<![CDATA[This paper studies a unique phenomenon that in the middle of economic pressure, a lack of resource access, and high-level life competition, urban migrants can survive in a city by optimizing traditional communication networks in Tempe industry. This field-research study uses a phenomenological approach through participative observation and in-depth interviews. It indicates the patronage pattern, in the form of business patronage system conducted by tempe maker community, gives a chance for migrants to be able to survive in the city. Interaction patterns between soybean suppliers and tempe makers can save them from the crisis. The moral value of “sabaya pati, sabaya mukti” becomes a core message for the clients in conducting verbal and nonverbal communication networks with their patron. This is a sustainable life guarantee so that tempe makers in 3 Tenggilis clusters remain survive in Surabaya with their limits.]]>

<![CDATA[Gus Mus is a Muslim scholar, and also an artist, a writer, a politician, a cultural observer at once. His communicant has various backgrounds in those fields. His communication messages could contain da’wah messages or it’s not. His da’wah contents will show his da’wah characteristic which is not only as a Muslim scholar but also as other professions that had been mentioned above. This research is describing Gus Mus’s da’wah messages in the Percik program on Youtube GusMus’s Channel in 2017-2019. This research used the descriptive quantitative content analysis method. Data that was used are 18 videos of Gus Mus’s Islamic lecture in that program from 2017-2019. The data collection technique used a coding sheet filled out by three judges. The result of this research shows, there is a da’wah communication message about morals is 59%, faith is 23% dan sharia is 18%. The characteristic of Gus Mus’s da’wah messages was dominated by messages of humanity morals which is a call for universal kindness, which means a call to behave gently to others, da’wah with a good way and not forcing, remind each other for kindness and stay away from badness, do fair, and fond of compassion and good relationship than hates and disunity.]]>

<![CDATA[Education in pesantren, in general, from time to time is almost unchanged. The concept of “al-Muhaafadhatu ala 'al-qadiimi as-shaalih wa al-jahdu bi al-Jadiidi al-ashlah” implies pesantren through consistently maintaining the spirit of pesantren by providing education oriented to "tafaqquh fi ad-diin", however the transformation of the pesantren education system also conducted by leaders of pesantren to maintain the existence of pesantren so that education is more acceptable to the wider community, among the ways taken is equalizing the level of education with government support with the issuance of the Minister of Religion Regulation (PMA) Muadalah (equalization) number 18 of 2014. This is an opportunity for pesantren in the midst of the modernization of the education system in Indonesia, on the other hand pesantren as the oldest educational institution is still recognized as a native Indonesian educational institution. In addition, it is also a challenge for pesantren to prove that only pesantren which until now have been accepted by the wider community as an educational institution that prioritizes moral education in the midst of the failure of the general education system which makes morals only material]]>

<![CDATA[The implementation of research and development aims to develop supplementary teaching materials for tourism geography courses. The supplemental teaching materials produced are printed teaching materials that contain contextual content about the potential of ecotourism in the Tomini Bay Area. The research was conducted using research and development methods. The process of collecting data was done using observation, interviews and questionnaires. The development of teaching materials uses a 4D development model, which includes four stages, namely define, design, development, and disseminate. The final result of the teaching material supplement validation was 4.32, the linguist gave a final score of 4.28, and the tourism expert gave the final score of 4.25. The validation results of the teaching material supplement indicate that the teaching material supplement is in the very feasible criteria and can be used in the process of lecturing activities.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to analyze the evolution of the market from the time of the Prophet until the market is known as e-commerce, the meeting between sellers and buyers in an electronic transaction. By examining Al-Ghazali's thoughts regarding the evolution of the market, in which it still upholds Islamic ethics to conform to Islamic principles. This study uses a literature study instrument which is carried out by collecting data information related to buying and selling practices in e-commerce. <![CDATA[This study aims to find out how the communication construction model between Faith-Based Organizations is carried out by religious leaders (religious leaders) in Minimizing Interfaith Conflict in Preserving Customs and Cultural Traditions of the Tengger Tribe in Tosari, Pasuruan Regency. This study uses the Coordinated Management Of Meaning Theory approach of Barnett Pearce and Vernon Cronen with descriptive qualitative research methods with interpretive - explanatory research approaches. The results of this study indicate that the concept of management, Faith-Based Organization plays the role of Constitutive rules which is played in two communication messages, namely the first communication message inviting harmony in the internal ummah of each religion and secondly the message of peace in the community by being jointly involved in various activities-traditional activities of the Tengger Tribe. In the context of the regulatory rules, the Cultural Strength of the Tengger Tribe becomes the basis for a unifying identity/binding of fellow Tengger Tribe. In the concept of meaning, the Tengger Tribe also has cultural patrons (Cultural Patterns) who teach about their obedience to the teachings of their ancestors, known as the term "guguntuo." The concept of coordination in building relationships, religious leaders and traditional leaders (traditional shamans), as well as the government in Tosari District, emphasizes more on the value of seduluran (brotherhood) and the value of community harmony (togetherness and harmony)]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to reveal how stigmatization and imitative culture occur in women caused by social media, especially TikTok in terms of Sara Mills' Discourse Analysis Theory. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subject of this research is the text, images and comments of netizens in the video woman sensual dance on the tiktok account. The results of this research indicate that the elements of Sara Mills' critical discourse analysis on the position of female stigmatized subjects occur from the content of woman sensual dance which emphasizes attractiveness through fashion styles, facial expressions, and dancing characters so that it raises negative views for women, from the writer's position. The reader is generated by conditions in the sensual dance content as shown in the Tiktok video showing that the current representation of women is indeed true, according to what has been stated in the netizen's comment text, namely having a bad image and an imitative culture that occurs from the many similar accounts that follow the trend.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of pedagogic competence and lecturer's personality competence on the statistical learning discipline of Islamic Banking students and to determine the best model formed in this study. This study took a sample of 36 respondents, with data collection using a questionnaire instrument. Before obtaining objective data, the instrument used was tested for validity using the Pearson correlation formula, reliability with the Cronbach Alpha formula, and data normality with the Kolmogorov Smirnov test. The research data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative statistical techniques, with multiple regression analysis and linearity test. The results of testing the research hypothesis show that there is no influence of pedagogic competence on the discipline of studying statistics, there is an influence of personality competence on the discipline of studying statistics of Islamic Banking students. The discipline of studying statistics is influenced by the pedagogic competence and personality competence of the lecturers by 25.6%, while the remaining 74.4% is influenced by variables outside the study. The best model that is formed is the second model, namely the model of the lecturer's personality competence variable on the statistical learning discipline of Islamic Banking students]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine how much influence the variables of religious leaders, persuasive communication, motivation, and community cognition together have on the implementation of the protocol in Tegal City. The research method used is quantitative with the number of samples used as many as 100 respondents. The sampling technique used a proportional stratified sampling technique with a standard error of 10%. The theory used in this research is the Elaboration Likelihood Model theory by Petty and Cacioppo. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence of the four independent variables of religious leaders, persuasive communication, motivation, and community cognition together on the implementation of the protocol. The magnitude of the resulting effect is 0.73 or 73%. There is still 27% of the effect resulting from other variables related to the implementation of health protocols in Tegal City.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of the provision of facilities and infrastructure is to meet the needs of equipment or equipment that can support the learning process in order to create an effective and efficient learning process. The approach used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach. With the data method carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. Source of data, primary data is data sourced from school principals and managers of facilities and infrastructure at SDN Lubuk Tua. Secondary data is data obtained from other parties and documents related to data. Qualitative data were analyzed through data reduction, data retrieval, and withdrawal (verification). Procurement planning activities are carried out by holding meetings together to get information from teachers about what is needed in the learning process activities. The procurement of facilities and infrastructure is carried out by submitting a Budget Plan (RAB) by teachers and then approved by the head. The provision of facilities and infrastructure can support the quality of learning because school facilities and infrastructure are adequate, the learning process will run well and an effective and efficient learning process will be created]]>
