Abstract

Information systems and technology are currently developing rapidly, so computers can beused as security tools automatically with the addition of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID)technology. Sattahti security personnel in the detention room are required to always be ready to carryout security, supervision within the scope of the detention room. So far, Sattahti personnel inconducting surveillance and guarding detainees in and out of the room still use padlock locks so thatsecurity is less than the maximum, meeting SOP standards so that some detainees have a chance toescape, so that Sattahti personnel cannot properly monitor prisoners because there is no regulatingsystem detention rooms are better IT-based. Based on the above problems, it is necessary to designand build a detention room security information system using RFID technology. So that every sattahtipersonnel can be accessed in the security system information system database of the detention room. This is very helpful for sattahti personnel in the process of guarding detainees. This system can do anautomatic lock along with the time for each personnel who bring prisoners in and out of the detentionroom, by using serial communication from a personal computer (PC) to a microcontroller (reader RFIDstater kit ID-12 LA) so that it will read the identity card (tag) RFID) every person. This detention roomsecurity information system is useful to accelerate and facilitate personnel in changing duty pickets tothe next personnel regarding the whereabouts of all the strength of the prison guard personnel atSATTAHTI.Keywords: Information on detention room security, RFID

Abstract

For a soldier, physical abilities are needed in every task implementation, so the daytime running activities become a compulsory menu for every soldier who is carrying out education. Both the basic military education and further education. According to health experts, benefit of jogging is to lose weight so as to avoid obesity, improve the ability of the lungs, heart and various other health benefits. However, we also have to pay attention to the temperature of the air because it is at a certain temperature, it will be very risky if we carry out the afternoon run. Not a few victims affected by heat stroke due to run during the day with high air temperatures. The current mechanism, temperature measurements are carried out manually by members of the local Satkes, then the Satkes report the results of temperature measurements to Binjas and then Binjas decide whether or not to run afternoons that day. After the decision was made, the Binjas reported to the guard division and the guard to spread the news through the prayer watch. Therefore, with this android-based temperature and humidity monitoring information system, we can easily find out whether today's temperature is safe or not to carry out daytime running activities. Keywords : Afternoon Run, Heat stroke, Android.

Abstract

The Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) is the largest archipelagic country in the world, two thirds of which are is seas, requiring the presence of the KRI in maintaining its sovereignty. Continuity of attendance in carrying out its main duties, the Navy depends on the readiness of the KRI (Indonesian Republic Warship). The Navy's strength development program is bound to the MEF (Minimum Essencial Force), the basic development policy of TNI AL towards minimum principal strength. The main target of MEF is a limited amount but can operate optimally. So we need a program to overcome these problems by maximizing the defense system maintenance program called SPT (Planned Maintenance System). To maximize the planned maintenance system that supports the MEF program requires prioritization in selecting the KRI that will carry out Depo level improvement (Hardepo). The selection of KRI determination that will implement Hardepo has several factors that need to be considered so that it is categorized in a multi-criteria decision environment, then the proposed model becomes an appropriate methodology to accommodate the criteria with the Fuzzy MCDM (Multi Criteria Decision Maker) approach. In this study there are six alternative KRI namely KRI Keris-624, KRI Rimau Island-726, KRI Kerapu-812, KRI Badau-841, KRI Jakarta Bay-541 and KRI Arun-903 where the first priorities obtained are KRI Rimau Island- 726 with a weight value of 0.1778. After the priority is obtained then schedule the duration and availability of Docking at PT PAL Indonesia where all KRI can carry out docking every TW (Tri Wulan) except KRI Arun-903 which cannot carry out docking on TW I 2019. Abstract

Fuel is one of the important components in the combustion process. A good fuel is a clean fuel where the fuel is colorless, watery, has a high flash point, it can ignite spontaneously at a temperature of 350ÂșC, and has a specific gravity of about 0.82-0.86. On the other hand, KRI Kelabang-826 is an Indonesian republic warship that functions as a patrol boat. This causes the ship to have a medium duty engine, the MTU 12 V 4000 M 71 engine. This engine itself is a sophisticated engine because it uses common rail technology with a High-Pressure Pump as the supplying pump. This pump is very susceptible to damage, this is proven by not achieving the life time of the High-Pressure Pump which is 7500 Running Hours or once a W5- level maintenance. This is caused by poor quality of fuel, where the fuel used contains water and impurities. Therefore, the preventive ways are needed in order to achieve the life time of this High-Pressure Pump component. Keywords: Fuel Quality, MTU 12 V 4000 M 71, High-Pressure Pump, and Condor Class.

Abstract

Cross-country military sports are sports that are contested in the military environment asan effort to foster the physical abilities of the Navy's soldiers. The doctrine in the Indonesian Navyforcefully demands every soldier to never give up in every task that is carried out so that in militarysporting events the soldier will spend all of his abilities. In the process of cross-country competitionwith heavy physical activity causing many soldiers who experience heat exhaust (pre heat strokeconditions) continue to force themselves to compete and will continue to become a heat stroke. This is compounded by the distance traveled so that the medical team had difficulty reaching thesoldiers who experienced the incident. Internet of things (IoT) is the idea that all objects in the realworld can communicate with each other as part of an integrated system using the internet networkas a link.By using the IoT platform it is possible to monitor an object continuously and provideanalysis directly without being limited by distance and time. Based on the description above, it isnecessary to design and build an early detection system for the heat stroke of TNI AL soldiers incross-country military sport activities based on IoT (Internet of Thing). This system can help detectpositions and soldiers who will experience heat stroke so that medical treatment can be given earlyto prevent heat stroke. Keywords: Monitoring, Heat Stroke, Cross Country, IoT.

Abstract

Rolling motion is important role in the stability of the ship. Predicting the motion of a ship design must be done to see the design performance. The magnitude of the resulting motion response will affect the comfort and safety of personnel and materials in the ship. For this reason, simulation and analysis rolling and pitching prediction are carried out when the ship is operating, with and without the addition of a free surface tank (FST) as a stabilizer system with variations in the FST base height, water volume, boat velocity, heading direction and the waves. The prediction of ship motion in this research is ushing shipmo software and to assess operational feasibility, the general criteria standard issued by NATO STAGNAG 4154 (US. Navy) and US Coast Guard. From the simulation results it was found that increasing the height of the FST base from the base line decreases rolling motion. At a height of 4 m the maximum response magnitude below the allowable standard is 3,365 deg, while at a height of 3 m above the allowable standard that is 4,734 deg. The addition of FST and variations in placement of the FST base height from the base line did not significantly affect the pitching motion of the ship. Heading direction, waves and operational speed of the ship need to be considered to get the minimum rolling motion response when the ship is operating. Abstract

To determine the ideal landing beaches in amphibious operations must meet the requirements / criteria that have been determined, because it serves as an important component in the choice of landing beaches. The criteria include the type of beach, gradient beach, the basic material of beach, long beach landings, the type of breaking waves, tide, the kind of obstacles beach, ocean currents, the field behind the beach, the reference point mark landing beaches and access to the exit / entrance beach , In determining the selection of the landing beaches Marine / Navy had not done the calculation / mathematical model and not using a scientific method, such instances it is necessary to make a decision-making model in the case of election of the landing beaches in amphibious operations exercise. This study aims to determine the location of the landing beachesusing Fuzzy MCDM. The use of this method is the solution to produce a more objective group decision in the selection of an amphibious landing beach which data are accurate and reliable to help solve problems that are multi-criteria. There are 11 (eleven) criteria and 4 (four) alternatives identified in this study. Of the 11 criteria which have the highest weighting criteria for the alternative chosen in the first rank third alternative, namely PPD 3. Keywords: Amphibious Operations, Fuzzy MCDM, Criteria and Alternatives.
