Abstract

This research aims to further examine the influence of leadership style and compensation on performance through ASN motivation at the Jambi Province Regional Secretariat Organization Bureau. This research is descriptive research with a survey method. The sample used was 62 respondents consisting of all ASN at the Jambi Province Regional Secretariat Organization Bureau. Furthermore, the data collected through distributing questionnaires was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM). The results of the research show that the description of leadership style variables and compensation variables is in the quite good category, motivation variables and performance variables are in the quite high category. The results of data processing showed that the compensation variable had a positive and insignificant effect on performance, but compensation had a positive and significant effect on the motivation variable. The motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on performance, the leadership style variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through motivation and compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance through motivation at the Jambi Province Regional Secretariat Organization Bureau

Abstract

MSMEs have a considerable role in the economy in Indonesia, which was proven during the Covid 19 pandemic crisis, where in the midst of that crisis MSMEs were able to survive. Apart from that, MSMEs also have their own problems, especially internal problems related to recording financial statements. This study aims to analyze the influence of accounting understanding, actors' perceptions, turnover and amount of capital on the preparation of financial statements for MSMEs in Jambi City. This study uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to MSMEs in the field of trade and industry in 11 districts in Jambi City. This study selected 100 samples with determination using stratified random sampling. This study used Multiple Regression Analysis method with SPSS 26. The results of this study show that the understanding of accounting, turnover and amount of capital affect the preparation of financial statements in MSMEs, while the perception of actors does not affect the preparation of financial statements in MSMEs.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the credibility of Instagram influencers and their impact on followers' attitudes and behavior towards influencers. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The respondents in this research were 190 people who had Instagram accounts and were followers of the famous Indonesian influencer account on Instagram, namely Fuji (@fuji_an). The type of data used is primary data obtained from respondent questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and statistical testing using computer assistance from the SEM Partial Least Square (PLS) program. The research conclusion shows that product influencer suitability has a positive and significant effect on Influencer Motive Inference and Credibility, but influencer suitability has no influence on attitudes towards influencers. Motive inference has a positive and significant influence on ad recognition, ad recognition has a positive and significant influence on influencer credibility and attitudes towards influencers. The influence of influencer credibility on intention, shows that influencer credibility has no influence on intention to follow an account. Influencer credibility has no influence on the intention to imitate the influencer, and influencer credibility has a positive and significant influence on the intention to recommend the influencer. The influence of attitudes towards Influencers on followers' intentions to continue following, imitating, and recommending influencers found that attitudes towards influencers have a positive and significant influence on intentions to follow accounts, attitudes towards influencers have a positive and significant influence on intentions to imitate influencers, and attitudes towards influencers has a positive and significant influence on the intention to recommend influencers.

Abstract

The United Nations established the Sustainability Development Goals (SDGs) in 2015 as the 2030 Sustainability Development Agenda, which provided a comprehensive framework to guide global efforts toward a more sustainable and inclusive future while addressing socioeconomic and environmental issues. As a result, businesses, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as part of large corporations, are intensely interested in transforming business models towards sustainability. This article investigates the development of articles on sustainable business models (SBM), specifically SBM in SMEs. The study was conducted using articles obtained from the Elsevier Scopus database.The analysis was carried out using bibliographic research techniques using VOSviewer software and content analysis. Based on the study conducted, it was found that SBM had been discovered between 2002 and 2003, although relatively few articles about business models were found, namely 827 out of 16,784 business model documents. Meanwhile, there are far fewer Scopus documents on SBM for SMEs, namely 19 articles, most of which are systematic literature reviews and case studies. Content analysis shows that SBM in SMEs needs to consider adaptation to uncertain environmental and institutional contexts. Regarding strategic content, the need to maintain symbiotic relationships with stakeholders, founder values, social and environmental values, leadership, value-based competencies, and manager commitment is essential for SBM. Developing a sustainable business model for SMEs is carried out by integrating sustainability into its value chain.

Abstract

This research aims to provide empirical evidence about the influence of the principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, fairness, & religiosity on the tendency of village fund fraud. The sample in this study was village government officials in the Special Region of Yogyakarta Province, using cluster-convenience sampling techniques. The number of respondents in this study was 154. This research is quantitative, using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to respondents. Hypothesis testing in this research used the SEM-PLS analysis. This research provides empirical results indicating that transparency has a negative & significant effect on the tendency of village fund fraud. Accountability, responsibility, fairness, & religiosity have a negative but not significant effect on the tendency of village fund fraud. Meanwhile, independence has a positive effect on the tendency of village fund fraud.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the omnichannel shopping behavior of the Y and Z generations, by focusing on the role of customer involvement in mediating the influence of omnichannel integration quality on behavioral intentions, and examining the role of age in moderating the influence of customer involvement. This quantitative research uses a Likert scale, where the total number of questionnaires obtained and processed was 204 samples. This research was conducted in Surabaya with respondents from Surabaya and its surroundings. Data analysis was carried out using PLS-SEM technique, with the SmartPLS3 analysis tool. The three dimensions of omnichannel integration quality, namely channel-service configuration, integrated interactions, and assurance quality, are proven to have a positive influence on customer engagement. Customer involvement is proven to influence behavioral intentions positively, and mediate the influence of omnichannel integration quality three dimensions on behavioral intentions. Age is also proven to have a moderating role that strengthens the influence of customer involvement on behavioral intentions. One managerial implication is that generation Y should be of greater concern in efforts to develop customer engagement, compared to generation Z, to maximize customers' behavioral intentions.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a minimarket retail company that sells various needs of the community. PT One of the DCs is located in the city of Batam, this DC still has some waste that occurs in its warehousing activities so research needs to be carried out to eliminate this waste. To eliminate problems, an approach was taken using lean warehousing with the tools used being Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Process Activity Mapping (PAM), Gemba shikumi, 5 whys, Lean matrix 2 in the activity mapping process (Process Activity Mapping/PAM) in a warehouse which identified 18 Non-Value Added activities and after processing it with Gemba Shikumi, 4 critical wastes were obtained, consisting of errors in handover evidence, re-inputting data, errors in picking goods, and looking for replacement goods due to incorrect picking. The 4 (four) wastes were given proposals for improving employee training, restructuring the issuing flow, making product labels, internal audits and receiving automation systems. These improvement recommendations are estimated to reduce warehousing process time by 6720 seconds or the equivalent of 1.87 hours. This figure is quite significant because it represents a time reduction of 19.83% from the previous total warehousing process time which reached 33,887 seconds or 9.42 hours.

Abstract

This examination plans to determine whether the factors of Islamic work ethic, work discipline, work motivation and work environment have an impact on employee performance. The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Bengkulu Province was the subject of the research. The population of this study consisted of all employees of the Bengkulu Province Central Statistics Agency, totaling 61 respondents. The data analysis method is multiple linear regression. Based on the test results, the Islamic work ethic and work discipline variables have a partially significant influence on employee performance. For the time being, work motivation and work environment do not have much influence on employee performance. Then simultaneously or together the factors of Islamic work ethic, work discipline, work motivation and work environment essentially influence the implementation of employee performance at the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Bengkulu Province.

Abstract

Pada era digital ini, dimana dalam aktivitas sehari-hari semua orang seringkali bergantung pada digital membuat teknologi terus berkembang pesat. Untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan mengurangi biaya, teknologi juga telah banyak digunakan di berbagai industri. Paradigma sistem perdagangan tradisional bergeser menjadi sistem perdagangan elektronik sebagai akibat dari perubahan penggunaan media informasi dalam operasi perdagangan. E-commerce yang kerap digunakan oleh masyarakat Indonesia, antara lain aplikasi marketplace berupa shopee, tokopedia, dan lazada. Ketiga aplikasi marketplace ini merupakan aplikasi marketplace yang memiliki peminat yang banyak di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh social media marketing (SMM), electronic word of mouth (e-WoM), celebrity endorsement, corporate social responsibility (CSR), dan advertising terhadap purchase intention (PI) pada aplikasi marketplace yang dimediasi oleh brand image (BI) di kota Batam. Pengguna aplikasi marketplace di kota Batam menjadi sampel penelitian ini, dan 330 orang merespons survei. Hasil studi ini menampilkan bahwa adanya pengaruh signifikan positif dari brand image (BI), social media marketing (SMM), electronic word of mouth (e-WoM), celebrity endorsement, corporate social responsibility (CSR), dan advertising terhadap purchase intention (PI). Penelitian ini juga menyatakan bahwa brand image (BI) dapat memediasi hubungan signifikan antara social media marketing (SMM), electronic word of mouth (e-WoM), celebrity endorsement, corporate social responsibility (CSR), dan advertising terhadap purchase intention (PI).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, work discipline, workload on employee productivity at PT Aneka Rupa. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. This research uses data collection techniques through questionnaires processed using PLS (Partial Least Square). In this research, total sampling technique was used. The research population was employees of PT Aneka Rupa with a total of 100 employees, with analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that the work environment and work discipline have an influence on productivity. Meanwhile, workload has no effect on the productivity of PT Aneka Rupa employees.
