Abstract

Kabupaten Jember memiliki lahan pertanian yang luas dan produktif. Lahan pertanian di Kabupaten Jember paling produktif untuk tanaman hortikultura dan perkebunan. Tanaman hortukultura yang banyak dibudidayakan di Kabupaten Jember adalah sayur, buah, tanaman hias, dan tanaman obat. Tanaman hias yang saat ini banyak dibudidayakan yaitu bunga mawar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peluang dan tantangan produk olahan bunga mawar di Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Data primer diperoleh melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara kepada owner minyak atsiri jember dan pelaku usaha industri di Desa Karangpring di Kecamatan Sukorambi. Data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumentasi atau sumber-sumber yang sudah ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bunga mawar dimanfatkan untuk bunga tabur, diolah menjadi teh dan sirup mawar serta minyak atsiri. Dengan adanya pemanfaatan bunga mawar akan memberikan peluang yang besar dalam meningkatkan perekonomian di kabupaten Jember. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pengolahan bunga mawar di Kabupaten Jember adalah produk yang dihasilkan harus inovatif dan kreatif. Inovatif dan kreativitas dalam pengemasan, pelabelan dan pemasaran harus lebih ditingkatkan agar mampu bersaing dengan produk di daerah lain maupun di pasar internasional.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the development strategies for dryland corn farming by farmers in the border area of Kobalima Timur District, Malaka Regency. The determination of the location in this study was done intentionally with a sample size of 50 people. Data collection used interview, documentation, and observation techniques. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The method used in this research is the descriptive method, with SWOT analysis as the analytical tool. The research results show that the strategy for developing corn farming in Kotabiru Village focuses on the S-O strategy, which involves utilizing farmers' experience, generational farming skills, profitable corn prices, and the availability of potentially vast land to meet the continuously increasing demand for corn, the broad market demand, and the development of processed corn products.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas fasilitas dan edukasi lingkungan terhadap minat wisatawan dalam mengunjungi Ekowisata Mangrove Desa Martajasah dengan memperhatikan pengalaman wisata sebelumnya sebagai variabel intervening. Penurunan jumlah pengunjung yang signifikan sejak awal pembukaan menjadi latar belakang penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diolah menggunakan Smart PLS. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas fasilitas memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pengalaman wisata sebelumnya, tetapi tidak secara langsung mempengaruhi minat berkunjung. Sedangkan, edukasi lingkungan tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan baik terhadap pengalaman wisata sebelumnya maupun minat berkunjung. Pengalaman wisata sebelumnya berpengaruh positif terhadap minat wisatawan untuk berkunjung kembali. Pengelola harus memperbaiki fasilitas umum yaitu jumlah toilet, memperindah jembatan pada hutan mangrove dan fasilitas papain informasi serta program edukasi seperti tur mangrove.

Abstract

Knowing the business processes in agro-industrial activities is important to ensure product efficiency, quality and sustainability. Organic tea commodities have promising opportunities in the global market because demand for organic products continues to increase. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this research was conducted at the local organic tea business Premium Tea Lugu's. Observations were made on business processes in the form of managing raw material procurement, processing and product marketing. The research results show that LUGU's Premium Tea collaborates with organic tea farmers in procuring raw materials. To ensure the availability of raw materials, farmers implement harvest rotation so that the production process remains sustainable. The product produced is powdered tea with product types: black tea, green tea and white tea. These products have different processing processes with a production time of 27.1 hours to produce black tea, 12.8 hours for green tea, and 2.5 hours for white tea. To increase sales, the marketing process carried out has taken into account the concept of product, price, place and promotion (4P). This powdered tea is available in packages of 10 grams to 1 kilogram with a selling price ranging from IDR 15,000 to IDR 2,500,000. Product purchases can be made online and offline. Promotion is carried out through personal sales, sales collaboration and participating in product bazaars. This agro-industrial business process has been carried out with good operational standards so that it can maintain production quality and sustainability.

Abstract

Porang is a food crop commodity that has great potential for export and is strategic in the national economy. Porang plants contain glucomannan which is widely used as a main or alternative ingredient in the food and health industry, making porang tubers have quite a high selling value and have become an export commodity. The aim of the research was to find out the benefits of implementing business plantation registration by analyzing why until now there are still many porang farmers in Madiun Regency who do not implement registration of their business plantations, by comparing the quality and income of registered porang farmers with those whose business plantations are not registered in Madiun Regency, East Java Province. The scope of the research includes the quality of porang and the income of porang farmers in Madiun Regency, East Java Province. The method used in this research is quantitative research using a survey approach through interviews using farmer questionnaires, then a t test (test) analysis is carried out to compare the two groups to be studied. The results of the research showed that there were significant differences in the quality of porang in the sub-variables of tuber color and level of damage to the tubers, while those that did not show significant differences were in the sub-variables of tuber weight and biological shape of the porang tubers. Meanwhile, the sub-variable income that shows significant differences is for production costs, production quantities, prices and income of porang farmers, both registered and unregistered, on their business plantations in Madiun Regency, East Java Province.  The average income obtained by farmers who implement business plantation registration is IDR. 30,321,772, while the average income of porang farmers who do not implement plantation registration on their business land is Rp. 6,697,130. more profitable (RC value 1.95) compared to farmers who are not registered as plantations (RC value 1.52). Abstract

Luas panen padi di Kabupaten Landak relatif menunjukan kenaikan walaupun hasil produksi sempat mengalami penurunan. Namun, produksi yang tinggi tidak menjamin pendapatan yang di teirma petani juga tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besaran pendapatan usahatani padi didesa Sidas Kecamatan Sengah Temila Kabupaten Landak. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan januari – april 2024. Responden dipilih secara acak menggunakan rumus slovin sebesar 10% dengan jumlah 88 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis biaya, penerimaan, pendapatan dan analisis R/C ratio guna menggetahui kelayakan usahatani padi di desa Sidas Kecamatan Sengah Temila Kabupaten landak. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa besarnya pendapatan 1 hektar yang di peroleh dari usahatani padi sebesar RP 5.426.337,-/Ha/Mt dengan produksi dalam satu kali musim tanam sebesar 2,109 Kg/Ha/Mt, dan jumlah penerimaan sebesar Rp. 11.599.564,-/Ha/Mt, dan total biaya yang digunakan sebesar Rp 6.139.401,-/Ha/Mt, kelayakan usahatani berdasarkan R/C ratio sebesar 1,8. Berdasarkan hadil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan usahatani padi di desa Sidas Kecamatan Sengah Temila Kabupaten Landak masih memberikan nilai positif terhadap pendapatan petani.

Abstract

Regeneration of human resources in agriculture by younger farmers who are living with social media, called digital humanities, is one of the steps of its sustainability. This research aims to analyse regeneration of agricultural human resources model in Rumbai District of Pekanbaru City. The research used a survey method where 60 young farmers were taken as the samples. The data were analysed using SEM-PLS. The research results show that the use of social media provides easy access to information, increases knowledge and shares experiences related to the agricultural sector which is supported by the role of parents in forming perceptions and the interest of the younger generation in agriculture to work in the agriculture. The use of social media toward perception on agriculture and the use of social media on the attitudes of the younger generation towards the agriculture, are directly significant. On the other hand, a significant indirect influence is the use of social media on the interest of the younger generation in working in the agriculture through the mediator variable of the attitude of the younger generation towards the agriculture.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital menyebabkan pergeseran pola perilaku konsumen, termasuk dalam industri kuliner. Mie Gacoan merupakan salah satu restoran cepat saji yang populer dan terkenal dengan mie level pedasnya. Panjangnya antrean di gerai Mie Gacoan menimbulkan masalah terkait kualitas pelayanan, seperti proses penyajian yang lama dan kekeliruan dalam pemenuhan pesanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh elemen e-marketing mix terhadap keputusan pembelian Mie Gacoan di aplikasi online. Elemen dalam e-marketing mix yang diteliti terdiri dari product, price, promotion, place, community, customer service dan site design. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah quota sampling dengan jumlah responden 97 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dengan pengukuran skala likert. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SEM-PLS melalui software SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa empat elemen e- marketing mix berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian yaitu product, promotion, place dan site design. Sedangkan tiga elemen e-marketing mix lainnya memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan tidak signifikan yaitu price, community dan customer service. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the agricultural extension program based on superior commodities implemented by the UPTD BPP of the Food Security and Agriculture Office of Palembang City. The research location includes several areas under the guidance of the Agricultural Extension Center (BPP) in Palembang City, namely BPP Gandus, BPP Seberang Ulu, BPP Talang Betutu, and BPP Sekojo. The methods used were field observations, interviews, and primary and secondary data collection from farmers and agricultural extension officers. The results showed that extension programs based on superior commodities, especially rice and horticulture, had a positive impact on increasing farmers' knowledge by 70%. However, there are some constraints, such as limited access to technology and differences in environmental conditions between regions. This evaluation indicates that this extension program can increase agricultural productivity in Palembang City, but needs to be improved in terms of supporting infrastructure and access to technology.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap efisiensi profit petani melon greenhouse di Kabupaten Blitar, Jawa Timur. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori, penelitian dilaksanakan pada 117 petani yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling dari total populasi 161 petani. Literasi keuangan diukur melalui pemahaman terhadap enam konsep keuangan fundamental, sedangkan efisiensi profit dianalisis menggunakan Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas petani memiliki tingkat literasi keuangan sedang (51,28%) hingga rendah (45,30%), dengan rata-rata skor efisiensi profit sebesar 0,55. Analisis regresi Tobit mengonfirmasi literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efisiensi profit (koefisien 0,0458; p=0,026), dimana setiap peningkatan satu skor literasi keuangan meningkatkan efisiensi profit sebesar 4,58%. Selain itu, luas lahan dan pengalaman petani juga berpengaruh positif signifikan, sementara usia petani berpengaruh negatif. Model penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan 81,07% variasi efisiensi profit. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya program peningkatan literasi keuangan sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi profit petani, khususnya pada pertanian bernilai tinggi seperti budidaya melon greenhouse.
