Abstract

Dari hasil observasi yang dilakukan peneliti di SMA PLUS PGRI Cibinong bahwa masih banyak siswa yang tidak tertarik dengan pelajaran sejarah. Maka oleh sebab itu, peneliti ingin melihat bagaimana cara seorang guru mengajar Ketika didalam kelas serta mencari tahu bagaimana menumbuhkan minat untuk siswa dalam belajar. Untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran biasanya seorang guru memilih satu atau lebih kegiatan belajar mengajar. Dimana hal tersebut dapat dicapai bila faktor-faktor seperti: materi yang diajarkan, guru dan siswa harus aktif menggunakan peran, ada hubungan sosial tertentu, jenis kegiatan yang dilakukan, dan fasilitas yang tersedia.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan supervisi akademik diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam mengajar sehingga pembelajaran menjadi efektif dan prestasi siswa pun dapat meningkat. Kepala sekolah memegang peran penting dalam pelaksanaan supervisi akademik di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan supervisi akademik Kepala Sekolah SMP Kiansantang Bandung. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui: wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan langkah-langkah: reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah meliputi: (1) upaya kepala sekolah mencapai prestasi yaitu: membimbing dan mendorong guru dan siswa dalam kegiatan akademik dan nonakademik, dan menyediakan sarana dan prasarana pendukung dalam pencapaian prestasi akademik dan nonakademik; (2) program supervisi akademik kepala sekolah yaitu: supervisi kelompok dan supervisi individual; (3) strategi pelaksanaan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah yaitu: pelaksanaan supervisi individual melalui kegiatan supervisi yang terjadwal pada semester gasal / genap dan supervisi klinis (permintaan guru sendiri sesuai kebutuhan); dan (4) faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah yaitu: adanya kepedulian yang tinggi dari kepala sekolah dalam pelaksanaan supervisi, adanya motivasi yang tinggi dari guru dalam pelaksanaan supervisi, dan adanya dukungan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai dalam pelaksanaan supervisi.

Abstract

Philosophy and theory of educational administration cover a wide range of ideas and concepts that influence the way a school principal manages a school and improves the quality of teachers. Academic supervision management is part of that process, which involves overseeing the school's academic activities to ensure that quality standards are maintained and teachers are properly trained. Some of the philosophies that might influence the principal's approach to academic supervision management include educational philosophy which emphasizes the importance of real learning experiences, philosophy which emphasizes the role of the teacher as a facilitator in the teaching and learning process, and philosophy which emphasizes the social role of the principal in creating an inclusive learning environment and beneficial for all students. Educational administration theory can also influence the principal's approach to academic supervision management. Some theories that may be relevant include management theory which emphasizes the importance of planning, organizing and controlling in managing schools effectively, leadership theory which emphasizes the role of the principal in leading and motivating teachers and students, and organizational learning theory which emphasizes the importance of facilitating the learning process for all. school members. By understanding the philosophy and theory underlying the management of academic supervision, school principals can choose the most appropriate approach to improve teacher quality and achieve school academic goals. This study aims to determine the management of school principals' academic supervision for the process of improving the quality of teachers in schools. Principals can draw on educational administration philosophy and theory to choose the right approach to managing the process. An educational philosophy that emphasizes the importance of real learning experiences can help principals develop supervision programs that provide teachers with opportunities to be directly involved in student learning experiences. Management theory that emphasizes the importance of planning, organizing, and controlling can help principals manage the supervision process effectively. Leadership theories that emphasize the principal's role in leading and motivating teachers can help principals create a positive and supportive supervision environment. By understanding the philosophy and theory underlying the management of academic supervision, school principals can develop effective strategies to improve the quality of teachers in schools.

Abstract

This research is motivated by discussions about character education that are increasingly crowded in Indonesian society. The attitudes and behavior of the people and nation of Indonesia today ignore the noble values that have long been upheld in their daily attitudes and behavior. Noble moral values such as honesty, decency, togetherness and religion are gradually being replaced by foreign cultures where these moral values are no longer considered important. The implementation of character education actually involves all aspects of education, starting from the government as the decision maker for the national education system, leadership, teacher expertise, infrastructure, curriculum and community support. However, teachers have the greatest influence. Teachers must work hard to educate students to become human beings who have character and character. Bandung. Therefore the purpose of this research is to find out the management of strengthening character education in improving students' attitudes at SDN 231 Sukaasih, Bandung City. The use of research methods in this research is qualitative which produces data in descriptive form. Data collection techniques in this study used a combined triangulation method. The results of this study emphasize more on meaning, because it uses qualitative research methods.

Abstract

In everyday terms, the term finance or financing comes from the word finance which is associated with efforts to obtain or raise capital to finance the activities to be carried out. But lately, the meaning of finance or financing has been expanded, not only as an effort to raise capital, but also includes the dimensions of the use of capital. This broadening of understanding is the result of the awareness that capital is a scarce factor of production that needs to be utilized as well as possible. Education funding as stated in the National Education Standards: Government Regulation No. 19 of 2005 consists of 3 major parts, namely: First, investment costs include costs for providing facilities and infrastructure, developing human resources and working capital. Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of special education management in special schools for children with autism. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The sources for this study were the principal and two teachers at SLB Cahaya Bangsa Karawang. Data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use the Miles and Huberman models. There are three steps in this model, namely data reduction and drawing conclusions. The implementation of special education management in SLB is coordinated by the school principal. In planning an educational program, it is adjusted to the abilities of each autistic student using the IEP (Individual Education Program). The school has an organizational structure that works according to its duties. The principal is in charge of coordinating school management, while the teacher is responsible for classroom management. Special Schools (SLB) are newly established schools. The condition of autistic students who have different conditions, the location of the foundation's office and the school which is quite far away, and the entry of students with different conditions from autistic students make the implementation of education management in SLB not run optimally. Therefore, the school has made efforts to minimize these obstacles.

Abstract

RPP development management (Learning Implementation Plan) is an important aspect in improving the teaching and learning process in schools. RPP is a document that explains in detail the material to be taught, learning objectives, activities to be carried out, and evaluation to be carried out. Effective lesson plan development management can assist teachers in managing teaching and learning processes more effectively, improve student learning outcomes, and improve the quality of teaching and learning processes in schools. This study aims to find out how lesson plan development management can improve the teaching and learning process at SDN Sukamulya III. This study uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that effective management of RPP development can improve the teaching and learning process at SDN Sukamulya III by: (1) compiling lesson plans according to the curriculum and competency standards, (2) compiling lesson plans that refer to students' needs and interests, (3) preparing lesson plans that refer to the principles of effective learning, (4) integrating various learning resources in lesson plans, and (5) evaluating the processes and results of student learning continuously.

Abstract

This research has a background problem, namely How to Implement Democratic Leadership in Improving Teacher Performance at SD Negeri 02 Manggahang. well, not maximizing influence and directing teachers in carrying out their duties. As a leader, you must also be able to mobilize and influence other people to realize the vision and mission of the school together. In addition, as a democratic leader must be able to understand the condition of teachers, employees and students, also be able to communicate both orally and in writing. Democracy must also be able to make good decisions regarding internal and external affairs. This study used a qualitative approach with the subject of the principal, teachers and participants at SD Negeri 02 Manggahang. Data collection is done through passive observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis used descriptive qualitative data analysis. The results of the study show that the application of democratic leadership by the head of SDN Manggahang 02 Bandung Regency can increase teacher performance both in preparation for administrative competence and teacher professionalism, the use of methods used by teachers is also more varied, discipline also increases.

Abstract

This study discusses the application of Ki Hajar Dewantara's leadership concept which can improve a teacher's discipline. The background of this research is based on problems that often arise from the disciplinary attitude of a teacher, namely there are still many teachers who come late to school, teachers have not optimized learning hours, and assignments are not done optimally. Therefore, the role of a leader here is very necessary in providing firmness, motivation, and policies to teachers who are less disciplined in carrying out their duties. This research was conducted at SDN 2 Nanggeleng using a descriptive qualitative approach and the research methods used were interviews, observation, and documentation study. The results of the study describe that Ki Hajar Dewantara's leadership concepts, namely Ing-Ngarso sungtulodo, Ingmadya Mangunkarso, Tutwuri Handayani, serve as guidelines for the principal in leading SDN 2 Nanggeleng. The evaluation program carried out by the school principal in improving teacher discipline in peer assessment. It can be concluded that the application of Ki Hajar Dewantara's leadership concept can improve teacher discipline at SDN 2 Nanggeleng. Besides this success, consideration is needed to provide rewards and punishments for teachers who commit disciplinary violations, and for teachers who obey discipline. Which will then be applied to become motivation in improving teacher discipline.

Abstract

Juvenile delinquency is a serious problem, because if it is done repeatedly, it will eventually have a fatal impact and harm oneself and even others. Because of these problems, it raises questions about the role and contribution of Islamic religious education teachers in dealing with juvenile delinquency that occurs in schools. This type of research is a case study with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique is according to Milles and Huberman's opinion with three stages, namely data reduction, data display, then conclusion. In overcoming juvenile delinquency, PAI teachers have a role. First, PAI teachers provide good motivation and role models and position themselves as parents. Second , PAI teachers provide guidance on good religious and moral values, and provide approaches so that students can share about the problems they face. Third, PAI teachers teach Islamic religious values. Fourth, PAI teachers master science, train and familiarize students with applying Islamic values which are manifested in daily behavior.
