Abstract

This study aims to analyze the simultaneous influence of intellectual capital and spiritual capital on the financial performance of UMKM Pempek Sentosa Palembang. This study uses a quantitative method. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires and interviews with purposive sampling techniques. The study population was 100 respondents consisting of managers and employees of Pempek Sentosa Palembang and a sample of 50 people calculated using the Slovin formula. Data analysis techniques include descriptive statistics, data quality, classical assumption analysis, and hypothesis analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously and partially there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of intellectual capital and spiritual capital on the financial performance of UMKM Pempek Sentosa Palembang;

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of structural job assignment and work motivation on the performance of employees of the Serang City Education Office. The population and sample in this study were all employees of the Serang City Education Office totaling 65 people. This study used a quantitative method and data collection was carried out through questionnaires distributed to all employees of the Serang City Education Office. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results of this study revealed that simultaneously and partially there was a positive and significant influence between the variables of structural job placement and work motivation on employee performance at the Serang City Education Office.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of social media and motivation on the performance of private university lecturers in Jambi City. This study is a quantitative study with an observational analytical method with a design in this study in the form of a cross-sectional study approach. Respondents in this study were some of the lecturers at Jambi Private University, totaling 240 people. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously and partially there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of social media and motivation on the performance of private university lecturers in Jambi City.

Abstract

This research aims to ensure that compliance audits align with audit objectives, with entities following up on social assistance management audits and improvements, targeting the assurance that social assistance policies and management comply with established regulations. The research results indicate that the implementation of the compliance audit has met the audit objectives. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of the audit from the follow-up aspect shows a lack of compliance by the Ministry of Social Affairs in following up. The comparison of recommendations with follow-up actions shows that in the 2019 social assistance audit, there were 20 recommendations and 10 were followed up, in 2020 there were 37 recommendations and 21 were followed up, in 2021 there were 38 recommendations and 27 were followed up, and in 2022 there were 32 recommendations and 21 were followed up. Furthermore, the effectiveness of the social assistance audit is marked by recurring audit findings from previous years, namely in 2020, out of 10 findings, 2 were from 2019; in 2021, out of 13 findings, 3 were from 2020; in 2022, out of 9 findings, 3 were from 2021; and in 2023, out of 11 findings, 7 were from 2022.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of company size, profitability and environmental performance on carbon emissions disclosure in Basic Materials sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020-2022 period. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, totaling 114 samples. The data analysis technique was carried out using multiple regression analysis. The research results show that company size and profitability have no effect on carbon emissions disclosure, but environmental performance has a positive effect on carbon emissions disclosure in Basic Materials sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020-2022 period.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of organizational culture, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance both simultaneously and partially. This study involved 74 employees of PT. Akurasi Konstruksi Indonesia. The research sample was obtained by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that simultaneously the variables of organizational culture, motivation, and work discipline had a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Akurasi Konstruksi Indonesia. Partially, only the organizational culture variable did not have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Akurasi Konstruksi Indonesia, while the variables of motivation and work discipline partially had a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Akurasi Konstruksi Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance, with organizational commitment as a mediator. This study uses the Structural Equation Model with the Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) methodology. The results of this study conclude that the organizational culture variable does not significantly affect organizational commitment at PT XYZ; however, the job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment at PT XYZ. The organizational culture variable does not significantly affect employee performance at PT XYZ; however, the job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT XYZ. The organizational commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT XYZ. However, the organizational commitment variable cannot strengthen or weaken the effect of organizational culture on employee performance at PT XYZ. The organizational commitment variable can strengthen or weaken the effect of the job satisfaction variable on employee performance at PT XYZ.

Abstract

This study aims to test the effect of green marketing functions on corporate image. The research method used is purposive sampling to take samples by considering a criterion to be used as a sample. The test results found that there was a negative influence between green activities and corporate image. While the variables of green image and communication were proven to have a positive influence on corporate image.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of hotel room occupancy rates, average length of stay of foreign tourists, and average length of stay of domestic tourists on the economic growth of North Sumatra. This study uses secondary data from 2013-2022 in eight regencies surrounding Lake Toba. The analysis model used is a panel data analysis model using the Eviews analysis tool. The results of the study revealed that hotel room occupancy rates, average length of stay of foreign and domestic tourists and the number of accommodations have a simultaneous effect on the economic growth of North Sumatra, but partially the average length of stay of foreign tourists, the average length of stay of domestic tourists and the number of accommodations do not have a significant effect on economic growth.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of liquidity ratio, activity ratio, leverage ratio, profitability ratio and market ratio on stock prices in companies included in the Jakarta Islamic Index during the period 2017-2021. The method in this study uses a quantitative descriptive method with a purposive sampling technique. The research analysis uses scale calculations, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, F tests and t tests. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously there is an influence between financial ratios on stock prices in companies included in the Jakarta Islamic Index, but partially only the profitability ratio and market ratio show a significant influence on increasing the stock price of the Jakarta Islamic Index.
