Abstract

This study aims to analyze the transparency of election result data as an instrument for protecting the constitutional rights of citizens within Indonesia’s constitutional system. This research employed a normative legal method with a descriptive-analytical approach, using statutory, conceptual, and case approaches. The legal materials consisted of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal sources collected through library research and document study, which were then analyzed qualitatively. The results show that the transparency of election result data has a strong constitutional and juridical foundation, particularly in the principles of popular sovereignty, the right to information, and the accountability of election administration. However, its implementation in the digital era still faces several problems, including fragmented portals, system inaccuracies, limited public access, weak data updating, and tensions between information disclosure and personal data protection. Therefore, strengthening the transparency of election result data requires regulatory harmonization, integrated data governance, stronger audit trails and verification mechanisms, improved capacity of public information management officers, more user-friendly data presentation, and institutionalized public participation so that transparency can genuinely function as an instrument for protecting citizens’ constitutional rights.

Abstract

Alimony as a crucial obligation of husbands in Islamic family law, reflecting justice, compassion, and responsibility toward wives and children, amid challenges of regulatory ambiguity post-divorce that threaten women's and children's rights due to tensions between Islamic sharia and positive Indonesian law. The primary objective is to analyze the foundations of nafkah in Islamic law, its implementation in national legislation, and mechanisms for protecting rights post-divorce to produce fair and applicable policy recommendations. The methodology adopts a qualitative descriptive approach with a thematic-holistic method, integrating thematic and holistic analysis of Quranic verses and hadiths, synchronized with views from fuqaha of the four madhhabs, the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI), the Marriage Law, and Supreme Court Circulars (SEMA). The results indicate that the fiqh schools (Maliki, Hanafi, Shafi'i, Hanbali) affirm nafkah encompasses clothing, food, shelter, and other needs for wives, children, and dependents; post-divorce, it focuses on iddah maintenance, mut'ah, and child custody, while Indonesian regulations such as KHI Articles 80 and 149, along with SEMA 2015-2021, strengthen enforcement through annual child maintenance increases of 10-20%, sanctions, and asset seizure guarantees. The thematic-holistic analysis reveals universal values such as shared responsibility and role equality, adaptable to modern contexts. In conclusion, nafkah represents a social responsibility based on maqasid shariah that requires harmonization of sharia, national law, and judicial policy to ensure sustainable fulfillment of post-divorce rights.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the optimization of e-learning and blended learning as implementative strategies in digital education transformation, focusing on forms of implementation, supporting and inhibiting factors, and their impact on learning effectiveness. This research employs a qualitative approach through a library study of recent scientific literature related to digital learning. The findings indicate that e-learning and blended learning significantly enhance flexibility, accessibility, interactivity, and students’ learning autonomy. However, the effectiveness of e-learning tends to be limited when it is not supported by adequate pedagogical interaction. In contrast, blended learning proves to be more effective as it proportionally integrates the strengths of online and face-to-face learning, resulting in a more adaptive and meaningful learning experience. The study also reveals that successful implementation is not solely determined by technology, but by the quality of instructional design and teachers’ digital competence. On the other hand, major challenges include limited infrastructure, low digital literacy, and the lack of integrated educational policies. Therefore, systematic implementative strategies are required through strengthening digital competencies, developing adaptive curricula, and providing sustainable policy support to achieve effective digital education transformation.

The population in this study consists of all fourth-grade students at MI QUHAS Primary School, with a sample size of 40 students divid into an experimental class and a control class. Data collection was conducted through tests, including a pre-test and a pos-test. The results of the study indicate that the averagge postest score in the experimental class was 75.25, high than that of the control class, which achieved an average of 62.00. This average difference of 13.25 points indicates a greater improvement in learning outcomes in the class that used the TGT Model assisted by Wordwall. Furthermore, based on the results of the Independent Sample t-Test, a significans value of 0.030 (< 0.05) was obtain, indicating a significans diference between the two classes. Thos, it can be concluded that the implementation of the TGT learning Model supported by the Wordwall platform significantly improves the cognitive learning outcomes in science for fourth-grade students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of Open Online Booking (BO) and casual sex among adolescents from the perspective of the Qur'an, Surah Al-Isra': 32, using Fazlur Rahman's Double Movement Hermeneutics approach. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive-analytical approach based on literature study, utilizing primary sources from the Qur'an, interpretations, and related scientific literature. The results show that the prohibition of adultery in Surah Al-Isra': 32 is not only legal but also contains a preventative moral value, namely avoiding anything that leads to adultery. The resulting values include self-control, respect for human dignity, social empathy, and responsibility in relationships. These values are reinforced by Surah An-Nur: 30 of the Qur'an, which emphasizes the importance of maintaining one's perspective and self-respect. This study concludes that the moral values of the Qur'an remain relevant in addressing modern phenomena such as Open Online Booking and casual sex. Fazlur Rahman's Double Movement Hermeneutics approach is able to bridge the text with the context, resulting in a contextual and applicable moral understanding.

Abstract

This study discusses the validity of maudhu’’ hadith criticism based on a comparative study of the methodologies of Nashiruddin Albani and Syuhudi Ismail. As contemporary hadith critics in the 20th century, they certainly have their own views on minor rules in determining the validity of the naqd al-Hadith. This is because the criteria for both minor rules in assessing the connection of the sanad and the justice and the shi'ifan of the narrator have the same elements. The similarity of these minor rules gives rise to the criteria of order in determining the validity of the hadith or judging the validity of the narrator and his narration. The purpose of this study seeks to explore the typology of the validity of both critics in validating the validity of the narrator and his narration. The academic anxiety that arises is how the validity of the maudhu’’ hadith criticism of these two figures in determining the authenticity and shi'ifan in the aspects of sanad and matan. This research method uses a qualitative study, namely descriptive-analytical, based on the main works of these figures in studying maudhu’’ hadith and its authenticity. The results of this comparative study of the two contributions indicate that Albani's strict criteria for interpreting hadith are classified as moderate criticism because his validity critical analysis is based on classical scholars' criticism and an evaluation of his research. Meanwhile, Syuhudi Ismail prioritizes the contextual aspect of matn (matan) after successful sanad research. Therefore, the two differ in their approaches to validating the validity of hadith.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the problematic issues within the oversight mechanism of Islamic Microfinance Institutions (LKMS) and to identify the factors underlying the dualism of supervision between the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs. This research employs a qualitative method with a normative legal approach through literature study. The findings indicate that the supervision of LKMS faces obstacles due to overlapping authorities; while OJK is legally responsible for regulating and supervising all financial services, the Ministry of Cooperatives still regulates Sharia cooperative financing through Minister of Cooperatives Regulation No. 8 of 2023 without integrative coordination. This disharmony creates legal uncertainty for both customers and institutions. To resolve this, regulatory harmonization based on the principle of lex superior derogat legi inferiori is required to align ministerial regulations with the OJK Law and the Microfinance Institutions Law. Strengthening through the 2023 P2SK Law serves as a crucial step in clarifying institutional synergy, ensuring consumer protection, and creating a healthy and sustainable LKMS ecosystem.
