Abstract

Youth Organization (Karang Taruna) is a forum for the development of nonpartisan young people,who grow on the basis of awareness and sense of social responsibility from, by and for thecommunity, especially the younger generation in Borikamase Village, Kecamatan Maros Baru,Maros Regency. The youth organization is engaged in social welfare, helping to prepare youth inefforts to create jobs and the ability to manage businesses. Duck farming is one of the businessesthat are in demand in Borikamase Village. The location of the village is in the swamp area, so it isvery potential to cultivate laying ducks. In addition, the community's need for eggs is also veryhigh, as a source of protein. The objectives of the activity are (1) to form and developeconomically independent partners in Borikamase Village (2) The provision of training andcounseling in the form of youth management management theory. The results of the activityconcluded that this activity received a positive response from the training and mentoringparticipants reflected in the attendance response of Karang Taruna members in each meeting andtheir enthusiasm in participating in the competition held.

Abstract

The village of Borisallo is a Development Partner Village of UMI in Gowa Regency. One of theeducational facilities is SD Inpres Borisallo where a school is a place of learning that can be athreat of disease transmission if it is not managed properly. Problems with children's healthbehavior are usually related to personal and environmental hygiene. By that, the planting of valuesof health behavior in elementary schools is an absolute necessity and an effort to realize "Healthyand Independent Community" as contained in the health profile of Gowa Regency. As for studentsin SD Inpres Borisallo as many as 102 children with 9 teaching staff. Ideally, the health ofelementary school children is monitored by UKS, but due to various limitations, the role of theUKS SD Inpres Borisallo has not been implemented optimally and there is no special handwashing place for students. The target to be achieved is to increase students' knowledge,awareness, willingness and ability to live clean and healthy lives, and be expected to play an activerole in realizing optimal health degrees, instilling clean and healthy behavioral values (PHBS),improving the practice of handwashing with soap true and became a habit in the daily lives of SDInpres Borisallo students. The approach taken to achieve the target is to provide clean and healthylife behavior counseling (PHBS) and socialization of how to wash hands with soap properly andcorrectly, procure posters on how to wash hands and procure water tap pipe installationinfrastructure for hand washing needs in SD Inpres Borisallo students.

Abstract

In the city banjarbaru especially to urban villages Guntung Manggis is a endemicdengue feverdangue.And the data on the last year of 2018 began to provide support to the moon januari-agustusthere have been cases 20 a case that affected dengue fever dangue.In early august 2018, of denguefever reach 5 people and 2 people in whom dieddengue fever danguein the area was quite highespecially in under-fives and school age.Based on survey.At state elementary school 5 GuntungManggis is by 12 students dengue fever within 3 months. So that education is required recognitionaedes mosquito larvae aegpty in order to solve the problems of dengue fever in the neighborhoodthese schools. Objectives of the activities it is will increase people awareness schools fromstudents, teachers and parents in handling the larva mensukseskan eradication aegpty so thedengue fever can be reduced in the rainy especially. Abstract

Red chili (Capcicum Annum L) is one of the horticulture plants that has high economic value, canprovide employment and improve the standard of living of farmers. Red chili is one of the leadingcommodities of the national and Banten provinces, where the planting is almost spread throughoutthe territory of Indonesia. Red chili is a commodity that is needed by all levels of society. Red chiliis rich in carbohydrates, protein, fat, flavonoids, capsaicin, minerals, water, fiber and rich invitamin C and provitamin A. The need for red chili always increases along with population growthand diverse needs. Pandeglang is known as one of the largest vegetable cultivation areas in BantenProvince. The need for seeds for one hectare planting area requires around 2-3 Kg of chili (300?500 gr of chili seeds) with high economic value. The aim is to implement a hydroponic and greenhouse system for Red Chili hatchery cultivation in Pandeglang district. Methods used Theapplication of technology carries out technological engineering in the development of red chillicultivation in the hydroponic and green house planting media to improve the quality of red chilliseeds in Pandeglang district. Tahapan is the dissemination of community service implementationto industry partners with program objectives in Mandalawangi sub-district, hydroponic kitassembly, and building green houses. Results, the implementation of hydroponic making activitiesfor the cultivation of red chilli seeds and the making of green houses, FGDs or training andmentoring of red chilli seedlings, FGD Making Hydroponic Kits, FGDs making Green House.

Abstract

Elections are a decisive momentum in the life of democracy. This democratic party will determinenot only the head of state but also the representatives of the people who will sit in the legislativebody. The whole process certainly will not work without the participation of voters throughoutIndonesia, especially in this case the novice voters. Beginner voters have always been the center ofattention ahead of elections. Besides because they are a young generation who have an emotionalcharacter that is still unstable, coupled with the lack of experience in deciding political choices.Therefore, often the political behavior of young voters is not constant beginner even does not playan active role in the election. For this reason, the provision of material about the participation ofnovice voters in the election to the students is absolutely necessary so that the students can knowhow to play an active role in the election so as to apply it in the life of the nation and state.

Abstract

Many inhabitants of Indonesia, including individuals who have physical characteristics, thecharacters are different traits supplied by heredity and the formation of characteristics related tothe physical environment and social environment. Based on these factors, humans are classified asnormal people and those with special needs such as deaf. At Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri 02Makassar the sign language learning process still considered less effective because of the limitedteaching team. In the PKM-M activities, it aims to introduce the features that provide in AndroidbasedPEMBASIINDO consisting of video tutorials. The benefit of this activity is the teachingteam can carry out an effective learning process and the program can be useful as a learning mediathat can be used by the deaf and the general society. The Implementation method of these activitiescarried out at SLBN starts from observation, design activities, coordination with partner related tothe activities, socialization, and training PEMBASIINDO application. The results of theseactivities are related to increasing knowledge about Indonesian sign language by PEMBASIINDOapplication media, helping teachers to the learning process and students with hearing impairmentto communicating with their friends and the environment related to support the learning process.

Abstract

psycho-socio-economic and health. Community service activities aim to provide an understandingof reproductive health to female students of Junior High School 3 Mangki early in an effort toanticipate the occurrence of early marriage, and also they can become peer educators for othergirls who are not covered in this activity. Community service activities are carried out in the formof education/counseling with lecture methods assisted with slides and LCD, and microphones sothat students easily understand the material provided, as well as a method of questioning aboutadolescent reproductive health and the impact of early marriage on psychosocial and healthaspects. Assessment of changes in understanding or knowledge of adolescents regardingreproductive health after obtaining education, tests were conducted before and after education. Theresults showed an increase in the score of knowledge by 31 points significantly, based on thecategory of knowledge who were classified as less (< mean value) also improved, namely adecrease in the percentage of female students who had less knowledge of 6.9%.

Abstract

Al-Quran education is a non-formal educational institution with a type of Islamic religionaimed at providing teaching reading the Al-Quran, understanding the basic knowledge of Islamin early childhood. TPA Al-Muttaqin as a PKM-M activity partner has quite a lot of studentsfrom early childhood. The lack of teaching staff and the methods used in teaching santri weremonotonous by confronting the students one by one to justify their reading, so there were onlya few students when they were studying and more students played due to lack of supervision.The aim of PKM-M is to increase the understanding of santri regarding the learning ofjurisprudence and iqro, to give understanding and knowledge to teachers and parents of santriby conducting counseling and socialization as well as mentoring technological knowledge inlearning. The PKM-M team uses a learning by doing system method with educational-basedteaching media. First, counseling activities for giving material. Second, training activities toteach coaches and instructors in implementing educational media in learning. Third, evaluationmonitoring activities. So the results increase the understanding of santri regarding fiqh and iqrolearning, add insight and knowledge to teachers and santri parents related to the application ofeducational media.

Abstract

Recycle goods that are generally regarded as household waste that is no longer useful so thrownaway. whereas with the development of science, especially the field of interior architecture anddesign demands of human needs in their house, these used items can be processed into morevaluable goods. Used goods such as plastic, wood waste, newsprint, sewing machines fashioned,wall clocks scars, cutting boards, kitchen appliances and so on can be recycled and diremodellingby design decopage into interior products more attractive and aesthetically pleasing high aslanterns, ornaments, picture frames , where newspapers, baskets, wall hangings, could even belounge chairs and partitions. But to do that, it takes a creative idea and the ability to process them.To that end, it is expected that this training can develop the capacity of communities using thriftinto interior and architectural products that can boost household economies in Sub Sinrijala.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is one of the diseases caused because the individual's lifestyle changes and is notin accordance with the healthy lifestyle produced. Besides that, it is also due to a factor that is acause that cannot be ignored. Knowledge of the wider community in rural areas is minimalbecause it is the cause of public ignorance about diabetes mellitus. The target of this serviceactivity is the father / mother teacher of Mts WihdatulUlumBontokassi village, Gowa. The methodused to achieve the target in this service activity added socialization of service activities by givingquestionnaires to assess the level of knowledge of the target, transfer of reasoned drug use with thelecture method and discussion, use of blood test equipment, control, use of gout, administration ofblood examination equipment to be used in the school environment, and publication of activities injournals or print media. As a result of this service activity, the target of the teacher / teacher in thisservice has increased knowledge about diabetes and how to use self-supporting equipment hasbeen very good than before.
