Purpose: Therefore, in this study, SWOT analysis is used to formulate problems from internal and external factors, from developing alternative strategies, selecting and making strategic decisions that align with company goals. Design/methodology/approach: At the same time, the Analytical Network Process (ANP) is used to weigh each alternative strategy so that the strategy with the highest priority weight can be identified. By using Super Decision software, the best alternative strategy for Soya Agung is to promote promotion and education with a weight of 0.214760. Findings: An industry that can compete in the modern market has the right marketing strategy. As a Small and Medium Enterprise producing tempeh, whose raw material is non-genetic modified local soybeans, Soya Agung still has limitations in marketing its products. Research limitations/implications: The integration of SWOT and ANP is expected to produce strategic plans that can provide various alternative marketing strategies that can help solve company problems. Purpose: Improving the Distribution of Puli Crackers in UD. Gangsar Jaya Lumajang Design/methodology/approach: The method used is an ethnographic approach starting from the collection of literature sources and supported by field data. Findings: The results of the study show that the supply chain within the company is very possible to achieve increased efficiency in the distribution process of the home industry. Purpose: This study aims to determine the effect of employee orientation, training, and development on the performance of university employees in the city of Surabaya. Design/methodology/approach: The research uses an explanatory quantitative approach. The population in this study were all Universities in Surabaya, amounting to 84 units. Sampling technique with total sampling. Data collection is done using google Forms. The data collected were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, and F test. Findings: Factors of employee orientation, training and development individually influence the performance of University employees in Surabaya. Purpose: This study aims to analyze the effect of financial technology and digital marketing on MSMEs and their impact on financial performance and business sustainability. Design/methodology/approach: The research uses an explanatory quantitative approach. The population in this study were all members of the Metropolia community, amounting to 155 people. The sampling technique used was purposive Data collection is done using google Forms. The data collected were analyzed using SEM-PLS. Findings: Fintech has a positive and significant influence on the financial performance of MSMEs. Digimart has a significant influence on the financial performance of MSMEs. Purpose: Analyze the effects of entrepreneurial characteristics on business performance through entrepreneurial orientation. Type of the research is causal research. Design/methodology/approach: Analysis performed under quantitative analysis by using SEM Analysis and PLS to resolve the problem formulation and to know the effect of the determined variables. Findings: The study result show that: (1) Entrepreneurial Characteristics affects the Entrepreneurship Orientation of MSME business actors; (2) Entrepreneurial Characteristics does not affect the Business Performance of MSME business actors; (3) Entrepreneurship orientation affects business performance in MSME business actors. Purpose: To achieve the level of prosperity is not an easy thing. Purpose: In 2019 the government targets the contribution of MSMEs to GDP to increase by 5 percent, To achieve these projections, the government provides support especially related to access to additional funding by issuing a people's business credit policy (KUR), but the facilities of the government are not yet effective enough in encouraging the performance of MSMEs because they are only given to trade businesses, not production businesses. Design/methodology/approach: Research formulation (1) What is the role of Accounting for the Growth of MSMEs?; (2) How is the knowledge and utilization of Fintech by MSMEs? (3) How are the preparations, challenges and opportunities of MSMEs to welcome the indonesian golden 2045 phenomenon? Research methods use qualitative descriptive methods Findings: The results of the study are MSMEs in Lamongan Regency, not much is known about the importance of accounting for business management. Respondents run businesses using only their economic instincts. If you manage to sell a lot means profit, if not sold means loss. Research limitation/implications: Lack of insight and limited understanding of fintech becomes a problem for respondents when getting opportunities for increased turnover but the capital is limited so that the opportunity cannot be utilized. Purpose: This research aims to determine the effect of either partially or simultaneously of the variable product variation and service quality on customer satisfaction Design/methodology/approach: The data used of primary data which obtained by questionnaire, observation, interview and documentation methods. The sample is 96 customers done by accidental sampling method. The data analysis tool used multiple linear regression model, while hypothesis testing was done by F test and t test at five percent alpha Findings: The result reveal that the product variation and service quality had a significant simultaneous and partial effect on customer satisfaction, furthermore there is evidence the strong relationship between the variables of product variation and service quality with customer satisfaction Research limitations/implications: This research is only carried out in one company as the object of research. Further researchers can conduct research from several companies so that the study results can be generalized Practical implications: The results of this study will provide to the management and the company in increasing profitability through consumer satisfaction. The results of the study also provide theoretical implications as a reference in costumer satisfaction. Purpose: This study aims at analyzing the factors influencing the ability to return capital of MSMEs in Indonesia (case study of grocery store in Surabaya). Design/methodology/approach: The sample in this study is 171 pioneering grocery stores of cooperative Crosstabulation analysis was implemented to seek the relationship between factors of store internal resources and indicators of quality cooperatives on the ability to pay MSMEs. After that, a system architechture was designed which is then formulated in fuzzy logic to create decision-making system using MYSQL database. To compare the decision result using fuzzy logic, the data obatained were analyzed using logistic regression. Findings: This study was found the results of manual calculations using logistic regression and calculation results using fuzzy logic-based information system application at www.simtokop.net, it is obtained the same recommendation on six stores that have output: “Growing” (eligible getting the revolving fund). Purpose: As we know, COVID-19 affects the economy of most of the world, one of the investment media that continues to grow is mutual fund investment. This study aims to find the right time to invest by studying data in the previous period. Design/methodology/approach: In this study, we collect daily data on Net Asset Value (NAV) prices from January to September 2021, by analyzing calculations using the double exponential smoothing method to predict the time with the lowest price for investing. Findings: The results showed that this study was able to predict the right time to invest in mutual funds using the Holt Double Exponential Smoothing method using the actual smoothing data parameter of 0.9 (alpha) and the trend data smoothing parameter of 0.1 (beta) with produces a Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) value of 0.85343. The right time to invest in this research is determined on November 2, 2021 with an estimated net asset value (NAV) of 2348.644032.
