Abstract

This research aims to detect fraudulent financial reports using the fraud pentagon. The research uses elements in the form of financial targets, financial instability, number of independent commissioners, special party receivable transactions, special party debt transactions, special party sales transactions, special party purchase transactions, change of auditors, change of directors, and number of CEO photos. The sample in this research is 108 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2011-2020 period which were selected using a purposive sampling method. The sample companies in this study consisted of 54 fraud companies and 54 non-fraud companies. In testing the hypothesis using logistic regression analysis using the SPSS test tool. The results of this research show that financial targets and financial instability are not the driving factors for management to commit financial statement fraud, receivables transactions with privileged parties are a driving factor for fraud, but this is not the case for debt, sales and purchase transactions with privileged parties. Likewise, changing auditors in a particular financial year is also a driving factor for fraud, but not changing directors. Finally, the number of directors' photos in the annual report is not a driving factor in financial statement fraud.

Abstract

This research aims to test and determine the influence of competence, employee relations, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on the performance of BTN Syariah Tangerang Branch employees. The method used is quantitative research using saturated sampling techniques, namely the entire population, namely 40 respondents, is used as the research sample. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and observations. This research uses data analysis techniques, namely multiple linear regression analysis. The research results found that competence, employee relations and organizational citizenship behavior had a positive and significant influence on the performance of BTN Syariah Tangerang Branch employees.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of brand reputation and hedonic motive on customer satisfaction through the buying decision variable. Using quantitative research methods. Respondents totaled 230 Suzuki brand motorbike users in Serang City. Data analysis tools use Smart PLS and SPSS. The research results show that partially there is a significant influence between the brand reputation and buying decision variables on customer satisfaction, but there is no significant influence between the hedonic motive variable on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously and partially, there is a significant influence between the brand reputation and hedonic motive variables on buying decisions. Indirectly, there is a significant influence between buying decisions through brand reputation and hedonic motives on customer satisfaction with Suzuki Motorbike products in Serang City.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic phenomenon has affected the world economy, especially the economic conditions in Indonesia. This pandemic has caused an increase in unemployment rates due to mass layoffs in order to reduce employee costs by companies during the pandemic. The micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) sector is one of the responsibilities that society plays in economic growth. An important factor in Indonesia's economic expansion is the MSME sector. Ideas, opportunities, and business people or entrepreneurs are key components of the success of MSMEs or companies. This research aims to identify the relationship between entrepreneurial competence and business success, as well as the impact of entrepreneurial mentality. The research results found that simultaneously and partially the entrepreneurial mindset and entrepreneurial competence variables had a positive effect on the success of profits in the Salatiga Meatball Culinary business.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of product availability, store atmosphere, and supporting facilities partially on purchasing decisions. The research method used was quantitative with 67 Glico Wings ice cream customers as respondents. The data collected is the result of a questionnaire. Prerequisite testing was carried out with SPSS 25 software. The results of this research partially show that store atmosphere has a negative and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions. Product availability and supporting facilities have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The challenges of governance in the era of globalization are becoming increasingly complex, particularly in West Java Province, which faces public demands for efficiency, transparency, and accountability in public services. Although governance reforms have been implemented, obstacles such as complex bureaucracy, a lack of accountability, and rapid socio-economic changes continue to impact service quality. This study aims to analyze the impact of administrative governance reforms on the efficiency of public services. The main focus of this research is on the changes in transparency and public participation resulting from the implemented reforms, as well as the primary challenges faced in their implementation, including bureaucratic obstacles and technology adoption. The research employs a qualitative approach. Data were collected through 30 in-depth interviews with 10 government officials, 10 business actors, and 10 members of the general public. Additionally, focus group discussions (FGDs) were conducted involving 8-12 participants to gain deeper insights into their experiences related to governance reforms. Data analysis was performed using a thematic approach. The findings indicate that governance reforms in West Java Province have accelerated public administrative services, particularly through digitalization, which has reduced processing times for permits. However, challenges remain, such as limitations in human resources and technology, resistance to change among civil servants, and discrepancies in policy implementation across regions. Therefore, enhancing employee training and simplifying bureaucratic procedures are essential to ensure the sustainability of these reforms.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on psychological well-being with job performance through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The data collection method used was a survey using Google Form. This research uses SEM (structural equation model) analysis, by first analyzing the data to test validity, reliability and hypothesis testing with the help of the AMOS program with a sample of 130 educational staff from various work units. The research results show that (1) transformational leadership has a positive effect on job satisfaction; (2) transformational leadership has no influence on psychological well-being; (3) transformational leadership has a positive effect on job performance; (4) transformational leadership has a positive effect on psychological well-being through job satisfaction; (5) transformational leadership has a positive effect on job performance through job satisfaction; (6) job satisfaction has a positive effect on psychological well-being; and (7) job satisfaction has no influence on job performance.

Abstract

This research is a replication of several previous on going studies due to previous research results that tried to test the influence of financial performance on stock returns on IDX 30 during the covid 19 pandemic. The study is intended to obtain an explanation of empirical facts on the influence of factors described through financial stability, external pressure, and financial targets together and partial influences financial statement fraud on banking companies during the period of COVID 19 on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The population in this study is all IDX 30 indexed companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange, namely as many as 30 companies. With sample count of 22 companies. The type of data used in this study was secondary data with the amount of observation from 2019-2020 during the COVID 19 pandemic period so that it became a sample of observation of 22 X 2 = 44 samples, and the scale used in this study was the scale of ratio and analysis of data used was with the multiple linear regression approach at a significant rate of 5%. Research will be very useful input for investors as an important guideline for looking at the condition of the company and the fundamental aspects to assess the expectations of the return (return shares) that it will acquire and as a decision maker to buynot buy shares of the company. The results of this research are also expected to be used by IDX 30 companies to find out their condition and finances so as to improve the financial performance of the next period that will eventually affect the company’s stock price. In addition, this research can also be used as the basis for advanced research to review financial performance viewed from different perspectives of financial instruments.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the variables e-trust, e-service quality in influencing the e-loyalty variable either directly or through the mediating role of the e-satisfaction variable. on sharia banking e-banking users. This research developed 20 question items and distributed them via Google form to customers using sharia banking e-banking in DKI Jakarta. A total of 104 data were collected and then analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis tool. The research results show that the variables e-trust, e-service quality have an influence on e-satisfaction. Likewise, e-loyalty can be influenced by e-loyalty and e-satisfaction, while e-service quality fails to influence e-loyalty. In this research, it was also found that the e-satisfaction variable can play its role as an intervening variable between e-trust and e-service quality on e-loyalty.

Abstract

A In this case, the sustainability of the UMK must be observed and can beined by doing good financial management. This is because the financial management can help the stakeholders in controlling the output and input, help improve efficiency and efficiency as well as be able to minimize financial risk. This research aims to find out the impact of the use of financial technology based on digital payment in particular e-wallet, financial literacy and financial self efficacy of the culinary UMK actors in Jambi City. The study used a quantitative approach with a sample of 377 respondents. The data used are primary and secondary data using questionnaires and references from some related literature. The data analysis method in this study uses SmartPLS 4. The results of this study show a positive and significant influence of the variables used Financial technology, financial literacy and financial self efficacy on financial management.
