Abstract

This research aims to answer four main objectives, namely: (1) the design of the module following the stage of (a) purpose and use of chemistry module, (b) target to achieve the learning objectives of chemistry subject of redox and hydrocarbon, (c) reflection can be seen from cognitive score and questionnare responses provided to the learner. (2) stages of learning scenarios: preparation, conditioning the learners, introduction, individual work, assessment of the learner work, reflection and closing as well as assessment. (3) profile of chemistry learning module which consists of the cover, preface, able of contents, the standard of competence (SK), basic competence (KD), indicators, instructions for using the module, a map of the position of the module,  concept map material, descriptions, prerequisites, the final objectives, prior knowlege checking, learning activities (consisting of material description, summary, assignments, and tests formative), evaluation, conclusion, references. (4) acquisition of the concept of redox and hydrocarbons can also be seen from the provision of the questions that serve to test extent to which learners can understand what has been obtained  by the learners  with the acquisition of  early learners  ability scores an average of 53,2 and the final ability with an average score of 79. In terms of process, the chemistry learning module could deliver positive results for learners.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the increased proportion of theachievement through playing a role on the talk shows for the XII IPS2 class ofSMAN 4 Pontianak. The samples of the research were 32 students of XII IPS2SMAN4 Pontianak. The findings of this study were improving students' English speaking skills in expressing opinions, soliciting opinions, agreeing and disapproving of opinions that had increased from the first cycle till the third one. The average value in the first cycle was 42.1; in second cycle was 48.16; and in the third cycle was 56.03. The level of achievement of the students' speaking skills increased as the effects of the application of role playing in talk shows; from a sufficient level to a good level, reflected through the increase from the first cycle to the third one. The process of teaching and learning on speaking skills, especially in expressing opinions, expressing agreement and disagreementthrough role play on talk shows affected active roles on the students inspeaking English. This technique also provided an opportunity for students toexpress their opinions spontaneously and freely.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi konsep reaksi reduksi-oksidasi di kelas X IPA-2 SMA Negeri 6 Pontianak melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe - STAD berbantuan lembar kerja peserta didik (LKPD). Tempat pelaksanaan di SMA Negeri 6 Pontianak, Jalan Tani Tanjung Raya II Pontianak semester genap tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas X IPA-2 berjumlah 35 orang. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh temuan sebagai berikut : (1) Terjadi  peningkatan aktivitas belajar peserta didik. Pada siklus I persentase keaktifan peserta didik adalah 55%, pada siklus II  persentase keaktifan peserta didik naik menjadi 70%. (2) Terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik.  Pada siklus I persentase ketuntasan belajar 57%,  pada siklus II persentase ketuntasan belajar naik menjadi 77,4%. Jadi, jika aktivitas belajar meningkat maka hasil belajar peserta didik akan meningkat pula.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the religious character in the implementation of the Friday Program in SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Raya. This research uses a qualitative approach. The location of research in SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Raya. The results of the study showed that: implementing religious character of the Friday Program was not only read the Letter of Yasin, Asmaul Husna, Youth Tausiah, and prayer but through the process of carrying out activities accustomed, which in turn can lead to religious attitudes in students in everyday life. The manifestation of religious values that can be seen from theimplementation of the Reverberating Friday Program are among others (a) theemergence of religious insights in communicating and speaking in public, (b) observing the devout prayer in congregation at the mosque, carrying out the Dhuha prayer or sunnah prayer, dhikr after prayer, (c) the establishment of faith and devotion through participation in religious activities such as MABIT (night of religious and devotion), echoes of the Prophet's prayer, recitation, Commemoration of the new year AD, commemoration of the Prophet's Birthday, (d) always remembering Allah by dhikr after prayer, grave pilgrimage, takziah, natural tadabur, (e) having good morals are manifested in the behavior of visiting members who are sick, helping those who are struck down by calamities or disasters, establishing fraternity and friendship.

Abstract

The Mali Dayak community resides in Balai-Batang Tarang Sub-district and a small part resides in Tayan Hilir District, Sanggau District. They have the same ethnic communication language, the Mali Dayak language. As of 2008 the number of Malian Dayak speakers was estimated at 6,963 people (Bamba, 2008). Languages with fewer than 10,000 speakers are classified as endangered (Crystal, 2000). If there is no attempt to maintain this Mali Dayak language, over time, this language is heading for extinction. Therefore, even the slightesteffort to preserve this language needs to be done. This study discusses the main problems regarding the Dayak Mali phonemic, namely the determination of phonemes, allophones, phoneme distribution, phoneme groups (cluster), phoneme sequences, and syllables of the Dayak Mali language which are based on structural theory. The results of this study indicate the phonemes of the Dayak Mali language, namely vowel, diphthong, consonant, and semivocal phonemes. Based on its distribution, a phonemic allophon is apparent. Thephonemic sequence also shows the environment of mutual influence and shows the symmetrical features of the phonemes found in the Dayak language of Mali. Similarly, the consonant group, the situation is answered through this research. The last problem examined is the syllables. The syllable structure contained in the Mali Dayak language is also described.

Abstract

The Implementation of Practical Assistance as an Effort to Enhance Teacher Competence in Optimizing Goole Form Application for Online Learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (Islamic State Elementray School) 1 Ketapang Academic Year 2020/2021.The Implementation of Practical Assistance as an Effort to Enhance Teacher Competence in Optimizing Goole Form Application for Online Learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (Islamic State ElementraySchool) 1 Ketapang Academic Year 2020/2021. The purpose of this study is to to develop teacher’s competence in bulding Google Form to improve the quality of learning and assessment. This research is a School Action Research which consists of 2 cycles, with the participatory observation from 15 teachers. Each cycle entails of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. Based on the results of predetermined steps related to the research, there is an improvement in teacher ability compares before practical assessment is implementedand after it is implemented. The competence of teachers in making Goggle Form applications before practical assessment activities is in the range of values of 28% with the criterion for the score is Less. 2) Teacher’s competence in optimizing the Google Form application after the first stage reached values of 68% of satisfactory criteria. As in advance, after the second stage is practically completed, the score reached 86%, determined as more satisfactory criteriacompared from the previous stage.

Abstract

Teacher quality improvement program has been implemented by the government starting with the establishment of minimum standards of the teachers’competence including: pedagogical competence, personal competence, professional competence, and social competence.In general, the elementary school level teacher’s competence, post-certification, is still at a low level. The ability of teachers at the four competency primarily on professional competence and pedagogical competence has not described the behavior as a professional teacher. In fact, the teachers have been certified.The research results were as follow: 1) Professional competence indicated that teachers relativelymaster the teaching materials, students, skill in selecting and using teaching methods, and be exemplary in appearance and speech in the classroom and at school and in the community; 2) pedagogical competence demonstrated that teachers relativelymake learning design and manage learning, develop curricula, conduct evaluations and guide students to actualize their potential; 3) The personal competence demonstrated that the teachers’ personal capacity relatively reflects the personality of a solid, stable, mature, wise and authoritative, a role model for students, and noble; and 4) social competence shown that teachers are relatively able to communicate and interact effectively with students, with peers, parents/guardians of students and the surrounding community.

Abstract

This study was aimed at identifying the preschool children’s (children aged 3 - 5) understanding on parts of the body. It covers the three compnents: 1) the ability to name parts of the body, 2) knowledge of the function of each part of the body named, and 3) the ability to explain how to take care of them. This descriptive study involved 105 preschoolers, as the sample with three criteria: 1) children aged 3 to 5 years old, 2) children without physical disability, and 3) children born in Kubu Raya. The instruments used were media images of the 23 parts of human body. The results showed that 100% of the children knew the eight parts of the body such as the eyes, hair, nose, ears, head, legs, stomach, and mouth. Likewise, the children completely (100%) recognize and know the way how to take care of the body parts. However, they still did not know some parts of the body i.e. the penis, ankles, vagina, upper arm, forearm and wrist, in terms of name, function, or the way to take care of.

Abstract

As a teacher, it is advisable to know the learning component. The goal is that the learning can be more directed and effective. The achievement of learning objectives is more appropriate if the learning component used is appropriate. The learning components as follows: (1) learning theory; (2) learning approach; (3) learning method; (4) learning techniques; (5) tactics learning; (6) learning strategies; and (7) learning model. In this paper the expository method is exposed, direct learning model and cooperative learning model. Expository method is one of the learning methods that teachers often use in the implementation of learning in the classroom. Cooperative learning model is a model of cooperative learning that does not have  a certain type, the characteristic is still common. While the direct learning model presented to emphasize if observed carefully when the teachers taught between direct learning model and expository methods were similar. The difference is in the principle, the method with principle has characteristic, while model with principle has steps of learning.

Abstract

This phonemic of the Ketungau Sesat Dayak Language study is a continuation of two phonemic studies that have been completed, namely the Dayak Kanayatn phonemic and Ulu Sakado Dayak Language Phonemic. The findings based on the theory of Distinctive Features of the three phonemic studies of the Dayak languages show the existence of similarities in the number and types of phonemes, allophones, series, and syllables. On the other hand there are phonemic differences between the three languages: there are languages that are rich in diphthong, but there are languages that do not have diphthongs. In addition, all three languages do not have a cluster group, and do not have prosodic phonemes. The results of the study Ketungau Sesat Dayak Language showed the existence of vowel, consonant, semivocal and diphthong phonemes. All vowels Ketungau Sesat Dayak Language are in groups or vowel series. It is also evident that inner phonemes Ketungau Sesat Dayak Language are symmetrical, namely / p, b, m /; / t, d, n /; /Í, j, ñ /; / k, g, ŋ /. The Ketungau Sesat Dayak Language syllable consists of four types: minimum syllabic ; onset and peak; peak and coda; and onset peak and coda. Therefore, to perfect this research, the next research is expected to be able to find phonemic data from the use of modern Ketungau Sesat Dayak Language, namely the Dayak language used in scientific forums, which discusses various aspects of life.
