Abstract

This study is a quantitative study that discusses the factors that influence the use of social commerce by students in Batam City. Through Google Form, 275 questionnaires have been collected from respondents. The results of the study indicate that the behavioral intention variable is able to mediate the influence of the performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating condition variables on the use behavior variable of students in Batam City. The behavioral intention variable is not able to mediate the influence of the price value variable on the use behavior variable, but the behavioral intention variable has a positive and significant effect on the use behavior of students in Batam City.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of monetary policy, especially the Inflation Targeting Framework (ITF), interest rates, and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) on inflation in Indonesia in the period 2005-2022. The aim is to understand how these three variables affect national economic stability, especially in maintaining inflation at a controlled level. This study uses secondary data from the World Bank and Bank Indonesia. The analysis method uses multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that ITF, interest rates, and GDP significantly affect inflation in Indonesia

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses kualitas pelayanan aplikasi Access by KAI terhadap pengguna dalam upaya peningkatan penjualan tiket kereta api di Stasiun Kiaracondong. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif-deskriptif yang difokuskan pada permasalahan atas dasar fakta yang dilakukan dengan cara pengamatan/observasi di stasiun kiaracondong dan juga wawancara dengan pegawai PT.Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan aplikasi Access by KAI berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian tiket kereta api, Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi seperti: ketersediaan informasi, kecepatan tanggap petugas, kecepatan dalam proses pelayanan. Terdapat 5 variabel yang mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan diantaranya: berwujud (tangible), empati (empathy), keandalan (realiability), daya tanggap (responsive), dan jaminan (assurance). PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) dapat mempertahankan dan terus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pada aplikasi Access by KAI serta strategi pemasaran dalam kesesuaian harga dan promosi, karena hal tersebut dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan penjualan tiket kereta api di Stasiun Kiaracondong.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the level of ability of accounting students in preparing a company's comprehensive budget. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with a case study design on Padang State Polytechnic accounting students. Primary data consists of observations of 28 accounting students. The research results found that the average ability of Padang State Polytechnic accounting students in preparing a company's comprehensive budget was still relatively high at 73.5%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of economic growth and inflation on the number of poor people in Jambi Province. The research method used is secondary data analysis with descriptive analysis methods. The results of this study conclude that simultaneously there is a significant influence between economic growth and inflation on the number of poor people in Jambi Province during the period 2010-2023. While partially only the inflation factor does not have a significant effect on the number of poor people in Jambi Province.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of customer experience and customer trust on customer loyalty with perceived value as a mediating variable in Small Businesses in Muaro Jambi Regency. This type of research is quantitative with an explanatory approach. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 190 respondents who were small business customers in Muaro Jambi Regency. Data analysis uses the partial least squares (PLS) method. The research results show that customer experience and customer trust have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. In addition, perceived value is proven to mediate the influence between customer experience and customer trust on customer loyalty. These findings confirm that sensory elements in customer experience as well as service reliability in building trust play an important role in increasing customer loyalty. By providing high perceived value, small businesses can strengthen relationships with customers, increase competitive advantage, and drive sustainable business growth.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product reviews, trust, and price on purchasing decisions for beauty products on the Shopee Marketplace. This research is a quantitative study with data obtained from distributing questionnaires which were measured using the Linkert scale. The sample in this study amounted to 96 people with a sampling technique, namely the purposive sampling method. The results of this research conclude that there is a positive and significant influence between the product review, trust and price variables on the decision to purchase beauty products on the Shopee marketplace, both simultaneously and partially.

Abstract

Business Landscape Transformation and Its Impact on Human Resource Management in the Digital Era. The business landscape, which has undergone a fundamental transformation due to the digital era, presents new opportunities and challenges in human resource (HR) management. In the increasingly digital corporate world, this study will explore the impact of automation, big data, artificial intelligence (AI), and MBTI on HR effectiveness. The aim of this research is to understand the influence of these technologies on HR, both positively and negatively.The research methodology involves surveys, data analysis, and case studies on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). One of the issues discussed is the extent to which AI has changed the way HR carries out daily tasks. AI has the potential to significantly impact HR by helping companies improve recruitment procedures, offer specialized training, and anticipate future workforce needs. Additionally, this study will examine how big data has emerged as a useful tool in HR decision-making. The accuracy of MBTI, derived from various sources, will provide a comprehensive understanding of employee performance, job satisfaction, and productivity patterns. Furthermore, automation will be analyzed to assess how much mundane workplace tasks can be replaced by technology, thereby allowing HR staff to focus on more strategic and impactful work for the company

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh adopsi teknologi finansial terhadap kinerja dan daya saing Perbankan Indonesia dengan penambahan variabel transformasi digital sebagai variabel independen merupakan hal yang baru dalam penelitian ini. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria responden aktif menggunakan dompet elektronik selama 3 bulan terakhir. Jumlah responden yang terkumpul sebanyak 165 orang yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa adopsi teknologi finansial mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap daya saing dan kinerja perbankan. Selain itu, daya saing dan transformasi digital memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perbankan. Implikasinya bagi perbankan perlunya melakukan inovasi & peningkatan kualitas layanan produk fintech, dengan meningkatnya inovasi dan kualitas layanan produk fintech dapat mempengaruhi keputusan seseorang dalam memilih produk fintech yang akan meningkatkan daya saing perbankan dan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja bank.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the Batang Merao River widening policy on agricultural productivity and the socio-economic welfare of the community around the Batang Merao River. A qualitative approach was used to collect data from 4 (four) sub-districts in Kerinci Regency and Sungai Penuh City that were affected by the Batang Merao River widening policy. The results of the study's mitigation found that the river widening policy had various impacts. On the one hand, the larger water flow capacity helps prevent major flooding, but on the other hand, there is a decrease in soil quality and a higher dependence on climate conditions. In addition, many farmers experienced a decrease in productivity due to disruptions to the more unpredictable irrigation cycle. The results of the study also found that the social impact of this policy involved significant economic losses for farmers, as reflected in decreased income and increased production costs. The surrounding community also experienced environmental damage that affected health conditions and access to clean water.
