Abstract

ABSTRACTIn forming a child's character, the role of parents is needed. Children's growth and development really depends on the communication patterns taught by parents to children. Complex problems regarding the characteristics of adolescents are an important role for parents considering that parents are the people who educate, accompany, communicate, supervise, direct and are also the main teachers for children. Therefore, researchers are interested in conducting research on long- distance communication patterns in shaping children's character in Pakelan Village, Kasihan District. This research aims to analyze how communication patterns between parents and children shape the character of teenagers. To analyze this communication pattern, researchers used communication pattern theory. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research by conducting interviews with 18 informants who are residents of the Pakelan Village community. From the results of this research it can be concluded that the communication patterns carried out by parents and teenagers as well as the role of family companions through circle and star communication can work effectively. In forming the character of teenagers, parents and companions can communicate well even though there are inhibiting factors from parents who are far away and parents' time is limited.Keywords: Communication Patterns, Long Distance Relationships, Adolescent Characters

Abstract

Tonight Show is a very popular talk show program on television and also has an official channel on YouTube. Its presence on YouTube offers accessibility to reach a global audience. Therefore, understanding the motives and satisfaction of the audience is important. This research aims to determine the relationship between motives and audience satisfaction in watching YouTube. The theory used to analyze this research is the uses and gratification theory. This research is quantitative research with data collection using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. The population in this research were communication science students in Surakarta, totaling 3,248 students with a research sample of 100 students. This research uses a random sampling method to take samples. The hypothesis in this study was tested using the Spearman correlation test. The research results state that there is a positive and significant relationship between motives and satisfaction in watching the Tonight Show on YouTube. This is indicated by the correlation coefficient value of 0.864. In the Spearman rank interpretation, this value means that there is a very strong relationship with motives and satisfaction in watching YouTube.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the significance of exposure to the influence of advertisements and BTS brand ambassadors on purchasing decisions on the Tokopedia marketplace for 2019 communication science students at Slamet Riyadi University Surakarta. This type of research is explanatory, with collection by questionnaire. The population in this study were students of the 2019 Slamet Riyadi University Surakarta communication science program totaling 196, while the sample used in this study was 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results showed that the variables of advertising influence exposure and BTS brand ambassadors had a significant effect on purchasing decisions on the Tokopedia marketplace for 2019 communication science students at Slamet Riyadi University Surakarta. The t test results obtained the value of the tcount of 3.433 with a p-value of 0.001. The t test results obtained a value of tcount of 4.069 with a p value of 0.000. The calculated F value is 9.911 with a p-value of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of exposure to advertising influence (X1) and tokopedia marketplace brand ambassador (X2) on the dependent variable of purchasing decisions (Y). Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to describe the communication strategy carried out by affiliators in the TikTok program in order to influence user behavior in following and buying products recommended by affiliators on the TikTok @yogaade account. The research uses an approach with the theory of Anwar Arifin, which includes steps such as knowing the audience, determining the message, determining the method, determining the media. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques in this research are using participant observation methods, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing or verification. Based on the research results obtained, Yoga Ade recognizes its audience through audience segmentation, understanding User Persona, and conducting keyword research. Yoga Ade determines its content message by considering the purpose of the content, the value of the brand being promoted, and understanding the target audience. His content methods involve creating engaging content, content schedules, using social tools, content analysis, social media audits, competition monitoring, and keyword identification. By choosing TikTok as a media platform as an affiliator, Yoga Ade managed to reach his audience of mainly 18-30 year olds, especially women. Despite his success, he has also experienced obstacles such as uncertainty. Abstract

Pendidikan pertama kali yang diperoleh setiap insan yaitu di lingkungan keluarga (Pendidikan Informal), lingkungan sekolah (Pendidikan Formal), dan lingkungan masyarakat (Pendidikan Non Formal). Kementerian Pendidikan dan Budaya telah berkomitmen bahwa Pendidikan bagi generasi emas di era Revolusi Industri 4.0 yang harus memulai dengan serius dan disiapkan dengan sepenuh hati. Pendidikan merupakan hal yang terpenting dalam kehidupan manusia, ini berarti setiap manusia Indonesia berhak mendapatkannya dan diharapkan untuk selalu berkembang didalamnya, Pendidikan tidak ada habisnya. Pendidikan secara umum mempunyai arti suatu proses kehidupan dalam mengembangkan diri tiap individu untuk dapat hidup dan melangsungkan kehidupan. Sehingga menjadi seorang yang terdidik itu sangat penting. Maka dari itu program magang merdeka belajar kampus merdeka (MBKM) merupakan program yang harus dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa Pendidikan Perguruan Tinggi Universitas Slamet Riyadi Surakarta dari Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu politik, program Studi Ilmu Komunikasi. Kompas TV Dewata merupakan perusahaan media yang menyediakan konten televisi inspiratif dan menghibur untuk keluarga Indonesia. Sesuai dengan visi misi yang diusung, Kompas TV Dewata mengemas program tayangan news, adventure, knowledge, dan entertainment yang mengedepankan kualitas. Sejalan dengan itu, tujuan Kompas TV adalah menghasilkan media digital yang menyampaikan pesan dengan cara menarik dan efisien untuk menunjang sebuah acara terlaksana dengan baik. dapat menyimpulkan bahwa banyak pengalaman yang penulis dapatkan selama magang di Kompas TV Dewata di bidang Broadcast dan Editor. Sehingga pada akhirnya magang adalah salah satu program yang disiapkan untuk menerbitkan lulusan yang siap bekerja di dunia kerja.    Kata kunci: Kompas TV Dewata, MBKM, Program Pendidikan.

Abstract

Visinema Pictures adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang jasa entertainment yaitu sebuah perusahaan rumah produksi dengan memproduksi film, iklan komersil, video klip, dan video profil. Sebuah film yang layak tayang pasti akan melalui beberapa tahapan sebelum film dinyatakan layak tayang, salah satunya yaitu proses Post Production. Secara umum post production adalah tahapan akhir sebuah karya baik gambar maupun suara. Dalam tahap post production, editor akan menggabungkan hasil rekaman dan mengeditnya menggunakan efek, lalu memasukkan musik latar atau bisa juga voice over, dan elemen lainnya yang akan melengkapi. Computer Graphic Images atau CGI sendiri adalah teknologi grafis komputer yang digunakan untuk membuat efek visual pada video, baik untuk film, siaran televisi, video games, iklan, media cetak, hingga perangkat simulator. Efek yang diciptakan dari pengaplikasian CGI dapat berupa gambar dinamis atau statis, hingga ke bentuk 2 dimensi (2D). Tapi efek CGI yang sekarang banyak dikenal adalah grafis komputer yang digunakan untuk membuat suatu adegan atau menambahkan special effect pada film dan televisi

Abstract

Abstrak   Terimakasih saya ucapkan kepada bapak/ibu baik secaramoral maupun materi karena laporan ini diajukan untukmemenuhi syarat program studi ilmu komunikasi Universitas Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. Maka dari itu program MBKM harus dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa bertujuan untukmendorong mahasiswa untuk mempelajari berbagai macamkeilmuan yang berguna untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan memberikan kesempatan pada mahasiswa akan mata kuliahyang di ambil. Berbagai kegiatan belajar diluar perguruantinggi  diantaranya melakukan magang atau praktek kerja.diindustry atau tempat kerja lainnya. Pembelajaran dalamkampus merdeka memberikan tantangan dan kesempatanuntuk pengembangan dan inovasi, kreatifitas, kapasitas, kepribadian dan kebutuhan mahasiswa serta mengembangkanpengetahuan melalui kenyataan dan dinamika lapangan sepertipersyaratan, kemampuan, permasalahan rill, interaksi sosial, kolaborasi, manajemen diri, dan tuntunan kinerja dan target pencapaiannya. Dengan jalur yang sangat fleksibel diharapkanakan dapat memfasilitasi mahasiswa untuk mengembangkanbakat dan potensinya sesuai dengan pasion bakatnya, juga melalui program merdeka belajar yang dirancang dan di implementasikan dengan baik, maka skil mahasiswa akanterbentuk dengan kuat. Program ini dilaksanakan bagimahasiswa semester tuju, tapi di Universitas Slamet RiyadiSurakarta mahasiswa semester lima juga mengikuti program tersebut dengan persyaratan memiliki kesiapan materi ataupengetahuan yang cukup tentang topik yang akan di ambil. Dan harus mengambil semua mata kuliah kedalam program magang. Dan setelah selesai magang mahasiswa juga diwajibkan menyusun laporan yang akan di diskusikan oleh dosen pembimbing lapangan dan dosen pembimbing magang. Kegiatan ini magang ini dilakukan di Harian Bhirawa dan penulis ditempatkan sebagai wartawan atau reporter yang meliput sebuah brita.

Karanganyar Regent Regulation Number 82 of 2019 concerning Guidelines forImplementing Population Administration in Kebakkramat District, KaranganyarRegency is one of the guidelines to make it easier for the Population and CivilRegistration Service to carry out services related to Population Administration. Thisresearch aims to analyze and describe the implementation of Karanganyar RegentRegulation Number 82 of 2019 concerning Guidelines for Implementing PopulationAdministration in Kebakkramat District, Karanganyar Regency. There are still people inKebakkramat District who don't understand the importance of e-KTP, even the youngergeneration doesn't understand the importance of e-KTP, and many people are too lazy tocome directly to the Kebakkramat District office, usually just leaving the house. files toemployees and usually people give bribes in the form of money to employees so that theprocess of making e-KTPs is accelerated.. The research method used is descriptiveresearch with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out using interview,observation and documentation techniques . This research analysis uses four elements,namely data collection, data reduction, and drawing conclusions.The technique fordetermining informants for this research uses purposive sampling and snowball samplingtechniques. The informants in this research were 5 people consisting of the KebakkramatDistrict Secretary, the governance section, the e-KTP maker operator and theKebakkramat community. The results of the research conducted by the author show thatthe e-KTP making service in Kebakkramat District can be said to be good, although thereis some confusion and misunderstanding regarding social media and informationsources.Keywords: Communication, Resources, Disposition, and Bureaucratic Structure

Abstract

Existence has an important role in expressing oneself, especially through social media such as TikTok. TikTok's popularity is growing and is of interest to young people, especially students. The informants in this study were selected using purposive sampling, as many as 3 students from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences from Slamet Riyadi University, Surakarta with the TikTok user account names @fajri.i, @wulanmudmud.hehe and @lauraanste who used TikTok social media to display creativity through creating videos or content to gain popularity. Method used is a qualitative method which aims to explain an in-depth phenomenon by collecting data related to the research. Data collection techniques in this research are by observation, interviews and documentation. In this research, Erving Goffman's Dramaturgical Theory is used, a theory that describes life as a drama performance with two aspects of self-image, namely, front stage and back stage. The results of this research are the use of TikTok to develop self-existence in the front stage aspect of the three student accounts @fajri.i, namely comedian, @wulanmudmudhehe, namely influencer and @lauraanste, namely beauty creator. Meanwhile, in the back stage aspect, things are not visible on the front stage and prepare various strategies to prepare for the front stage. KEYWORDS: Existence, TikTok and Dramaturgical

Abstract

This research discusses Radio Metta Solo Fm's Broadcasting Strategy in Retaining Millennial Generation Listeners on the Club 90's Program. This type of research is descriptive qualitative and analyzed using the theory of Programming Strategy by Susan Tyler Eastman. Data sources consist of primary data, namely interviews and observations, and secondary data, namely documentation. The results showed that (1) The compatibilty strategy is by determining the broadcast schedule with the daily activities carried out by the community. (2) Habit formation strategy by scheduling broadcast programs and having a special announcer so that listeners get used to the announcer's broadcast style. (3) Audience flow control strategies by presenting listener favorite songs and fulfilling listener requests, as well as conducting monitoring and evaluation. (4) The strategy of conserving program resources by saving and reusing a program that once existed but with a different format. (5) Breadth of appeal strategy by holding interviews with 90s artists and holding quizzes for listeners. Keywords: broadcasting strategy, radio, club 90's
