<![CDATA[This study describes and analyzes the function of film in conveying an idea or message in audio-visual form. Films are a medium of entertainment but also contain educational values ??(education), social control, and so on. Films as a means of conveying information in mass communication are also capable of presenting messages broadly in a short time, as is characteristic of other mass media. This study uses a semiotic analysis study. Semiotic analysis method is the study of signs or those associated with them, how they function, their relationship with other signs, their delivery and acceptance by those who use them. This study uses a qualitative method. The data collection process was carried out by observation. The results showed that the overall message that dominates this film is a message about education that occurs in Indonesia. The moral message contained in this film concerns the rights of neglected children, street children who do not get formal education. Contrary to the 1945 Constitution, Article 31, the first paragraph which states that every citizen has the right to education, and in the second paragraph every citizen is obliged to attend basic education and the government is obliged to pay for it.]]>

<![CDATA[Welcoming society 5.0 in education, of course, will face various complexities. One of them is related to the abilities and skills of the teacher. The skills in question are teacher communication skills, teacher communication is a requirement for teaching and learning activities that lead to educational goals and will have an impact on the quality of human resources produced. This research uses library research, in which data collection techniques are carried out by exploring data obtained from various sources of scientific work. This article aims to describe and explain the urgency of teacher nonverbal communication skills in the era of society 5.0. The results of this study, shows that teacher communication skills are one of the crucial things in education in the era of society 5.0. Culture is one of the components that influence meaning in nonverbal communication. In addition, teacher nonverbal communication is a component that affects the teaching and learning process, learning attractiveness, and the quality of student learning outcomes.]]>

<![CDATA[The objective of this research is to know the implementation of cooperative learning through (TGT) model in teaching English to improve students’ speaking ability. This was classroom action research (CAR) it was objectives to repair teaching-learning. The methods of collecting primary data are observation and test. The methods of supporting data were obtained from interviews and documentation. Based on the result and data analysis it can be concluded that the teacher already applied the team's games tournament (TGT) and good enough preparation. The students get significant scores. It can be seen that before using teams games tournament students’ mean score was 59.8, in Cycle 1 students’ mean score was 72 and students’ mean score in Cycle 2 was 79. Finally, it is a great number that the implementation of cooperative learning through teams games tournament (TGT) in teaching speaking is success categories and the teacher should give more exercise in English to the students to develop their skill in teaching speaking, give motivation student’s continually, the teacher should make a good relationship with students to get result of speaking material maximally.]]>

<![CDATA[This study describes and analyzes the phenomenology of organizational communication carried out in the Communication Organization of the Padang Ekspres Morning Daily Editor in Producing Journalistic Works. This study uses the concept of Phenomenology Theory, where communication experiences between sub-organizations, between individuals, between individuals and groups in the editorial of the Padang Ekspres Morning Daily have experienced a shift in the intensity and climate of communication. This shift was formed due to changes in the ranks of editorial and leadership personnel, this made a fundamental change to the leadership model. If the leadership in the initial management of the establishment that the author ran with the founders was more emphasized on the climate of struggle to establish a newspaper from unknown to well-known and respected, at this time, the editorial crew felt well-known and respected by the public. The trust that has been obtained makes the atmosphere comfortable and far from the spirit of struggle. The atmosphere of a well-established office can be felt when you are in the Padang Ekspres Morning Daily, the facilities are more complete and make the crew work in their minds without feeling that there is tight competition between competitors among newspapers]]>

<![CDATA[Gus Mus is a Muslim scholar, and also an artist, a writer, a politician, a cultural observer at once. His communicant has various backgrounds in those fields. His communication messages could contain da’wah messages or it’s not. His da’wah contents will show his da’wah characteristic which is not only as a Muslim scholar but also as other professions that had been mentioned above. This research is describing Gus Mus’s da’wah messages in the Percik program on Youtube GusMus’s Channel in 2017-2019. This research used the descriptive quantitative content analysis method. Data that was used are 18 videos of Gus Mus’s Islamic lecture in that program from 2017-2019. The data collection technique used a coding sheet filled out by three judges. The result of this research shows, there is a da’wah communication message about morals is 59%, faith is 23% dan sharia is 18%. The characteristic of Gus Mus’s da’wah messages was dominated by messages of humanity morals which is a call for universal kindness, which means a call to behave gently to others, da’wah with a good way and not forcing, remind each other for kindness and stay away from badness, do fair, and fond of compassion and good relationship than hates and disunity.]]>

<![CDATA[This study intends to review whether the right to choose a spouse for the guardian of marriage is still relevant to be applied in this era. This research is a field study that uses a social approach through the process of observation, interview, and document study. The populations and samples that have been obtained are then analyzed using deductive and inductive methods. The results of this study are the right of ijbar (the right to choose a partner for marriage guardians) is no longer relevant to be applied, this is because in Indonesia there is already a marriage law in which there is a clause that marriage must be carried out based on the approval of the two prospective brides, while on the other hand the unilateral coercion is very contrary to the concept of gender equality and justice and is a form of accumulation of gender discrimination. Forced marriage is heavily fraught with marginalization, subordination, stereotypes, violence and will increase the potential for the workload]]>

<![CDATA[This research’s aim is to study woman discrimination in Indonesian policy especially in Surakarta region. This study uses law sociology approach with both observation and interview as method to gather the data, while for the data analysis, it utilizes Miles & Huberman’s Interactive model that include data display, drawing conclution, and verifying. The result shows that Sukoharjo authority empowers woman through policy by establishing Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk, Keluarga Berencana dan Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak. Eventhought this special taskforce is established, the authority still facing drawbacks and one of them is the lack of stakeholders’ participation which lead to its slow development.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan yang ditetapkan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk mengetahui implementasi Sistem Pembiayaan Pendidikan dalam inovasi manajemen keuangan Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi, (2) Mengetahui faktor-faktor dalam inovasi manajemen keuangan Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi. Penelitian ini peneliti sendiri yang menjadi instrumen (human instrument) dengan pendukung dari kisi-kisi pedoman wawancara. pengumpulan data lebih ditekankan pada observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan interaktif tiga model yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan pengambilan keputusan, Keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Trianggulasi. Hasil penelitiannya: Implementasi Sistem Pembiayaan Pendidikan Dalam Inovasi Manajemen Keuangan Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi : Tahap pertama berupa perencanaan yang didalam perencanaan tersebut meliputi (1) musyawarah pengurus yayasan dan pengelola keuanagan, (2) perancangan sistem pembiayan pendidikan, (3) pendataan dan kalkulasi jumlah keuangan, tahap kedua ada pengorganisasian yang didalamnya meliputi (1) perekrutan team pengelola penanggung jawab sistem, (2) penetapan tanggung jawab terhadap team pengelola, (3) pembinaan terhadap pengelola, tahap ketiga ada pelaksanaan yang didalamnya meliputi (1) menyiapkan aplikasi sistem pembayaran, (2) membuat aplikasi SIS Darussalam (3) sosialisasi sistem dan di tahap yang terakhir ada evaluasi didalam evaluasi menyangkut (1) adanya rapat evaluasi sistem, (2) laporan rekap pembayaran (3) pembentukan team penanganan tunggakan. Sedangkan Faktor-Faktor Inovasi Manajemen Keuangan Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung : (1) faktor pendukung : (a) adanya pembentukan kerja sama pelayanan sistem pembiayaan peendidikan santri (b) Selalu monitoring produktifitas kerja pengelola keuangan. (2) Faktor penghambat : (a) fasilitas yang masih belum sempurna (b) masih minimnya pemahaman akan kecanggihan tekhnologi Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif.]]>

<![CDATA[Unggahan informasi larangan menggunakan masker scuba di akun Instagram @Kumparancom mendapat respon tinggi dari netizen. Tujuan peneliti melakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui oposisi dalam komentar unggahan informasi larangan penggunaan masker scuba di akun Instagram @Kumparancom. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori analisis isi kuantitatif, teori ranah publik, dan teori Oposisi oleh Stuart Hall. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Hasil yang ditemukan adalah komentar dari netizen sebanyak 58% dengan 105 komentar. Rata-rata, isi oposisi netizen dalam komentarnya menyatakan bahwa postingan informasi larangan penggunaan masker di Instagram @kumparancom tidak benar dan sengaja dilakukan dengan tujuan agar bisnis masker kesehatan kembali laris.]]>

<![CDATA[Psychological well-being merupakan konsep penting bagi kesejahteraan emosional dan mental seseorang. Terutama bagi siswa SMA, masa ini merupakan masa transisi dari masa remaja ke masa dewasa, dimana mereka harus mengatasi berbagai masalah baik personal ataupun akademik. Bagi siswa SMA NU Genteng periode ini merupakan masa transisi penting dalam perjalanan hidup mereka, dimana mereka harus mengatasi berbagai permasalahan dan tekanan, baik akademis, sosial, maupun emosional. Perlunya pemahaman psychological well being dan subjective well being agar membantu mengatasi permasalahan kejenuhan akademik siswa. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 207 siswa SMA NU Genteng Kelas XII, baik dari jurusan IPS maupun IPA. Dipilih dengan menggunakan Teknik proporsional random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala psychological well-being yang dikembangkan berdasarkan teori Ryff dan Keyes. skala subjective well-being dikembangkan dengan teori Kahnemann, dan skala kejenuhan akademik dikembangkan dari teori Schaufeli. Hasil Uji Anova menunjukkan adanya pengaruh variable Psychological Well Being dan Subjective Well being dengan Kejenuhan Akademik. Pada uji ini diketahui hasil nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05, maka hasil hipotesis dalam uji F disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh Psychological Well Being dan Subjective Well being dengan Kejenuhan Akademik]]>
