Abstract

Evaluasi program di Sanggar Tari Langgeng Asri memiliki peran penting dalam memastikan kesinambungan, relevansi, dan efektivitas program tersebut. Evaluasi yang teratur membantu dalam memantau kinerja program, menyempurnakan relevansi dengan kebutuhan peserta, meningkatkan efektivitas layanan kepada peserta dan mempertanggungjawabkan penggunaan sumber daya. Dengan memahami pentingnya evaluasi, Sanggar Tari Langgeng Asri dapat terus berkembang dan memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan bagi perkembangan seni tari kepada peserta . Artikel ini menyajikan tinjauan evaluasi terhadap program Sanggar Tari Langgeng Asri dengan menggunakan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi keberlanjutan dan efektivitas program tersebut. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pengumpulan data dari berbagai sumber, termasuk wawancara, penyebaran angket dan analisis dokumen. Hasil peneletiam menunjukkan berbagai aspek keberhasilan, relevansi dan tantangan dalam implementasi program, serta rekomendasi untuk perbaikan di masa depan.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine the process of enhancing character development in young children using the storytelling approach. This study employed a descriptive qualitative methodology. The study was conducted at the PGRI Tegalsari Kindergarten, involving children between the ages of 4 and 5, as well as teachers. The data gathering methods employed in this research encompassed observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings of this study indicate that the moral virtue derived from the narrative "Pinocchio the Wooden Puppet" is the ethical imperative of refraining from falsehoods towards others. The challenges encountered by instructors in cultivating the character of pupils include the presence of apathetic parents who show insufficient concern for their children, both in the educational setting and in assigning homework, as well as the absence of sufficient educational resources.

Abstract

The training aim to increasing and strengthening the potential of Mekarmukti Village residents towards a healthy, intelligent and empowered society by utilizing materials from convection waste to make mask connectors, where masks are a primary or mandatory need for everyone during a pandemic like now. This activity begins with observations and interviews after that, its implementation using method training and mentoring for youth organizations in Mekarmukti village, numbering 10 people. The results of this activity show a positive impact in increasing the skills and awareness of members of the Mekarmukti Village youth organization in managing convection waste.

Abstract

Memorizing the Koran is not easy. Parents must be involved in guiding and motivating their children to memorize the Qur'an at home so that their memorization increases and becomes stronger. In some cases, parents simply hand over their children to teachers at school to guide them back. so that children are not too interested in memorizing the Koran. Thus, the goal of memorization is not achieved. This research aims to determine the role of parents in children's Al-Qur'an tahfiẓ education. This research uses a combination method, which means combining qualitative and quantitative methods. At the initial stage of the research, qualitative methods were used, and quantitative methods were used at the next stage. The method used to analyze the data was average score analysis. The results show that one indicator of the satisfaction category is the role of parents in increasing children's memorization of the Qur'an. This suggests that children see significant improvements in memorization as parents maximize this role, but a lack of self-confidence from parents causes children to memorize more slowly. Abstract

The technological transformation in educational media has driven significant changes in teaching and learning processes, particularly highlighted by the COVID-19 pandemic, which underscored the importance of adopting Artificial Intelligence (AI) as an assistive tool in developing more effective online learning materials. This community service program was conducted in collaboration with SMAN 3 Padang Panjang, involving 22 teachers from grades X to XII as participants. The program was designed in three main phases: (1) preparation and field observation, (2) field implementation, and (3) evaluation. Evaluation results indicate that teachers demonstrate high behavioral intention and willingness to use AI in their teaching practices. The average scores on the behavioral intention aspect suggest that teachers are inclined to recommend and intend to use AI in the future, while on the willingness-to-use aspect, teachers are willing to dedicate time to learning and overcoming challenges related to AI usage. These findings suggest that AI-based training is effective in enhancing teachers' readiness and commitment to integrating technology into the teaching process, thereby potentially strengthening educational quality in the digital era

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kesiapan peserta dalam melakukan pembelajaran mandiri (self-directed learning / SDL) dalam pelatihan jarak jauh berbasis teknologi di Balai Diklat Keagamaan Bandung, dengan fokus pada tiga aspek utama: atribut pribadi, proses, dan konteks pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan sampel sebanyak 60 peserta yang dipilih melalui teknik pengambilan sampel acak sederhana dari populasi 120 peserta pelatihan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, dan analisis data menggunakan rumus persentase untuk menilai kesiapan peserta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta menunjukkan tingkat kesiapan yang tinggi dalam melakukan pembelajaran mandiri pada ketiga aspek: (1) atribut pribadi, (2) proses pembelajaran, dan (3) konteks pembelajaran. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta siap untuk terlibat dalam pembelajaran mandiri dalam kerangka pelatihan jarak jauh, yang mendukung efektivitas pelatihan berbasis teknologi dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Abstract

LKSA Bismar Al-Mustaqim Orphanage implements a curriculum based on the salaf pesantren education system to build the foundation of faith and character of foster children. The curriculum consists of three levels according to age and the level of complexity of learning: basic for teaching the Qur'an, intermediate for the introduction of Arabic and yellow book studies in bandongan, and advanced for individual deepening of knowledge through the sorogan method. In addition to religious-based education, the orphanage also applies semi-authoritarian and democratic parenting using exemplary methods, habituation, dialogue, and counseling guidance. Despite facing internal obstacles such as caregiver fatigue, the diversity of children's characters, and external challenges in the form of economic dependence on donors, the orphanage still shows a significant positive impact. This can be seen from the various awards achieved, reflecting the orphanage's commitment in producing a generation with character and virtue
