Abstract

One product of technological advancement is the internet, which facilitates the rapid global dissemination of information. A notable outcome of this is sosial media, which has transformed the ways we communicate and interact. An example of a sosial media platform with a high number of users is 𝕏. The aim of this study is to describe the motives behind the use of 𝕏 among teenagers in Dusun Sumber Barat, Sumberjosari Village, Kecamatan Karangrayung, Kabupaten Grobogan. The theoretical framework of this research focuses on sosial media theory, new media theory, uses and gratification theory and also individual media use theory as outlined by McQuail, including information motives, self-identity, sosial integration, and entertainment. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method, utilizing data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and documentation. Purposive sampling is used to select the research participants. Data analysis is conducted based on the framework developed by Miles and Huberman. The results of this study reveal that the motives for using the sosial media platform 𝕏 among teenagers in Dusun Sumber Barat are varied. These include seeking information, self-expression, sosializing and discussing, finding entertainment, and using 𝕏 as a business platform. The functionality of 𝕏 enables teenagers to build sosial networks, explore personal interests, develop their digital identities, and discover business opportunities.

Abstract

In the modern era, governments are faced with challenges such as high accountability and limitedresources. In the digital era, the integration of information systems is important to optimizeadministration and reporting. The formulation of this research problem is whether the integrationof information systems has a significant effect on administrative and reporting efficiency at theDP3AP2KB Secretariat of Surakarta City. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect ofinformation systems integration on administrative and reporting efficiency at the DP3AP2KBSecretariat of Surakarta City. This research is expected to contribute to the development of publicadministration science, especially in improving administrative and reporting efficiency throughinformation system integration. The type of research method used is quantitative method withsaturated sampling technique. Data sources used primary and secondary data, data collectedthrough questionnaires distributed to 31 employees at the Secretariat of DP3AP2KB SurakartaCity. Data analysis was carried out in this study with simple linear regression using SPSSsoftware. Based on the results of research and discussion, it shows that the integration ofinformation systems affects the efficiency of administration and reporting at the Surakarta CityDP3AP2KB Secretariat with a positive and significant regression coefficient value, which meansthat any increase in information system integration will be followed by an increase in theefficiency of administration and reporting.Keywords: Information system integration, administrative efficiency, reporting

Abstract

Previously, Lokananta was the first recording studio in Indonesia located in Solo City, but it has now transformed into a public space with an educational tourist destination. Following the revitalization process and a change in its business objectives, Lokananta Surakarta created a vision to become a Creative and Commercial Hub for local musicians, artists, and UMKMs, thereby contributing to social impact, economic growth, and the preservation of Indonesian culture. The aim of this study is to understand and describe the rebranding strategies employed by Lokananta after its revitalization to enhance brand awareness. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method to describe the issues and focus of the study. In executing its rebranding process, Lokananta employed several primary strategies, including: 1. Repositioning 2. Renaming 3. Redesigning, 4. Relaunching. Additionally, to maintain and enhance its brand awareness, Lokananta utilized strategies such as: publication, events, community building, informing or imaging, lobbying and negotiation, and social responsibility. The results show that Lokananta has successfully executed rebranding while maintaining its primary role as an Indonesian recording industry while providing valuable experiences for visitors. Abstract

ABSTRACT Interpersonal communication between videographer and editor is important in making wedding videos. Good cooperation between videographer and editor can produce an interesting and quality wedding video. The purpose of this research is to understand how interpersonal communication between videographers and editors in the wedding video production process. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The technique of determining informants used purposive sampling with informants Videographer and Editor. Data collection used observation and interviews. Data analysis techniques using qualitative analysis. Interpersonal communication between videographers and editors is well established where there is an atmosphere of openness, mutual attention, trust and provision of positive and constructive feedback, being friends to interact and listen to each other, and contributing equally in the video making process so that both parties work together efficiently and effectively in producing creative wedding videos. Abstract

Instagram is a social media platform based on uploading informative photos and videos. The Instagram account @goaresi is an Instagram account that uploads informational content about the Goa Resi tourist attraction. Where the content managed contains information about the Goa Resi tourist attraction. As of June 20, the Instagram account @goaresi has had 3000 followers. The aim of this research is to describe the use of Instagram @goaresi as a tourist information medium for Goa Resi Wonogiri. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The technique for determining informants in this research is using purposive sampling technique, data collection techniques using interview and documentation techniques, while for data validity the author uses data triangulation techniques. The data analysis technique uses interactive analysis. Based on the research results, it was concluded that, in using Instagram as an information medium, the @goaresi admin produces content that describes the Goa Resi tourist attraction in the form of photos and videos. The content that has been produced is then uploaded using Instagram features, namely Feeds, Reels, Highlights and Stories. Keywords: Instagram, Goa Resi, information media, tourism

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the group communication patterns of femalesantri in dealing with internal problems at the Bahrul Amiq Ngawi Islamic Boarding School.This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collectedthrough field observations and in-depth interviews with female santri. The results showed thatthe communication patterns applied include downward communication, upwardcommunication, horizontal communication, and informal communication. Downwardcommunication plays a role in conveying instructions and goals from administrators to santri,while upward communication allows santri to provide feedback and suggestions toadministrators. Horizontal communication is used for coordination between fellow students,supporting effective cooperation, and strengthening relationships between them. In addition,informal communication proves to be an important tool in strengthening emotional bonds andaccelerating information dissemination. Despite obstacles such as differences in backgroundand age, the right communication approach succeeds in minimizing conflicts and increasingharmony and discipline in the pesantren environment. In conclusion, the application of diverseand adaptive communication patterns in Pondok Pesantren Bahrul Amiq Ngawi not onlysupports the handling of internal problems, but also contributes to the holistic characterbuilding and spiritual development of santri.Keywords: Communication patterns, Internal problems, Deliberation, Female santri,Boarding school

Abstract

Communication is a process of conveying messages carried out by one party and anotherparty with the aim of achieving mutual understanding of a message or information sent to eachother. Communication can occur anywhere including in the health sector. The purpose of thisstudy was to determine interpersonal communication between midwives and pregnant womenpatients in antenatal care (ANC) services at Sri Winarti's Independent Midwife Practice(PMB) Sanggrahan Ngadirojo Village. This research is based on the theory of interpersonalcommunication or interpersonal communication is a dialog communication that is establishedthrough a direct communication process between two or more people. Messages are received intwo directions, nonverbal and verbal, for example between midwives and patients. This type ofresearch is descriptive qualitative. The object of this research was conducted at PMB SriWinarti with informants of midwives and pregnant women patients. Data collection methodsused interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis used qualitative analysis. Theresults of this study indicate that there is an interpersonal communication process carried outby midwives of pregnant women patients with 6 stages of interpersonal communication,namely the desire to communicate midwives with the intention of conveying messages.Encoding of the communicator, the use of words that are easy to understand and the use ofIndonesian and Javanese. Delivery of messages by midwives with verbal and nonverbalcommunication. Receiving messages that patients receive is done directly without media.Decoding from communicants, understanding the messages conveyed by midwives to patientsis understood and understood and understood. Abstract

This research aims to find out the problem solving related to the problems experienced by Wibi Febrian photographer in conducting an interpersonal communication activity in maintaining customer interest. This research is descriptive with qualitative analysis. Data collection techniques are done by interviewing informants from both Wibi Febrian and his service users. The results showed that interpersonal communication used by Wibi Febrian in maintaining its customers by applying 2 types of communication, namelyverbal and non-verbal communication between Wibi Febrian to its customers. Thereverse assessment was felt from the service users, because Wibi Febrian did not apply the 5 positive attitudes, namely in the form of not doing respect, empathy, audible, clarity and humble towards his customers. Abstract

The problem of distributing PKH social assistance in Manggis Village, Mojosongo District, Boyolali Regency is a serious problem. Program Keluarga Harapan aims to open KPM access for pregnant women and toddlers to utilize health facilities and educational facilities. The inaccuracy of targeting social assistance recipients is a problem that arises when social assistance is disbursed by the government, those who are supposed to get it do not get it and vice versa, they should not be entitled to it, but instead get it. This research aims to analyze and describe descriptive analytics of PKH social assistance distribution. The method used is qualitative research to describe descriptive analytics of PKH social assistance distribution by referring to the principal agent theory proposed by Eisenhardt (1988). There are 5 indicators proposed, namely the delegation of authority, the existence of parties working together, the existence of planning, the dominance of one party over another, and the existence of different interests in the PKH social assistance program. Data was collected through observation, interviews, literature and document studies, then analyzed using the stages of collection, reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the principal agent indicators in PKH social assistance display various patterns. The delegation of authority is quite good, the parties working together are quite good, the planning in general is still lacking, the dominance of one party over another is somewhat lacking, and the existence of different interests is also somewhat lacking. Setting the mechanism for accepting PKH recipients consists of 2 mechanisms, namely setting the criteria for PKH recipients and setting the process for determining PKH recipients. The factors causing the implementation of PKH social assistance to be not optimal in Manggis Village are due to the DTKS not being updated regularly, as well as the problem of the principal agent, namely closeness to the village head/village officials and the RT head. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study how organizational culture and workload impact on employee performance in the Wonogiri Regency DPRD Secretariat office. This study used a quantitative approach. The population used was all employees of the Wonogiri Regency DPRD Secretariat Office. The sample used was a saturated sample with 31 respondents. Data collection used questionnaires distributed to collect research data. The tests used consisted of validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests, t tests, F tests, and coefficient of determination tests. The results showed that organizational culture and workload have a significant influence on employee performance in the Wonogiri Regency DPRD Secretariat office. With an Fcount value of 25.566 and a coefficient of determination of 0.646, the Workload and Organizational Culture variables together have a significant effect on employee performance at the Wonogiri Regency DPRD Secretariat office. This shows that these variables explain 64.6 percent of the employee performance variable, and other variables not included in this study amounted to 35.4%.
