Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sinergi Polres Kolaka dan Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak dalam penanggulangan kekerasan terhadap anak. Kekerasan terhadap anak merupakan permasalahan serius yang memerlukan penanganan terpadu dari berbagai pihak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sinergi kedua lembaga telah terlaksana namun masih belum berjalan dengan baik, ditandai dengan koordinasi penanganan perkara, sosialisasi pencegahan kekerasan, dan pemberian pendampingan hukum dan psikologis bagi korban yang terkendala penolakan alokasi anggaran dalam menjalankan tugasnya. sosialisasi. Perlunya sinergitas antara kepolisian dan pemerintah daerah dalam penanganan kasus kekerasan terhadap anak perlu ditingkatkan dengan membuat MoU yang mencantumkan pembagian kerja masing-masing pihak. Pemerintah daerah melalui Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Kabupaten Kolaka hendaknya melakukan sosialisasi dengan memasang spanduk yang mencantumkan nomor kontak yang dapat dihubungi masyarakat jika mengetahui adanya kekerasan terhadap anak yang terjadi. Selain itu, diperlukan kerja sama masyarakat untuk lebih proaktif dalam melaporkan kejadian kekerasan terhadap anak di lingkungannya. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam memahami dinamika kolaborasi antar lembaga dalam penanganan kekerasan terhadap anak dan diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas penanganan kasus kekerasan anak di daerah lain.

Abstract

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the results of the community satisfaction index survey regarding provincial road public services in the Pandeglang-Lebak III development work area (WKP). This research was analyzed quantitatively descriptively. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a combination of accidental sampling techniques, the number of samples using the Lemeshow formula with a total of 196 respondents using provincial roads. The research methods used are the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Statistics Index (CSI) methods. The results of the research show that the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method obtained results from 32 questions, of which 3 questions were in quadrant I (High Importance, Low Satisfaction), while 16 questions were in quadrant II (High Importance, High Satisfaction), while 9 questions were is in quadrant III (Low Importance, Low Satisfaction) and there are 4 questions in quadrant IV (Low Importance, High Satisfaction). The results of the Customer Statistics Index (CSI) analysis obtained a CSI result of 83.25%. This shows that people using provincial roads in the Pandeglang-Lebak III development work area (WKP) are in the Good criteria. based on the criteria in the interpretation in PERMENPAN RB No. 14 of 2017.

Abstract

Transportation is a tool that plays a role in human life, both in the continuity of interaction between people and as a tool that facilitates the movement of goods from one place to another. Trans Jogja bus is one of the public transportation tools that has been present since 2008 to meet the needs of the community, by seeing the increasing community activities in the Yogyakarta area such as students who choose to travel by bus or keluaga which is just a walk. The purpose of this study is to find out how trans jogja in public services. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature method. The results of this study show that with the existence of public transportation in this case, especially in trans jogja, it is hoped that it will be able to emphasize the number of congestion and motorized accidents that occur in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. In addition, Trans Jogja has 129 buses operating at this time and spread across every area of Yogyakarta, with a low general ticket price of Rp. 3,600

Abstract

This research background is that there is an increase in the unemployment rate in Banten Province, and available labor resources in the labor market in Banten Province are growing every year. But on the other hand, due to the increase in the unemployment rate every year and the increase in the number of workers, the existing workforce is not being absorbed properly. The purpose of this research is to find out how efforts to deal with unemployment through efforts to reduce unemployment through micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) in Banten Province. In this study, researchers used qualitative research methods. Small and medium enterprises in Banten Province absorb 235,022 workers, namely the food industry with 91,476 workers. followed by the garment industry with 34,508 people, and the wood and cork industry excluding furniture with 3,056 people. MSMEs have made a major contribution to economic growth and have had a positive impact on people's welfare, especially those in Banten Province

Abstract

The implementation of PPDB in Banten Province experienced several bad record findings as a result of misinformation and disinformation experienced by the public, especially for prospective registrants due to the unpreparedness of the government and several other related institutions in implementing public communication strategies. The existence of this information confusion can certainly hinder the implementation of the acceptance of new students. This phenomenon shows that the public communication strategy plays an important role in achieving an interest. The purpose of this study is to highlight public communication strategies in responding to the wave of misinformation and disinformation on the implementation of online PPDB in Banten Province. The method used in this research is a literature study with data collection techniques obtained from various sources such as books, journals, the internet, documentation, and libraries.

Abstract

Management of government resources is a major factor in realizing good service in the public sector. However, in this study village officials still need to improve their performance which is closely related to discipline and motivation as the reason for the successful performance of village officials. The purpose of this research is to prove motivation and discipline on performance. Quantitative approach with Partial Least Square is a method of data analysis. The sample in this study were 93 people by removing porposive random sampling. From the results of data analysis, it is stated that motivation and discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on performance. The prediction model from the results of this study is able to explain the performance variable of 96.2% (R2 = 0.9624)

Abstract

Knowledge collecting and donating can change old ideas about human resource management by providing new processes, disciplines and knowledge, resulting in organizational innovation, especially innovative work behavior. This study aims to examine the effect of knowledge collecting and donating on innovative work behavior. Quantitative methods are used to test knowledge collecting and donating on innovative work behavior. The research location is at Hasanuddin University, Makassar City. The population in this study were all employees at the Hasanuddin University Finance Bureau with status as state civil servants as many as 44 people. Withdrawal of the number of samples in this study using saturated sampling. Primary data collection by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that knowledge collecting and knowledge donating had a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on innovative work behavior.

Abstract

Standards for educational facilities and infrastructure are the minimum facilities that need to be owned by each educational unit in carrying out educational activities. Permendikud Number 24 of 2007 as a form of government effort to make education facilities equal. However, even though the government has launched policies related to standards for educational facilities and infrastructure, it is still not evenly distributed, so this has an impact on low student learning outcomes due to a lack of completeness of education in schools. The research method uses descriptive qualitative while the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis technique used in this research is qualitative data analysis technique. The results showed that the policy on educational facilities and infrastructure standards for elementary education at the junior high school level in Tasikmalaya City in several schools had not been fulfilled in accordance with Permendikbud Number 24 of 2007, such as the library room, science laboratory room, computer laboratory room, laboratory equipment, sports equipment and art equipment
