted using regression techniques to test the relationship between the variables in the TAM and TRA models.
