Abstract

Consumers are being more digital-natives. More consumers are using online reviews made by others to find out information before deciding to buy a product, especially for skincare and cosmetic products. However, there is little to none study focuses on the information adoption of skincare and cosmetic consumers. This study aims to test the role of the informational influence of skincare and cosmetic product reviews on information adoption on YouTube. The purposive sampling was used in the sampling collection technique. An online questionnaire was distributed to 385 respondents who have watched skincare or cosmetic product reviews on YouTube. This research finds that the adoption of information on YouTube was significantly affected by the informational influence of product reviews by 23.1%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of charismatic leadership on the psychological safety climate and tacit knowledge sharing. This study also investigates the central role of psychological safety climate as a mediating variable between charismatic leadership and tacit knowledge sharing. This study adopted a simple random sampling method with 61 samples of employees from five of MSME companies in Banten. With the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software, the results of this study indicate that charismatic leadership has a significant direct influence on the psychological safety climate and tacit knowledge sharing. Likewise, the psychological safety climate has a significant direct effect on tacit knowledge sharing. This study also found evidence that charismatic leadership has a significant indirect effect on tacit knowledge sharing through mediating the psychological safety climate. Thus, the psychological safety climate acts as a partial mediator in this research model.

Abstract

The influence of digitalization has extended across industries including the financial sector. Numerous innovations for investment have been launched while financial information has now become easily accessible, raising potential for Generation Z (Gen Z) to make investment. This study aims to understand financial literacy and investment behavior of Gen Z in Jakarta, Indonesia. Data were collected using quantitative approach, particularly through adoption of online questionnaire and convenience sampling technique. The relationship between financial literacy and investment decisions was then analyzed using Structural Equation Model regression - Lisrel statistical software. Finally, it was found that financial literacy significantly influenced investment decisions of Gen Z in Jakarta.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to investigate the effects of job motivation, organizational commitment, and organizational culture on the performance of Islamic bank employees. The scope of this research is limited to a single Islamic bank branch in Central Java. This is a quantitative study in which the data was collected using a questionnaire. The participants in this study were chosen from a population of 30 people using saturated sampling or census sampling methods, in which samples were taken from the entire community. SPSS 23 for Windows was used to analyze the data, which was done using multiple linear regression.  All independent variables have a positive and significant influence on sharia bank workers' performance factors, either partially or simultaneously, according to the study.

Abstract

The success of performance is not only from a historical financial aspect, but more than that, from non-financial factors that have a much greater contribution. The research objective is to analyze the environment, internal, and company performance. The method used in this research is a descriptive and associative approach with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used in this study used saturated sampling or often referred to as census and in this case only PT Ultimedia Group Saudara's employees could get 58 people using the saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, including the coefficient of determination, multiple correlation coefficients, partial test (T test), and simultaneous test (F test). The results showed that the external environment has an effect on company performance. Internal control affects company performance. The simultaneous test results (F test) show that the external environment and control have an effect on company performance.

Abstract

This study aims to find out potential development strategy of pineapple dodol business of Tunas Makmur farmer grpup in sungai Pakning using SWOT analysis. This study was conducted in Kampung Jawa Sungai Pakning using primary and secondary data in which primary data was collected through interviews, observations and literature review. The result of this study found that the strategy for developing the pineapple dodol business in Tunas Makmur Sungai Pakning is to implement an aggressive strategy by increasing the amount of pineapple production, maintain the good quality product, Product innovation, penetrate foreign markets, Increase partnerships, especially in the fields of marketing, technology and capital.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of business strategy to bankruptcy risk and the effect moderate of ISO 31000 to business strategy and bankruptcy. The sample of this study is 50 firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).  the results support that business strategy has a significant effect on bankruptcy risk. Firms which implement either one of two generic business strategies of cost leadership or differentiation, sig-nificantly effect to the risk of bankruptcy. the second result is ISO 31000 has not effect moderated to business strategy and bankruptcy risk

Abstract

PDAM District Penajam Paser Utara is a company engaged in the service sector. In the service sector, service quality must be considered to meet customer satisfactions who use these services. PDAM districts Penajam Paser Utara has tried to provide the best service. However, there are still complaints from customers, so research is needed using Integration Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) and Kano to prioritize what attributes should be improved, maintained, and reduced. The results show that the quadrant I research category is the main priority to increase E3 complaints and suggestions that are well responded to, T1 air cleanliness, T4 air sufficiency, RS1 the responsiveness of officers if customer complaints, RS2 officers' willingness to provide the needed assistance, A1 guarantees officers to provide services are polite and friendly, and E1 information given to customers is clear.

Abstract

Current research is aimed at exploring the consequences of green based implementation in service industries in Indonesia. This study postulated eight hypotheses. A-survey questionnaire-based was used to collect data from Indonesia services industries, this study use the information multi-sources, data such as opinions, ideas, attitude, experiences, individual and group characters are becoming research subjects.  Empirical model with five exogenous variables and one endogenous required 490 samples with 27 parameters. Determining sampling measurement, Proportional samples was taken on service industries in Indonesia. Purposive sampling with non-probability sampling or judgmental was deployed to gain the data. SEM With Amos 24 statistical software was used to analyze data. Statistical outputs demonstrated that seven hypotheses proposed were accepted but the impact of green image on green purchase intention was rejected

Abstract

It is generally believed that by orchestrating a nomological network to leverage COE which strongly supported by transformative leadership style, Practices in HRM, leadership style and working design could lead to condusive organizational performance. This research is to empirically analyze the antecedents of green organizational performance mediated through Collective Organizational Engagement (COE) and work engagement.   Current study deployed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Amos 24 to statistically investigate proposed hypotheses. Survey is also conducted with questionnaires to collect data with non-probability sampling. Upper-Echelon Leaders, Top-Mid Level Managers and long-Level Employees present as sample from 100 organization as population. Statistical outputs demonstrated that Green Working Design, Green Leadership Behavior and Green HRM Practices significantly showed as the antecedent of COE, GWD and Green HRM Practices also proved as the key factors on Work Engagement. Furthermore, COE and WE play crucial moderating variable on Green Organizational Performance. The study also provided theoretical, research limitation and further research..
