Abstract

Pendidikan environment(plh) is expected to be one of alternative solutions that is effective in efforts to improve theknowledge and understanding for preserving the the environmental functions .Education is oneform of a human culture a dynamic and laden development .Therefore , change or developmentof education is the that is supposed to happen in line with the changes culture life .Functioneducation as a developer and common the ability , personality , character , and civilizationnation a dignified in order mencerdaskan life the play an important role in infuse values educationenvironment to generation .Learning education environment that has now and are more frequentapplied in schools. Focus on research is the implementation of education policy environmentpublic primary schools 3 pekanbaru to school adiwiyata. By one that witnesses subfokus is a )implementation so that a policy can reach in accordance with its objectives, b ) the implementationof education life that is the decision-making process related to on the implementationof education policy environment.The purpose who were just about to achieved through thisstudy is to find and analyze the implementation of educationpolicy environment of public school3 pekanbaru adiwiyata to school , methods used is to use the qualitative method because , theproblems it was not immediately clear , holistic , complex , dynamic and full of meaning makingit impossible data on social situations were captured by the method of quantitative researchwith an instrument like test , the questionnaire , guidelines wawancara.selain it , researchersmean to understand social situation in depth , discover patterns , hypothesis and teori.teoriObjectresearch it will be the implementation of education policy living environment consisting of thecommunication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure .metode data collection isobservation, Interview, and documentation of .data conclusion. The research results show thatthe implementation of education policy environment in public primary schools 3 pekanbarubeen successful in the application and pelaksaannya, because of public school 3Do yaangsufficient , attitude executives and target policy that is students was also very support and theavailability of regulations have very support namaun there are obstacles in implement thispolicy , between some are still the absence of a laboratory for melangkapi activity that isrelated to the environment , the number of people of parents and a member of a committeewhich to gotong royong and other activities still not in quantity are numerous and , there aremany students who stay in gotong royong seara full of or to completion .

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the map quality, quality manual, quality assurance and SOP institutional quality assurance SDN 36 and SDIT Al Fityah city of Pekanbaru. Informants to be interviewed in this research is the principal and Vice Principal at SDN 36 and SDIT Al Fityah city of Pekanbaru. The instruments used are shaped intervie, observation and documentation. Data analysis which is used toexpose the data quality assurance program school case studies of SDN 36 and SDIT Al Fityah city of Soweto), used a qualitative analysis. The results showed that first, map quality SDN 36 and SDIT Al Fityah city of Pekanbaru were already attempting to carry out the task of drafting the program and evaluation of the quality of education the school mapping. Second, the guideline of quality SDN 36 and SDIT Al Fityah Pekanbaru minimum service standards. Third, quality assurance SDN 36 SOP and SDITAl Fityah Pekanbaru meets the standards and infrastructure customized SNPS and SPM. Fourth, institutional quality assurance SDN 36 and SDIT Al Fityah Pekanbaru refers to the institutional structure which guarantees the quality of staffing and are handled by the head of school.

Abstract

This research is aimed tofind out the implementation of integrated education  at SD Negeri 006 Pulau Gadang that covers implementation of curriculum, learning process, scoring, teachers and education staffs and also implementation of islamic school’s culture. The approach used in this researchdescriptive qualitative. Research subject is the headmaster of SD Negeri 006 Pulau Gadang. The used in collecting the data are interview, observation, and documentation. In analizing the data of this research, started with the data reducation, displaying, concluding, and verifying the data.The result of this research is that the implementation of integrated education system  at SD Negeri 006 Pulau Gadang is good and the curriculum used is National Education curriculum and religious curriculum was arranged by Integrated Education Team of Kabupaten Kampar. Integrated education system of Kabupaten Kampar is aimed to create the students to become well attitude human, they have correct aqidah, good attitude, smart brain, strong and healthy body, and also they love the Quran. For general lesson, the teachers add religion value and verses of the Quran appropriate to the learning topic. The implementation of learning process and scoring  has been suitable with the standard of process and standard of scoring based on curriculum used. Many efforts has been done by the headmaster to empower the teachers and education staffs at SD Negeri 006 Pulau Gadang like recruitment, task division, professionalism enhancement, and coaching. Applying the Islamic school’s culture program supports the implementation of integrated education  at SD Negeri 006 Pulau Gadang.

Abstract

This study aims to uncover, analyze and evaluate the program SKB ( SKB ) intackling the education of children dropping out of school in the district of Kampar. This studyused a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by observation, interview and documentation.Examination of data validity was tested the validity of the form of triangulation and memberchecking. Evaluation model used is the model CIPP. From the results of this study indicate thatthe Program Implementation for SKB Kampar in tackling the education of school children fromthe evaluation components of context, input, process and products are in both categories becauseof the four components in the evaluation of only one component of which is the unfavorablecategory namely the process component. Implementation of the program SKB Kampar districtis very helpful in minimizing the number of dropouts in Kampar regency. Evaluation programfor SKB in this penelititan Packet focuses on program C. Residents learned in Package C is thecitizens who already have a junior high school diploma and diploma Package B. All officials arealready earning has taught appropriate educational background, mastery of officials in thepresentation of the material based on competence, In the curriculum that need improvementeducation calendar. Means of support for the implementation of the existing program despiteinadequate. Financing for SKB comes from Kampar District Government and some of thelearners. In the process of the most important components that must be considered are theobstacles encountered in the implementation of the program should be addressed as soon aspossible.

Abstract

entrepreneurship learning on develop student entrepreneurship character in SMK Negeri Pertanian Terpadu Provinsi Riau. The sub focus research consist of 1).Learning models in the implementation of entrepreneurship learning on develop student entrepreneurship character, 2). The contribution of school citizens in the implementation of entrepreneurship learning on develop student entreprenurship character, and 3). The achievement of implementation entrepreneurship learning on develop student entrepreneurship character. Data was collected by interview, observation, and documentation. The results found that implementation of entrepreneurship learning on develop student entreprenurship character in SMK Negeri Pertanian Terpadu Provinsi Riau was implemented through learning models like discovery or inquiry learning, problem based learning, and project based learning. School citizens contribute to succeed the implementation of entrepreneurship learning by means of giving support for entrepreneurship learning, school creation and inovation, utilizing partner school as tutor, and build partnership for entrepreneurship learning. The school’s achievements in implementing entrepreneurship learning can be seen from the school’s achievements, relationships with partner schools, and school participation.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the self-development management of Physicsteachers of SMAN 8 Pekanbaru. The study employed the descriptive method and the datawere collected by way of observation, interview and documentation. The data were obtainedfrom Physics teachers of SMAN 8 Pekanbaru that were accordingly analyzed through datagathering, data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The findings of the researchindicated that (1) SMAN 8 Physics teachers were developing positively where they alwaystried to upgrade themselves and had positive commitment in order that the students lovedPhysics subject; (2) SMAN 8 Physics teachers always developed themselves in order todevelop the science of Physics they possessed; (3) The focus of self-development of SMAN8 Physics teachers was not satisfaction; (4) SMAN 8 Physics teachers never felt satisfiedwith the achievement they achieved; (5) SMAN 8 Physics teachers kept their principle tokeep on learning; (7) SMAN 8 Physics teachers were always committed to being disciplinethemselves and being discipline with the time either in class or out of class so that they couldbecome examples to their students; (8) SMAN 8 Physics teachers were committed to applyingthe knowledge they have obtained from books, seminars, trainings and from the SubjectTeachers Discussion program (MGMP). With the research findings it is expected that SMAN8 Physics teachers could possess high motivation in teaching and that the students could alsobe highly motivated and have better learning achievement.

Abstract

This research aims to know (1) Planning of extracurricular activities at Public Elementary School 005 Binuang of Bangkinang Sub-district, (2) Organizing extracurricular activities at Public Elementary School Negeri 005 in Binuang, Bangkinang District, (3) Implementation of extracurricular activities at Public Elementary School 005 Binuang, Bangkinang District, (4) Evaluation of extracurricular activities at Public Elementary School 005 Binuang, Bangkinang District, and (5) Inhibiting factors of extracurricular activities at Public Elementary School 005 Binuang, Bangkinang District. This research uses a qualitative approach using descriptive method. Data collection techniques in this study through through observation, interviews, making field notes, observation, and documentation. The data analysis procedure uses a qualitative descriptive analysis strategy model and a qualitative verificative analysis strategy model. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that (1) In making the extracurricular activity, the principal holds a meeting together with the teacher and the committee. Then the principal makes the decree shown to the teacher who is given the task as an extracurricular coach who has expertise in the extracurricular field and authorizes (2) The principal together with the extracurricular instructor facilitates the governing structure led by the headmaster directly and assisted by other teachers as the supervisor of the activity, (3) The implementation of this extracurricular activity is done at the school yard involving all the students Selecting their preferred extracurricular activities, (4) In evaluating the principal to assess the outcomes of the extracurricular in the form of student-owned personality and student achievement as a result of their participation in extracurricular activities, and (5) T extracurricular activities such as low student motivation to follow extracurricular activities and low support of parents to children to follow this activity.

Abstract

This research used a qualitative methodology. It revealed how the implementationof WajarDikdas program of 9 years. Collecting data with structural interview, observation anddocumentation, the data collected, analyzed and carried triangulation of sources and way to testdata validation. The results of this research was revealed through sub fokus of research.Thefirst : the produce implementation of establishment compulsory education program at salafiyahsheikh Burhanudin boarding school in accordance with juknis (guidelines), so it has been publishedbu the ministry of the religious establishment charter Kampar district, after going through itsphases and fulfilled the requirements and verify it.The seond : The progrogam curriculumcompulsory education taught six subjects in the national examination, they are : civic education,Indonesia language, English, natural science, sosial science and mathematics. Third : The learningprocess compulsory education program is implemented integrally with Islamic subjects just likeregular school, learning methods use active student learning (CBSA) in the classical style .students use student worksheets and textbooks.Fourth : the study of learning out comescompulsory education program implemented by educators such conduct daily test, unit of educationsemester exams and national exam held by government with regarding to cognitive, affective,psycomotoric aspects. Fifth : the educators compulsory education program already has gottenqualified education, diploma S1 (undergraduate). It does not have Islamic educators that teachno Islamic subjects. As well as the administrative staff already have gotten diploma or degree(minimum D3).The sixt : the parents perception towards the implementation of the conceptioncompulsory basic education program is possitve and accommodate the wishes of parent’s so itcan increase the number of student significantly.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify, analyze, and deseribe the implementationof supervise education by principal in junior high school 2 Bangkinang City, from the planningstage of supervision implementation, until the follow up plan of the supervision implementation.In this study, data and data sources will be taken through interview and observation methods.Interviews were conducted on the principal as key or key imformants, supervisor team orsenior teacher, vice principal, head administration, and subject teacher as control informants.Observation done by observing the process of supervison implementation of junior high school2 Bangkinang City. The results of the reseach indicate a good cooperation between the principaland the supervisor team and subjet teachers, because of the large number of teacher in juniorhigh school 2 Bangkinang City. The principal appoints senior teachers of each subject to assistthe principal’s work as a supervisor as well as an assesor. The planning of the supervision ofeducation by the principal with the supervisory team and the assessor has been so good bymaking the decision letter of the supervisor team and the assessor. The organization of principalsupervision involes the teacher with the supervision team to creatie a supervision schedule byentering into an agreement fist. The principal conducts classroom observation directly to seethe teaching and learning activities of subjet teachers. After the implementation of the principal’ssupervision a follow up plan.

Abstract

This research aimed to gain an understanding the process implementation of curriculum based environment policy in SMK Negeri Pertanian Terpadu Provinsi Riau. The sub focus research consist of 1).  The programs of excellent in the implementation of curriculum based environment policy, 2). The contribution of school citizens in the implementation of curriculum based environment policy, and 3). The achievement of implementation curriculum based environment. Data was collected by interview, observation, and documentation. The results found that implementation of the curriculum based environment policy in SMK Negeri Pertanian Terpadu Provinsi Riau was implemented through flagship programmes in the form of lessons subjects, extracurricular, conditioning of infrastructure and the routine activities of the school. Citizen of school contribute to succeed the implementation of the programmes by means of school creation and inovation, utilizing partner school as tutor, and build partnership for environmental learning. The school’s achievements in implementing curriculum based environment can be seen from the school’s achievements, relationships with partner schools, and achievement of the school vision.
