Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi promosi melalui media sosial Instagram yang selama ini dilakukan Bank Pembangunan Daerah Kalimantan Selatan Cabang Paringin. Mengetahui strategi promosi melalui media sosial Instagram yang dapat dilakukan guna menarik generasi milenial untuk memilih produk Tabungan pada PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Kalimantan Selatan Cabang Paringin.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan  data yaitu  observasi  dan  wawancara.  Teknik  analisis  data  yang digunakan adalah data non statistic, dimana dalam penelitian ini tidak menggunakan rumus statistic dan untuk menganalisis data yang sudah dikumpulkan digunakan pendekatan library approach.Permasalahan yang dihadapi PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Kalimantan Selatan Cabang Paringin adalah tidak maksimalnya promosi melalui media sosial Instagram. Untuk mengatasi  permasalahan  yang  dihadapi  PT  Bank  Pembangunan  Daerah  Kalimantan Selatan Cabang Paringin sebaiknya memaksimalkan promosi melalui media sosial Instagram agar lebih mudah mendekati segmentasi milenial yang melek akan teknologi dengan   langkah-langkah   sebagai   berikut  :   (1)   Update   Image,   (2)   Membangun Kepopuleran Akun, (3) Add Follower, (4) Comment, (5) Share Fitur, (6) Local Ads Fitur/Endorse, (7) Instagram Ads, (8) Like Give, (9) Auto Schedule Post,  (10) CSR Image, (11)  Hasgtag(#) + arroba (@).

Abstract

The Government of Indonesia finally issued a Government Regulation (PP) governing Regionally Owned Enterprises (BUMD), namely PP No. 54 of 2017 concerning BUMD. The PP is the government's answer to the debate about BUMD that has occurred so far. The government provides an opportunity for regional governments to optimize the wealth of their respective regions, but because local governments are not allowed to carry out business activities, establishing BUMD is one way that can be done by local governments to increase Regional Original Revenue (PAD). Even so, the government did not prepare regulations that govern BUMD. With PP No. 54, it is hoped that the parties involved with BUMD have guidelines on how to manage and oversee BUMD operations. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) guidelines on BUMD throughout Indonesia in the form of Regional Corporation (Perseroda). In this study, the scope of the research is limited to examining the implementation of the principle of transparency in the General Guidelines for GCG in Indonesia issued by the National Committee on Governance Policy (KNKG) in 2006. One of the main guidelines for the implementation of the transparency principle is that companies must provide information in a timely, adequate, precise, accurate, and comparable and easily accessible to stakeholders under their rights. To obtain this information, the first step taken is to inventory BUMDs in the form of Perseroda in Indonesia. BUMD data obtained through searching facilities from the internet. Based on the searching, 57 BUMDs were obtained that matched the research criteria. Based on this study, only 35% of BUMDs implemented the principle of transparency, 26% only implemented a part of the transparency principle, and the remaining 39% did not apply the principle of transparency.

Abstract

The phenomenon that occurs shows how potential Bengkalis city in terms of geographical aspects as a city that is very close to neighboring countries but from the aspect of creative economic development has not increased. This study aims to map the constraints of the creative economy industry in Bengkalis City and provide recommendations in order to improve and condition the creative economy better. The study was conducted in the city of Bengkalis by conducting a semi-structure interview with 50 respondents in order to explore the constraints faced by creative economic business actors from Administrative, Technical, Operational, and Managerial (ATOM) aspects. The results of the Technical, Operational and Managerial aspects are the majority of constraints felt by creative economy business actors. There must be a breakthrough effort that must be done by the local government, and synergy with the central government and educational institutions. Keywords: creative economic, administrative, technical, operasional, mangerial

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh dari audit tenure, debt default dan opini audit tahun sebelumnya terhadap opini audit going concern pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2012-2016. Selanjutnya variabel audit tenure, debt default dan opini audit tahun sebelumnya merupakan variabel independen, sedangkan variabel opini audit going concern sebagai variabel independen. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 31 perusahaan manufaktur selama 5 tahun periode pengamatan sehingga diperoleh 155 sampel penelitian. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dan teknik pemilihan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi logistik dengan tingkat signifikansi 5%. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel audit tenure, debt default dan opini audit tahun sebelumnya berpengaruh terhadap penerimaan opini audit going concern sebesar 61,7%. Secara parsial variabel audit tenure, debt default dan opini audit tahun sebelumnya tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap penerimaan opini audit going concern.

Abstract

Salah satu masalah yang ada di bidang pemasaran adalah masalah saluran distribusi. Saluran distribusi mempunyai arti penting untuk mencapai sukses suatu perusahaan. Barang akan sampai di tangan konsumen melalui saluran distribusi baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Penelitian ini dilakukan di perusahaan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Rokan Riau. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan saluran distribusi yang efektif yang dipakai oleh perusahaan dan juga hasil dari pelaksanaan saluran distribusi, dengan menggunakan alat berupa SWOT Analisis. Penelitian ini juga dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif, dimana pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara dengan karyawan dan konsumen. Hasil penelitian ini akan dapat melihat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi saluran distribusi produk dari produsen kepada konsumen,  sehingga dalam penyalurannya dapat lebih di tingkatkan sehingga kepuasan konsumen menjadi prioritas utama bagi perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dari promo gratis ongkir yang diberikan e-commerce terhadap keputusan pembelian  oleh generasi Z di daerah pedesaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah  explanatory research atau penelitian penjelasan dengan menggunakan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang berjumlah 29 orang generasi Z yang tinggal di daerah pedesaan dan pernah melakukan transaksi e-commerce. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi gratis ongkos kirim memberikan pengaruh positif  dan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 19,3% terhadap keputusan pembelian oleh generasi Z di daerah pedesaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the magnitude of firms socially involved in helping fight the pandemic of COVID-19. This study highlights 680 go public firms in Indonesia. The content analysis is used to find the information of firms’ social involvement. The result point of this study demonstrates that from 680 go public firms listed during the pandemic, there are only seven and one-half percent of companies involved in combating the coronavirus outbreak. Firms provide the donation including funds, free internet services, nutrition products, masks, and medical supplies. They have recognized their social  involvement as the form of corporate social responsibility

Abstract

Citilink Indonesia is a low-cost carrier that has a large number of enthusiasts. An increase in public purchasing interest for low-cost airlines, especially for Citilink, is certainly due to Citilink has different characteristics with other low-cost airlines, namely satisfying services. The purpose of this study is to determine whether quality of service affects consumers’ purchasing interest on Citilink Airlines at Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport, Jakarta. This study used data taken from a questionnaire distributed to Citilink customers, in this case passengers who have an official boarding pass from Citilink Airlines in the waiting area of the International Airport. Respondents in this study were service users consisting of 100 respondents. This data is then processed using the SPSS 15.0 program using Simple Linear Regression analysis. The results showed that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted, which is indicated by F = 399,790 with a 0,000 <0.05, which means there is a significant effect of the quality of service on consumers’ purchasing interest at Citilink Airlines at Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport, Jakarta. The results of simple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program showed an effect of 80.3% which was shown by the Model Summary table and 19.7% was influenced by other factors

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure the effect of soft skills and work experience on the performance of cosmetics sales employees. The variables in this study are soft skills (X1) and work experience (X2), and employee performance (Y). This research uses a quantitative method with an associative approach, by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression seen from the R Square value of 0.880 which means that the influence of soft skills and work experience on the performance of cosmetics sales employees is 88% and the remaining 12% is influenced by other factors not present in this study. From the results of the correlation coefficient test, it can be seen that the R value shows a result of 0.938, which means there is a very strong relationship between soft skills and work experience on the performance of cosmetics sales employees. Soft skill variables affect the performance of cosmetics sales employees, and work experience variables affect the performance of cosmetics sales employees, and the two variables namely soft skills and work experience simultaneously affect the performance of cosmetics sales employees.

Abstract

This study experimentally tests the effects of in-store background music on the shopping behavior of its customers. Field experiments employ pre-experiment the one group pretest-posttest. The researcher chooses a kind of musics tempo and volume as structural characteristics (2 x 2 factorial experiment).  The analysis technique used is the analysis of variance (ANOVA).  The results of the analysis found that tempo and volume of music did not play a significant role in the amount of money spent, but influence significantly on shopping time and mood change. The research answered urgency for designing the musical environment in the retail stores to influence shopping experience and consumer responses, especially for a small store (minimarket).
