Abstract

Drug abuse issues need to be taken seriously and become a shared responsibility. This nation has lost countless teenagers due to drug abuse, the loss of teenagers equals the loss of human resources for the nation. Prof. Dadang Hawari states that the number of drug abuse in the community is 10 times the official number. Given this bitter reality, many elements of society and institutions seek to cope with drug abuse. Although in different ways, the goal is to save the Indonesian people from destructive drugs not only physically but also the soul of its misuse.Drug abuse can happen to anyone regardless of age and social status. The threat of danger is increasing and leads to the young generation ranging from students, celebrities, community leaders, representatives of the people, housewives, employees in government offices have even entered the academic community of students. The rise of irregularities in the behavior of drug abuse can endanger the survival of the nation's generation because the more fragile the undermined by the nerve-destroying drugs. The target of this drug spread is young people or adolescents aged 11 to 24 years, meaning that age is the age of productive age for students. The cultivation of Islamic religious values for addicts is one of the therapeutic methods developed today. Because in the values of Islam is practically considered able to treat various diseases of the body and body diseases. It is natural that drug abusers are brought close to the science of religion. Because most of the causes of drug abuse are the lack of knowledge of religion. In abusers of their great curiosity, from experimentation to dependence, it is only natural that if they approach the knowledge of religion they feel peace and quiet.

Abstract

Research on guidance and counseling in education is a very important research to do and discussed in the world of education. This is because the existence of guidance and counseling in education is a logical consequence of the nature of education itself. The theory of counseling guidance departs from the view of human nature, and is developed from the framework of thinking about the development of personality and changes in human behavior that can be understood from various models of theory. The counseling process of counseling in education is a developmental encounter in which will confront the counselor (teacher) to the individual values of the students and the possible influence of counselors on the development of individual values. The essence of counseling guidance lies in individualizing or in other words independence is the purpose of counseling. Healthy independence is manifested in the awareness of the state of being with others. It is then formed through individual interaction with the environment, and counseling guidance is responsible for developing a self-sustaining developmental environment. Therefore, in this paper will be discussed about the theories of counseling guidance in education, due to the many theories about counseling guidance, the author only take three major theories of counseling guidance is, the theory of psychoanalysis, client-centered theory, and behavioristic theory.

Abstract

Multicultural education is an education that offers an alternative through the implementation of educational strategies and concepts based on the diversity utilization in society, especially those that are present in learners such as ethnic plurality, culture, language, religion, social status, gender, ability, age and race. This educational strategy is not only aimed to make students easily understand the lessons they learn, but also to raise their awareness to always behave humanist, pluralist, and democratic. The most important thing that needs to be underlined in the implementation of multicultural education is that a teacher is not only required to master and be professionally taught, but a teacher must also be able to inculcate the core values of multicultural education such as democracy, humanism, and pluralism.Multicultural education must be internalized in a learning process that transforms an essential, prejudiced and discriminatory monocultural perspective into a multiculturalist perspective that values diversity and difference, tolerance and open attitude (inclusive). Such a paradigm shift demands a transformation to education that is not limited to mere cognitive dimensions. Moreover, it also demands changes in the affective and psychomotor dimensions.

Abstract

Sistem informasi dalam perpustakaan yang didukung dengan adanya otomasi perpustakaan telah membuka pintu pengembangan kualitas perpustakaan ke arah yang lebih maju. Keberadaan pustakawan dan pelayanan yang memberikan akses ke jaringan perpustakan merupakan aktor kunci dalam kemajuan dan keberhasilan perpustakaan sebagai jantung pendidikan. Pelayanan yang diberikan merupakan salah satu aspek penting, karena merupakan sebuah aspek yang langsung menyentuh perasaan dari pengguna jasa perpustakaan. Sebuah perpustakaan berkaitan erat dengan pelayanan yang diberikan pemustaka atau bagian layanan termasuk fasilitas pendukung yang disediakan sebagai tolok ukur keberhasilan sebuah perpustakaan. Perpustakaan akan dinilai baik secara keseluruhan oleh para pengguna jika mampu memberikan layanan yang terbaik dan dinilai buruk secara keseluruhan jika layanan yang diberikan buruk.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pemustaka selaku pelaksana perpustakaan terhadap pengguna di perpustakaan Al Ghozali Cilacap dan juga untuk mengetahui  tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa selaku pengguna terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pemustaka di perpustakaan Al Ghozali Cilacap.Untuk   mengetahui  tingkat  kepentingan  pelayanan  menurut  mahasiswa  dan  tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Perpustakaan Al Ghozali  Cilacap, penelitian ini menggunakan  Diagram Cartesius. dalam pengambilan sampel penelitian ini, teknik yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan  random sampling.  Sedangkan data yang digunakan diantaranya adalah teknik kuesioner (angket) dan dokumentasi.Hasil pengujian hipotesis yang meliputi    sikap  petugas perpustakaan, tanggapan terhadap keluhan mahasiswa,  fasilitas  tambahan, ketepatan  waktu/jadual pelayanan dan jumlah koleksi serta  jenis bahan bacaan menunjukkan bahwa para pengguna merasa puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan dan menganggap penting hal tersebut, akan tetapi pada    ketersediaan koleksi bahan bacaan dan  tarif denda para pengguna merasa kurang puas dan menganggapnya tidak penting.

Abstract

Spiritual education-Java version of Islam in this paper emphasizes the thought Ronggowarsito in Serat Wirid Hidayat Jati and Serat Pamoring Kawula Gusti. Broadly speaking, the spiritual education in both of these fibers include six piwulang namely: the spiritual education based saliimul 'aqidah, spiritual education based on the power of a single, spiritual education based quwwatul faith, spiritual education based pensaksian, spiritual education based on science kasampurnaan and spiritual education based tazkiyatun nafs. The purpose of spiritual education of Java-Islam is substantively strengthen the quality of human spirituality by recognizing the oneness, the glory, the power of God through the efforts to cleanse our hearts and fill them with the nature of merit by doing tapaning bodies, tapaning minds, tapaning hawa lust, asceticism, tapaning suksma, tapaning cahya umancur, tapaning urip. These efforts will not succeed without their spiritual teacher instructions. A teacher in the teaching of spiritual education plays a very vital namely educating the human heart to abide by and adhere to the rules of Allah. For that teachers should have a spirit of compassion, patient, selfless, sensitive, and not arrogant, fine words, polite behavior, steadfast stance, noble sacrifices, sharp thinking, as well as a good sense of devotion.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the role of PAI teacher in developing the emotional intelligence (EQ) and spiritual intelligence (SQ) of SMK Komputama Majenang students and to know the factors that can influence the emotional intelligence (EQ) and spiritual intelligence (SQ) SMK Komputama Majenang students. Given the many parental roles that are inadequate in facing the current globalization that brings a negative impact on the world of education, caused by lack of knowledge of parents to technological developments. The results of this study indicate that the role of PAI teachers in developing the emotional and spiritual intelligence of students in SMK Komputama Majenang is as a program maker,program implementer, and as an example or role model. The form of attention of a teacher to students in the form of guidance, direction, advice, motivation to learn and programs that can improve students' emotional and spiritual intelligence.

Abstract

In today's global era, the main issue we face is how to prepare human and religious human resources that are able to compete and not get lost in facing the life of the culture of science and technology. The atmosphere of modern life with massive culture and fulfilled various mobility of life technologically-mechanically, on the one hand has given rise to an ethical and moral crisis. The above phenomenon can not be separated from the lack of correct understanding of religion and religiosity (religiosity). For a success in the world of education, the solution in overcoming the less successful educational world in the problem one of them using approach of application of religious culture.Religious culture is an abstract idea or human thought and then applied or manifested through behavior or human behavior based on religious values. Strategy to realize religious culture requires teachers to be creative in realizing the religious culture in school, so that makes the citizens of schools, especially students can behave religiously according to their religious values.

Abstract

Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia diperlukan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas sumber daya manusia dalam organisasi. Tujuannya adalah memberikan kepada organisasi satuan kerja yang efektif. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini, studi tentang manajemen sumber daya manusia akan menunjukkan bagaimana seharusnya perusahaan mendapatkan, mengembangkan, menggunakan, mengevaluasi, dan memelihara karyawan dalam jumlah (kuantitas) dan tipe (kualitas) yang tepat.Salah satu kunci utama dalam menciptakan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang profesional adalah terletak pada proses rekrutmen, seleksi, training and development calon tenaga kerja. Mencari tenaga kerja yang profesional dan berkualitas tidaklah gampang. Merupakan sebuah kewajiban dalam sebuah organisasi dan perusahaan-perusahan harus melakukan penyaringan untuk anggota atau para pekerja yang baru. Untuk itulah rekrutmen tenaga kerja dibutuhkan untuk menyaring para pelamar yang ingin melamar. Dalam organisasi, rekrutmen ini menjadi salah satu proses yang penting dalam menentukan baik tidaknya pelamar yang akan melamar pada organisasi tersebut. Apapun alasannya, jika terjadi lowongan pekerjaan dalam suatu organisasi maka lowongan tersebut haruslah diisi. Salah satu cara untuk mengisi lowongan tersebut adalah dengan melakukan proses rekrutmen. Abstract

The promotion of religiosity among young people or youth needs to get serious attention and become a priority scale that must be realized simultaneously by all parties. The ultimate subject matter concerning religiosity among adolescents today is the blurring of moral values in the eyes of the younger generation. They are faced with various contradictions and diverse moral experiences, causing them to confuse to choose what is right and what is wrong. This is evident in adolescence. The contradictions that exist in the life of adolescents that inhibit the establishment of religiosity.The development of student relokasitas in school is essentially to realize the values of religion as a tradition of behavior that is followed by students and other school residents. Abstract

Pada dasarnya, setiap individu ataupun organisasi mempunyai keinginan agar dapat mencapai tingkat produktivitas yang tinggi terlepas organisasi apapun bentuk dan namanya. Organisasi profit, seperti perusahaan misalnya, berkeinginan agar dapat mencapai keuntungan yang besar, karena itu setiap pegawainya dituntut dapat bekerja secara optimal dan maksimal sehingga perusahaan mampu memproduksi barang/ jasa semaksimal mungkin. Secara umum dapat dijellaskan  produktivitas adalah sikap mental yang mempunyai semangat untuk melakukan peningkatan perbaikan yang berkaitan dengan diri sendiri dan pekerjaan. Yang berkaitan dengan diri sendiri dapat dilakukan melalui peningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan, disiplin, upaya pribadi dan kerukunan kerja.Pada dunia pendidikan, seorang guru dikatakan profesional jika sudah melaksanakan tugas utamanya yang bukan hanya mendidik dan mengajar di kelas akan tetapi juga melakukan bimbingan dan arahan dalam pengembangan minat dan bakat peserta didik, melatih dalam kegiatan pengembangan diri sesuai dengan keahlian yang dimiliki oleh guru, melakukan penilaian dan evaluasi menyangkut perkembangan kompetensi yang seharusnya dimiliki oleh peserta didik. Guru yang profesional adalah standar ukur minimal guru yang produktif. Guru yang produktif adalah guru profesional yang selalu all out dalam melaksanakan tugasnya dengan efektif dan efisien. Guru yang produktif adalah guru yang senantiasa mengembangbangkan dan meningkatkan potensi dirinya terutama pada bidang keahliannya agar dapat memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik pada peserta didik dari waktu ke waktu.Kata Kunci: Produktivitas, Indikator dan SDM Tenaga Pendidik, Kependidikan.
