<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of TAI type cooperative learning models on student learning outcomes in the material of curved side space in class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Sungai Pinyuh. The form of research used in this study is a real experimental research design with Randomized control group pretest posstest design. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that: 1) the average student learning outcomes before being taught with conventional learning is 53.5 whereas with TeamAssisted Individualization (TAI) cooperative learning type is 45.73. So, before being taught conventional learning and cooperative learning the type of TAI is classified as moderate; 2) the average student learning outcomes after being taught with conventional learning is 69.25 while with cooperative learning the Team-Assisted Individualization (TAI) type is 78.28. So, after being taught conventional learning and TAI type cooperative learning it turns out that the average student learning outcomes are relatively high; 3) from calculations using the Mann-Whitney U test it was concluded that the 95% confidence level turned out to be that the learning outcomes of students who were given Team-Assisted Individualization (TAI) cooperative learning were better than those of students who were given conventional learning. The effect of the application of the Team-Assisted Individualization (TAI) type of cooperative learning to student learning outcomes in the Curved Side Space Building material in class VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Sungai Pinyuh is classified as moderate with an effect size value of 0.58.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed at improving the performance of SDN 004 Toapaya teachers in classroom learning through academic supervision at the second semester of the 2019/2020 academic year. The research subjects were teachers of SDN 004 Toapaya. The research was conducted in two cycles; each cycle consisting of four stages, namely: Planning, Implementing, Observing and Reflecting. The performance indicator set was if the score was at least 12 (sufficiently active). In classroom learning, it can be said that the actions taken are successful.Aspects measured in the observation are class teacher enthusiasm, teacher interaction with school supervisors, teacher interaction in KKG, group cooperation, and activities in group discussions. In the analysis, it was found that there was an increase in the activity and competence of teachers who compiled lesson plans from cycle I to cycle II. The achievement of performance indicators was achieved in the second action. Thus, it can be assumed that thePrincipal's Academic Supervision is an Effort to Improve the Performance of SDN 004 Toapaya Teachers in Classroom Learning. It is recommended to other supervisors or researchers that this teacher’s improvement model is continued to be implemented on an ongoing basis.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini menganalisis mengenai partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam hal ini adalah transfer teknologi hidroponik dari Tim Pelaksana IbM Universitas Tanjungpura kepada kader Posyandu Kenanga dan Wanita Karya di Kelurahan Tambelan Sampit Kota Pontianak.Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif (descriptive research), dengan teknik pengumpulan data di lapangan menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Peran serta kader posyandu dalam kegiatan IbM bercocok tanam sayuran secara hidroponik sangat baik terlihat dari kehadiran dalam kegiatan pelatihan dan praktek hidroponik serta dukungan dari pelaku pemberdayaan yaitu pengurus dan ketua RT. Modal fisik, modal manusia dan modal sosial yang dimiliki oleh kader Posyande Kenanga dan Wanita Karya dapat menjadi penggerak bagi masyarakat untuk melestarikan dan mengembangkan usaha bercocok tanam sayuran secara hidroponik kea rah komersial. Bagi kader Posyandu Kenanga dan Wanita Karya yang berencana untuk mengembangkan hidroponik dari skala rumahtangga menjadi skala komersil disarankan untuk membangun jejaring dalam penyediaan sarana produksi terutama rockwool serta pemasaran hasil antara lain dengan institusi pendidikan seperti Faperta Untan, sehingga kegiatan PKM yang didanai oleh DIPA Faperta Untan dapat diarahkan untuk mengembangkan jejaring usaha.]]>

<![CDATA[There are more than 13 species of Tengkawang tree in Indonesia, mainly grown in Kalimantan and a few in Sumatera. Tengkawang species of a valuable tengkawang kernel that up to now just harvested from the natural forest. At the end of kernel production period, the trees can be cut to produce valuable timber for playwood and sawn timber industries. In this study, Tengkawang kernel was extracted by soxhlet extraction apparatus using petroleum ether as solvent. The extraction yields a yellow fat and after the process of purification/neutralization conducted, it was found the acid number 14.32 decrease to 10.22, free fatty acids 7.196% decrease to 5.14%, saponification 198.23 mgKOH/gram sample decrease to 178.23 mgKOH/gram samples, peroxide number mgO2 4.91/100g sample to 3.24 mgO2/100g samples and materials do not saponified 1.13% decrease to 1.12%, and the yield on solvent extraction with 43.50%.]]>

<![CDATA[Pluralisme merupakan realitas emprik yang harus dipahami dan diterima dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat, berbangsa dan bernegara. Kesadaran akan pluralisme perlu dikenalkan dan ditanamkan sejak anak-anak berada di bangku sekolah dasar agar sejak dini dapat tumbuh kesadaran betapa penting kebersamaan, saling memahami, menghargai dan pada akhirnya dapat tercipta kehidupan yang harmoni dalam keberagaman. Penelitian ini diarahkan untuk menghasilkan model pendidikan karakter terintegrasi guna menanamkan nilai-nilai dasar harmoni sosial bagi siswa sekolah dasar di kabupaten rawan konflik provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Melalui uji coba model di Kabupaten Sambas. Secara esensial hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa model pendidikan karakter terintegrasi dapat diimplementasikan dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Hal ini juga berarti bahwa nilai-nilai dasar esensial di daerah rawan konflik yaitu nilai-nilai saling menghormati dan menghargai, toleransi dan kebersamaan serta kebebasan dan tanggung jawab yang dikembangkan dalam modul pembelajaran, aplikatif untuk menumbuhkan harmoni sosial bagi siswa  sekolah dasar.]]>

<![CDATA[Science subject is one of the curricular fields of study at the Elementary School (SD) level. Due to the low understanding of students towards this subject, especially the application of the inquiry method to improve student learning outcomes in class V SD Negeri 4 Kalimas, the writer makes improvements to learning. This study aims to improve students’ learning outcomes and activitiesin science subjects using the inquiry method application material. After carrying out the teaching and learning activities using the inquiry method, student learning outcomes and activities have increased. This was shown from the data collected, that in the pre-cycle learning activities there are only 7 students who got a score ≥ minimun standard achievement with a class average scoreof 41.5. So the description of the data collected can be concluded that the use of the inquiry method can improve students’ learning outcomes and activities in science subjects of class V SD Negeri 4 Kalimas. Thus, the inquiry method is one of the effective learning methods in improving students’ learning outcomes and activities in science subjects.]]>

<![CDATA[Based on the results of interviews with teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Tilango, information was obtained that the value of mathematics learning achievement in class VIII on the pyramid material was still low and did not meet the KKM (Minimum Passing Grade Criteria) that had been determined. One of the causes of low learning achievement is the use of inappropriate media. This study aims to improve students' mathematics learning achievement through the multimedia game Adventure in Limas (PDL) based on mobile learning and the Project Based Learning (PBL) model. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII-1 of SMP Negeri 1 Tilango in the 2020/2021 even semester academic year with a total of 20 students. This research was conducted in two cycles. Data collectiontechniques in this study used teacher’s activity observation sheets, students’ activity observation sheets and written tests. The results of this study indicated that through mobile learning-based PDL multimedia games assisted by the PBL model, it can improve students' mathematics learning achievement in the Limas flat-sided space building material.]]>

<![CDATA[This research started from the researcher's reflection on the low learning achievement of students in Class IXA on the procedural text material. The researchers conducted classroom action research (CAR) using the Discovery Learning Model on the procedural text material. The data collection technique used a test in the form of written test. The data collection instrument used aquestion sheet that had been prepared by the researcher as well as the teacher at the end of each lesson. The data analysis used in this study used an interactive model of qualitative data analysis (Miles & Huberman), which includes: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing.These three components flow continuously and interact with each other, so it is known as interactive model analysis. The results of the study indicated that learning with the Discovery Learning model can be used to improve students’ learning achievement in procedural text material. Based on the table of students’ learning achievement in cycles I and II, it appears that in general better. In the first cycle with an average value of 69.25 to 75.89 in the second cycle, or an increase of 9.59%. While the number of students who achieved completeness in the first cycle was 18, and in the second cycle as many as 26. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that learning with the discovery learning model used in this study is able to improve students’ learning achievement in procedural text material for class IX A students at SMP Negeri 4 Ketapang.]]>

<![CDATA[In biology subjects, biology material is considered difficult because the material is abstract and cannot be observed directly by students. In the syllabus, the basic competence for cell reproduction is to explain the relationship between the meiotic mitotic division process with indicators to identify the characteristics, stages of mitosis and meiosis and to differentiate the processes and theirfunctions. So it is necessary to observe activities through pictures. Based on the results of observations, in general, students like biology subjects with a percentage of >75%. From the results of these observations, it is known that 53.82% of the total students in class XII IPA did not reach the KKM (Minimum Passing Grade Criteria) for genetic material and cell reproduction. This still shows that more than 90% of students have not met the KKM of 80. For this reason, classroom action research (CAR) is needed to conduct. One of the learning models that can improve the achievement of students’ learning achievement is the PBL learning model because it can develop thinking skills,encouraging students to collaborate in solving problems to find solutions to the problems they face. By applying the PBL learning model in biology learning on cell reproduction material, it was found that in the first cycle there were 42.10% of students who scored below the minimum passing grade criteria (KKM > 80) who got an average score of 74.66. In the second cycle there was an increasein students’ learning achievement who got below the KKM only 10.52% of the total number of students, and students who scored above the KKM were 89.48% with the average score of all students was 82.72% . From the results of this study, it was concluded that the PBL learning model had a positive impact on improving the biology learning achievement of class XII IPA2 students on cellreproduction.]]>

A healthy school environment can be used as a fun learning resource for the achievement of optimal learning processes and outcomes. This Best Practice aims to determine the steps taken in an effort to create a healthy school environment. The location of the study was carried out at SMP Negeri 3 Jawai Selatan. In an effort to create a healthy school environment, the authors took activity steps called the BERHIAS Movement. BERHIAS is an acronym for Clean, Green, Beautiful, Beautiful, and Healthy.
