Abstract

The Scholars have emphasized the bulk of studies on communication styles from a general communication perspective. This article looks at the Islamic communication style from a new angle to see how it may help an institution gain public confidence and improve its reputation. The Data was gathered through in-depth interviews with carefully chosen informants, as part of a qualitative study. The collection of interview guidelines is intended to make the interviews more structured and oriented toward the targeted research goals. Additionally, for data collected during the study, repeated observations at the research location are a possibility. To complete the essential data, relevant documents are also used. Using Hamid Mowlana's notion of Islamic communication, this study demonstrates that the leadership's Islamic communication style has an influence on the institution's reputation because leaders and members are able to develop communication that is more dynamic, humanistic, and promotes civility. The results of this study also show that the Islamic communication style can increase public trust in sending their children to the boarding school of Misbahur Rasyad Al-Aziziyah

Abstract

Era modernisasi saat ini, teknologi dunia pendidikan berkembang sangat pesat. Dengan berbagai model pembelajaran efektif dan menyenangkan salah satunya model pembelajaran SAVI (Somatic, Auditory, Visualization, Intellectually) yang merupakan model pembelajaran mengkolaborasikan gerakan fisik dan aktivitas intelektual siswa. Fokus masalah yang diteliti: Bagaimana implementasi model pembelajaran SAVI pada pelajaran Fiqih dalam meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa di MTs Hidayatul Hasan Blukon Lumajang?; Apakah model pembelajaran SAVI mampu meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa di MTs Hidayatul Hasan Blukon Lumajang?. Dari fokus tersebut menyimpulkan tujuan penelitian: Untuk mengetahui implementasi model pembelajaran SAVI pada pelajaran Fiqih dalam meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa; Untuk mengetahui model pembelajaran SAVI mampu meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung, wawancara, dokumentasi. Dianalisis deskriptif berupa penggambaran kejadian di lapangan. Kesimpulan penelitian; Implementasi model pembelajaran SAVI pada pelajaran Fiqih di MTs Hidayatul Hasan Blukon sangatlah diperlukan agar pembelajaran tidak monoton, membosankan dan akhirnya mampu membuat siswa tertarik mengikuti pembelajaran dengan maksimal; Dalam implementasi model pembelajaran SAVI pada pelajaran Fiqih di MTs Hidayatul Hasan ternyata mampu meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswanya. Terlihat dari respon positif siswa yang biasanya mendengarkan materi sepanjang pelajaran, sekarang siswa dapat mempraktekkan, mudah memahami serta punya pengalaman langsung mengenai materi tersebut.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui problematika masyarakat dalam memberikan Pendidikan Agama Islam dan mengetahui model Pendidikan Agama Islam yang dilaksanakan masyarakat pada masa pandemi covid-19 di daerah lahan basah kecamatan Bumi Makmur dan kecamatan Kurau, provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yang digunakan untuk meneliti populasi atau sampel tertentu, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel pada umumnya secara random. Adapun pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui survey, wawancara, dan kuesioner kepada tenaga pendidik di beberapa sekolah. Berdasarkan hasil survey angket pada 7 guru mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam SD/MI (58,3%), 4 guru mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam SMP/MTs (33,3%), dan 1 guru mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam SMA/MA (8,3%) menunjukkan bahwa sekolah yang berada di kecamatan Bumi Makmur dan Kurau tidak menggunakan aplikasi zoom sebagai media pembelajaran online. Namun ada 41,7% pendidik menggunakan aplikasi whatsapp. Selebihnya pembelajaran dilaksanakan secara terbatas di rumah guru dan di rumah siswa masing-masing. Kemudian terdapat 91% siswa SD-SMP tidak memiliki smartphone, sehingga tidak memungkinkan untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran full online. Kendati terdapat beberapa kendala tersebut, namun para Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di Bumi Makmur dan Kurau tetap berusaha optimal dalam memberikan materi kepada siswa, ditambah dengan pemanfaatan buku paket dan LKS (Lembar Kerja Siswa) sebagai penunjang pembelajaran. Abstract

The ratification of job creation law or omnibus law that changes clauses and establishes new regulations in a legal codification format has led to rejection in several regions in Indonesia because justice is not been reflected in terms of licensing aspects and weakened responsibilities. The omnibus law legislative process, which has so much been able to be completed in a short time, during the Covid-19 situation. This matter triggers the question of how the omnibus law legalization process is carried out based on the perspective of siyasah dusturiyah so how to analyze environmental content on environmental fiqh. This research is library research based on a normative approach by qualitative analysis methods. The theory used in this study is the theory of siyasah dusturiyah and environmental fiqh. The results of this study indicate that the omnibus law legislative process is not in line with the expectations of the benefit of dharuriyah, justice, and a sense of responsibility. The environmental content in the omnibus law does not yet represent environmentally friendly development so its management must be based on the principle of balance between utilization and environmental conservation.

Abstract

Abstract A strategy is a tool that helps teachers in learning at school face-to-face or online. A strategy is needed so that teachers can see a picture of what learning was to be achieved, what will be done during education, and what should not be done. In online learning, teachers must be able to apply appropriate strategies in teaching and improve students' writing skills. The research method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method through surveys using questionnaires or google forms distributed to 10 English teachers who teach in junior high schools. There are three stages of learning carried out by the teacher, namely preparation of learning, the practice of learning, and evaluation of learning. The preparation made by the teacher is to prepare learning materials and media. In practice, teachers use learning strategies such as Quick Writers, Visualization, Brainstorming, and Journaling. And the methods used are Free Writing, Journalistic, Cluster Mapping, and Brainstorming. And the evaluation writing teacher always evaluates student writing.

Abstract

This article focuses on the existence of fundamentalism and radicalism in terms of Islamic law's discourse construction. This discourse emerges based on the deviation of the ideals of al-Qur'an and al-Hadith. Hence, this article represents fundamentalism and radicalism's patterns and characteristics, whose axis of understanding is based on a religious framework. From this discourse, the researcher identifies this understanding and movement will have the opportunity to emerge in the community. This article concludes that the adherents of fundamentalism and radicalism are stringent in conveying their ideas. They do not hesitate to commit acts of violence in anarchistic form. Nevertheless, they still need to be recognized as part of a societal component that does not leave Islam. Basically, their movement is a form of attitude against the West and modernism, which is considered to emerge to westernization, secularisation, hedonism, pragmatism, uncertainty, and life's emptiness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the use of guardian services is following Islamic rules and what is the motive of this action based on Max Weber's theory of social action. This type of research is a case study located in Parakan, Temanggung with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique uses documents and interviews with guardian service users. The sources are obtained from primary sources in the form of news from Google and references to Islamic law and Max Weber's theory of social action as secondary sources. The researcher uses descriptive analysis with a deductive mindset. This study concludes that the use of guardian services in cirri marriages here violates several Islamic rules. Among them is using the services of a muh}akkam guardian without any clear reason about the lineage guardian. According to Weber, there are four kinds of social actions that become the motive and purpose of using the services of a guardian in Parakan, Temanggung. The goal-oriented social action factor dominates in this case.

Abstract

Fenomena radikalisme dan intoleransi kini menyebar di masyarakat dan institusi pendidikan. Moderasi beragama merupakan keseimbangan antara pemahahaman dan pengamalan agama, pemahamn teks dan konteks, seimbang dan tidak berlebihan. Artikel ini mengeksplorasi makna moderasi beragama perpektif Al Qur’an dan Hadits dan implementasinya pada lembaga pendidikan Islam (LPI). Al-Qur’an dan Hadits memerintahkan umat Islam untuk menjadi umat moderat (ummatan wasathan), umat yang adil, seimbang dalam beragama dan beramal. Dalam rangka menciptakan generasi muda yang toleran dan terhindar dari radikalisme, maka diperlukan internalisasi nilai-nilai moderasi pada materi Pendidikan Agama Islam, baik di lembaga pendidikan fomal, informal maupun non formal. Hal ini tentu melibatkan orang tua, masyarakat, dan pemerintah secara bersama-sama. Nilai-nilai kedamaian, kasih sayang, penghargaan adalah di antara nilai yang penting diinternalisasikan dalam semua jenis dan jalur pendidikan
