Abstract

Based on the philosophy of science, the development of management science uses the perspective of ontology, epistemology, and axiology. In the perspective of ontology, the essence of management theory in business organizations is the science that offers a management process so that business organizations can achieve their goals. The final goal to be achieved by the process this management is the achievement or fulfillment of goals that have been set. Based on an epistemological perspective, management theory in business organizations introduces methods or ways of making decisions or solving problems that can be used by managers in running business organizations. In addition, management science introduces various management theories to be practiced in business activities. In an axiological perspective, ethical values and social responsibility must be a serious concern in applying management science to business organizations. In management theory, business orientation is not only looking for profit but also give attention to the norms prevailing in society and give attention to the interests and welfare of all parties. Because management theory has the perspective of ontology, epistemology, and axiology, management theory is really a philosophy of science. Therefore, management theory needs to be developed to be implemented in business organizations.

Abstract

The study was conducted to determine user perceptions of online transportation mobile applications by looking at PlayStore transportation mobile application analysis and user perceptions when using online transportation mobile applications. This research method is a qualitative method. This type of research uses informants, where direct users who use online mobile transportation applications and PlayStore observations as supporters. Data collection techniques carried out in the form of 1) interviews, 2) participant observation, 3) study documentation. The analysis method uses the interactive model of Mile and Hubermen with 4 stages, including collecting data, trying to formulate data or reduce data, after that the data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that online mobile transportation applications have differences in improving service quality and in creating customer satisfaction. However, the observation of user perception shows that the Grab online transportation mobile application is considered to have superior quality and service than the Gojek and OK-Jack online transportation mobile application.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role for a country's economic development in addition to being able to absorb labor as well as its contribution to Gross Domestic Product (GDP), where MSMEs are the largest informal sector driver in Indonesia. One of the concerns of many countries is from the financial literacy that is owned, but for this research the sharia financial literacy dimension is used. This study aims to analyze the financial performance of ikat weaving in Troso Jepara through determinants namely  hopelessness, religiosity and financial satisfaction with intervening Islamic financial literacy. Primary data were obtained from the results of questionnaire responses submitted to 88 respondents and analyzed with SPSS. Determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula with the Incindental Sampling technique. The results of the study found that hopelessness did not affect islamic financial literacy, while religiosity influenced islamic financial literacy at MSMEs, while financial performance was only financial satisfaction variables that had an influence on performance improvement at MSME Weaving Ikats in Jepara Regency

Abstract

This research aims to examine whether the Internal Control System affects the application of the Integrated Hajj Computerized System at the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Bengkalis Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 54 respondents from all employees in the Bengkalis Regency Ministry of Religion office. The type of data used in this study is a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used were interviews, questionnaires, documentation, literature study and observation. While the data analysis technique used is to use simple linear regression analysis. After conducting research it was found that significantly the Internal Control System affected the application of the Integrated Hajj Computerized System in the office of the Ministry of Religion in Bengkalis Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh inovasi produk terhadap minat beli konsumen pada Restoran Ichi Bento Cabang Kota Banjar. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekataan kuantitatif dengan jenis metode explanatory. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling, sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 97 responden. Metode statistik yang digunakan adalah korelasi product moment. Berdasarkan hasil responden mengenai variabel inovasi produk berada pada kategori cukup, hal ini berarti inovasi produk telah dilakukan walau tidak terlalu sering. Tanggapan responden mengenai variabel minat beli konsumen berada pada kategori cukup, artinya rensponden mengakui bahwa adanya ketertarikan untuk membeli produk yang ditawarkan restoran Ichi Bento. Pengaruh inovasi produk terhadap minat beli konsumen pada restoran Ichi Bento Cabang Banjar sebesar 25,7%. Hasil uji hipotesis menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan inovasi produk terhadap minat beli konsumen pada restoran Ichi Bento Cabang Banjar. Kami merekomendasikan restoran Ichi Bento agar meningkatkan kualitas, mutu, rasa, dan penyajian produk dengan desain yang unik sehingga dapat menarik perhatian konsumen.

Abstract

This study tries to explain the antecedents of task performance using Self Determination Theory from autonomy and relatedness elements that are often ignored in the work environment. The autonomy element is represented by work engagement and the relatedness element is represented by the coworker support. The purpose of the study was to examine the effect of work engagement and coworker support on task performance. Thus, quantitative research methods were chosen because according with the research objectives. Yogyakarta Provincial Government employees who have worked for 2 years as many as 150 people are respondents in this study. The results of the study prove that work engagement and coworker support contribute to the improvement of employee task performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the adoption of digital wallet application innovations in Pekanbaru City, to describe the cashless society transition in Pekanbaru City. This study uses an innovation-decision process model, namely: (1) knowledge, (2) persuasion, (3) decisions, (4) implementation, and (5) confirmation. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive format. This study chose 120 respondents consisting of generations Y and Z, with the consideration that these two generation groups are adaptive to digital technology. Data collection is conducted from November to December 2019. The results of this study, high knowledge stage score especially indicators of smartphone users who are very active. The score of the persuasion stage is relatively high especially on indicators of complexity of digital wallet applications. The decision stage score is relatively high, especially the aspects of trial and preference for digital wallet applications. At the implementation stage, most respondents had already installed and used the digital wallet application for transaction activities. At the confirmation stage, most adopters intend to continue adoption. In general, the adoption of the digital wallet application has a positive impact, such as ease of transaction, practically, there is cashback, discounts, and more secure.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Firm Size and Leverage on Bond Ratings in banking subsector companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2018. The sample in this study was obtained using purposive sampling method which is included in the non-probability sampling technique. The sample in this study consisted of banking subsector companies listed on the IDX in 2018 and rated by PT PEFINDO with a total of 22 banking companies. The method used in this research is descriptive with quantitative and associative approaches. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with an R Square value of 0.030 which can be interpreted as the effect of firm size and leverage on a bond rating of 3% and the remaining 97% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. F Test results show a value of Fcount 0.295 <3.49 Ftable which means there is no effect on firm size and leverage on the bond rating. From the test results partially firm size variables have a positive effect and leverage has a negative effect on the bond rating.

Abstract

This research title is Analysis of Target Value from Uncollected Tax on Land and Building Tax covers in the Bengkalis district. The data used is the Regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA) for the past 3 years. The results of this study find that Uncollected taxes for world tax and tax (PBB tax) in Bengkalis region is very high, 52 percent or it same with Rp. 9,219,974,176 in total from PBB tax 2019. Have 6 sub-districts failure to collect PBB tax, they are have less value than 50% of 11 sub-districts, and only 1 sub-district have sucsess performs with a failure value only 5.84%, it mean the community's ability to pay PBB tax is over 96%.

Abstract

Online buying is a new method of buying and selling using internet as the media of transactions. It is believed that it could shift the conventional transactions, which is still the characteristic of Banjarmasin’s people. This study aims to determine cognitive, affective and conative level of the people that live in Banjarmasin in online buying’s activity based on demographics. This study wants to find out if there is any differences in cognitive, affective and conative level of it as well as whether there is an influence of demographic factors to cognitive, affective and conative level of Banjarmasin's people in online buying. This is a survey research that uses questionaire as the research instrument, and 150 respondents are taken from people who live in Banjarmasin as sample. Data analysis techniques used; categorized variabel analysis to see the distribution of respondents by category; Chi Square test to see the differences of cognitive, affective and conative level based on demographics; Kruskal Wallis test to see the influence of demographic factors to cognitive, affective and conative level. Result of this study shows that cognitive, affective and conative level of Banjarmasin's people in online buying, majority is in medium category, it means majority of Banjarmasin's people know,  understand and like to buy online; based on demographics, there is no differences of cognitive, affective and conative level of Banjarmasin's people in online buying; demographic factors do not influence the cognitive, affective and conative level of Banjarmasin's people in online buying.
