Abstract

Problems college religious Islamic state (ptkin) to the beginning of 2018 looks just three college accredited A. About the birth assumption ptkin have the quality of the management of the lower than the PTU. Whereas the quality of ptkin has been shown in the National even international good aspects of the quality of faculty, students or the other. Similarly, with the budget allocation between ptkin with PTU still experiencing inequality. so reasonable if PTU little has the advantage of quality management compared to ptkin. Abstract

The curriculum as a system as well as a tool to achieve the goal of education becomes very urgent and absolute in an educational program. The curriculum is not enough just to contain the competences of students only, but the curriculum must also be able to synergize with all aspects of human life. This is the importance of the integrative curriculum as an integrated learning system both between its contents and the reality of human needs. On the one hand, a system will work best if the system is well planned, organized and applied properly. This means that the design of a curriculum will also determine whether the curriculum will be accomplished and deliver on the educational objectives or be forced to fail and need to be redesigned.The design of integrative curriculum development is the effort to develop the curriculum to develop the ability of reasoning in the formation of knowledge based on interaction with the environment and experience in life. Abstract

All Educators were certainly crave an atmosphere of discipline in every learning process with their students. But apparently, to create discipline was not easy and not enough just with words. The behavior of the students was the responsibility of an educator, the good and bad of students will be reflected in who teached, where and how he learned. The discipline plan as a discipline strategy for children that can be applied in accordance with the perspective of Islamic Religion Education is 10. First, Give Appreciation to them when they are doing good. Second, using positive signals. Third, using physical closeness. Fourth, using questions to get the child back focused. Fifth, maintain personally. Sixth, Recognize and redirect. Seventh, provides a clear reminder of the rules. Eighth, provide clear choices. Ninth, Using agreed consequences. Abstract

In education both elementary, middle and upper level, counseling guidance is needed, especially in dealing with students' disciplinary attitudes. In dealing with disciplinary attitudes students a teacher guidance counseling has a different way because students who often perform disciplinary attitudes have different backgrounds there are those from broken home families so that students receive less attention.The purpose of this study is to find out how classroom guidance teachers at SD N Winduaji 07 handle students' disciplinary attitudes, motivate students not to violate the rules in school and students can hold the key to discipline to succeed the learning process.The results of this study indicate that the counseling tutor addresses the rest of the disciplinary in different ways, for the low class by approaching students who remain based on the assertiveness of the teacher counseling guidance such as disciplinary orders delivered to students either individually or in groups. For high-class students who often carry out disciplinary attitudes, the attitude of the teacher counseling guidance is different and has not used the word command but uses invitations and motivation and makes students as partners in individual or group guidance.Keywords: counseling guidance, disciplinary attitudes of students

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan hak setiap warga negara. Hak ini harus dipenuhi sekaligus dijaminkan kualitasnya sedemikian rupa oleh negara agar sumber daya manusia yang dihasilkan mampu berkontribusi bagi perkembangan, kemajuan dan kesejahteraan bangsa Indonesia maupun dunia pada umumnya. Dalam realitasnya  menunjukkan adanya perbedaan dan masih banyak persoalan yang bisa menjadi faktor tidak berkualitasnya hasil pendidikan, seperti masih kurangnya jumlah dosen minimal per program studi, sulitnya akses pendidikan tinggi khususnya bagi lulusan pendidikan informal maupun nonformal. Oleh karena itu tulisan ini hadir di tengah pembaca untuk memberikan alternativ solusi tentang cara mengatasi persoalan kurangnya dosen maupun akses terbuka bagi calon mahasiswa baru. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan jenis library research dan content analysis sebagai teknik analisisnya. Hasil penelitian adalah ditemukannya Model Rekruitmen Dosen Mahasiswa AB-RIE. rekruitmen ini dibangun dari konsep SN-Dikti dan RPL, serta RIE sebagai sumber dalam MSDM.Kata Kunci: standar nasional pendidikan tinggi, dosen, mahasiswa dan Rekruitmen.

Abstract

During this time almost all levels of society believe that schools are the only educational institutions. Schools seem to be able to uncover great secrets such as ideals, success, prosperity, wealth, or even salvation can only be Pursued through the school path. Though it is all like a assumption-assumptions that hegemony, on the other side of the school just cause social classification causing social problems. Therefore, there must be an alternative education model so that the society is no longer deify and shackled with the model of education in school. Ivan Illich is a theologian and also a radical humanist who criticizes all-out models of education in formal schools. For him the education is universal can not be limited by age, class, or time. Opportunity web is expected to be an alternative education model so that each individual can make the moment learn, share knowledge, and care for each other in every opportunity without limited by space and time. Illich's criticisms and offers are poured into a book called Deschooling Socaity, although it is based on the reality of Latin America and Africa. Abstract

Learning media is anything that delivers messages from sources to recipients in the context of the interaction of teaching and learning, teachers should be able to use or use them either as a teaching aid or as a medium of learning.In the use of religious learning media, teachers should be able to adjust the material characteristics that will be presented and can attract students' attention, and not contrary to the religious shari'ah or not violate religious ethics. Departing from the problems above, then in general the problems formulated in this research is, how is the use of learning media at MI Negeri Watuagung Tambak Banyumas? The research that the author did in MI Negeri Watuagung Tambak Banyumas is included in qualitative descriptive research. In the course of collecting data, the author uses the method of observation, interview, and documentation. As for the analysis, the authors use descriptive qualitative analysis techniques, namely in the form of data written or oral from people and perpetrators observed so that in this case the author seeks to conduct research that is describe thoroughly about the actual situation. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that in the process of learning PAI in MI Negeri Watuagung Tambak Banyumas teachers using learning media. But depending on the learning materials (conditional). Besides, in using the existing learning media and using methods in accordance with the material that will convey, that is tailored to the material, objectives, methods, characteristics of students in class, it is intended that the use of learning media does not deviate from the material so that students' understanding with the use learning media can be more easily achieved. The types of media used by PAI teachers in MI Negeri Watuagung Tambak Banyumas include: blackboards, LCD Projectors, LKS, package books, Al-Quran and translations, CDs, VCDs, Television. Teachers use various variations in the use of instructional media, including media and material heard, media and materials viewed as well as media and materials that can be touched or manipulated (active media).Keywords: Use of Learning Media, Islamic Religious Education

Abstract

Mutu pendidikan di Indonesia sedang menghadapi permasalahan yang pelik. Indonesia telah memandang dari berbagai perspektif dan sudut pandang terkait mutu pendidikan. Dari sekian banyak permasalahan pendidikan, akan bermuara pada ujung tombak proses pendidikan yakni guru. Maka diperlukanlah kebijakan pemerintah guna membentuk pendidik-pendidik di Indonesia yang memiliki komptensi mumpuni. Pemerintah sendiri telah mencangkan bahwasanya guru paling tidak wajib lulusan Strata I/ DIV. Kemudian memiliki empat kompetensi khusus yakni kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi professional, kompetensi sosial, dan kompetensi kepribadian. Lalu kebijakan yang harus ditempuh pemerintah dan pihak-pihak yang terkait untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan.Peningkatan mutu pendidikan dan tenaga kependidikan. Peningkatan gaji dan kesejahteraan guru. Membangun sistem sertifikasi pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, serta sistem penjaminan mutu pendidikan. Kebijakan sertifikasi guru di Indonesia telah berjalan selama beberapa tahun, diasumsikan bahwa sertifikasi akan berdampak positif bagi guru seperti meningkatnya pengetahuan dan wawasan tentang tugas dan fungsi guru sebagai profesional, meningkatnya penguasaan terhadap kurikulum dan pembelajaran serta mengubah mindset guru sebagai pekerjaan profesional.Namun kenyataannya bahwa sertifikasi belum banyak membawa dampak bagi peningkatan profesionalisme guru. Dampak dari sertifikasi lebih kepada peningkatan kesejahteraan guru daripada peningkatan profesionalisme. Sertifikasi juga belum memperlihatkan peningkatan penghargaan terhadap status guru sebagai sebuah pekerjaan yang dibanggakan. Sertifikasi guru juga belum membawa dampak bagi peningkatan disiplin guru dalam menjalankan tugas profesionalnya. Kata Kunci: Kebijakan Politik, Kualitas Tenaga Pendidikan

Abstract

Education is essentially a process of developing physical and spiritual potential, personality, and other aspects in the individual that are developed never stop and continue. While independence is the ability to control or regulate thoughts, feelings, and actions independently and try to overcome feelings of shame and doubt. In this case, independence education emphasizes the emotional state of a person not to depend on other people, is able to use his intellect in overcoming various problems, and is able to perform procedures for skills to interact and interact with others. The independence education applied in the Banyu Belik Nature School is done in 5 ways, namely: (1) exemplary method; (2) habituation methods; (3) educating with stories and advice; (4) gift giving method; and (5) disciplinary methods. The hope, from here, Banyu Belik Nature School is able to give birth to smart and superior generations and have mature skills and independence as a provision to realize a person of integrity for the sake of the nation, state and religion in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan menguraikan pembinaan anak asuh yang mengalami penurunan pola perilaku dan karakter karena disfungsi keluarga dan sosial di Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak (LKSA) Nur Hidayah Surakarta beserta model pembinaan yang dilakukan di asrama. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Penelitian ini dilakukan di  Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak (LKSA) Nur Hidayah, Jalan Pisang No. 23 Kerten, Laweyan, Surakarta. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 77 anak asuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi terlibat, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini meliputi : 1) Pelaksanaan pembinaan agama Islam (spiritual) terhadap anak asuh yang mengalami disfungsi keluarga dan sosial di panti asuhan Nur Hidayah dilakukan meliputi persiapan : a) materi disampaikan dengan bahasa sederhana yang mudah dipahami, b) metode yang digunakan yaitu diskusi, ceramah, praktek, dan tanya jawab, c) media yang digunakan yaitu al-Qur’an, al-Hadits, Iqra’, dan buku-buku bacaan yang relevan dengan topik materi, serta d) evaluasi dilakukan yang berupa tanya jawab dan praktek ibadah. 2) Bagaimana model pembinaan agama Islam terhadap anak asuh yang mengalami disfungsi keluarga dan sosial di panti asuhan Nur Hidayah : a) pembinaan anak asuh dilakukan secara rutin dan insidental dalam bentuk pembinaan insan yang berperilaku Qur’ani. Pembinaan berperilaku Qur’ani secara integratif dan komprehensif baik dalam kehidupan pribadi maupun bermasyarakat meliputi pembinaan spiritual, bimbingan psikologi dan kesehatan, b) Pembinaan kemandirian untuk mengembangkan potensi (potential capasity) yang dimilikinya menjadi kemampuan nyata (actual ability) secara optimal sehingga tetap dalam pribadi fitrah dan lurus (hanief) sebagaimana keadaan ketika lahir, meliputi pembinaan bakat, bimbingan belajar, memasak dan keterampilan handycraft membuat gantungan kunci, tempat pensil, bros serta bunga plastik.
